Those children have been a benefit of that I've been a proud parent at Bose for 12 years I'm, a the adventure would have gone through votes and become bilingual and I was seven occasional dollars out of there, and that Beaverton has provided so I appreciate that, but I can say from being able to be a parent, it's very different to becoming the principal and getting to peel back that curtain and look and see of all the great things I've felt as a parent are actually there in place, and it's pretty tremendous and I'm very proud of getting to take on the hard work of my residents and staff and the parents and get to just talk and rich and support those things as I got there, which, in the last two years we worked on our collaboratively co-teaching Ronald this year, which we came out of your own process of study that we call a merging with our staff and can we do to increase even further than achievement for English language, learners and so the worse I will be not right now with clobbering time for our teachers to be together during the school day for you, five minutes, every six or seven maids that they get to collaborate during the day, which is helped a little bit offset some of the loss of early release in our building and help us also focus on our English language learners, who really need our help to increase their achievement and then, along those same lines, we've tried to even very innovative without our huge event of our parents, as Don talked to earlier, it's very important that we find creative ways to reach families making have a tradition, Thank You, general processes in our schools, and so we worked really hard to increase that parent access to online access, because a lot of the things our district in our school does in regards to serve games and other opportunities.
