in

a
counsellor
must
declare
any
conflict
of
interest
person
to
section
130
of
the

in
any

the
items
of
this
agenda
and

whether
they
are

to

A
No.
Thank
you
now
with
the
business
item.
One
is
public
question
time
and
we
have
one
submission
this
evening.
Two
sorry,
two
questions
and
I'll
read.
A
A
In
accordance
with
the
aboriginal
heritage
act
2006,
anyone
developing
public
land
is
required
to
complete
a
cultural
heritage
management
plan
and
seek
a
written
issue
of
a
notice
of
approval
prior
to
work.
Commencing
on
what
date
was
this
cultural
heritage
management
plan
completed
for
the
visitor
information
center
and
museum
redevelopment,
and
when
was
a
notice
of
approval
granted
by
the
yorkshire
nation
aboriginal
corporation
and
I'll,
read
the
second
one
council
obtained
a
previous
notice
of
approval
for
plan
13879
to
build
a
car
park
near
a
registered
aboriginal,
victorian
heritage
site
in
mutual
street.
A
D
There's
three
parts.
This
all
future
works
in
regards
to
the
activity
covered
by
the
cultural
heritage
management
plan
are
to
be
restricted
to
the
extent
of
the
activity
area,
as
shown
in
the
map
in
that
document
map
one.
In
the
case
of
the
discovery
of
aboriginal
cultural
heritage,
the
provisions
outlined
in
the
contingency
plans
presented
in
sections
12.1
to
12.2.4
should
be
followed
and
if
any
human
skeletal
remains
are
discovered
and
the
provisions
outlined
in
the
contingency
plans
presented
in
sections,
12.11
12.15
should
be
followed.
D
A
So
that
recommendation
was
that
noted
item
two
is
the
bi-annual
order
and
this
committee
report
and
I'll
hand
this
one
over
to
robert.
Thank
you
very
much,
mr.
C
Chair
I'd
just
like
to
welcome
board
and
risk
committee
chair,
mr
cameron
gray,
who
will
join
us
tonight
to
give
a
brief
overview
of
the
activities
of
the
audit
risk
committee
over
the
past
12
months.
The
appearance
of
cameron
is
now
put
into
local
government
act
where
the
order
of
this
committee
must
report
to
the
council
on
a
bi-annual
basis.
C
This
is
the
first
time
an
opportunity
to
do
it
to
council
since
the
new
act,
but
from
now
on
cameron
will
be
here
twice
a
year.
The
report
that
was
then
attached
to
the
appendix
wonder
which
camera
will
refer
to
was
endorsed
by
the
auditors
committee
at
its
most
recent
meeting
in
july
cameron
and
myself
are
also
happy
to
answer
any
questions
that
the
council
laws
might
have
coming
from
the
report.
Thank
you,
mr
chair
I'll
hand
over
to
cameron.
E
E
During
that
period
we
met
four
times
being
24th
of
august
21st
of
september
23rd
in
november
and
22nd
of
march.
As
you
can
see
in
the
table,
the
attendance
was
from
all
the
members
was
fully
attended.
Councillor
davis
attending
two
of
the
four
meetings
as
his
term
started
in
november
and
councillor.
E
The
activities

2020
2021
and
the
2021-2022

in
principle
for

internal
control,
environment.
The
organ
risk
committee
annual
work
program
was
adopted
with
regard
to
risk
management,
regular
review,
the
strategic
and
operational
risk
registers,
the
impacts
of
copper,
19
and
all
ohs
matters
were
monitored.
E
E
Systems
and
control
forward
prevention
systems
and
control
were
discussed
and
the
council's
fraud
prevention
policy
reviewed
instances
of
unethical
behavior
fraud
and
corruption
noted
and
none
were
reported
for
that
period.
E
The
interim
management
letter
for
year,
ending
30th
of
june,
was
considered
2021
landfill
and
resource
recovery
center
provision
paper
considered.
The
closing
report
and
financial
management
letter
for
the
year
ended.
30Th
june
2021
was
considered
and
another
fargo
reports,
including
annual
audit
plan
2021
to
2024
results
of
the
2019-2020
audits
of
local
government
and
the
results
of
2021
2022
audits
for
the
local
government.
Oh
sorry,
your
local
government
and
council
waste
management
services
with
regard
to
compliance
management.
We've
looked
at
the
sexual
harassment.
Local
government
survey
results
victorian.
E
Ombudsman
reports
will
be
considered
in
investigation
into
how
local
councils
respond
to
rate
payers
in
financial
hardship
and
investigation
into
allegations
of
collusion
with
property
developers.
E
Local
government
inspectorate
reports
considered
personal
interest,
returns,
encouraging
disclosure
and
increasing
transparency.
The
independent,
broad
based
anti-corruption
commission
reports
considered
there
were
corruption
risks
associated
with
government
funded
human
services
delivered
by
community
service
organizations.
E
E
G
Yes,
thanks
cameron,
you've
obviously
looked
an
awful
lot
of
things
so,
as
chair
you've
got
nothing
to
report
with
regards
to
something
anything
that
we
need
to
have
a
second
look
at.
E
I
wouldn't
say
no
there's
nothing,
sort
of
really
nice
and
sort
of
reviewer
oversight.
I
probably
will
make
the
comment
that
sort
of
being
on
the
committee
for
for
quite
some
time
now,
especially
the
performance
reports
like
remember
when
they
were
first
being
done.
There
was
a
lot
of
issues
getting
all
the
information.
E
I
suppose
cathy
was
pulling
your
hair
out
trying
to
get
all
the
departments
together,
but
I
think
that
that
has
been
brought
well
into
line
and
and
does
tend
to
operate
a
lot
more
smoother
now
very
good.
Thank
you.
Council.
B
Regarding
this
fraud,
prevention
systems
and
control
section,
it's
good
to
not
non-reported
for
last
financial
year.
What's
the
mechanism?
Is
that
a
report,
or
is
that
a
guideline
that
we
follow
a
uniform
guideline
for
government
to
evaluate
that.
A
B
A
F
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
This
month
we
have
one
application
that
we've
received
for
community
sponsorship
from
fcj
college
seeking
500
to
help
with
venue
high
costs
for
them
to
put
on
their
school
production
of
spamalot
on
the
24th
and
25th
of
august.
So
I
just
draw
your
attention
to
the
recommendation
that
that
be
funded
on
page
10.
B
Canceled
her
question:
thanks
jen,
no
thank
you
chair
this
fcj
college.
Being
a
catholic
education
community
and
in
our
eligibility
criteria
we
say
religious
organizations
are
not
eligible
to
apply,
so
I
was
trying
to
understand
how
do
we
fund
this
within
that
eligibility
criteria?
How
do
we
meet
this?
Being
a
catholic.
A
H
Thank
you,
mr
chair,
jane.
It's
really
good
to
see
that
fcj
are
putting
on
another
production,
they're
invited
by
the
look
of
the
date.
A
A
F
Jane
again,
thank
you,
mr
chair,
actually,
further
to
what
I
said
before
too.
I
think
it's
probably
important
to
clarify
that
that
is
for
a
community
event
too,
where
it's
bringing
in
the
community.
So
it's
not
a
traditional
school
event
as
such,
but
going
to
item
4
presenting
at
the
quarterly
report
for
the
community
department
for
the
quarter
ended
the
30th
of
june
and
I'll
just
go
through
a
few
highlights.
F
The
first
thing
I
did
want
to
highlight
was
it's
really
exciting:
to
talk
about
a
number
of
youth
events
that
have
happened
after
such
a
long
period
where
we
weren't
able
to
offer
youth
events,
so
you
can
see
that
steph
and
the
team
have
been
quite
busy.
Having
had
two
successful
film
nights
over
easter,
those
outdoor
screenings
that
were
held
that
were
very
successful
on
the
lake
foreshore
with
a
hundred
attending
one
night
and
over
200
the
next
night.
F
I
think
the
free
ice
creams
also
were
quite
a
hit
and
also
there
was
a
live
band
night
with
four
young
bands
playing
out
at
that
guinea.
So
that's
an
attempt
to
get
some
events
out
to
our
rural
community
for
young
people
and,
of
course,
the
very
successful
rainbow
ball.
Where
vanilla
town
hall,
we
hosted
over
200
young
people
from
across
the
whole
region,
with
buses
coming
in
from
all
sorts
of
areas
to
attend.
You
know
the
rainbow
ball,
which
of
course
was
targeting
lgbt
iq,
plus
young
people
and
their
allies.
F
So
you
know
that
was
very
exciting
and
I
think
in
the
youth
space
just
continuing
on
it
is
exciting
that
we
have
appointed
young,
will
smith
who's,
our
youngest
member
of
staff
at
only
17,
to
help
steph
with
some
of
the
youth
events.
It's
really
nice
to
have
that
youth
perspective
and
he's
certainly
become
quite
a
valued
member
of
our
team,
we're
all
very
keen
to
get
his
opinion
on
various
bits
and
pieces
that
we
do
in
the
department.
F
The
other
things
I'd
like
to
highlight
is
looking
on
page
13,
maternal
and
child
health.
We
did
our
first
first-time
dad's
group,
which
nine
dads
attended
last
quarter
that
was
organized
by
the
maternal
and
child
health
nurse,
along
with
two
male
1
external
facilitators.
F
That's
had
very
positive
feedback
and
we're
just
looking
at
ways
that
we
can
continue
to
offer
that
innovative
program
just
targeting
particularly
new
farmers,
and
we
also
had
a
very
successful
planning
day
between
maternal
and
child
health
staff
and
kindergarten
staff.
Looking
at
how
we
can
improve
preschool
engagement
in
the
community-
and
we
had
at
that
time
session
too,
the
curry
cultural
officer
nikki
james
from
winton
wetlands,
just
talking
about
the
very
successful
kinder
program
that
bush
kinder,
that
they
run
at
winton.
F
Wetlands
family
services
were
also
very
busy
over
the
quarter
and
because
of
some
excess
funding
that
we
had,
we
were
able
to
offer
one
of
two
pediatric
first
aid
sessions
for
families,
and
we
had
10
families
attend
that.
Obviously,
that's
upskilling.
What
to
do
you
know?
Should
any
emergencies
or
accidents
happen
with
your
children
and
we
were
able
to
also
provide
you
know
a
first
aid
kit
for
those
families
to
take
home?
F
And
of
course,
we
were
targeting
mostly
our
clients,
but
did
offer
it
a
bit
more
broadly
too,
and
we
also
had
a
very
successful
family
fun
day
as
part
of
national
reconciliation
week,
where
the
family
services
to
team
worked
with
the
aboriginal
advisory
committee
and
ran
a
number
of
activities
on
the
lake
foreshore
and
in
the
library,
including
story
time
and
a
number
of
that
sports
and
craft
activities.
F
As
you
all
know,
we
exited
out
of
aged
and
disability
services,
but
I
did
want
to
highlight
to
you
that
we
did
offer
a
number
of
sessions
to
our
staff
before
we
exited
out
and
we
did
have
weekly
welfare
checks,
just
making
sure
that
staff
were
coping
and
if
there
was
anything
else
we
needed.
You
know
to
do
to
support
them
in
that
transition,
and
we
also
offered
four
information
sessions
to
clients
and
the
community
in
partnership
with
calvary.
F
F
You
know
over
that
time,
and
I
guess
lastly,
the
highlight
that
I
wanted
to
mention
there
was
that
287,
nearly
287
thousand
dollars,
funding
that
we
received
from
the
department
of
justice
are
creating
safer
places,
grant
enabling
us
to
privy
up
a
few
community
public
spaces
with
lighting,
along
with
the
community,
footpaths
and
trails
within
the
gardens
and
around
the
lake,
and
also
looking
at
installing
those
color
changing
lights
at
the
library,
and
you
know
the
opportunity
to
do
some
work
at
the
skate
park
too.
F
So
that
was
quite
an
exciting
project
which
is
still
on
the
go,
and
I
just
draw
you
to
the
recommendation
on
page
19
that
the
report
be
noted.
I'm
happy
to
take
any
questions.
Thank
you,
james.
Are
there
any
questions?
Counselor
clarity.
F
The
orange
door
has
taken
over
from
if
you
recall,
child
first
used
to
be
the
referral
agency.
It's
now
the
orange
door.
It's
been
in
operation
for
about
a
year
now,
but
it
has
taken
a
little
bit
of
time
in
setting
itself
up
not
only
with
staffing,
but
all
our
referrals
to
integrated
family
services
have
to
come
through
the
orange
door
so
that
that
has
at
times
made
a
bit
of
an
impact
on
how
many
yet
clients
we've
been
able
to
see
because
we
haven't
had
the
referrals
coming
through.
F
So
it's
a
whole
new
system
with
a
whole
lot
of
staff,
and
it
is
pleasing
to
note
that
they
have
a
presence
here
in
vanilla
at
the
community
hub
about
one
or
two
days
a
week,
which
is
good
and
of
course,
they're
strongly
represented
on
the
alliance
which
covers
all
of
the
funded
services
in
the
ovens,
murray
area.
F
Is
improving?
Yes,
yes
yeah.
I
I
think
it's
been,
it's
been
quite
difficult
for
them,
particularly
in
recruiting
staff
and
just
getting
their
processes
up
and
running,
so
that
has
impacted
but
yeah.
It
certainly
is
streamlining
them.
Now,
and
I
know
our
team
leader
attends
allocations,
meetings
weekly,
where
they
allocate
clients
and
it's
all
discussed
and
they
seem
to
be.
It
is
streamlining
much
better.
Now.
F
H
Curious
as
to
how
the
new
dads
are
recruited
for
that
program,
a
new
dance
program,
I
think
that's
that's
a
great.
F
Thank
you
for
you,
mr
chair,
that
that
would
be
done
entirely
through
maternal
and
child
health,
and
they
would,
I
think,
an
invitation
is
actually
sent
out
to
most
new
dads,
probably
to
all
new
dads,
and
then
this
follow
calls
and
text
messages
and
so
forth.
So
it's.
G
Yeah
jane
great
report
as
usual,
the
one
that
stuck
out
today
was
27
births,
for
the
quarter
is
that
above
average
no.
F
So
I
don't
think
we're
growing
as
much
in
you
know
with
children,
but.
F
And
I
will
check
that
that
I
think
that
is
fairly.
It
isn't
much
higher
than
it
has
been
previously.
G
Just
memory
you
know
signing
certificates.
When
I
was
mayor,
it
was
certainly
not
27
a
quarter.
B
Thank
you
chair.
It's
a
good
report.
Shane,
you
have
been
busy
in
the
department.
The
news
and
wheels
transition
said
month
extra
month
was
allocated.
Would
that
be
in
july?
So
how
was
the
transition?
Was
that
smooth.
F
And
three,
mr
j
there's
been
varying
comments
about
that,
ranging
from,
if
you
have
the
more
positive
ones
where
people
have
actually
liked
the
choice,
because
now
they're
able
to
actually
because
they're
ordering
it
through
one
light
and
easy
they're
able
to
have
a
bit
more
choice.
F
I
think
the
transition
with
all
of
our
services
has
been
not
as
smooth
as
it
could
be,
and
I
think
in
defense
of
the
new
providers
it
was
a
very
short
time
frame
in
which
to
do
it.
So
what
you
know,
given
that
there
were
hundreds
of
clients
to
go
over,
it
has
been.
You
know,
a
difficult
process
and
I
think,
probably
more
than
anything,
the
new
providers
have
all
struggled
to
get
some
stuff.
F
A
H
H
Work
with
counselling,
both
the
staff
and
the
clients
to
make
that
transition
as
soon
as
possible
and.
H
Health
and
community,
but
also
I
just
like
to
say,
I've
got
a
friend
who's
was
using
meals
on
wheels
and
she's,
enjoying
the
lightnings
much
more
than
meals,
on
wheels.
D
D
B
Thank
you,
jim.
I
would
like
to
thank
for
the
great
work
it's
through
pages
of
a
redwood,
a
lot
of
work.
There
are
a
lot
of
exciting
highlights
and
getting
new
sponsors
for
the
l2p
program
and
the
dad
grew
developing
and
progressing.
That's
really
good
and
the
freezer
event
in
barikini
sounds
exciting.
B
A
Jane,
I
think
it's
been
said
with
respect
to
the
the
agent
disability
services,
but
I
was.
A
I
attended
the
volunteer
function
that
was
held
at
the
glass
house
or
the
red
gum
room
at
the
glass
house
last
month
and
hearing
all
the
stories
and
listening
to
to
those
who
had
been
volunteering
for
years
and
years.
It
was
really
really
well
put
together.
H
And
welcome
to
fitzpatrick.
Thank
you.
I'm
happy
to
report
that
30th
of
june
has
finished
and
I'm
still
doing
30
june
things
I
haven't
made
it
to
the
first
of
july,
but
we've
got
the
auditors
coming
on
monday.
So
I'm
very
familiar
with
the
30th
june
results.
H
I'm
going
to
just
go
through
a
couple
of
highlights
for
our
area,
one
of
them
being
the
vargo
fraud,
warning
that
we
received
on
credit
creditor
bank
accounts
that
has
been
across
the
sector
for
a
number
of
months
and
we've
undertaken
a
review
of
all
of
our
processes
and
ramped
up
yet
again
that
we
need
confirmation,
verbally
and
in
writing,
of
changes
of
bank
accounts
and
there's
been
quite
a
lot
of
scams
going
across
the
region
on
people.
H
Changing
bank
accounts
on
invoices,
and
so
we
too
have
been
aware
of
that
and
fargo
have
taken
a
very
proactive
warning
out
to
councils
just
to
make
sure
that
we
follow
through
to
make
sure
that
we
aren't
sending
puns
in
the
wrong
direction.
So
I'm
happy
to
say
that
we've
done
that,
but
just
a
warning
to
others.
H
They
need
to
be
aware
of
it
as
well
and-
and
it
might
seem
painful
that
we
ring
you
back,
but
we
bring
you
back
to
make
sure
that
there's
no
one
change
to
your
bank
accounts
if
anything's
going
on
at
the
moment,
so
that
one's
just
taken
up
a
little
bit
more
time
for
new
suppliers.
But
that's
fine
in
the
last
quarter.
We've
also
obviously
had
a
fair
bit
of
activity
as
jane's
just
outlined.
H
So
there's
been
a
lot
of
procurement
going
on
and
a
lot
of
payments
you'll
see
on
page
22
that
we
had
a
large
bank
balance
because
we
received
early
payment
of
next
year's
grants
for
the
victorian
grants.
Commission,
I
call
it
money
and
we
were
also
looking
at
our
balances
because
we
were
having
quite
a
large
payout
in
january.
H
Sorry
in
july,
for
the
home
community
care
people
that
were
no
longer
with
us.
So
there
was
quite
a
bit
of
settlement,
so
we
held
quite
a
bit
of
funds
at
the
end
of
30th
of
june
to
make
sure
that
we
could
get
the
best
investment
and
have
cash
available
when
we
needed
it.
We
also
have
a
very
big
payout
in
july
for
our
work
cover
and
insurance
costs,
which
we
pay
up
front
to
receive
a
discount
across
the
work
cover
premium.
H
So
you
may
think
we
hold
a
little
bit
for
the
first
of
july,
but
we
do
hold
a
little
bit
to
make
sure
that
we've
got
the
cash
available
to
several
all
those
things.
And
then
we
look
at
our
capital
program
spin
to
then
sink
some
funds
into
for
some
investments.
So
that's
undertaken
later
in
july
when
we
get
some
capex
forecasting
for
our
very
big
capital
program
that
we're
undertaking
in
the
2223
year.
H
The
other
point
I
will
just
raise
is
that
we
have
got
our
rates
notices
out
in
the
mail,
and
people
will
be
delighted
to
open
their
mailbox
to
discover
that
they've
got
their
rates
notices
over
the
next
day
or
two,
and
that's
an
ongoing
delight
that
people
will
see
that
their
properties
have
gone
up
and
it's
been
an
impact,
as
we've
talked
about
over
the
last
12
months
of
the
movement
in
the
valuations
and
you'll,
see
it
in
the
lead
box
in
the
next
day
or
two
other
than
that.
B
Council
gonna
running,
thank
you
chair.
Thank
you
kathy
for
the
report.
It's
a
good
one,
the
page
23
about
the
large
balances
of
rates
referring
to
debt
collectors
in
july.
Were
there
a
lot
of
them
or
just.
H
Actually,
in
july,
the
new
hardship
policy
we
adopted
in
the
end
of
june
applies
and
there's
also
some
discussion
in
the
sector
about
how
the
hardship
is
allowed
to
be
actioned.
We
we
are
allowed
to
follow
through
on
items
until
june
23
before
those
new
requirements
come
in,
but
we
have
undertaken
letters
and
softly
softly
at
the
moment,
but
we
will
continue
to
pursue
people
with
contact
to
get
an
engagement
going
where
there's
been
them.
H
We
have
got
quite
a
few
that
we
over
100
that
we
will
send
through
letters
to
get
active
on,
because,
unfortunately,
even
if
covert
has
happened
for
a
couple
of
years,
the
new
rates
coming
and
and
so
the
burden
will
just
get
bigger
if
one's
not
addressing
or
having
some
planning.
So
we
we
have,
we
will
keep
you
informed
for
the
follow-up
that
we
are
going
to
do.
B
Thank
you
chair.
One
more
follow-up
about
the
easy
bill
is
that
a
electronic
rates
notices
system,
something
we
have
already
or
are
we
implementing?
I.
H
Know
we
have
it
already
easy
bill.
Sorry
is
a
is
a
method
of
receiving
quarterly
rate
notices
by
the
email
and
we've
been
using
that
for
quite
a
quite
a
while
the
the
format
of
the
right
notice.
This
is
a
little
bit
different
this
year,
just
so
that
people,
when
you
receive
it,
we'll
see
that
it's
not
quite
the
same
as
last
year,
because
a
number
of
people
were
only
paying
the
council
rates
and
weren't
paying
the
fire
services.
H
Property
levy
amount
that
we
have
to
pay,
and
whilst
it's
not
our
charge,
we
do
have
to
collect
it
on
behalf
of
the
state
government,
so
there's
been
a
little
bit
of
rejigging
in
the
front
of
the
right
notice,
but
many
people
are
taking
up
the
easy
build,
especially
with
the
change
with
covert
and
everyone's
a
little
bit
more
computer
literate.
As
a
result
of
that
interaction,
I
think.
G
H
A
H
So
kathy
with
that,
finally,
just
going
crazy,
so
once
you
explain
to
people
which
I'm
sure
you
have
to
do,
were
they
happy
enough
to
pay
that,
given
the
risk
that
we
have
to
buy
or
I'm
just
kind
of
curious,
it
gets
a
portion
across
it's
a
proportional
amount,
so
it
doesn't
automatically
go
to
council
and
then
leave
off
the
fire
services
levy.
H
If
it
applies
across
these
these
items,
we
just
go
back
and
ask
again
that
you,
you
need
to
consider
that
you
need
to
pay
the
whole
amount,
otherwise
you'll
be
open
to
interest
charges.
So
I
personally
read
the
bottom
line
and
think
that's
what
you've
got
to
pay,
but.
H
A
You
cathy
no
further
questions
recommendations
on
page
twenty
five
I've
had
someone
move
that
counselor
per
second.
G
Other
than
to
say,
thank
you,
cathy,
as
always,
and
I'm
sure,
you're
looking
forward
to
monday.
A
C
An
apology
tonight,
she's
ill
so
I'll
quickly
go
over
the
tonight's
report.
I'll
basically
take
it
as
read,
but
we'll
highlight
the
council
laws
a
couple
of
items
as
jaina
referred
to
early
in
her
report,
we
have
had
a
significant
turnover
of
staff
in
june
with
34
there
with
the
transition
out
of
age
and
disability
services.
C
Also,
as
councillor
king
referred
to
about
the
function
we
had
for
volunteers,
we
have
got
good
news
in
that
jackie
brennan,
who
was
working
in
our
agency
services,
has
been
appointed
as
our
volunteer
development
coordinator
role,
so
that
was
a
good
result
there
for
us
and
for
jackie.
At
that
event,
we
are
trying
to.
We
have
lost
some
vol
well.
Volunteers
have
lost
their
volunteering
tasks
they
have
had.
C
Just
if
we're
going
to
another
matter
in
may
we
had
councillor
danny
claridge,
attend
the
vanilla
library
to
read
the
book
family
tree
by
josh
pike
to
a
receptive
audience.
I
believe
standing
ovation,
so
that
was
a
highlight
there
and
just
finally,
in
regard
to
the
budget,
as
can
be
seen
on
page
32,
we
did
have
substantial
savings
in
regard
to
insurance
this
year.
Primarily,
we
didn't
have
too
many
claims,
so
it
reflected
160
000.
C
A
C
Could
be
a
little
bit
it's
a
bit
of
a
typical
thing.
Sometimes
we
seem
to
have
a
car.
We
have
a
fairly
hefty
excess
policy
in
our
car.
So
if
we
have
car
accidents,
it's
a
fairly
major.
We
have
to
pay
there.
C
Has
decreased
because
you
don't
travel
the
meetings
and
things
that
you
once
have,
so
it
was
a
bit
better
combination.
Thank
you,
council
of
courage.
Yes
robert,
I
know
the
after
hours
have
increased
by
134.
C
Do
you
have
the
explanation
of
why
that
is?
No,
I
don't
miss
the
chair,
but
I
can
investigate
that
one
and
find
out
what
the
reason
was
behind
that
there
was
no
significant
events
and
I'm
aware
of
it
occurred
during
the
quarter
as
a
no
storms
or
anything
like
that.
H
C
Had
that
one
notice
to
mckinney-
and
I
shall
prepare
our
response
I'll
go
to
the
experts
and
find
out
what
those
increases.
Thank
you.
H
Follow-Up
question
thanks,
mr
chief,
so
when
those
requests
are
made,
how
do
you
follow
those
up
their
new
customers?
They.
C
Could
you
just
explain
the
process
for
people
that
they
need
to
know
yeah,
but
a
request
comes
across
the
desk,
either
in
person
or
over
the
telephone?
That's
why
our
customer
relations
center
entered
into
the
customization
management
system
and
then
it's
allocated
to
the
appropriate
division.
Most
the
majority
go
to
our
operations
team
in
regards
and
things
like
that
from
there
they're
actioned
to
the
offices
and
they
kept
the
track
off
now
and
we
have
started
a
system
over
at
particularly
the
operations
where
customers
are
contacted
once
it
has
been.
A
C
C
G
Yeah
well,
cash
flow
driver
cowboy
once
but
that's
crms.
I
have
had
some
comments
from
from
rayford
with
regards
to
people
getting
us
getting
back
to
them.
G
Are
you
aware
of
how
the
actual
process
is
supposed
to
work?
When
somebody
calls
or
comes
into
the
customer
service
they
they're
supposed
to
get
a
crms
number?
G
C
C
G
C
And
even
if
it,
if
I
don't
have
a
number,
it's
not
overly
difficult
to
actually
trace
it
just
by
names
and
addresses
and
things
like
that,
but
it
doesn't
make.
Obviously,
if
you
do
have
a
number,
it
is
easier
initially,
but
it
can
be
tracked
without
a
crms.
London
as
well.
So
could
you.
A
I
went
to
the
morning
tea
for
the
volunteers
at
glass,
house
and
jane
offered
the
volunteers
a
chance
of
joining
aged
friendly
banala
or
some
other
groups,
which
is
great
because
there
are
a
bunch
of
people
that
we've
had
there
for
a
long
long
time,
they're
passionate,
we
don't
sure,
don't
want
to
lose
them
and
they
I
had
the
feeling
that
they
were
all
a
bit
lost,
but
yeah.
Our
life
has
suddenly
been
ripped
out
from
under
us.
And
what
do
we
do
so?
A
A
H
Just
like
some
clarification,
please,
through
you,
mr
chair
on
the
counselor,
attend
attendance
at
training
course
conference
intended
the
money
that's
been
allocated.
D
Through
the
chair,
the
way
the
report
is
presented
is
a
little
bit
confusing.
The
the
council's
professional
development
policy
is
specifically
for
your
own
personal
development.
I
think
there's
an
amount
of
two
thousand
dollars
per
counsellor
to
spend
as
they
choose
and
obviously
those
requests
do
go
through
them.
D
The
what
sits
to
the
side
of
this
is
what
we
call
a
almost
a
compulsory
attendance
at
other
functions
such
as
our
membership
organizations,
the
nav
alga
rcb
and
those
types
they
sit
outside,
obviously
to
the
side
of
professional
development,
and
so
we
we.
B
A
Questions
I'd
like
to
remove
an
amended
recommendation,
make.
A
Recommendation
will
read
one
that
the
report
be
noted
and
two
that
the
professional
development
for
councillors
policy
be
reviewed
and
updated
to
define
professional
development
secondary
council.
Secondly,
that
who
suspects
that
cash
for
courage.
I
know
I
think
it's
just
important-
that
it's
made
clear
what
is
development
and
and
what
is
attending
to
conferences
and
meetings.
So
thank
you.
