From YouTube: Mr. Charles Makes a Difference in Kameron's Life
Description
"There's a reason why Mr. Charles was brought here, and there's a reason why he's driving Bus 220, and Kameron is the reason."
Kameron, a kindergartener at Cane Bay Elementary, was having trouble behaving in class earlier this year. Then he formed a friendship with his bus driver, Mr. Charles, and everything changed.

Every
morning,
I
pick
him
up
and
never
had
no
problem
with
him.
You
wouldn't
even
know
he
on
the
bus
in.

The
beginning,
I
didn't
know
what
was
going
to
be
like
beneficial
for
Cameron.
So
I
always
ask
the
kids
well
like
what
do
you
want
to
work
for
today
and
he
said
I
want
to
work
to
see
the
bus.
How
was
your
day
today
good
so
he
had
a
great
day.
I
picked
him
up
early
and
we
went
to
go
see
the
bus
knock.

The
transition
into
kindergarten
at
the
beginning
of
the
school
year
for
my
son
had
been
an
especially
challenging
time
for
not
only
him
but
his
teachers,
School
administrators
and
his
parents
as
well
their
first
few
months
of
school.
My
son
found
himself
almost
daily,
sometimes
multiple
times
in
the
office
of
school
administrators,
for
his
behavior
issues
after
plenty
of
trial
and
error,
with
reward
systems
to
encourage
positive
behavior
changes,
the
only
effective
method
is
Mr
Charles.
It
has
always
been
said
that
it
takes
a
village
to
raise
a
child,
yet
one
to
make
a
difference.
