coming

from
the
crossroads
neighborhood
and
we're
featuring
some
great
new
projects
on
this
episode
of
lake
to
lake,
we'll
celebrate
the
grand
opening
of
a
new
walking
trail,
we'll
take
you
on
a
one-minute
tour
of
the
beautiful
mercer
slough
and
we'll
ride
along
to
check
out
a
new,
on-demand
ride
service
for
the
crossroads
area.

So
we're
here
today
for
the
opening
celebration
of
the
crossroads
trail.
This
is
a
trail
connection
that
runs
from
north
up
way
at
the
north
end
to
northeast
15th
street.
At
the
south
end
to
the
north.
We
have
residential
areas
and
a
couple
of
schools,
including
interlake
high
school
to
the
south,
is
crossroads.
Mall
and
the
crossroads
park
and
community
center,
so
there's
destinations
at
either
end
that
people
really
want
to
get
to,
and
this
trail
connection
is
an
efficient
way
for
people
to
access
those
destinations.

we're
at
the
stop
for
a
new
on-demand
service
in
bellevue
called
crossroads
connect
the
service
lets
people
in
the
crossroads
area
request
rides
using
an
easy
mobile,
app
or
just
a
phone
call
for
the
same
cost
as
the
king
county
metro
bus
ride,
a
crossroads,
connect
vehicle
will
pick
you
up
and
take
you
to
the
crossroads.
Connect
stop
or
you
can
request
a
ride
from
the
crossroads.
Connect
stop
to
a
different
location
in
the
crossroads
service
area.

stop
is
at
northeast
10th,
street
and
156th
avenue
northeast
next
to
the
crossroads
shopping
center.
It
provides
easy,
close
connections
to
the
rapid
ride,
bee
line
station
and
other
metro
bus
routes
that
serve
the
east
side.
An
important
thing
to
remember
is
that
your
ride
must
either
start
or
end
at
the
crossroads.
