Behavior
at

it

continue
disclosure

number
one
Planning
and
Building
approvals
for
November
and
December
nalesh.
Thank
you.
Thank.
C
You
Mr
Chu,
screw
you
Mr,
chair
presenter,
the
finance
and
planning
committee,
the
monthly
building
and
planning
report
for
November
and
December
2022,
the
planning
activity
for
November
and
December
as
follows.
There
were
18
permits
issued
in
November
7th
for
December.
One
amendment
was
issued
in
November,
one
Vic
smart
permit
was
issued
in
November
and
five
in
December
and
one
application
was
withdrawn.
B
No,
if
not
I,
just
have
one
on
page
six
construction
replacement
of
the
dwelling
and
to
use
existing
drilling
for
group
accommodation
at
one
five,
six
clenroe
and
Bowyer
road
is
that
the
old
nudist
camp
type.
C
D
C
There
I'll
be
able
to
provide
that
in
a
briefing
in
terms
of
the
decision
of
the
trade
you
know,
but
as
far
as
the
case
is
concerned,
this
is
from
a
tribunal's
perspective
and
from
a
planning
perspective.
This
matter
is
now
closed.
So
there's
no
Avenue
for
the
applicant,
apart
from
appealing
to
the
Supreme
Court,
but
I'm
able
to
provide
the
full
extract
of
what
the
tribunal
process
was
in
the
breaking
paper.
Yeah.
D
B
E
Is
the
only
again
to
acknowledge
the
amazing
work
of
militia
and
his
team
in
the
permits
and
applications
that
this
Council
has
done
over
the
last
few
months?
It's
great
to
see
such
a
variety
of
of
things
happening,
but
there
is
a
bit
of
a
standout
in
a
lot
of
this.
E
That
I
see
when
I
look
at
this
report
each
month,
and
that
is
a
sense
of
confidence
of
the
people
of
our
community
who
are
investing
in
their
properties,
investing
in
their
businesses
investing
in
our
community
and
it's
great
to
read
this
report
each
month,
because
it
gives
me
confidence
and
I'm
sure
others
of
what
our
communities
thinking
of
out
of
our
town
and
what
we're
doing
as
a
council.
So
it's
a
great
indicator
that
we're
on
the
right
track
and
people
are
happily
investing
in
their
homes
and
the
businesses
here
in
town.
Thank
you.
B
G
G
The
vanilla,
Bush
Rangers
Cricket
Club
are
seeking
500
in
community
sponsorship
funding
to
assist
with
catering
for
a
a
cricket
match
that
they're
hosting
on
the
16th
of
February
between
the
England
over
70s
and
the
Victorian
over
70s,
which
will
no
doubt
bring
quite
a
few
people
into
the
area
and
the
turtle
tettler
applying
for
500
in
community
sponsorship.
Funding
to
go
towards
the
acquisition
of
a
new
printer
as
their
old
one
is
no
longer
doing
the
job
it
used
to
do.
B
D
It's
not
many
people
in
this
room
that'd
be
able
to
to
battle
Bowl
in
it.
However,
Trevor
Saker
in
his
crew
have
done
a
wonderful
job.
This
is
a
a
an
australian-wide
event
and
we've
got
a
got
one
of
the
games
being
played
in
Manila.
D
Not
many
people
probably
know,
but
but
there
are
over
70s
Australian
team
goes
over
to
England
and
Trevor's
part
of
that
team.
Okay,
so
everyone
plays
over
there,
so
I
just
hope
that
the
whole
town
and
and
the
council
get
behind
is
going
because
it'll
be
fantastic
for
the
for
the
oval
over
there
and
normally,
when
they
get
overseas
visitors
to
play
game
at
Cricket.
D
D
That's
all
to
say,
and
thank
you
very
much
Don
for
European.
Let's
go,
and
that
is
thinking.
B
A
A
I
wish
to
commence
the
section
115
process
to
Lisa
parcel
of
land
to
Mr
Martin
Jacobson
for
Hangar
construction.
Councilors
will
recall
this
was
actually
one
of
two
Parcels
offered
under
lease
through
the
Section
115
process
to
Mr
Luke
Vaughn
Mr
Bourne's
actually
handed
back
one
of
those
leases
owing
to
the
cost
of
construction
and
will
only
be
proceeding
with
one
least
parcel
of
land.
A
So
we
I'm
proposing
to
offer
this
password
land
to
Mr
Martin
Jacobson
under
exactly
the
same
terms
as
you'll
you'll,
see
from
the
report
and
the
recommendations
which
follow
the
section
115
process
are
at
the
end
of
the
report.
B
I
just
hit
one.
The
original
agreement
with
Luke
Bourne
was
that
two
separate
leases
or
one
lease
and
that's
been
redrawn.
A
No,
that
was
two
separate
leases,
so
he
physically
handed
back
one
document
and
did
not
sign.
B
Any
other
questions
for
Greg,
not
the
recommendation,
is
in
three
SEC
three
parts
on
page
22,
I
won't
read
it
which
I'd
like
to
move
that
Council
King,
segmented,
counselor,.
E
Thank
you
Mr,
chair
only
to
say
that
yeah
support
this
Arrangement.
It's
good
that
we've
got
people
with
an
aviation
background
and
experience
wanting
to
set
up
and
house
their
airplanes
in
benalla
and
I
I
had
an
opportunity
to
speak
with
Mr,
Jacobs
and
I.
Think
he's
a
very
committed,
Community,
representative
and
he's
very
keen
to
you
know
be
a
part
of
of
benella
and
and
in
particular
well
he's
a
part
of
an
element
to
do
more
and
yeah.
E
A
H
To
see
Greg
finding
another
lessee
for
that
personal
land
or
when
the
other
one
can't
take
the
lease
agreement
and
on
the
same
term,
so
we
went
for
the
public
submissions
and
we
heard
there
were
no
submissions
from
memory
when
we
had
it.
So
it's
again
good
to
go
for
the
this
stage,
have
no
problems
with
that
I'd
like
to
recommend
that.
Thank
you.
B
B
Item
number
four
is
to
propose
Tesla
car
park,
lease
welcomed,
Nathan
gasparoni.
I
Thank
you,
Mr,
chair,
to
discuss
the
the
report
discusses
Tesla's
proposal
to
lease
Council
owned
Smyth
street
car
park
next
to
Woolworths
for
the
purpose
of
an
electric
vehicle
charging
station.
I
The
proposed
lease
term
is
five
years
with
two
five-year
options
to
extend
the
car
park
would
include
20
dedicated
spaces
for
electric
charging,
as
well
as
21
retained
for
General
parking.
There
will
be
a
stage
delivery
with
the
first
stage,
consisting
of
the
installation
of
10
charges
with
another
10
to
be
added
as
needed.
I
F
F
Through
you,
Mr
chair,
Nathan,
I'm
concerned
that
Tesla
parking
is
just
for
Tesla
cars.
Is
that
still
true?
It's.
I
Through
the
chat
until
recently
has
been
just
tested,
charges
have
been
only
usable
by
Tesla
cars,
as
of
yesterday,
they've
begun
to
open
up
the
network
to
universally
for
any
cars
opening
with
five
stations
in
New
South
Wales
are
now
opened
universally
and
we'll
likely
be
able
to
open
up
to
benella
from
when
they
set
up
the
churches
in
town
to
to
charge
all
cars
a.
J
D
Thank
you
through
the
chair
and
I
think
and
Nathan
What's
at
the
moment
that
car
Park's
been
insured
by
the
tenants
for,
since
the
construction
of
the
supermarket,
is
there
any
do
we
have
any
obligations
or
has
that
all
been
sorted
out
before
we
go
in
and
open
up
the
open
up?
This
group
and
a
third
party.
I
B
K
Sorry
Brian
thank
you,
Mr
chair,
so
Nathan.
The
fact
that,
as
of
yesterday,
Tessa
have
come
on
board
and
said
that
they're
opening
up
their
charging
stations
to
other
electric
vehicles
does
that
completely
negate
the
need
for
benella
Rural
City
to
think
about
putting
in
other
charging
stations
around
town
that
aren't
Tesla.
I
Not
necessarily
as
it's
a
private
company-
and
this
is
only
10
to
20
charges-
it's
likely
going
to
need
a
lot
more
in
the
future
anyway.
So
no.
L
Just
it
is
a
good
question.
Councilor
O'brien
and
councilors
in
the
community
may
be
aware
that,
as
Nathan
has
indicated,
the
growth
in
UV
Vehicles,
especially
in
the
last
12
months
and
probably
the
next
12
to
24
months,
will
be
exponential.
L
Several
of
the
major
companies
are
looking
to
install
UV
charging
networks
at
Petrol,
Station
and
other
sites.
On
this
particular
occasion,
I
think
the
work
that
Nathan
and
obviously
the
team
we've
been
working
on,
is
to
try
and
get
that
initial
EV
charging
site
up
and
running
in
vanilla
and
obviously
EV
networks
is
installing
a
site
in
Denny
Street
as
well
so
I
think
it's
a
great
Catalyst
for
our
community.
L
That
I
think
you'll
see
a
lot
of
activity
in
this
particular
space
in
years
to
come
from
a
commercial
perspective,
and
obviously
the
council
will
look
to.
You
know,
bring
some
strategies
to
the
council
in
the
coming
months
about
how
we
start
to
transition
in
that
direction
over
the
coming
years
as
well.
B
Thank
you,
councilor
King,
then
Council
again.
E
Following
I'm
from
councilor
Davis's
question
Nathan
with
regards
to
Woolworths-
and
you
just
mentioned
that
they're
all
for
this-
so
we
have
done
that
consultation
with
them.
They
they're
happy
to
support
putting
in
20
or
is
it
just
support?
The
discussion.
I
I,
guess
is
they'll,
be
ongoing
discussion
once
any
building
works,
whatever
needs
to
be
done,
but
at
this
stage
they're
comfortable
and
excited
by
the
prospect
of
having
their
charges
there.
Thank
you.
H
I
have
a
few
questions
well
number
one.
Is
it's
good
to
see
that
the
question
is
about
so
not
being
unique
to
Tesla
to
opening
up
to
other
cars?
I
think
that's
a
strong
point
to
be
full
on
this
proposal
and
number
the
other
question
a
question.
I
have
is
why
20
and
if,
if
it's,
if
at
one
point
Tesla
finds
out
the
10
is
enough,
if
they
start
is
the
first
stage
is
enough.
So
what's
the
what's
the
agreement?
H
I
They,
the
trigger,
would
be
a
higher
level
of
use
of
those
10
charges
to
a
point
where
it's
necessary
for
10
more
to
put
in
the
the.
If
the
other
10
are
not
used
within
the
the
five
years
or
the
two
five-year
extensions,
they
will
remain
open
to
General
Park.
J
Thank
you,
chair
Nathan.
I
Through
the
chat,
this
is
assisting
the
state
government
enroll
out
of
EVS,
but
is
probably
through
Tesla
of
their
own
volition.
I
But
it's
definitely.
The
state
government
will
be
paying
to
have
them,
but
there
are
other
state
government
invested
options
in
a
rollout
for
Victoria
as
well
outside
of
Tesla.
J
I
State
government
signing
with
EV
networks
who
are
currently
rolling
out
into
most
Regional
towns
around
Victoria
and
is
the
main
part
of
the
state
rollout
at
the
moment
which,
which
Summer
started
to
pop
up
already
and
we'll
continue
in
the
future.
L
You
once
again,
obviously
Nathan
has
been
working
on
this.
This
particular
deal
has
been
on
the
go
for
about
nine
months
and
to
your
question.
Counselor
first
I
think
there
is
a
strategy
sort
of
to
be
quite
honest
from
an
EV
perspective,
EV
charging
perspective
and
when
you're
looking
at
this
whole
Space.
So
the
one
that's
going
to
Dentistry
car
park
is
a
lower
voltage,
lower
speed
and
I
think
it
from
memory.
Maybe
20
kilowatts
charges,
the
Tesla
superchargers
up
to
250
kilowatts.
L
Not
all
vehicles
can
take
that
so
in
Victoria
at
the
moment,
we'll
concentrate
on
Victoria
there's
only
sort
of
a
handful,
maybe
12
actual
supercharging
Tesla
supercharging
sites
in
Victoria,
one
at
I,
think
gearowa
and
then
a
handful
sort
of
down
in
and
around
Melbourne
and
sort
of
Southern
areas
in
Western
and
Eastern
of
Melbourne.
So
Tesla
is
actually,
you
know,
pushing
to
grow
their
presence
in
Australia
and
they've
identified,
vanilla
sort
of
in
that
Golden
Circle
of
two
hours
up
the
highway,
and
that's
why
benella's
you
know
quite
attractive.
L
If
you
look
at
the
fox
charts
Network,
it
surpasses
any
other
network
in
Victoria
there's.
You
know
quite
a
few
of
those,
so
that's
what
we
said
before
private
Enterprise
is
actually
seeing
an
opportunity
and
it
really
comes
down
to
you,
know
the
distance
and
how
far
EBS
can
potentially
travel.
Not
every
the
vehicle
can
travel,
600
kilometers
the
majority
on
the
market
at
the
moment
between
two
and
three
hundred
and
hence
the
reason
why
places
like
vanilla
are
so
attractive.
L
But
the
federal
government
does
have
sort
of
a
push
and
some
some
EV
rollouts
are
funded,
so
the
ev1
actually
is
a
funded
rollout,
whereas
Tesla
they're
paying
that
out
of
their
pocket,
but
keep
in
mind
it's
a
commercial
operation
and
so
is
EV
as
opposed
to
what
council
will
do
in
time.
That
will
be
specifically
for
Council
vehicles.
J
Follow
up
follow
up
yeah
thanks.
Anything
you've
been
working
on
this
for
a
while
and
it's
it's
an
interesting
space,
obviously
that
we've
all
got
invested
interest
eventually,
one
of
the
things
that
you've
come
across
in
your
working
or
with
with
Tesla
or
this
particular
project.
J
I
Through
the
chat,
I
haven't
personally
contacted
oznet
regarding
this
matter,
as
if
the
operation
is
completely
through
Tesla,
so
Tesla
is
contacting
oznet
for
Supply,
so
the
the
trend,
the
the
Transformer
that
they
will
be
putting
in,
will
cover
at
entirely
their
20
charges.
I'm.
Currently
unaware
of
the
impact
it
will
have
to
the
rest
of
the
bridge.
Thank
you.
I
The
current
negotiated
fee
would
be
a
thousand
dollars
per
car
park
per
year.
Thank.
H
Thank
you
can
I
ask
a
follow-up
question.
Exactly
and
other
thing
is:
is
Tesla
constructing
a
cover
or
a
roof
for
the
charging.
The
car
parking
lots
when
the
cars
are
charging
to
be
on
the
car
and
I
find.
There
are
research
reports
as
well
how
the
batteries
are
degrading
and
heating
up,
especially
in
Australian
weather,
when
you're
charging
in
the
summer
under
hot
sun.
So
are
they
planning
to
do
it?
If
they
are
not
planning
to
do
it?
Is
there
a
way
that
we
can
ask
them
to
do
it
through
our
contract.
I
Currently,
it's
not
in
their
plans
to
have
a
shelter
covering
the
car
park,
but
we
we
can
talk
to
them
about
that.
If
that's
something
we
want
to
move
forward
with.
B
I
have
one
question:
I
don't
know:
maybe
the
CEO
might
have
to
answer
this.
I
would
imagine
there
must
have
been
some
sort
of
an
agreement
with
Woolworths
when
the
car
park
originally
went
in
because
I
don't
think
Council
paid
for
the
car
park
so
and
maintenance
of
the
car
park
ongoing
maintenance
for
the
last
15
20
years,
whatever
it's
been
there?
L
Thanks
I
think
this
is
through
the
chair,
there's
a
couple
of
components
that
obviously
you
know
well
actually,
when
Adam
was
here,
he
was
in
discussions.
People
were
so
obviously
Courtney's
taken
over
that
and
Nathan's
been
a
part
of
that
since
he's
been
here
as
well.
So
it's
pleasing
to
see
the
Woolworths
are
actually
supportive
of
the
actual
concept
of
having
you
know,
potentially
20
charging
stations
right
on
their
doorstep.
L
The
maintenance
Tesla
will
maintain
a
portion
of
the
car
park
that
they
use,
and
you
know,
Council
Slash
Woolworths
will
continue
to
maintain
the
rest
of
the
car
park.
I
go
there
quite
a
bit
and
you
never
really
see
that
area
more
than
50
full.
So
it
actually
would
be
good
to
start
to
see.
You
know
a
full
car
park.
There
I
mean
if
there's
an
opportunity
to
you,
know
Keep
It
upgraded
to
a
higher
standard,
then
I
think
the
community
wins
the
game.
L
So
I
think
as
we
finalize
the
lease
you
know
we'll
make
sure
that
there's
conditions
you
know
clearly
outlined
in
there
and
obviously
all
stakeholders
are
brought
along
for
the
ride
and
Woolworths
are
quite
clear.
On
who's
responsible
for
it
as
well.
L
No,
no
there's
Council
owns
the
land
Freehold
and
has
done
since
day.
One
I
think
there's
probably
been
some
type
of
agreement
done
decades
ago,
but
at
the
moment
it's
one
of
the
reasons
why
we
push
so
hard
to
have
Tesla
go
into
that
particular
space.
It's
it's
Central,
it's
a
great
location
and
I
think
it
also
adds
to
you
know
potentially
increasing
you
know,
activity
in
that
Precinct.
You
know
some
other
projects
that
we're
looking
to
do
in
and
around
that
area
of
town.
L
So
it
actually
is
quite
Central
and
we
have
limited
other
areas
any
other
site
we
were
looking
at.
They
suddenly
realized
the
floods,
so
we
quickly
abandoned
that
one
and
I
think
the
Woolworth
site
is,
you
know,
an
ideal
location
for
a
project
for
this
scope.
B
Thank
you.
Are
there
any
other
councilor,
O'brien
and
then
Council
of
June.
K
Thank
you
Mr
chair,
so,
given
that
the
CEOs
just
mentioned
there
were
a
couple
of
considerations
to
the
location,
did
you
canvas
any
of
their
businesses
to
say?
No?
No,
we
wanted
further
towards
the
middle,
because
they're
only
going
to
be
charging
for
20
to
30
minutes
doesn't
give
them
a
lot
of
time
to
to
do
the
loop
or
was
that
it's
just
sort
of
a
Theta
comply
and
that's
the
best
spot
for
it.
K
I
We
we
did
assess
a
few
different
locations.
Obviously
it's
dependent
on
Council,
owned
areas
and
things
like
that.
The
the
main
problem
with
a
lot
of
the
other
areas
was
not
taking
away
potentially
20
car
parking
spaces.
I
In
town,
where
there's
already
but
quite
competitive,
sometimes
to
get
a
car
back
in
town-
and
this
was
in
an
area
where
it
was,
it
would
add
value
without
taking
away.
You
know,
20
car
parks
that
need
to
be
used,
General
parking.
L
L
Through
the
chair,
councilor
O'brien,
another
really
important
factor
in
this.
You
know,
as
Nathan
touched
on
before
Tesla's
done
a
great
job
in
sort
of
the
background,
information
discussions
with
Oz
net
and
others,
and
some
of
the
limitations
of
other
areas
would
need
major
power
upgrades
and
it
just
makes
the
projects
almost
just
not
worth
doing,
whereas,
where
they're
looking
to
go,
there's
plenty
of
power
down
there
and
we
believe
that
they've
done
that
work.
L
I
think
other
commercial
operators
may
look
at
other
areas
and
that's
a
discussion
that
I
think
we
need
to
have
as
a
council
of
where
and
when
do.
We
include
this
type
of
infrastructure
in
Council,
Owned,
Car
parks
and
it's
a
much
bigger
conversation
I
think
for
another
day,
but
it's
a
it's
a
great
Catalyst
project.
B
You
councilor
King
last.
E
One
Thomas
Mr
to
the
chair,
Nathan,
just
with
regards
to
the
parking
Arrangements,
the
Tesla
have
a
standard
of
how
they
developed
their
parking
Bays
I'm.
Just
conscious
of
that.
E
You
know
where
that,
where
they're
being
proposed
that
backs
onto
a
kindergarten-
and
you
don't
want
someone
with
a
Lead
Foot
accidentally
mistaking
the
break
for
a
pedal-
is
there
do
they
have
a
standard
design
for
a
parking
Bay?
Or?
Is
that
something
we
need
to
consider
through.
I
The
chat
they
do
have
a
standard
design
for
their
parking
Bay
and
the
charges
will
be
at
the
very
end
of
the
parking
Bay
in
front
of
the
cars
which
which
will
block
the
cars
from
going
through,
there's
also
trees
along
the
back
there,
which
which
won't
be
removed
either
yeah.
Okay,
thank
you.
B
B
What
council
King
said
just
were
spark
something
of
interest:
what
about
disabled
car
parking
there?
There
may
not
be
a
lot
of
disabled
people
driving
electric
cars
now,
but
that
could
well
be.
Is
that
something
that
that
we'll
be
thinking
about.
I
The
car
Parks
will
be
I'll,
be
interesting.
Car
bugs
be
made
as
full
accessible
car
Parks
the
whole
way
along,
as
as
they
should
be
for
the
whole
way
around.
So
that
will
be
something.
Council
will
will
look
to
push
forward
in
all
eBay
car
parking.
B
F
Thank
you
just
to
say
thank
you,
Nathan
for
the
time
you've
spent
it's
a
very
it's
very
good,
it's
great
to
see
that
we're
actually
out
there
actively
trying
to
do
this.
A
little
point
I
found
over
the
Christmas
holiday
was
that
I
don't
know.
F
If
everyone
knows
that
every
charging
people
with
cars,
they
actually
put
their
name
down
on
a
list
and
their
residence
address,
so
that
if
anyone's
caught
short
charging,
they
can
ring,
and
most
people
are
happy
to
let
people
charge
at
their
house,
and
one
of
the
ladies
told
me
that
over
Christmas
she
has
been
answering
the
phone
at
all
hours
of
the
night,
and
when
will
we
be
getting
them
so
I'm
very
happy
to
say
that
we
are.
Thank
you.
Thank.
K
Talking
about
it
in
Council
for
the
last
two
years,
so
I
think
it's
actually
a
great
opportunity
for
benella
to
take
up
the
Tesla,
because
they're
covering
a
lot
of
our
costs.
We
don't
really
need
to
be
covering
that
which
is
great
and
we
gained
some
rent
from
it.
So
yeah
I
look
forward
to
it
all,
starting
and
seeing
all
those
people
running
around
with
their
timers
on
for
20
to
30
minutes,
while
they're
recharging.
Thank.
B
J
Didn't
move
this
particular
one
given
his
interest
in
any
of
these,
but
it's
it's
a
wonderful
initiative,
I'm
glad
that
we
are
going
forward
in
in
this
space.
I'm
sure
that
everyone
that's
got
an
EV
would
be
more
than
happy
to
know
that
there's
some
coming
in
I'm
still
yet
to
see
and
we'll
I
would
like
to
see
a
plan.
If
there
is
a
plan,
both
Federal
and
States,
just
see
what,
if
they've
got
one
and
I
would
love
for
Council
to
be
have
a
presentation
from
someone
from
osnet
correct.
J
It
does
concern
me
with
my
background,
with
regards
to
our
supply,
just
how
many
charging
points
a
place
like
vanilla
could
actually
handle
given
the
grid
Supply,
and
that
would
be
just
a
wonderful
thing
for
us
to
as
a
council
to
actually
know
where
we're
going
in
the
future,
because
it
is
the
future.
But
how
quick
that
future
is
going
to
come
upon
us
or
be
able
to
come
upon
us
is
a
is
a
something
I
think
we
need
to
know.
Thank.
D
D
There's
some
curly
questions
there
that
you
answered
very
well
place
that
you
did
because
it
obviously
amazing
you've
done
researching
it
right
across
it.
Also
the
CEO
he
didn't
have
to
answer
many
questions
himself,
because
Nathan
didn't
even
take
my
nose
because
sniping
was
right
across
it,
which
is
fantastic.
The
good
thing
I
like
about
the
whole
project,
is
that
we're
actually
using
Council
land
that
we
haven't
been
using.
D
So
whoever
identified
it
just
done
a
wonderful
job
using
using
20
sites
in
that
area
that
we
possibly
might
have
had
to
take
out
of
Denny
Street
around
the
council,
home
car,
Parks
or
somewhere
else.
So
it's
excellent
that
someone's
thought
about
another
part
of
vanilla,
so
well
done
and
well
done.
Thank
you.
Thank.
B
You
Council
Davis
the
CEO
just
mentioned
to
me
that
there
was
a
report
called
charging
the
regions
which
probably
answer
a
lot
of
your
questions,
Council
of
Earth.
So
maybe
we
can
find
that
and
pass
it
on
too
Council
General.
H
H
I
think
it's
a
good
proposal
and
I
think
the
team
economic
development
team
and
the
council
staff
worked
on
this
for
a
long
time.
You
know
and
you've
got
a
got
a
great
deal
for
vanilla,
good
to
see
that
the
strong
points
is
opening
this
charging
facilities
for
all
leave.
It's
not
just
Tesla
and
also
utilizing
this
public
land,
which
we
haven't
utilized
other
than
parking
to
generate
some
income
for
the
council
and
the
other
other
positive
thing.
H
So
I
think
for
me.
There's
two
strong
points
is
the
shades
for
the
car
parking
lots.
That
would
be
great
if
you
can
get
something
that
something
like
that
and
opening
it
to
all
here
is
not
just
Tesla
going
forward
so
happy
to
support
this.
Thank
you.
Thank.
E
Thank
you,
Mr
chair,
don't
miss
an
opportunity
only
to
yeah,
fully
support
this
recommendation
and
I
look
forward
to
the
community
having
an
opportunity
to
provide
feedback
with
regards
to
this,
and
that's
very
important
aspect
when,
when
looking
at
something
like
this
and
and
I'll,
be
certainly
very
interested
yeah
with
the
questions
that
will
be
asked
and
yeah
getting
that
feedback
which
will
help
us
steer
the
decision
when
this
comes
back
to
us
in
in
a
few
months,
I'm
sure,
but
I
think
that
I
just
wanted
to
make
the
point
on
this
with
respect
to
council's
continuous
awareness
and
growth
around
climate
change.
E
This
is
just
another
further
in
the
council's
cap
when
we
get
this
thing
done
around
us,
taking
a
lead
and
an
initiative
in
the
community
to
address
climate
change,
it's
just
another
step
forward
in
in
our
understanding
and
thinking
of
it,
and
it
certainly
is
the
council
doing
our
part
to
address
it.
So
again,
it's
just
yeah
the
a
few
many
great
things
out
of
this,
but
I
think
from
from
a
council
point
of
view,
it's
just
yet
again.
E
B
You
councilor
King
anyone
else
like
to
speak
I'd
just
like
to
say
that
I
I
had
some
serious
reservations
when
it
was
imagined
that
it
was
going
to
be
Tesla
only,
but
the
fact
that
they
are
opening
up
and
as
long
as
they
do
open
up
they're
all
charging
I
think
it's
a
fantastic
win-win
for
everyone.
So
well
done
Nathan!
Congratulations
on
all
the
hard
work!
You've
done,
all
those
in
favor,
that's
Carrie!
Thank
you.
H
B
The
recommendation
is
that
the
amount
would
be
reimbursed
to
the
CEOs
be
approved,
move
Council
first,
second
to
counselor
Hearn,
not
to
speak
Council
first
well.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Councilor
councilor
Hearn,
no.
