Thank
you.
Lord
man,
concerns
of
the
condition
of
the

seriously
brought
very
well

My
question
is
to
the
chair
of
the
planet
committee
councilman,
mccarthy,
a
number
of
residents
in
ball
bridge
and
studying
hardware
are
widely
concerned
about
the
current
student
accommodations
as
it
concludes
an
assumption
on
purpose-built
student
communication.
Without
any
evidence
for
this
stance.
Despite
concerns
being
raised,
officers
have
continued
to
stand
by
the
assessment
resume.
A
F
A
Colleague,
councillor
bridget
jones,
in
dealing
those
when
it
comes
to
policy,
it's
an
even
more
complicated
situation.
A
Council
jones
is
leading
on
discussions
with
residents
groups
and
with
officers
on
how
we
might
improve
the
policy
to
recognize
the
the
issues
capital
law
has
raised,
which
are
very
immediate
to
us
and
which
have
caused
some
problems
at
committee
as
well,
and
on
that
basis
I've
attended
one
meeting
we
were
looking
at
this.
A
And
the
chair,
in
order
to
be
able
to
do
that,
we
do
follow
strictly
pushing
back
to
leave
the
room
for
virtually
these
room.
If
you
express
about
you-
and
there
are
very
many
occasions
where
I
had
to
to
do-
that-
it's
a
subject-
I
am
passionate
about
it's
the
reason
I
wanted
to
engage
formally
with
the
funding.
A
D
D
And
diversity,
it's
also
important
to
know
that
people
don't
need
any
more
qualifications
or
experience
to
be
a
volunteer
who
are
over
13
000
years
old.
So
there
is
something
foreign.

A
As
an
experienced
local
counselor
with
a
long
career
in
education
behind
her
and
the
cabinet
member
responsible
for
children's
well-being,
it's
inconceivable
to
me
that
councillor
boone
would
be
unaware
of
these
issues
in
her
own
ward.
Could
she
please
let
us
know
precisely
when
she
became
aware
of
these
issues
and
what
steps
she
took
to
reinstate
hot
meals
to
our
wards.
B
Thank
you
and
thank.
A
You
for
your
question.
It
was
delightful
to
find
out
after
your
maiden
speech,
which
will
suspend,
but
the
question
was
directed
to
me.
So
thank
you
very
much
for
that.
There
has
been
a
significant
amount
of
work.
That's
been
needed
at
world
war
in
school,
not
just
around
the
issues
raised
by
their
boiler,
gas,
the
gas
pipeline,
and
there
was
also
asbestos
which
still
needs
to
be
dealt
with.
A
It
should
be
noted
that
many
schools
have
fallen
into
disrepair
due
to
government
under
investment,
burma,
city
council,
government
grants
for
school,
health
care
and
safety
is
an
absolute
priority.
So,
whilst
all
this
was
wealthy
and
failed
back
in
november
2019,
which
was
whenever
myself
as
cabinet
members.
A
Of
the
excuses
given
for
a
project
size
or
scope,
cost
or
boy
repairs,
all
the
gas
works
in
any
way
negates
the
fact
that
50
of
children
at
this
school
are
eligible
for
preschool
meals
and
for
over
six
months
they
have
not
received
a
hot
meal
every
day,
while
they're
attending
school.
It's
a
simple
thing
to
fix
and
council
have
now
fixed.
B
F
A
If
they
would
like
to
apologize
for
the
harm
forces,
children
and,
more
importantly,
if
they
would
also
decide
with
their
cabinet
members
to
compensate
to
the
schools,
the
costs
incurred
for
the
diesel
generator
for
new
meals
that
are
now
being
brought
in
externally.
And
if
I
would
like
to
apologize
for
the.

Pop

wednesday,
the
23rd
of
june
and
sunday,
the
27th
of

without
an
appointment
and

the
vaccine
and
fast
and
frequent

is
catering
for
all
those
over
the
age
of
40
and
between
the
23rd
and
27th.
Can
I
ask
you
to
take
advantage
of
these
sessions?
It's
also
important
that
you
go
and
take
that
second
job,
because
to
get
the
ice
level
of
coverage
you
need
to
take
both
drugs.
A
Can
I
also
remind
you
to
remember
to
continue
to
wash
your
hands
wash
your
hands
regularly
and
to
wear
face
covering
and
to
keep
up
the
one
liter
space
room
where
possible
and
to
remain
in
areas
that
are
read
well,
ventilated
and
just
and
to
support
these
messages.
The
council
is
rolling
out
in
partnership
with
the
department
of
health
and
social
aid
and
nhsei
a
program
of
search
testing
and
vaccination
in
15
wars
that
have
been
identified
with
gi
case
rates.
A
Can
I
also
add
at
this
point
that
many
young
people
feel
they
will
not
mean
that
they
will
not
get
ill
if
they
get
told
in
19
and
it
will
not
affect
them
and
they
will
be
okay.
Taking
the
vaccine
will
stop
you
from
getting
the
virus
where
you
could
develop
long
holding
long
hope,
it
means
that
many
of
our
young
people
develop
difficulty,
breathing
anxiety,
many
different
types
of
mental
health
machines,
painful
joints,
exhaustion,
forgetfulness
and
a
lot
of
taste
and
smell.
A
A
A
A
This
has
been
a
long
journey
for
every
single
resident
and
every
single
partnership
business.
Everybody
in
this
city,
my
absolute
heartfelt
messages.
Let's
keep
going,
let's
keep
working
together.
Let's
ensure
we
get
this
city,
this
country
vaccinated,
because,
with
those
vaccinations
we'll
be
able
to
open
our
businesses.
D
D
A
There
have
been
some
publications
that
have
been
made
aware
of
on
conservative
councillors,
fantasizing
that
they
would
cancel
nursing.
A
I've
certainly
not
seen
any
plans
that
would
get
us
to
leaving
combined
levels
in
the
shortest
possible
time.
I've
seen
some
I've
seen
bobby
alden's,
magical,
green
god
green
walls,
which
certainly
wouldn't
get
us
to
be
cheap
shortly
as
possible.
So
I'm
not
saying
something
referring
to
lord,
we
have
seen
some
plans
that
council
has
published,
but
they
certainly
won't
get
us
anywhere.
A
Reducing
nitrogen
dioxide
levels
in
the
shortest
time
possible
is
a
legal
enclosing
and
will
have
great
health
effects
on
those
around
us.
This
is
why
we
approved
birmingham's
final
plan
in
february
2019
and
have
been
supporting
the
implementation
of
the
clean
liaison
that
has
been
launched
today
before
approving
local
authority
plans.
We
do
ensure
that
local
authorities
have
considered
measures
appropriately
and
can
demonstrate
your
body
of
evidence
that
is
also
subject
to
independent
experiment.
A
A
A
Very
important
question:
the
three
years
old
was
due
to
launch
in
january
2020.
However,
due
to
some
issues
that
the
government
was
having
with
back
office
system,
particularly
the
vehicle,
the
government
decided
to
delay
it
to
the
summer
of
2020.
where
the
pandemic
started.
I
wrote
in
the
secretary
of
state
seeking
permission
on
two
matches.
One
was
to
delay
the
kidney
zone
until
2010.
The
second
one
was
to
amend
the
industrial
direction.
The
government
did
not
mention
the
industrial
direction,
but
thankfully
agreed
will
be
cleaned
to
be
delayed
until
21..
A
Civil
servants
and
officers
in
terms
of
the
debt
for
the
launch
of
the
clean
airs
on
this
year.
They
couldn't
come
to
an
agreement
which
led
to
a
burden
of
delegation
led
by
the
leader
of
the
council,
supported
by
myself
and
the
member
of
parliament
having
conversation
with
the
two
ministers
as
well
as
civil
servants.
The
ministers
were
adamant
that
birmingham's
cleaners
and
should
be
launched
very
early
on
we're
talking
about
january
and
february
21..
A
We
argued
and
we
are
going
to
ensure
that
the
people
of
birmingham
tv
are
businesses
we've
been
hit
by
the
pandemic,
to
get
those
extra
months
of
support
and,
in
the
end
subsequent
meetings.
The
government
backed
down
and
agreed
to
our
request
for
summer
21,
and
does
the
launch
happen
in
june
21
so
for
anyone
to
say
that
otherwise
is
a
complete
out.
E
A
A
A
E
F
F
F
A
At
the
moment,
in
relation
to
that,
we
are
talking
about
engagement
with
them
with
their
attendance
and
it's
something
that
we've
always
committed
to
across
the
city.
We've
just
coming
out
of
the
pandemic,
and
we've
got
to
find
the
best
possible
ways
to
be
agile,
to
change,
to
meet
in
the
local
needs
and
also
change
and
adapt
into
what
we've
learned
coming
out
of
the
planting.
A
A
A
Members
will
probably
be
aware,
a
portfolio
cabinet
which
their
next
cabinet,
which
outlines
that
the
chartered
institute
of
public
finance
administration,
have
now
completed
their
assessment
office
and
found
significant
improvement.
If
I
may
look
there
to
quote
from
the
report,
the
pace
and
direction,
travel
improvement
points
to
more
adequate
approach
to
deal
with
challenging
times,
and
birmingham
has
moved
beyond
sound
financial
management
towards
highly
effective
financial
management
capability.
A
A
It
will
be
our
considered
view.
The
birmingham
city
tech
council
should
be
considered
to
be
an
exemplar
in
the
transformation
financial
management
capability,
given
the
extent
of
improvements
over
the
last
two
years.
So
I
think
it's
an
absolute
credit
to
officers
and
members
in
this
place
who
have
engaged
with
the
improvement
journey
that
we've
been
on,
and
actually,
I
think
it
marks
a
real
turning
point.
A
A
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
again
for
the
supplemental
question.
We
will,
of
course
be
continuing
to
deliver
on
the
entire
opposing
model.
Work
on
is
already
underway,
but
we'll
also
be
conducting
a
cost-benefit
analysis
about
how
far
forward
we
should
push
our
financial
management
service
in
terms
of
reaching
towards.
A
D
A
Thank
you
and
thank
you,
council
brothers,
the
local
press.
I
discovered
last
week
at
least
a
number
of
schools
in
burma,
a
mixture
of
both
state
and
independent
over
30
more
and
this
website
has
received
complaints.
It's
quite
serious
complaints
from
children
of
people.
The
allegations
on
the
website
are
currently
being
commercially
and
will
be
reported
and
resort
to
western's
police
and
burning
children's
trust
as
appropriate
burning.
The
children's
partnership
is
currently
undertaking
a
survey
of
birmingham
colleges
and
we
will
be
actively
targeting
schools
named.
A
A
We're
currently
working
with
a
number
of
schools
across
the
city
on
a
program
that's
designed
and
delivered
by
an
independent
organisation
to
improve,
with
our
young
people,
self-esteem
to
encourage
healthy
relationships
and
to
make
sure
that
we
can
identify
anything
which
is
domestic
needs
and
sexual
exploitation.
A
I'm
exploring
how
this
program
might
be
expanded
and
I'm
determined,
as
I
say,
that
young
people
in
this
in
this
city
have
a
healthy,
positive
experience,
whilst
in
the
higher
education.
While.
E
A
E
E
Starts
on
the
1st
of
june,
what
we'd
like
to
know
is:
when
did
you
decide
to
start
charging
from
the
14th
of
june,
because
both
things
can't
co-exist
right
yeah?
So
if
we
go
back
to
the
original
point,
I
was
making
that
the
contract
between
the
council
and
the
secretary
of
state,
given
that
you're
now
adamant
that
you
intended
to
start
charging
on
the
1452.
E
Can
you
tell
us
what
date
is
contained
in
that
contract
for
when
you
will
start
charging,
and
why
won't
you
publish
that
document
so
that
we
can
all
see
that
it
was
intended
to
be
started
on
the
14th
of
june
this
afternoon?
Now,
will
you
commit
to
publishing
that
contract
so
that
everybody
can
see
it
being?
Obviously,.
A
A
F
A
A
A
A
Steven
parks,
councilman,
john
o'shea,
I'm
sure
many
communities
in
the
city
will
be
relieved
at
the
announcement
of
extra
funding
to
tackle
flight
tipping
in
the
city,
including
the
mobile,
cycling,
centers
and
cctv,
and
my
board,
like
many
across
the
city,
has
a
big
bottle
of
lighting.
So
my
question
to
him
is:
how
would
ensure
cancer
infuse
our
meaning
taken
into
account
in
the
placing
of
cctv
and
mobile.
A
Things
in
parts
and.
C
C
A
I
mean
the
shocking
thing
is,
of
course,
that
we've
had
over
a
decade
now.
Australian
has
only.
A
A
A
A
Often
the
residents
have
tried
the
generic
council
reporting
system
with
no
job.
Yet
when
contacting
some
senior
officers
now,
some
members
are
being
told
that
they
should
not
email
them
and
instead
contact
the
council
inquiry
system
that
takes
three
weeks
or
more
to
consider
the
issue.
This
means
that
members,
you
could
previously
say
you
get
a
misfit
collection.
Clearly.
A
Seemingly
also
running
the
main
residence
one
which
has
let
down
the
resident
of
the
birthplace
being
told
to
wait
three
weeks
for
a
response.
Members
are
also
finding
the
replies
and
caseworks
often
don't
even
contain
sufficient
information
to
link
to
reply
to
the
original
open
case.
Clearly,
this
is
totally
unacceptable
for
therefore
law
met.
Will
the
leader
now
ensure
that
all
elected
members
can
still
go
direct
to
the
relevant
officers
to
resolve
residence
cases.
E
So
I'm
not
surprised
that
there's
been
no
feedback
from
that
meeting
to
council
order
because
he
doesn't
seem
to
have
any
understanding
of
why
this
case
of
the
system
has
been
introduced.
It's
been
introduced
in
order
that
the
council
can
collect
the
data
from
complaints
about
the
companies
that
come
into
the
council.
E
A
Thank
you.
I
do
indeed
have
a
certain
entry.
What
we've
heard
from
the
leader
there
is
that
he's
more
concerned
with
mapping
failure
in
the
city,
the
failure
of
his
administration.
Lord
mayor
strickley,
made
it
clear
last
week
that
meeting
that
the
new
system
was
not
compulsory
and
was
in
fact
discretionary.
The.
E
A
A
Work
for
members,
then
it
was
not
fit
for
purpose.
That
was
his
statement
to
the
screening
committee
last
week.
This
system
is
not
fit
for
purpose
for
members
or
residents
of
issues
in
this
city.
Therefore,
more
men
will
the
leader
contact
all
senior
officers,
reminding
them
that
all
elected
members
have
a
right
to
contact
them
with
casework
for
their
residents
and
that
the
senior
officer
should
reply
to
that
elected
member
about
that
casework
for
residents
of
our
city
who
pay
the
wages
of
every
councillor
and
every
officer
in
this
city.
F
E
A
F
A
E
A
Everybody
in
prudence
wants
a
generation
and
wants
an
improvement
to
the
area.
I
think
it's
a
question
of
how
it's
done
and
then
it's
done
with
local
residents
rather
than
to
them.
But
considering
jerusalem
has
heard
a
lot
of
this
before
in
terms
of
council
having
a
new
approach
to
community
engagement
and
new
consultation.
E
And
the
next
round
in
spring
proposed
now
is
possibly
the
third
or
fourth
round
of
such
changing
consultation
engagement.
How
will
we
ensure
that
this
next
round
of
engagement.
E
You
very
much,
of
course,
the
intention
of
the
council
for
any
consultation
will
be
meaningful,
but
it
will
involve
doing
things
with
the
community,
including
these
two
different
teams
fighting
for
three
having
on
the
occasion
like
we
had
to
speak
to
residents
in
that
we
want
to
help
them
move
their
community
forward,
and
we
want
to
bring
about
the
changes
with
that
community.
We
are
not
in
business
of
doing
things
to.
A
B
A
A
The
train
from
commerce
bids
and
the
local
enterprise
partnership
as
well
to
make
sure
we're
hearing
those
voices
and
we've
been
able
to
find
those
business
forces
up
to
government
through.
A
A
great
opportunity
to
use
our
city
in
a
perfect
safe
way
and
to
visit
businesses
that
you
might
miss
over
the
last
year
or
so
ultimately,.
A
In
the
city
is
to
create
the
right
environment
for
them
to
thrive
going
forward
and
slavery.
Council
has
done
that
through
bringing
initiatives
like
commonwealth
games
to
the
city
by
supporting
things
like
high
speed
2,
but
in
the
short
term,
note
that
my
echo
what
my
friend
councillor
hamilton
was
saying
earlier.
The
best
thing
you
can
do
to
support
businesses
to
get
our.
B
A
A
B
B
Thank
you
old
man,
it's
not
all
being
plain
sailing,
it's
fair
to
say
what
we
have
faced
is
well
one
of
the
biggest
barriers.
B
A
A
We're
in
a
situation
at
the
moment
where
there
is
extra
advice
about
what
should
happen
in
birmingham.
It
is
not
rules,
it
is
advice
and
the
reason
where
the
government
has
gone
for
advice
and
not
wills
is
because,
if
it's
rules,
they've
got
to
pay
out
to
our
businesses
for
how
they
will
be
impacted.
A
A
A
A
Thank
you.
Lord
man,
question
is
for
the
leader
of
the
city
council,
councillor
ian
ward,
lord
mayor.
I'm
sure
that
the
leader,
like
me,
welcomes
the
fact
that
the
commonwealth,
organizing
committee
has
been
inundated
application
for
volunteering
opportunities
from
across
the
city
and
the
region
for
the
commonwealth
games.
A
Given
the
huge
popularity
of
the
volunteering
scheme,
I
and
I'm
sure
members
across
the
chamber
want
to
make
sure
that
people
from
our
city
do
not
mishap
this
once
in
a
lifetime
opportunity.
Will
the
leader
lord
may,
therefore
seek
an
assurance
from
the
commonwealth
games,
organizing
committee
that
applications
from
broomies
will
have
some
form
of
priority.
Thank
you.
E
Thank
you.
My
plan,
all
along
for
the
games,
has
been
to
give
athletes
and
visitors
from
across
the
commonwealth
an
unforgettable
experience
here
in
birmingham
to
do
that.
We
need
people
from
communities
and
neighborhoods
right
across
the
city
to
play
their
part,
and
I've
been
speaking
to
the
organizing
committee
about
ensuring
strong
birmingham
representation.
E
E
The
organising
committee
are
working
with
more
than
100
groups
of
organizations
to
encourage
applications
from
the
widest
possible
cross-section
of
people,
and
it's
been
great
to
see
so
many
people
already
applying
for
those
roles.
So
I
would
urge,
as
many
people
as
possible
right
across
birmingham
to
step
up
and
play
their
part
in
what
is
going
to
be
a
once
in
a
generation
spectacle.
This
is
our
chance
to
put
birmingham
the
very
heart
of
the
commonwealth,
collective.
A
I
do
have
a
supplementary
question.
Thank
you,
lord
mayor
lord,
may
I
understand
that
the
volunteering
scheme
for
13
to
17
year
olds
will
open
in
september
for
the
commonwealth
games.
The
scheme
will,
however,
be
limited
due
to
the
number
of
children
that
we
can
accommodate,
primarily
due
to
safeguarding
lord
may
as
such.
Can
we
have
an
assurance
from
the
leader
that
children
in
our
care
will
be
prioritized
and
there
will
be
equal
allocation
to
children
from
different
post
worlds
and
all
boards
in
that
city?
Thank
you.
E
C
Thank
you
very
much
hello.
My
question
is
that
ian
ward
would
leave
with
the
captain
elizabeth
jasmine
sparked
outrage
across
the
world
when
she
sprayed
free
gaza
and
palestine
on
the
walls
of
the
warsaw
ghetto.
Would
you
agree
with
me
anyone
committing
controversial
acts
such
as
these
should
not
be
used
in
any
of
our
birmingham.
Schools
also.
E
C
I
have
a
supplementary.
Thank
you
very
much
man.
I
think
there
was
a
little
more
than
criminal
damage
going
on
there,
but
bearing
in
mind
your
answer,
can
I
ask
you
to
write
to
greater
white
to
the
nut
and
express
concern
for
choosing
her
to
organize
their
understanding,
anti-semitism,
workshops
and
demands.
She
is
not
allowed
to
teach.
E
E
Yes,
the
commonwealth
games
are
coming
to
our
city
next
year,
but
the
positive
impacts
of
the
games
are
already
being
felt
so
far
across
alexander
stadium,
the
sandoval
atlantic
center
and
the
peribar
regeneration
scheme.
The
games
have
created
573
jobs,
68
apprenticeships
and
providing
training
for
more
than
1300
people.
E
E
Thank
you.
The
commonwealth
games
put
us
in
a
strong
position
in
comparison
to
every
other
city
in
the
united
kingdom,
as
we
will
be
hosting
the
first
major
multi-sport
events
in
the
uk
since
the
pandemic
hit.
The
games
are
attracting
750
million
pounds
of
investment
into
perry
bar
which
will
improve
the
quality
of
life
for
our
existing
residents,
creating
thousands
of
jobs
and
bringing
new
life
into
the
city.
It's
not
only
the
games
that
will
help
burnings
and
recovery
from
the
pandemic.
E
Station
at
curtin
street,
which
is
at
the
heart
of
a
1
billion
pound
regeneration
project
digboth,
which
is
itself
receiving
15.7
million
pounds
of
cancer
investment,
but
its
high
street
redevelopment
and
the
development
on
opportunity
streets
in
deeper,
which
will
create
hundreds
of
new
homes,
thousands
of
jobs
and
a
range
of
exciting
opportunities
for
the
area.
I've
also
been
visiting
smithfield,
which
is
receiving
1.9
billion
pounds
of
investment,
which
will
create
over
8
000,
new
jobs
and
3
000
new
sustainable
homes,
whilst
also,
of
course,
providing
a
new
home
for
our
historic
birmingham
partners.
E
D
B
A
B
A
B
This
scheme
than
we
initially
accepted
we're
expecting
around
about
96
000
people
to
be
applying
so
far
to
date,.
A
Despite
this
number,
we
are
still
worried
that
there
are
people
out
there
whom
we
have
not
got
to
and
pandemic
has
not
helped
with
that.
Looking
at
data
available
nationally,
extrapolating
that
to
our
city,
we
are
worried
that
there
are
up
to
20
000
people
out
there
who
have
not
yet
claimed
their
rights
days
to
go
today.
D
A
And
asked
you
to
spread
the
word
in
your
awards.
We
have
been
meeting
the
last
year,
or
so
with
community
groups.
We
have
been
targeting
groups
that
can
provide
translation
and
messages
to
get
out
there
in
other
languages.
A
A
Particularly
enhancing
those
who
both
need
help,
we
have
scanning
scanning
facilities
available
at
the
registry
office
throughout
the
period
as
well
to
physically
help
people
and
caseworkers
work
with
people
particularly
tricky
cases
to
work
on.
But
despite
that,
you
have
not
got
to
people
because
they've
been
a
pandemic,
we've
not
been
able
to
road
shows
being
hoped
to
do.
We've
not
been
able
to
go
to
places
of
worship.
To
do.
A
A
Midlands
and
got
one
out
every
household
in
west
midlands
to
highlight
the
moving
deadline
and
to
let
people
know
how
they
apply
if
they
have
not.
Already,
I
go
to
all
of
you
over
the
next
eight
days,
reach
out
to
groups
in
your
wards,
reach
out
schools
in
the
awards
and
make
sure
they've
got
the
message,
because
if
the
government
repeats
what
it
did
for
the
windlass
generation
to
our
eu
nationals,
the
consequences
of
this
would
be
absolutely
catastrophic.
B
Question
back
in
february
2020,
you
said
you
were
well
aware
of
issues
surrounding
new
world
country
park
where
some
residents
have
been
extending
their
gardens
and
have
been
building
work
done
into
the
reserve
even
to
patios
and
outbuildings.
You
said
you
would
ask
officers
to
progress.
The
action
and
report
back
to
me
it's
16
months
on
and
still
no
answer
is
three
and
a
half
years
for
me
raising
this
council.
So
can
you
please
provide
an
update
on
what
you
and
the
officers
have
done
to
halt
this
damaging
land
grab
in
our
protected.
E
Previously,
I'm
also
surprising
way
to
turn
on
to
to
re-write
it.
F
E
It's
continuing,
but
I
absolutely
will
have
this
matter
on
the
team.
Thank
you.
B
With
four
chief
executives
trying
on
the
time
as
our
mp
but
to
no
results
so
as
a
leader
of
burning
city
council,
will
you
please
with
a
simple?
Yes,
lord
will
commit
to
coming
and
seeing
what's
happening
there
with
me
and
pursuing
any
important
action
that
we
may
need
to.
A
A
A
A
E
A
Became
available
very
very
quickly,
very
quickly
after
transport,
secretaries
down
into
briefing
and
again,
they
wanted
councils.
A
A
A
B
Much
thank
you
laura
just
to
highlight
some
of
the
changes
in
governance
around
this
area
that
we've
had
over
the
last
few
years.
When
I
first
joined
the
cabinet
nearly
nine
years
ago
and
inherited
a.
A
Situation
where
nearly
part
of
the
agenda
understand
accountant
would
be
labeled
reports.
Third
of
it
might
be
private
agendas,
the
government's
local
shop,
a
tremendous
amount
of
work
has
gone
in
over
the
last
few
years
to
turn
that
around
as
being
connected
by
our
improvement
and
so
on.
I
think
what
you
see
here
today
is
a
collection
of
reports
where
life
moves
quicker
than
bureaucracy
can
sometimes
and
everywhere,
to
make
the
most
out
of
life,
sometimes.
