A
Arrangements,
hopefully
we
can
all
hear
each
other
if
we
try
and
project
our
voices.
The
microphones
are
all
on
the
display
behind
me.
I'm
going
to
be
a
disembodied
voice
for
the
morning.
I'm
karen
mccarthy,
I'm
the
chair
of
the
committee.
A
A
This
time
committee
is
a
quasi-judicial
meeting
and
no
decisions
have
been
made
in
advance
of
the
meeting.
I
should
say
that
members
don't
enjoy
parliamentary
privilege
during
this
meeting
and
therefore
need
to.
A
Express
caution
in
how
they
deliver
their
comments,
and
we
are
not
here
representing
our
awards
this
morning,
but
representing
the
whole
council
in
our
planning
responsibilities.
A
A
Is
item
two
members
are
reminded
that
they
must
declare
all
relevant
pecuniary
and
non-pecuny
interests
arising
from
any
business
to
be
discussed
at
this
meeting.
If
a
disclosable
unary
interest
is
declared,
a
member
must
not
speak
or
take
part
in
that
agenda
item
and
any
declarations
will
be
recorded
in
minutes
meeting.
A
That's
the
standard
declaration
of
interest,
paragraph
for
all
council
meetings.
In
addition,
because
of
the
the
nature
of
our
deliberations
in
planning
committee,
you
will
hear
members
indicate
that
they
have
previously
expressed
a
view
on
applications
and
they
will
then
leave
the
room
for
that
item.
A
That's
if
they've
expressed
a
view
outside
previous
discussions
of
the
same
item
at
previous
planning
committee
meetings,
if
that's
clear,
councilman.
Yes,
thank
you
chair
just
in
respect
of
1910
that
I'm
bounded
by
sherlock
street
bishop
street
street.
I
have
been
in
discussions
with
the
applicants
and
their
agents
and
also
made
representations.
So
I
can't
take
part
thank
you
and
I
have
other
members
who
will
be
leaving
for
other
items
which
I've
noted
as
we
go.
A
I
have
apologies
this
morning
from
councillors,
donaldson
idris
and
beecham
and
say
welcome
to
council
stanford
who's
joining
us
for
the
first
time,
and
I'm
sure
we
would
want
to
note
our
thanks
to
councillor
morale
for
his
contributions
to
the
the
committee.
They've
now
done.
The
squad.
A
And
the
chairs
announcements
all
I've
got
having
previously
mentioned
the
different
arrangements
for
the
meeting
is
that
our
next
meetings
will
be
the
8th
and
22nd
of
july
and
the
5th
of
august
and
again,
please
watch
the
agenda
for
where
these
meetings
will
be,
because
if
we
don't
need
to
be
socially
distanced,
we
will
have
conversations
about
whether
other
rooms
are
suitable.
A
A
We
go
on
then,
to
our
planning
applications
for
the
morning.
We
deal
with
these
on
a
geographical
basis
and,
as
I've
said
earlier,
there
will
be
some
disembodied
voices
in
this
part
of
the
meeting
because
we
are
operating
on
on
one
camera
position
today,
rather
than
try
and
flick
between
different
cameras
and
if
you
can
all
speak
up,
that
would
be
helpful.
A
We
do
have
public
speakers
on
a
couple
of
items,
three
items,
in
fact,
although
the
same
people
are
speaking
on
more
than
one,
how
we
take
that
is
that
speakers,
injections
and
three
minutes
in
total
and
two
speakers
in
support
have
three
minutes
in
total
and
it's
up
to
those
people.
If
there's
more
than
one
category,
to
sort
out
the
time
arrangements
themselves,.
A
So
we
start
today
with
the
northwest
area
and
looking
for
karen
fast
on
the
front
row.
So
karen
talland
is
our
officer
for
the
north
west
area.
Today
we
do
have
speakers
on
this
item,
which
is
land
to
the
south
and
west
of
dublin.
40
place,
beacon,
avenue,
dear
park
ride
and.
C
A
Road
in
great
bar
and
the
author,
in
which
we
will
take
speakers,
is
the
karen
will
provide
us
with
any
updates.
Then
we
will
go
to
our
public
speakers
and
sean
hannity.
Our
assistant
director
will
do
the
timing
on
that.
We
don't
have
an
off
switch,
so
we
are
trusting
you
to
keep
two
or
three
minutes.
If
you
don't
sean-
and
I
will
talk
very
loudly
over,
you
will
be
able
just
to
switch
you
off.
A
A
I've
got
that
right
speaking
of
objection
and
we
have
catherine
o'toole
from
pence's
group
speaking
in
support.
A
A
There
was
a
couple
of
updates
on
this
in
regards
to
matters
that
were
outstanding
on
the
officer
report
to
begin
with
accessing
highway
exchange.
So
obviously,
we
were
awaiting
final
comments
from
the
transportation
officer.
We've
now
received
the
road
safety
audit
that
was
requested
and
a
plan
showing
visibility,
displays
and
revised
layout
when
taking
into
account
the
recommendation
web
safety,
bringing
very
minor
changes
to
the
application
site
and
the
layout
to
take
those
into
interviews,
transportation
development
and
therefore
confirm
if
they
no
longer
have
any
queries
or
objections
subject
to
conditions.
A
B
A
A
The
money
is
yet
to
be
agreed
part
of
the
negotiations
on
section
of
six,
which
is
recommended
that
it's
spent
within
either
the
woodlands
adjacent
to
the
psychically
retained,
sling
area
or
the
present
nature
reserve,
and
that
will
be
dealt
with
106
after
the
application
in
regards
to
affordable
housing.
There's
a
small
error
ended
up
in
the
officer
report.
At
section
one
point:
the
australian
report
states
that
14
affordable
rates
of
affordable
ownership.
A
It
should
be
45,
rent
and
14
boats
just
flipping
those,
and
the
recommendation
therefore
needs
to
be
updated
to
take
into
account
the
ecology
contribution.
So
we
need
to
add
further
header
terms
into
section
one
sixth
grade
to
require
the
sum
of
8050
booms
to
be
paid
to
the
council
provision
off-site
by
diversity
enhancements.
A
Yes,
we've
got
mr
padilla
standing.
I
understand.
You've
agreed
two
minutes
for
yourself
yeah.
So
when
I
say
go
I'll
put
the
clock
on
and
I
will
I
we'll
remind
you
when
there's
15
seconds
to
go
just
so
you
will
win,
but
whenever
you're
ready
to
come
so
dear,
my
name
is
julie
and
I'm
wrestling
leaving
those
entrance
and
exit
with
while
they
came
into.
C
A
Weekly
basis,
our
women
are
unable
to
drive
their
truck
down
to
the
end
of
the
road
because
of
the
amount
of
cars
on
both
sides.
We
strongly
believe
this
is
an
accident
waiting
to
happen
with
severe
threat
to
loss
of
life.
If
it
can
happen,
is
the
entrance
and
exit
to
the
estate
and
fire
truck
canopies,
the
consequences
could
be
devastating
truly.
This
is
something
the
council
simply
can't
ignore.
They're,
also
clear
and
safe,
that
the
council
authorizes
planning
commission.
E
E
A
F
For
natural
conservation,
passing
tp9
of
the
birmingham
development
plan
explicitly
states
that
land
identifies
church
should
be
promoted
and
supported
for
taking
this
geology
and
biodiversity
going
on
state
that
land
will
be
protected
from
development
that
would
harm
their
function.
This
development
should
destroy
them.
The
previous
clarification,
which
was
to
mainly
boost
the
existing
estate,
was
justified
on
the
basis
that
this
disneyland
would
be
maintained.
The
report
conducted
by
the
composers
regarding
traffic
was
conducted
during
lockdown,
which
of
course,
showed
reduced
traffic
levels,
and
then
it
should
be
dismissed.
F
F
A
Application,
thank
you
karen
I'll,
bring
you
back
in
and
then
as
transportation
issues
have
been
raised,
I'll
bring
paul
county
to
deal
with
those
points
and
then
I'll.
A
Oh
I'm,
sorry,
I'm
I'm
obviously
more
trained
by
being
in
a
different
room
than
I
thought.
Apologies
you've
got
three
minutes
and
again
I'll
remind
you
when
it's
15
seconds.
E
E
E
E
C
E
C
C
A
The
update
transportation
development
then
have
no
objection
to
the
scheme
recommended
conditions
and
the
supposed
sufficient
parking
within
the
application
is
the
existing
mistake
that
this
is
being
served
off
the
dwellings
on
the
road
that
it's
coming
through
big
revenue,
I
mean
all,
have
two
parking
spaces
for
dwelling.
There
isn't
there's
a
visitor
parking,
so
there's
some
on-street
parking
it
shouldn't
be
substantially
severe
to
actually
want
refusing
the
hiring
rooms
in
regards
to
ecology
matters.
A
There
is
allowance
within
ctp8
that
developments
that
directly
will
indirectly
affect
sinks,
can
actually
be
built
on
providing
the
benefits
of
proposal.
Outpatient
need
to
safeguard
the
designated
site
or
damage
is
minimized
and
measures
community
to
place
to
mitigate
remaining
impacts
or
where
damage
cannot
be
avoided
or
fully
mitigated.
Appropriate
compensation
is
secured.
A
A
D
A
A
In
terms
of
the
impact
of
development,
the
additional
development
and
therefore
the
additional
traffic
we
will
suggest
to
members
is
not
material
issue
to
resist
the
activation.
Bearing
in
mind
the
comments
have
been
made
in
the
public
consultation
aspect.
We
have
requested
noted
in
public
speaking
at
an
independent
road
safety
on
stage
one
now
that
normally
follows.
After
the
mission.
A
A
A
A
A
A
F
Again
because
that's
exactly
what
we've
been
asking
here
today,
so
on
that
basis,
that
this
is
you
know,
area
designated.
F
A
A
You
never
really
want
to
specify
one
particular
particular
piece
of
land
depends
why
we're
saying
I
will
be
objecting
to
labor
warfare
on
the
basis
of
having
some
flexibility,
to
enable
the
council
to
decide
where
it's
best,
but
to
use
that
money
when
the
money
is
available
and
when
there's
a
project
available
to
be
spent
on
and
all
that's
been
worked
out
was
actually
there's
other
matters
that
need
to
be
taken
into
account.
I'll
just
go.
A
A
Most
that
it
is
written
in
relation
to
the
concern
of
the
loss
of
the
open
space,
and
I
think
the
report
and
what
I've
just
mentioned
in
relation
to
t38,
both
tp189
and
of
open
space
and
lots
of
apology
spaces
providing
mitigation.
In
this
case,
the
mitigation
is
financial
necessarily
completely
on-site
or
an
offside
piece
of
land.
D
A
A
A
A
That
you
treat
local
residents
as
party
to
any
decisions
that
you
make
and
how
that
money
is
spent,
and
maybe
it's
to
see
consultation
with
those
people.
Thank
you,
sean.
You
wanted
to
come
on
yeah.
I
think
all
the
points
have
been
made
invalid.
The
approach
we've
taken
is
it's
concerned
about
loss
of
a
habitat
concerned
about
lots
of
differences.
A
She'd
heard
very
clearly
that
the
balancing
exercise
would
come
through
and
we
completely
understand
the
issue
about
concern
about
locality,
spend
the
point
about
one
or
six
contributions
is
they
have
to
be
directly
directly
related
to
the
impact
of
the
development
itself,
so
the
spend
should
be
related
to
that
impact,
so
we
will
be
looking
for
it
to
be
spent
within
the
locality
to
benefit
that
local
community
and
it
would
be
the
service
areas,
leisure
that
deals
with
space
contributions
and
the
the
ecology
contributions
to
build
up
a
proposal
as
to
where
this
money's
going
to
be
spent,
and
in
my
experience,
that
involves
consultation
with
local
members
and
local
members
obviously
takes
handlings
from
our
local
community.
A
What
I
don't
think
you
should
be
alarmed
about
the
flexibility
that
is
simply
so
that
if
there
is
money
left
over
or
there
is
money
that
needs
to
be
spent-
and
there
isn't
anywhere
else-
immediate
locality,
it's
just
a
cascade
system
to
say,
let's
just
look
a
little
bit
further,
but
what
we
couldn't
do
is
use
that
money
for
something
completely
unrelated
to
the
site.
For
that
open
community.
In
that
instance,
the
development
could
ask
for
the
money
back,
so
we
always
conscious
that
it
has
to
be
related
to
the
development.
A
A
I
would
caution
that
we
are
not
ecology,
experts
and
a
site
visit
is
not
about
going
to
see
something
and
say
that
it
looks
nice,
whereas
we
have
got
expert
evidence
as
part
of
the
report,
I
will
put
it
to
the
committee
and
see
if
people
would
like
to
have
a
look,
but
bear
that
in
mind.
It's
not
about
this
is
green.
It's
nice.
A
This
is
about
planning
grounds.
That
would
require
you
to
to
take
note
of
the
expert.
A
A
A
A
A
I
do,
I
think,
the
only
thing
I
can
point
you
to
afterwards
1.6
of
the
report,
which
says
that
the
site
area,
so
the
red
edge
of
the
application
site,
which
is
shown
in
diagram
of
1.6,
is
3.13
hectares
and
then
the
section
that's
been
actually
being
built
on
is
what
we
will
apply
factors
of
that
red
edge.
Obviously,
that
doesn't
include
woodland
sling
outside
which
is
showing
blue
beyond
the
african
center,
but
the
red
edge
you've
got
one
with
my
hectares
of
actual
physical
chemistry
and
then
arrested.
A
Thank
you.
I
think
that
does
answer
the
question
pretty
well,
considering
that
he
hasn't
had
financing.
It's
a
good
point
to
remind
members.
If
you've
got
any
technical
questions,
you
don't
have
to
wait
for
committee.
You
can
go
direct
to
the
planning
officer
and
that
doesn't
count
as
having
expressed
a
view.
A
I
make
that
eight
in
favor
and
three
against,
since
I
believe
we've
got
11
voting
members
present
there
is
nobody
left
to
abstain,
so
that
is
approved.
Thank
you.
If
our
speakers
want
to
stay
the
rest
of
the
meeting,
you're
very
welcome,
but
we'll
understand,
if
you
want
to
meet
with
that,
if
you
can
just
follow
the
directions
for
answers
of
how
you
leave
the
building.
A
We
have
two
applications
for
the
north,
worcestershire
golf
club
fight,
which
has
been
previously
refused
by
ourselves
and
approved
by
the
executive
state.
These
are
the
more
detailed
applications.
A
Members
who
voted
in
the
past
are,
on
the
occasion
are
fine
to
carry
on
members
who
weren't
part
of
the
committee
are
also
trying
to
carry
on
on
the
basis
that
you
have
written
reports
and
will
take
no
discussion,
but
we
have
two
members
who
have
expressed
views
outside
the
proceedings.
A
We're
going
to
leave
this
item
and
council
johnson
again
julie.
Can
you
check
the
corridor?
I'd
always
forget
that
ball
around
the
building.
A
And
I
decided
because
these
two
items
are
quite
different
in
that
one
is
residential
and
one
relates
to
the
public
open
space
to
take
them
as
separate
items.
We
do
have
speakers
and
they
will
accordingly
speak
on
both.
We
have
mr
gerry
mckenzie
speaking
in
objection
on
both
and
drawings
from
law
homes.
Speaking
in
support
that
I
will
first
go
to
luis
for
any
update
on
item
seven.
Thank
you
chair.
One
update
on
this
item.
It's
nice
to
suggest
conditioning
condition
and
that's
requiring
details
of
cycling.
A
Both
sides
this
time,
mr
kennedy.
A
Yes,
you've
got
three
minutes
I'll,
give
you
a
one
more
thing,
15
seconds
before
the
end,
but
begin
whenever
you're
ready.
F
F
A
F
Requires
an
excellent,
well-balanced
summary
of
the
application
would
just
like
to
emphasize
a
few
key
aspects
of
the
proposals.
Firstly,
the
phase
management
for
you
has
been
shaped
directly
by
a
number
of
constructive
meetings,
initially
in
person
and
then
virtually
with
the
council's
planning,
building
design
and
landscape
or
culture
through
their
professional
implemented,
advice
and
landscaping.
Arrangements
have
been
stepped
into
a
number
of
changes.
F
A
A
D
A
Just
remind
members
that
what
we're
looking
at
here
is
a
reserved
matters
submission
for
the
details
on
phase
1a
of
this
site,
which
the
secretary
of
state
has
already
approved
in
principle.
Louise,
would
you
like
to
respond
to
those
points.
A
In
detail,
in
terms
of
the
comments
raised
just
to
carry
on
sharing
background
context,
the
two
applications
you've
got
in
front
of
you
today,
so
these
are
all
tuned
applications.
A
A
Of
the
residential
development
units
phase,
one
we're
looking
at
the
layouts
and
periods
of
landscaping
that
application
and
then
the
second
application
is
laying
out
a
significant
area
of
new
people
in
space.
Both
of
the
applications
are
informed
principles
agreed
at
the
outline
stage
and
also
with
the
development.
A
A
A
A
A
To
be
discharged,
we
need
drainage,
it
should
be
noted.
There's
no
objection
to
the
environment
agency.
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
So
if
I
check
the
details
of
section
one
and
six,
it's
already
covered
with
respect
to
this
specification-
that's
fine,
but
it
isn't
suggestion.
A
Okay,
so
we're
voting
on
item
seven,
which
is
the
application
for
dwellings
on
the
part
of
the
site,
and
I
see
those
in
favor.
A
All
right,
that's
nine
in
favor,
which
I
believe
is
unanimous,
I'm
finding
it
easier
to
count
in
here
than
I
do
in
the
mighty
finger.
Do
you
agree
tonight
so
that
is
approved?
We
have
to
leave
councillors,
griffiths
and
johnson
outside
and
take
the
second
application
for
the
same
site
this
time
for
the
public
opening
space.
A
Again,
it's
reserved
matters
because
the
the
outline
has
already
been
approved
following
inquiry.
Our
speakers
will
be
speaking
again
on
this,
but
I'll
just
ask
louise
for
any
options.
A
Current
application,
if
you
don't
want
to
speak,
that's
absolutely
fine!
Sorry
before
you
stop,
you
have
three
minutes
yeah.
I
will
give
you
a
warning
15
seconds
before
the
end
and
that
is
to
enable
you
to
wrap
up
within
the
three
minutes.
So,
let's
start
with
anyway.
A
A
Thank
you
very
much,
mr
rawlings
you've,
another
three
minutes.
If
you
would
like
them
and
again,
I
won't
remind
you
in
15
seconds.
F
Thank
you
good
morning
again,
jess
the
application
before
you.
Today's
particular
application
is
for
9.9
hectares
or
24.5
acres,
a
new
public.
A
F
D
A
F
A
A
A
number
which
is
she's
still
concerned.
A
Thank
thank
you
I'll
bring
louise
back
in
louise
I'm
going
to
ask
you
to
repeat
as
we're
taking
this
as
a
separate
item.
A
Remarks
you've
already
made
that
invitation,
but
I
will
remind
members
the
reward
forum
process
is
not
a
part
of
our
agreed
consultation
system
and
that
officers
and
applicants
have
worked
hard
to
continue
to
operate
through
the
pandemic.
Louise,
do
you
want
to
respond
to
the
points
made,
including
the
consultation.
A
A
Thank
you.
Does
anyone
wish
to
speak
on
this
one
councilman
scott?
I
only
have
one
question,
which
is
what
protections
put
in
place
for
this
piece
of
land
in
future
use
being
maintained.
F
A
A
Access
to
landscape
space
relating
to
uc
davis.
A
A
A
A
B
A
So
we're
moving
next
to
the
east
and
tony
is
going
to
look
after
this
area
today
and
item
9
is
136
to
138
kingsbury
road
irvington.
You
will
recall
you've
seen
this
before
and
you
deferred.
It
minded
to
reviews
and
members
will
recall,
but
I'll
say
this
for
everybody
else.
A
A
F
A
F
A
And
it
also
talks
about
how
refurbishing
will
improve
the
well
anyone
who's
been
together
know
that
a
lot.
F
A
A
A
D
A
A
Think
about
here
is
that
we
have
a
policy
that
sets
the
scene
and
looks
to
try
and
protect
family
housing
and
you've
heard
from
tony
that
that
policy
is
somewhat
dated
and
is
based
on
evidence.
That's
now
approaching
10
years
old,
and
the
spectrum
has
only
recently
allowed
an
appeal
where
he's
commented
on
that.
A
So
we
we
struggle
with
the
weight
with
that
policy
and
what
obviously
is
saying
is
protected
unless
there's,
given
that
good
evidence
to
do
otherwise,
and
what
we
have
here
is
some
evidence
from
the
applicants
and
you'll
make
your
own
mind
up
how
weighty
that
evidence.
You
think
that
way,
how
weighty
you
think
that
evidence
is,
but
the
applicants
made
a
commercial
decision
based
on
the
troll
of
some
local
estate
agents
and
is
saying
that
in
the
applicant's
view
there
isn't
that
demand
and
we
don't
have
any
current
evidence
to
say
that's
wrong.
A
A
We
don't
think
we
can
successfully
defend
your
refusal,
and
you
have
heard
from
tony
as
well
that,
due
to
the
location,
the
nature
of
the
two
properties,
we
don't
think
this
decision,
if
you
agree
with
it,
wouldn't
demand
our
case
for
any
future
decisions
going
forward
and
they
will
all
be
considered
on
their
own
merits.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
A
So
you've
heard
that
numbers
have
that
officers
have
looked
at
your
previous
decision
and
been
unable
to
bring
forward
what
they
believe
is
a
defensible,
reasonable
refusal.
A
So
you
are
voting
on
the
application,
whether
you're
in
favor
or
against.
If
the
majority
are
in
favor,
it
will
be
approved.
If
the
majority
are
against,
then
we
will
need
to
look
again
at
reasons
for
refusal.
B
A
So
we're
heading
into
the
city
centre
now
and
we've
got
miriam
covering
this
forest.
This
is
where
gareth
councillor
gareth
moore,
has
declared
an
interest
is
now
leaving
for
this
item.
A
E
Updates
in
this
one
councilman
recommendation.
A
Process
he's
confident
that
the
impact
on
paid
village
and
enabling
funding.
E
A
E
E
A
A
To
say
that
I
agree
that
a
large
proportion
of
the
section
106
money
should
be
allocated
to
the
safety
of
the
area.
Given
that
the
police
make
the
point
of
4.7
in
the
report
and
making
following
recommendations,
particularly
about
the
installation
of
cctv
and
submission
of
lighting,
and
that's
mentioned
further
down
as
one
of
the
conditions.
A
A
A
Pick
up
the
the
point
that
council
johnson's
has
made
and
let
us
know
which
aspects
of
safety
will
be
picked
up
under
condition
in
which
younger
section
106.
A
Okay,
I
think
the
all
of
the
items
would
be
that
would
not
be
section
106
contribution.
They
would
be
as
part
of
the
development
itself
that
will
be
funded
through
by
the
current
advising
applicant
related
to
the
building,
rather
than
community
issues
related.
A
So
I
think
the
response
is
we
don't
need
to
use
a
lot
of
those
issues
they
can
be
given
by
condition
and
in
terms
of
the
106
generally,
as
you
can
see,
we're
suggesting
that
there
are
the
site,
specific
issues
of
safety
that
are
covered
and
the
106
money
should
be
targeted
at
affordable
housing.
There's
been
a
priority
for
us,
oh
hello,
thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you.
A
And
we're
staying
with
the
city
centre
for
the
rest
of
the
agenda
item.
11
is
cornwall
house
at
the
corner
of
ryden
street
and
people's
gate
hill.
Do
we
have
any
updates?
Thank
you
for
one
update,
it's
just
to
remove
condition.
46.
A
E
A
Usually
extension,
we've
got
as
well.
A
I
think
you
can
access
snow
hill
and
the
trams
without
crossing
the
dual
carriageway
check
that
to
be
100
sure,
but
I'm
fairly
sure
that
at
that
corner
you
can
your
disbelieving
face
despite
something
councillor's
got:
councilor
moore.
Thank
you.
I
think
the
connectivity
of
snowball
station
is
development.
It's
great
to
catch
the
train
in
particular
directions.
A
A
A
Yes,
thank
you
chair.
It
may
be
in
the
report,
but
I
can't.
A
A
A
I'll
make
that
nine
more
favor
and
again
and
two
against
that
is
improved
and
our
last
one
of
the
day
is
the
lifts
of
the
rag
markets
on
aberdeen
street.
Some
of
you
will
recognize
this
you've
seen
it
before,
but
this
is
with
a
slight
change
in
location.
Do
we
have
any
updates?
I.
A
A
B
B
A
A
A
A
As
part
of
the
inquiry,
there's
going
to
be
questions
about
the
weight
that
members
gave
to
the
issues
and
how
they
came
to
the
decision.
But
it
may
well
be
helpful
in
defending
the
case.
If
reached.
One
of
the
committee
is
willing
to
appear
as
a
witness
to
to
say
what
was
in
committee's
mind
when
the
decision
was
made.
So
if
he
either
discusses
amongst
yourselves
or
if.
A
Thank
you.
I'm
sure
members
will
consider
that.
But
if
you
and
the
legal
team
review
the
video
of
that
discussion,
it
may
be
that
you
want
to
approach
a
number
or
two
and
invite
them
to
make
representations
to
the
inquiry.
I
think
that
would
be
entirely
a
reasonable
course
of
action.
A
We
will
review
the
webcast
for
today
and
and
see
whether
we
can
get
some
improvements
for
future
meetings.
Do
look
carefully
on
the
agenda
the
next
time
to
see
where
we
will
be.
