A
A
Do
we
have
any
apologies?
We
do
have
one
from
councilor,
Davis
I.
Believe
someone
like
to
move
that
apology,
councilor
Hearn,
Council,
Davis
councilor.
A
First,
it's
always
in
favor
confirmation
of
the
minutes
of
the
previous
meeting.
Would
someone
like
to
move
the
minutes
of
the
planning
and
development
committee
meeting
held
on
Wednesday
the
5th
of
October
2022,
be
confirmed
as
a
true
and
accurate
record
of
that
meeting?
Councilor
Hearn
and
councilor
King,
all
those
in
favor.

Behavior
at
meetings
generally
refers
to
the
gallery.
We
don't
have
a
gallery,
so
it's
probably
irrelevant
tonight.
Disclosure
of
conflict
of
interest
is
in
accordance
with
the
Local
Government
Act
of
2020.
A
At
the
time
indicated
in
the
agenda,
counselor
with
a
conflict
of
interest
in
an
item
on
that
agenda
must
indicate
they
have
a
conflict
of
interest
by
clearly
stating
the
item
for
which
they
have
a
conflict
of
interest
with
their
conflict
of
interest
is
general
or
material
and
the
circumstances
that
give
rise
to
the
conflict
of
interest
immediately
prior
to
the
consideration
of
the
item
in
which
they
have
a
conflict
of
interest.
A
counselor
must
indicate
to
the
meeting
the
existence
of
the
conflict
of
interest
and
leave
the
meeting.
Does
anyone
have
a
conflict?

Two

are
still
before
the
Tribunal

21

in
the

totally
2.18

out
of
the

issued
12

The

happy
for
any
questions.
E
B
Once
more
lots
are
available
because
they
have
been
sold,
you'll
see
it
not
as
a
spiking
building
activity
again,
so
they
sort
of
like
an
up
and
down
at
this
stage.
What
we're
getting
now
are
extensions
and
things
at
the
moment.
Yes
and
that's
tendency
around
this
time
of
the
year
around
Christmas
when
things
are
slowing
down,
projects
are
already
sort
of
winding
down
towards
generally
it'll
start
going
up.
We
hoping
that
there
will
be
residential
land
Supply
by
then
together
for
the
growth
again.
B
G
A
G
A
D
They
will
just
keep
coming
on
I
believe
they
are
still
with
many
blocks
on
the
list,
but
it
is
interesting
to
see
how
we
we've
already
thought
of
a
lot
of
them.
A
B
You
Mr
chair
through
Mr,
chair
presenter,
the
Planning
and
Development
Committee,
the
development
department,
quarterly
report
for
the
quarter,
ending
30th
September
2022
we've
got
three
strategic
planning
activities
underway.
We've
received
71
applications
during
the
quarter,
86
percent
of
them
were
processed
within
60
days.
B
We
in
total
we've
carried
out
145
building
applications
and
there
were
35
building
permits
approved
during
the
quarter
with
20
food
safety
assessments
done,
which
is
the
test
environmental
health
officer
going
out
testing
food
products.
So
in
the
in
the
place
where
it's
manufactured
that
it's
it's
of
appropriate
quality
for
the
people
that
consume
it,
there.
H
B
I
Nalesh
a
good
report.
My
question
is
from
page
15.
the
fee
dispensation
section
in
that
section
where
we
support
not-for-profit
and
associations
for
pre-wave
off
from
through
favorable
there's
a
individual
name
in
there.
Is
that
relevant
for
any
association
or
what
was
that?
Thank
you,
foreign.
B
There
was
in
an
issue
that
was
more
an
administrative
error
other
than
my
their
problems.
A
B
To
the
Heritage
study
is
a
continuation
or
looking
into
what
the
Heritage
study
was
Vanilla.
The
city
of
vanilla
did
so
it's
got
getting
on
top
of
that
there
was
lots
of
sites
put
in
there.
Yet
there
wasn't
further
words
done,
so
it's
a
collection
of
getting
that
work
done
and
I
did
before
I
knew
places
or
structures
or
areas
that
may
be
of
interest.
B
It's
a
collection
of
data,
so
there'll
be
Heritage
advisors
that
will
go
in
specific
areas.
Do
the
data
collection
come
back
to
a
report?
Then
there
will
be
a
committee.
Consultation
done
in
individual
consultation
done
whether
to
check.
If
they
were
right,
they
were
wrong.
How
are
the
assessments
were
and
giving
further
details
into
what
the
Heritage
assessments
would
be?
So
it
won't
just
look
at
the
European
Heritage
to
look
at
Aboriginal
Heritage
as
well,
so
probably
not
to
the
extent
as
we
all
wanted,
because
it's
quite
an
expensive
exercise.
B
A
Thank
you
very
much.
Are
there
any
other
questions?
If
not
the
recommendation
is
the
report
be
noted
on
page
16.

Council
Hearn
I'd
like
to
speak
councilor,
King,
councilor
Hearn.
A
H
You
Mr
chair,
yes,
thank
you.
It's
a
great
start.
The
report
discusses
the
proposed
vanilla,
landfill
and
resource
recovery
center
transfer
station
charges.
H
If
you
remember
back
on
the
5th
of
October
this
year,
the
the
Planning
and
Development
Committee,
acting
under
this
delegate
Authority
for
Council,
resolved
that
the
proposed
vanilla,
landfill
and
resource
recovery
center
transfer
station
charges,
as
highlighted,
are
in
table.
One
in
the
report
be
endorsed
for
public
exhibition
for
at
least
28
days
at
the
cause
of
the
submission
period
no
submissions
were
received
and
therefore
the
charges
are
proposed.
H
Sorry,
no
changes
are
proposed
to
the
vanilla,
landfill
and
resource
recovery
center
transfer,
station
transfer,
station
fees
and
charges
are
calculated
using
a
volume
based
charge.
Instead
of
what
we
currently
use
are
a
weight-based
charge.
This
will
only
apply
to
residential
customers,
the
general
public,
while
our
commercial
customers
will
still
use
the
weight-based
charges
using
the
way
Bridge,
the
new
volume
base,
charts
will
have
been
calculated.
H
D
Yeah
Adrian,
with
the
calculations.
D
You
know
it
looks
really
good,
but
it's
obviously
it's
a
bit
Dynamic
that
we're
talking.
H
So,
if
I
make
through
the
chair,
so
what
we
got
sorry
as
we
discussed
at
the
previous
planning
and
development
committee
meeting,
it
is
going
to
be
based
on
volume.
So
we
are
going
to
have
some
dogmatic
examples
on
site
for
the
general
customers
to
give
them
a
general
idea
on
what
it's
going
to
cost
them
per
per
trailer
like
per
half
trailer,
live
for
quarter,
Trailer
Load,
the
cost
that
we've
did
sorry
the
charges
that
we've
developed.
H
We
have
had
a
bit
of
a
look
at
what
we've
collected
over
the
years,
part
of
our
weight
based
charges
and
we've
also
looked
at
some
of
our
neighboring
councils
and
had
a
look
at
what
they
charge,
we're
probably
somewhere
in
the
middle
I.
Think
it's
also
important
to
note
that
we're,
probably
looking
at
approximately
5.1
percent
of
our
total
volume
of
General
waste
to
landfill
comes
from
our
general
customs
5.1.
Thank.
D
I
I'm,
more
of
the
community
engagement
part
of
it,
but
we
haven't
received
any
submissions
for
that
one
and
I.
There
were
a
couple
of
other
community
engagement.
We
tried
on
the
consent
stage
which
we
didn't
get
I.
Think
from
memory
for
last
couple
of
reports.
We
got
different
ones,
so
my
concern
is
Sarah.
I
I'll
be
I,
need
to
pick
up
this
away.
Is
there
a
way
we're
doing
it
right
or
is
that
because
of
the
complexity
of
this,
have
you
explain
it
well
for
people
to
get
and
engage
with
us?
Oh,
it's
just
that.
It's
a
brilliant
report,
there's
nothing
much
to
say
about
it.
Sort
of
thing
where
we
at
with
the
community
engagement
is
a
bit
of
my
concern.
Why
are
we
not
getting
any
submissions
for
a
very
important
decision
like
this?
I
C
For
this
Mr
chair,
we
extensively
advertise
through
social
media
was
in
the
paper
we
advertised.
We
call
for
submission.
So
in
this
particular
case
I
don't
believe
there
was
General
public
interest
in
the
actual
item
itself.
C
I,
don't
think
the
the
amount
of
the
these
scared
people
I
think
if
they
did,
we
would
have
had
some
feedback,
so
we
can
look
at
it
and
we
can
talk
to
our
Thompson
about
what
we
did
and
where
we
came
through,
but
I
don't
think
there
was
that
much
of
a
community
appetite
in
this
particular
matter,
and
we
get
that.
Sometimes
we
have
an
issue.
That's
a
Hot
Topic
that
we
get
what's
on
and
other
times
that
they
fly
under
the
radar,
so
that
will
reveal
at
the
time
if
there's
any
particular
ways.
C
A
G
Just
following
from
that
Robert,
we
didn't
do
anything
different
as
what
we
would
have
done
for
anything
else
like
we
did
the
same
Communications
plan
or
engagement
strategies
as
we
have
with
any
other
sort
of
plan
we've
put
out
for
consultation
before
yeah.
C
Through
you
Mr
chair,
we
put
it
at
the
consult
level,
as
per
the
original
report
presented
to
council,
which
is
not
at
the
far
right
of
the
scale,
we'll
ask
for
a
citizen's
jewelry
or
anything,
but
we
did
it
as
we
do
for
council
plan.
Basically,
we
didn't
have
a
working
group
that
was
promoted
just
very
similar
to
what
we
do
for
all
our
different
policies
and
services.
A
Thank
you,
councilor
O'brien,.
E
Yeah
yeah
I
guess.
E
I
guess
that
that
even
taking
their
General
race
out
here
so
that
might
be
an
indication
of
people
that
are
interested
in
using
the
facility
for
this
and
I
guess.
My
question
is:
is
there
any
plans
or
maybe
reevaluating
the
charges
down.
E
Know
seeing
as
how
it's
a
whole
new
system
that's
coming
into
place
in
the
form
of
comments
at
the
landfill
science
over
a
really
starting
to
be
the
people
that
are
using
it
for
this
or
we
just
kind
of
Let,
It
Go
I
mean
I.
Think
we've
done,
okay,
with
putting
it
out
there
for
people
to
see
that
yeah.
H
If
I
might
through
the
chair
cancer
Brian
yesterday-
and
we
always
do-
we
always
take
into
consideration
what
our
customers
say
so
with
our
landfill
operators.
If
there's
any
any
particular
comment
that
we
receive,
whether
it's
positive
or
negative,
that's
always
fed
back
to
us
as
we
do
with
all
fees
and
charges.
There's
no
reason
why
we
can't
revise
this
in
the
future.
H
If
we,
if
we
need
to
and
again
we
may
choose
to
go
out
to
public
consultation
via
a
different
strategy
if
we
need
to
but
yeah
at
the
moment,
I
think
you're
right
considering
up
until
now.
This
volume
relates
to
roughly
around
five
percent
might
not
necessarily
been
a
lot
of
interest
out
there.
C
Sorry
Mr
changes
through
you
as
well.
The
transfer
station
team
will
also
be
very
much
an
education
period
for
the
first
six
to
12
months,
they'll
be
very
lenient
on
how
they
accept
loads
of
what
they
charge
for
them
so
it'll,
be
it
won't
be
straight
away.
Charging
the
most
we
can
get
from
a
surrogant
or
your
lenient
system,
that'll
be
brought
in
softly
softly.
A
There
are
any
other
questions,
if
not
the
recommendation
news
that
the
vanilla,
landfill
and
resource
recovery
center
transfer
station
charges
below
be
considered
for
adoption.

Council

would
like
to
speak.
Councilor
Firth.
It's.
D
Through
the
chair
with
regards
to
you
know,
the
main
thing
about
this
particular
item
is
that
we
moved
one
step
closer
to
actually
having
our
transfer
station.
It's
been
a
it's
been
a
long
process,
but
when
we're
talking
about
how
much
we're
going
to
charge
goes
through,
the
gate
must
mean
that
we're
just
about
finished.
Thank
you
very
much.
E
E
Yeah
I
think,
let's,
let's
get
it
started
and
as
far
as
what
was
father
said
with
education,
so
everybody
as
far
as
you
know,
doubting
him
while
they
take
part
to
learn
because
I
think
it's
really
important.
Thank
you
well
done.
A
Do
is
there
anyone
wishing
you
to
speak
against
the
recommendation?
Is
there
anyone
else
like
who
would
like
to
speak
for
the
recommendation?
A
Okay,
all
those
in
favor.
That's
carried
thanks.

unsealed

where
we
can't
when
we
could,
as
I
mentioned
earlier,
I,
think
it's
fair
to
say
that
not
only
the
individual,
significant
rainfall
events
that
we
copped
to
the
general
rain
that
we
copped
over
the
winter
months
so
certainly
caused
us
some
frustrations
and
certainly
caused
us
some
issues
in
relation
to
us
getting
out
in
particularly
in
in
our
rural
areas
and
and
our
gravel
roads
parks
and
Gardens.
H
They
also
got
hit
with
all
the
rain
that
has
made
it
hard,
certainly
towards
the
later
part
of
the
quarter,
to
get
some
of
our
mowing
done.
Nevertheless,
some
of
the
highlights
was
that
we
installed
tables
and
seating
in
Bridge
Street
and
the
bridge
Trooper

as
part
of
the
outdoor
activation
fund
project.
We
reviewed
and
updated
our
electric
line
clearance
management
plan
we
removed
13
trees
and
performed
maintenance
of
trees,
uplifting
roads
and
footpaths
and
throughout
the
municipality,
but
as
well
as
that
we
planted
over
102
nature
strip
trees,
waste.
H
Quarterly
gas
leak
change
groundwater
testing
undertaken
as
we
do,
every
quarter,
the
Environmental
Management
plan
updated
and,
as
we've
just
highlighted,
the
transfer
station
is
slowly
progressing
and
with
the
new
charges
coming
in
it
won't
be
too
long
and
we'll
be
able
to
operate.
Our
transfer
station
I
did
mention
earlier
about
the
January
storm
event,
so
we're
still
catching
up.
H
Although
we've
completed
the
emergency
Works
relating
to
the
January
storm
event,
we've
still
got
a
significant
amount
of
work
that
we
still
need
to
do
in
relation
to
the
impairment
or
the
repair
work
again
generally
in
our
rural
area
relating
to
our
Revel
roads,
and
that
is
probably
certainly
not
insignificant,
but
it
will
probably
come
second
to
the
impairment
or
the
damage
we
have
suffered
following
the
October.
H
B
H
E
You
for
the
report
too,
so
I'm
just
wondering
Adrian.
E
Training
program
with
102
nature
trees
planted.
Could
you
just
give
us
an
indication
please
where
those
trees
have
been
planted?
Thank.
H
You
it
is
widespread,
so
generally,
it's
generally
within
our
urban
area,
certainly
within
the
Urban
or
banana
City
area
generally
in
our
residential
streets
and
generally,
where
we've
either
taken
trees
out
before
whether
or
not
they've
been
dead
disease
or
dangerous
or
Pilot
gaps
in
in
some
some
areas
that
we've
decided
to
infill.
E
13
trees
that
you've
already
mentioned
this
is
the
normal
I
guess
plan
about.
If
the
tree
is
removed,
another
one
is
replaced
with
another
one,
but
I've
just
had
this
conversation
over
the
weekend
with
some
community
members.
So
we're
having
a
little
bit
of
a
debate
about
this,
so
I'm
just
kind
of
curious.
If
you
take
a
tree
out,
is.
H
I
You
for
being
a
good
report,
a
lot
of
work
going
in
last
quarter.
My
question
is
from
page
25
the
the
first
table.
The
connected
and
accessible
roads
would
path,
transport
and
parking
from
the
drainage
section.
If
you
noted
already
the
drainage
work
since
hasn't
started.
Yet
the
budget
had
worked.
Was
that
because
of
the
weather
or
what
was
stopping
that?
Thank
you.
H
If
am
I
through
the
chair,
yes,
look
generally,
the
the
weather
has
quite
heavy.
We
have
got
plans,
we
we're
ready
to
go.
You
may
have
heard
from
our
definition.
Community
we've
pretty
much
got
all
the
pipe
work
on
site.
Now
we
just
need
a
little
bit
more
drier
weather,
so
we
can
actually
start
installing
some
pipes
and
actually
undertaking
some
physical
works.
I
think
it's
fair
to
say
that
it's
not
only
the
drainage
in
the
footpath,
it's
generally
across
all
all
our
infrastructure
assets.
It's
really
been
a
tough
three
months.
B
E
E
What's
going
through
this
report,
we're
planning
on
having
a
Waste
Recovery
working
group,
I'm,
just
wondering
I'll,
be
in
the
process
of
forming
this
or
wherever
our
children.
Please.
H
If
I
may
have
gone
through
through
the
chair,
yes,
we
will,
as
a
matter
of
fact,
it
was
only
a
couple
of
weeks
ago
we
did
meet
with
the
local
resource
recovery
group
and
had
a
good
chat
to
them,
we're
very,
very
keen
to
get
their
support
and
get
them
on
board.
We'll
certainly
be
talking
about
that
in
the
very
near
future,
about
setting
up
a
a
working
group-
I.E,
maybe
slash
Advisory
Group,
to
see
what
we
can
do.
H
I
A
Following
on
from
councilor
O'brien's
question
about
the
tree
planting,
what's
the
strategy
for
new
developments
do
we
do
we
have
a
strategy
where
Street
trees
are
planted
immediately
or
within
a
certain
period
of
time.
H
If
I
might
again
through
the
chair,
yes,
there
is
so
there's,
there's
generally
planning
permit
conditions
in
a
residential,
a
general
residential
type
development.
There
is
planning
permit
conditions
that
a
developer
needs
to
plant
at
least
a
one
street
tree
fronting
each
residential
property.
It
also
depends
on
the
size
of
the
property
or
the
size
of
the
frontage
of
the
property
and
whether
it's
not
it's
on
a
corner
block,
but
generally,
yes,
there
is
a
requirement
for
Street
trees
to
be
planted
as
part
of
new
developments.
A
G
D
D
It
all
depends
on
which
one
you're
out
front
of,
of
course,
and
that's
how
bad
you
feel
about
it,
but
from
the
position
of
chair
of
the
festival,
I
would
like
to
thank
very
much
your
outdoor
staff
for
getting
the
job
done,
making
vanilla
look
as
beautiful
as
it
possibly
could
under
the
conditions
we
had
a
wonderful
weekend
and
part
of
it's
due
to
the
great
work
that
your
staff
done.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you,
councilor
O'brien.
Would
you
like
to
speak.
G
Just
following
on
from
from
Council
sharp
I
think
he
said
it
all,
but
also
too
just
to
acknowledge
that
the
patience
of
our
community,
particularly
those
out
of
devanish,
who
have
been
waiting
some
time
for
those
Works
to
be
done.
We
can't
control
the
weather.
G
We
can
control
many
things,
but
not
the
weather,
but
it
has
been,
as
we
all
know,
a
very
wet
couple
of
months
and
hopefully,
when
we
get
some
dry,
whether
we
can
get
that
job
done
for
them
and
and
as
the
council
Firth
has
alluded
to
the
work
of
your
team
Adrian,
particularly
during
the
floods,
seeing
them
out
taking
down
the
fencing
and
other
things
you
know
during
the
rain
and
wet
events,
they
you
know,
wanted
to
be
home
with
their
families
I'm
sure,
but
instead
they
were
out
doing
their
part
for
our
community.
G
So
a
big
thank
you
to
them
and
for
the
work
that
they've
done
and
yourself
and
the
whole
team.
And
you
know
this
is
a
really
big
report
in
front
of
us
tonight
and
I.
Think
it's
something
the
community
should
should
take
a
look
at
to
know
exactly
what
you
and
your
team
are
up
to,
because
it
is
really
impressive
and
again
a
credit
to
yourself
in
the
work
they've
been
doing.
Thank
you.
A
E
Thank
you,
Mr
chair
I'd,
just
like
to
congratulate
you
as
well
Adrian
and
your
team
I've
heard
I've
heard
a
lot
since
the
floods.
I
know
this
is
just
before
the
floods
and
I'd
also
like
to
congratulate
you
on
grading
99
kilometers
of
unsealed
roads
during
September,
with
the
weather
that
we've
had.
So
that's
fair.
That's
a
fairly
busy
achievement,
I
I
believe,
but
I
also
would
like
to
extend
my
congratulations
through
my
time
walking
around
during
the
floods
and
speaking
to
the
community.
E
They
were
had
nothing
but
praise
for
your
employer,
please,
and
especially
the
ones
down
in
Neil
Avenue
really
close
to
the
water.
They
were
exceptionally
pleased
to
see
the
guys
cleaning
gutters
prior
to
the
storm
event
during
the
storm
event
and
after
the
storm
event,
I
just
like
to
make
sure
that
you
knew
about
that.
Thank
you.
A
A
F
You
Mr
chair,
Mr
chair.
The
report
presents
highlights
from
the
quarter
from
my
department.
One
of
the
facilities
highlights
was
recommencing
meetings
with
these
seniors
we'd
put
those
off
during
Cove,
it's
really
nice
to
meet
with
users
of
our
senior
citizens
and
Community
Center
and
I'm
glad
those
meetings
have
restarted.
On
the
Aquatic
Center
front,
please
report
the
splash
park
is
now
operational
and
we'll
actually
be
advertising
that
to
the
public
from
tomorrow
we
just
held
off
because
we've
had
some
equipment
in
the
way
of
the
plant
room
with
the
construction.
F
Another
thing
pleasing
things
to
report
is
just
how
straightforward
it
was
to
recommission
that
Park
after
the
floods,
it
was
simple,
so
it's
been
put,
it
was
designed
to
withstand
a
flood
and
the
proof
is
in
the
putting.
It
was
very,
very
simple
to
clean
that
out
and
you
get
that
get
that
going.
So
it
was
really
good.
The
the
ongoing
highlight
from
the
quarter,
I
I,
know,
I've
said
this.
The
last
few
quarterly
reports
is
the
strong
enrollments
at
the
Aquatic
Center,
and
the
reason
I
harp
on
about
this
is
I.
F
Remember
back
a
few
years
ago
we
were
scratching
our
heads
why
we
weren't
getting
enrollments
in
the
swimming
lesson
program
and
how
we
could
get
schools
back
into
the
center
and
that
program
continues
to
grow
and
with.
As
of
at
time
of
writing
the
report,
574
enrollments,
that's
phenomenal,
really
pleased
by
that
program
and
how
that's
going
you
also
note
in
corporate
Australia
it
security
is
a
big
thing.
At
the
moment,
we've
had
a
number
of
data
breaches.
In
the
report
I've
mentioned,
we've
got
some
external
security
testing
taking
place.
F
That's
now
an
insurance
requirement,
but
it's
also
good
practice.
That's
taking
place
at
the
the
moment,
we'll
be
really
interested
to
see
how
this
expert
security
firm
go,
trying
to
break
into
our
Network
and
will
certainly
act
promptly
on
their
recommendations
and
their
findings
and
I
welcome
any
questions.
Mr
chair.
Thank
you.
Thank.
A
You
are
there
any
questions.
Mr
Robertson,
Greg
I
have
one
I
have
a
couple.
Actually
one.
Can
you
explain
to
us
what
the
state
government's
rural
council's
transformation
project
is?
Thank.
F
You
very
much
that's
a
really
exciting
project.
That's
a
government-funded
project
where
a
joint
project
we're
in
with
Mansfield
Shire,
murandindy,
Shire
and
Strath
Bogey,
and
the
state
government
had
funded
us
to
upgrade
many
of
our
core
systems,
such
as
our
rate
systems,
our
finance
systems,
gender
management
and
Records
management,
which
are
huge
undertakings.
This
project
is
funded
for
a
number
of
years.
It's
actually
a
five-year
Journey,
but
as
part
of
that
project,
we've
got
a
project
manager
whom
will
start
on
the
28th
of
this
month.
F
She'll
meet
with
all
the
member
councils
and
we'll
start
planning
what
software
will
be
upgraded
when
this
is
probably
one
of
the
most
exciting
projects
for
my
team
and
indeed
Council.
Some
of
our
core
software
systems
are
aging
and
a
bit
painful
to
use,
and
it's
really
good
that,
through
this
project,
we'll
have
the
opportunity
to
upgrade
our
software
programs,
especially
Finance.
That's
a
key
system.
A
Sounds
very
exciting.
Thank
you
and
the
other
thing
I
was
at
a
meeting
at
the
the
library
the
other
day
and
someone
had
a
query
about
the
free
Wi-Fi
and
they
it
didn't
appear
to
work
with,
or
was
there
an
issue
with
their
equipment?
I'm
not
sure,
but
he
said
that
he'd
been
to
a
couple
of
council
premises
and
hadn't
been
able
to
get
the
free
Wi-Fi
to
operate.
Can
you
tell
me
if
that's
a
problem
or
a
problem
with
his
equipment
or
his
finger.
F
So
I'm
really
disappointed
to
hear
that
I'm
sorry
that
shouldn't
be
the
case,
but
I'll
certainly
look
into
that
I'll
log.
A
help
desk
request
straight
after
this
meeting,
we'll
get
right
on
to
that.
But
there's
no
reason
why
that
free,
Wi-Fi
shouldn't
be
working.
Thank.
I
Greg,
it's
a
good
report,
a
lot
of
work
again,
you
mentioned
the
splash
park
is
operational
again,
so
I
assume
it's
after
the
flood
damage
the
community.
Believe
it's
a
huge
cost
once
something
like
that
happens
to
the
community.
Do
you
you
have
an
idea
about
how
much
it
costs
to
repair
and
get
it
back
on
stage
when
something
like
that
happened.
This
is
the
first
time
it
happened
after
this
discussion
has
been
on
the
community.
Thank
you.
F
So
through
you
Mr
chair,
that's
a
that's
a
valid
question,
so
the
only
cost
other
than
existing
staff
costs,
which
are
budgeted
staff
are
engaged.
Is
we
had
a
local
plumbing
firm
there
for
half
a
day,
so
it
would
be
the
Plumber's
rates
for
half
a
day
which
I
haven't
seen
the
invoice
for
that
would
be
under
1500
from
past
experience,
but
I
may
also
be
able
to
claim
those
expenses
on
on
flood
damage
claim.
So
we're
talking
under
two
thousand
dollars.
A
G
Chair
great
report,
Greg
I,
think
some
of
the
highlights
there,
particularly
around
the
the
new
memberships
for
the
Bonilla
Aquatic
Center.
That's
that's
fantastic.
To
see
our
community
and
getting
out
and
getting
active
great
to
see
the
splash
park
is
reopening
I
know.
My
kids
will
be
very
much
looking
forward
to
that
and
overall
yeah
a
lot
happening
in
this
space.
So
thank
you.
E
I'm
just
saying
foreign,
yes,
good
report,
Greg
thank
you
and
I
also
I'm
really
pleased
to
be
hearing
that
we're
being
proactive
with
our
cyber
security,
rather
than
waiting
for
all
of
this
stuff
now
with
medibank,
private,
of
which
I've
got
a
membership
and
I'm
just
wondering
when
I'm
going
to
get
my
email.
So
no
that's
really
good
we're.
On
top
of
it,
it's
great
for
the
community
to
hear
that
appeal
and
and
also
just
that,
we're
all
getting
ready
for
summer.
E
A
Anyone
want
to
speak
against
the
recommendation,
if
not
anyone
else
speak
for
Council
of
Firth.
F
D
The
chair
just
to
say,
like
some
of
these
things,
come
around
and
we
we
were
put
to
the
test
during
the
splash
park,
where
we're
going
to
put
it
and
I.
Remember
vividly
that
some
of
the
comments
there
were
that
you're
mad
putting
it
down
there,
it's
going
to
cost
a
fortune
and
so
forth,
and
you
know
it
was
designed
to
step
test
with
a
flood,
and
this
has
been
a
perfect
example
of
exactly
it
is
in
the
right
position.
D
As
far
as
I'm
concerned,
the
Council
made
the
right
decision
and
I
think
this
just
backs
it
up.
Thank
you
very
much.
I
Great
work,
Greg
and
a
good
report
among
a
lot
of
things
you
have
done.
I
would
like
to
appreciate
the
new
audio
visual
system
that's
installed,
and
there
was
a
lot
of
the
concerns
or
complaints
from
the
community
that
they
couldn't
hear
us
properly
on
the
YouTube
channels
or
the
live
streams
and
I
I
believe
that
they
can
hear
us
well
and
it's
to
go
home
and
check
that
hello
and
yeah
nice
well
done
good
job.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you.
Anyone
else
like
to
speak
I
just
like
to
say
what
everyone
else
has
already
said,
basically
about
the
splash
park.
There
are
a
lot
of
concerns
about
it's
going
to
cost
ten.
Twenty
thirty
thousand
dollars
every
time,
there's
a
flood
and
it
just
goes
to
prove
that
what
we
planned
with
the
installation,
that's
obviously
worked
and
done,
but
it's
not
flood
proof,
but
it's
fairly
easy
to
to
give
a
bit
of
a
rinse
out
and
and
start
up
again
so
well
done
all
those
in
favor.
