of

I'm,

provides
some
information
about
what
the
city
is
doing
to
help
individuals
and
businesses
survive
and
recover
from
the
kovat
19
pandemic.
A
clinical
psychologist
shares
some
tips
to
help
us
deal
with
these
stressful
times
and
a
Bellevue
fire
prevention
officer
shows
some
supplies.
A
We
should
all
have
on
hand
at
home
to
help
keep
us
healthy.
Thanks
to
city
leadership,
Bellevue's
found
new
ways
to
continue
to
provide
vital
services
during
these
challenging
times.
We
start
today
with
a
special
message
from
Bellevue
Mayor
Lynn
Robinson,
to
explain
some
of
the
many
things
the
city
is
doing
to
help
individuals
and
businesses
survive
and
recover
from
the
kovat
19
pandemic.
B
Hello,
I'm,
Bellevue,
Mayor,
Lynn
Robinson,
as
I
shelter
in
place
in
my
home
I,
want
to
talk
to
you
today
about
how
the
city
is
working
to
support
our
businesses
and
nonprofit
organizations
during
the
koban
19
outbreak.
I
also
want
to
share
what
you
can
do
to
help
your
organization
and
your
community
through
these
impres
identities.
The
actions
we
take
now
are
important
for
the
protection
of
our
entire
community
as
we
work
to
fight
Cova,
the
19
I
want
to
personally.
B
Thank
you
all
for
doing
what
you
can
to
follow
the
safety
recommendations
and
measures
that
protect
you
and
support
those
around
you
I
also
want
to.
Let
you
know
that
Bellevue
city
staff
and
leaders
are
working
hard
to
help.
In
many
ways
our
Emergency
Operations
Center
is
activated
and
coordinating
response
efforts.
Our
first
responders
have
new
protocols
for
their
protection
and
those
they
serve.
We've
enacted
new
measures
to
assist
with
financial
burdens.
B
The
Bellevue
Utilities
Department
will
not
shut
off
business
or
residential
water
service
for
late
payment
during
this
crisis,
and
the
City
of
Bellevue
is
also
helping
small
businesses
by
allowing
them
to
defer
local
business
tax
payments
until
October.
We
are
offering
business
advisory
services
to
navigate
current
challenges
resisting
and
getting
the
word
out
about
federal
and
potential
state
assistance.
B
Programs
such
as
the
US
Small,
Business
Administration,
low-interest
economic
injury
disaster
loans,
the
businesses
that
have
suffered
substantial
economic
impact
as
a
result,
over
19,
the
city's
Human,
Services,
Department
and
community
partners
are
providing
rental
assistance,
urgency,
food
and
childcare
options,
its
local
schools
and
all
city
services
are
flexing
to
meet
the
needs
of
the
community.
So
we've
also
made
operational
changes
to
move
as
many
services
possible
online.
B
We
must
all
work
together
to
lessen
the
impacts
of
this
virus
to
our
community.
Please
visit
the
city
website,
bellevue
WA
gov,
for
details
on
everything
I
just
mentioned
the
site
will
be
updated
daily
with
information
that
includes
the
latest
code,
19
health
recommendations,
City
actions
and
assistance
programs,
a
list
of
important
business
resources
and
actions
being
taken
to
help
the
economy
and
the
collection
of
community
resources,
including
a
place
to
share
your
stories.
B
A
C
Outbreak
with
covered
19
is
it
it's
a
stressor
and
so
I
hope.
People
when
they're
trying
to
manage
stress
I
think,
first
and
foremost,
is
to
maintain
some
sort
of
structure
trying
to
create
a
regular
routine
and
and
maintain
that
finding
kind
of
ways
that
you
can
still
maintain
you're
scheduled
in
some
sense.
So
you
can
workout
at
home.
You
can
still
prepare
your
meals
at
home.
You
can
play
games
at
home.
You
can
work
from
home,
but
just
kind
of
changing
things
up
so
you're
not
confined
to
one
space.
C
But
you
can,
you
know,
do
your
work
in
one
space,
but
then
move
to
another
space
to
relax
from
a
mental
health
perspective.
Being
aware
of
your
own
emotions
and
I.
Think
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
this
about
mental
health
is
just
being
aware
of
what
you're
feeling,
and
so
it's
useful
to
take
a
moment
periodically
throughout
the
day
and
just
do
a
quick
check-in.
C
You
know
take
a
deep
breath
breathe
from
your
diaphragm,
so
you
expand
your
belly
and
your
chest
and
really
fill
your
lungs
up
and
then
let
it
out
and
then
do
a
quick
scan
head
to
toe
and
just
ask
yourself
how
am
I
doing
so?
It's
normal
to
be
anxious
during
this
time
and
that's
actually,
okay.
It
sounds
kind
of
simplistic,
but
practicing
in
the
midst
of
all
this,
some
sort
of
like
gratitude
or
affirmation
or
thankfulness.
C
You
know
reminding
yourself
of
you
know
what
what's
going
right
in
your
life
technology
is,
is
great
for
maintaining
some
sort
of
connectivity
and
that's
through
phone
calls.
This
Skype
Google
duo
FaceTime.
However,
you
can
reach
out
and
talk
to
other
people
think
about
how
you
can
help
other
people
and
I've
noticed
that
there's
nothing
like
a
disaster
to
bring
people
together
so
help
help
other
people
and
helping
actually
makes
you
feel
good.
If
you
or
someone
you
know
is
feeling
overwhelmed
by
everything.
That's
going
on.
There
are
places
that
you
can
get
help.
C
D
Internet
in
home,
water,
a
working
food
supply
chain
and
clear
roads,
this
kit
will
help
to
ensure
that
you
can
stay
at
home
when
you
are
sick,
but
not
sick
enough
to
want
a
visit
to
the
hospital
for
your
kit.
Here
are
some
items.
You
should
have
laundry
detergent
hand,
soap,
body,
soap
and
dish,
soap,
normal
cleaning
products
for
your
house
that
include
bleach
or
other
disinfectant.
D
D
Everyone
should
wash
their
hands
once
they
return
home
from
a
store
or
other
heavily
trafficked
environment
for
those
with
underlying
health
conditions
or
in
high-risk
populations.
It
would
be
wise
to
also
wash
your
clothes
in
shower
once
you
return
home.
It
is
important
to
remember
that
this
is
cold
and
flu
season,
on
top
of
kovat
19,
be
prepared
to
take
care
of
your
health
by
keeping
a
clean
house
and
going
on
walks
in
our
beautiful
outdoors,
while
maintaining
social
distancing.
D
All
the
while,
during
this
time
when
social
distancing
is
important
to
save
lives,
remember
to
look
into
using
alternative
tools
for
connecting
with
your
co-workers
and
loved
ones.
Like
video
chat
and
conference
calls,
you
can
help,
keep
yourself
and
others
safe
by
following
those
tips.
Thank
you
for
watching
and
one
final
tip.
