Would
be
a
lesson
right,
I
think
there's
tons
of
benefits,
especially
as
a
Christian
teacher
on
our
team.
It's
myself
and
a
30
year,
veteran
teacher,
which
I've
learned
a
ton
from
and
then
as
well
as
two
teachers
who
have
been
teaching
between
10
and
20
years.
So
not
only
do
I
get
their
expertise
and
their
tried-and-true
methods.
I'm.
Also
able
I
feel
like
to
give
a
lot
to
the
conversation
as
well
as
I
have.

Teams
meet
about
three
times
a
month,
some
weeks,
it's
just
us
working
with
our
grade
level.
Other
weeks,
it's
the
whole
school
working
together.
We've
also
had
times
during
learning
teams
where
we've
been
able
to
collaborate
with
grades
below
and
above
us
to
see
where
our
kids
are
coming
from.
To
also
put
it
more
in
perspective
for
us
that,
yes,
we
are
doing
the
right
thing
when.
A
We
meet
every
now
and
then,
where
we
can
do
a
cross,
grade-level
conversation,
we
see
what
second
graders
are
doing
so
that
we're
prepared
for
them
when
they
come
up
to
third
grade,
it's
more
consistent
and
has
a
better
flow.
When
we
know
what
fourth-grade
is
going
to
be
meeting
and
wanting
the
benefits
to
students
that
I
feel
like
we
are,
are
taking
the
best
practices,
best
strategies
and
ideas
and
implementing
them
into
our
classroom
on
a
consistent
basis.
In
a
consistent.
