find
the
information
you
need

order
for
your
school
year
to
go
smoothly.

our
human
resources
office
is
just

phone

email
away,
and
we
are
always

and
happy

Let's
talk
about
the
first
things
that
are
needed
right
after
you
are
hired
by
beaverton
school
district.
Here
is
a
list
of
four
things.
You
need
to
attend
to
right
off
the
bat.
First,
please
attend
a
hiring
appointment
to
complete
all
necessary
hiring
paperwork.
Next,
you
will
enroll
in
our
benefits
program.

When
you
come
into
the
human
resources
office
for
your
appointment
to
complete
hiring
paperwork,
we
will
hand
you
an
employee
benefits
packet.
This
packet
will
include
all
necessary
paperwork
to
enroll
if
you
were
hired
prior
to
the
school
year
beginning
the
higher
date
you
will
put
on
your
forms
is
august,
30th
2021,
since
that
is
the
first
day
of
your
contract.

All
forms
must
be
received
by
that
date
so
that
your
benefits
are
effective.
On
september
1st
completed
benefits,
enrollment
forms
can
be
dropped
off
at
the
human
resources
office
monday
through
thursday
8
a.m,
to
4
p.m,
or
sent
electronically
via
file
sender
or
sent
by
mail
to
beaverton
school
district's
human
resources
department.

There
you
will
find
summaries
of
our
medical
and
dental
plans,
along
with
our
current
health
insurance
rates.
Also,
we
do
not
want
you
to
miss
out
on
cascade
centers
as
a
miscellaneous
benefit.
This
employee
assistance
program
allows
you
10
counseling
appointments
per
year
in
order
to
begin
the
school
year
to
be
paid
and
to
enter
school
building.
All
new
hires
must
be
licensed
by
tspc
or
fall
under
the
provisions
of
senate
bill
205
by
august
30th
2021.

item
that
needs
to
be
addressed
would
be
verifying
your
years
of
service
from
past
employers.
You
can
pick
up
these
forms
at
your
neo
appointment
in
human
resources
or
emoth
email
us
in
hr,
and
we
can
send
it
to
you
via
email.

you
placed
at
step,
2
or
higher
on
our
salary
schedule?
If
the
answer
is
yes,
then
you
will
need
to
verify
previous
experience.

employees

absence
management
is
where
you
report
absences
bsd
help
desk

where
you
can
fill
out
a
help
ticket.

you
need
tech
assistance.

report
an
absence
and
or
request
a
substitute,
please
click
on
absence
management
for
staff.
You
will
be
asked
to
log
in
your
username
will
be
six
zeros,
followed
by
your
employee
id
number.
Your
pin
will
just
be
your
employee
id
number.
It's
recommended
that
you
pre-arrange
with
a
substitute
teacher.
However,
that
is
not
required.

start
of
every
school
year,
all
bsd
employees
will
be
asked
to
complete
a
yearly
training
requirement.
Bsd
uses
safe
schools
to
house
our
training
modules.
You
will
get
an
email
sent
to
your
bsd
email
account,
prompting
you
to
log
into
safe
schools.
Your
training
modules
will
be
listed
and
you
will
need
to
complete
all
trainings
by
the
date
noted,
please
be
sure,
to
read
the
appendix
listed
in
the
code
of
concept
called
staff
student
boundaries.

renew
your
license
with
