A
B
Thank
you,

I,
have
a
question
from
the
last
meeting
minutes.
We
discussed
the
report
about
Council

and
agreed
to
any
that
need
a
correction.
Is
that
report
being
corrected
and
is
that
available
at
the
moment.
A
Any
other
questions
from
Council
regarding
the
minutes,
if
not,
if
I
could
have
someone
move
that
councilor
Davis
Council
Hearn,
always
in
favor
thanks
Gary.
Thank
you.

C
Jane,
thank
you.
Mr,
chair
this
month
we
have
received
three
applications
under
the
Community
sponsorship
program.
The
first
is
from
Maroon
at
the
table
who
we're
seeking
500
to
have
acquired
a
more
sensory
space
during
the
2022
benella
festival
and
that
are
opting
to
have
a
stay
and
play
area
with
free
activities
for
people
of
all
ages
to
do
board,
games
and
Trading,
Card,
Games,
Etc
and
so
they're
seeking
500
dollars.
Okay,
we
also
have
an
application
from
the
bed.
C
Again:
fire
brigade,
they're,
seeking
500
again
as
part
of
the
benella
festival,
they're
wanting
to
offer
a
free
breakfast
also
to
Showcase
their
service
and
to
try
and
recruit
some
new
members
and
really
display
some
of
the
things
that
the
rural
fire
brigade
does
so
they're
seeking,
500
and
we'll
Mendo
Community
House
are
also
seeking
500
they're
doing
a
high
tea
and
fashion
parade,
as
part
of
the
scene
is
Festival
this
month.
C
D
B
A
A
E
You
so
the
golden
broken
Regional
catchment
strategy
is
managed
by
the
golden
broken
catchment,
Management
Authority
and
it's
a
strategy
that
has
formed
for
six
years
and
runs
till
2027
covers
the
entire
golden
broken
catchment.
A
number
of
councils
and
its
purpose
is
to
collaborate
and
coordinate
efforts
towards
the
health
of
the
catchment
overall,
not
just
the
natural
values
of
the
catchment,
but
also
the
values
that
we
need
for
our
own
economy
and
Society
like
healthy
waterways
and
healthy
soil,
clean
air
and
all
those
aspects
that
the
environment
provides
that
we
need.
E
So
the
council
has
programs
that
are
relevant
to
the
catchment
strategy,
such
as
its
programs
to
control
weeds
on
its
own
reserves
and
on
roadsides
and
other
collaborations
that
we
make
from
time
to
time
with
land
care
for
instance.
So
we
those
efforts,
are
part
of
that
overall
collaboration,
that's
made
by
a
variety
of
councils
and
groups
to
see
the
catchment
strategy
successful
over
its
period.
So
the
CMA
has
requested
that
stakeholders,
including
councils,
make
a
pledge
of
support
towards
the
catchment
strategy,
which
is
exactly
that
to
support
that
strategy.
E
In
whatever
way
we
do
in
our.
In
our
endeavors
over
those
years,
and
also
when
that's
done,
the
that
is
publicized
on
a
page
on
the
CMA
website
to
demonstrate
that
support.
So
those
are
the
two
parts
of
the
recommendation
that's
made.
E
It's
simply
what
it
says
to
pledge
support
for
just
support.
Yes,
and
all
that
appears
on
the
on
their
web
page
is
the
vanilla's
icon.
So
it's
not
anything
written
there.
You
could
look
it
up
and
have
a
look
at
the
other
participants
to
that
Pledge.
Yes,
thank
you.
Councilor
Davis
come.
G
On
thank
you
and
welcome
to
the
job.
Oh
thank
you
assembly
right
across
everything.
Look
it's
great!
It's
a
great
conversation
and
great
working
relationship.
We
have
with
the
catchment
authority
and
because
we've
got
the
river
and
the
lake
and
everything
else
and
so
forth
through
vanilla,
it's
great
to
have
all
that.
The
only
one.
The
only
thing
that
scares
me
a
bit
is
the
in
the
last
paragraph
and
straight
and
or
deliver
catchment-wide
projects.
E
So
I
have
to
look
it
up
again.
Take
message:
I
think
that's
for
the
that's
what
the
CMA.
G
E
G
E
If
they
were
running
such
a
thing,
they
would
be
looking
for
Partners
in
that,
so
if
they
can't
mandate
anything
to
it,
it's
their
role
is
completely
coordination
right
and
they
don't
mandate
anything
to
participants
or
stakeholders
in
the
catchment.
What
they
do
is
is
encourage
participation
and
try
and
coordinate
so
that
we're
getting
the
best
out
of
and
counters
between
themselves.
We
try
to
coordinate
with
their
neighboring
councils,
for
instance,
in
efforts
that
we
make
for
weed
and
pest
control.
So
it's
that
sort
of
coordination
as
I
say.
E
Sometimes
we
work
with
land
care
groups.
They
come
to
council
and
say:
would
you
be
prepared
to
support
us
in
a
Grant
application,
you're
making?
So
no,
they
can't
mandate
our
involvement.
Thank.
A
D
O'brien,
yes,
thank
you,
chair
I
would
just
like
to
say
that.
Okay,
thank
you.
So
thanks
Brian,
that's
good
and
I
really
believe
that
bye
passing
this
recommendation
tonight,
but
we
as
a
council
are
showing
our
support
for
science-based
feedback
to
guide
us
in
our
city
in
decisions
around
management,
our
environment,
so
I
think.
G
Davis.
Thank
you
just
beyond
from
that.
It's
they're
a
great
group
to
work
with
we've
we've
seen
that
in
the
late
late
situation
we've
had
over
the
number
of
years
without
vanilla,
like
look
forward
to
having
a
great
relationship
with
them.
That's
great.
Thank
you.
