A
Okay,
good
afternoon
everybody,
my
name
is
liz
clements,
I'm
the
council
of
chairs
and
boeing
city
council's
sustainability
and
transport
overview
and
scrutiny
committee.
I'm
delighted
to
welcome
everybody
joining
us
in
person
today
and
those
watching
from
home
to
this
our
first
in-person
meeting
since
february
2020.
A
and
it's
wonderful
to
be
back
meeting
in
person.
This
is
a
socially
distanced.
Last
meeting
the
committee
offices.
A
A
We've
got
our
next
slides,
with
apologies,
three
councillors
attending
today,
somewhere
correct
kind
of
through
there's.
No
apologies.
A
And
we
all
understand
that
and
digital
services,
which
we're
meeting
today
and
I'd
like
to
particularly
thank
the
officers
who
are
attending
today
and
and
kerry
and
emma
practical
arrangements.
A
Okay,
moving
on
we've
got
the
action
notes
from
our
on
our
online
meeting,
which
was
held
on
the
17th
of
march.
Are
there
any
commentaries
on
that
or
any
questions.
A
And
okay,
so
we'll
move
on
to
the
first
item
of
our
agenda,
which
is
to
formally
elect
our
deputy
chair
for
this
year.
We
discussed
that
in
june
at
our
informal
meeting
and
I'm
very
pleased
to
say
that,
since
that
meeting
council
judy
johnson
has
accepted
a
nomination
as
the
vice
chair
and
I'm
very
very
pleased
about
that.
She'll
do
an
excellent
job.
I'd
just
like
us
to
vote
normally,
so
that
she's
enthralled
as
our
deputy
chair
for
this
new
school
award.
A
So
can
everybody
who's
in
the
vote
for
judy
johnson
president's
vice
chair
raise
their
hand,
excellent
you're,
elected
by
acclaim,
julie
if
you're
watching.
So
thank
you
very
much
for
volunteering
excellent.
So
the
final
thing
I
wanted
to
say
so
I
apologize
to
anybody
who's
watching
my
slightly
disheveled
appearance.
I
did
cycle
here
today.
I
got
caught
in
the
rain
and
I
would
dry
off
during
the
course
of
the
meeting,
I'm
sure,
but
I
didn't
experience
that
the
excellence
of
the
a38
blue
route
and
I'm
very
convinced
to
try
it
out
and
really.
C
C
I'm
able
to
attend
to
a
person
once
I
assistant
director
for
transport
connectivity
to
give
a
give
an
update
on
what
we've
been
up
to
also
some
of
the
plans
moving
forward,
we're
going
to
share
the
presentation
that
have
been
circulating
and
I
think
it's.
C
C
Start
off
on
the
thanks
us
exercise.
Please
a
lot
of
people
about
the
transport
plan.
Our
colleagues
will
be
aware
that
we
won't
to
the
consultation
last
january
after
a
very
high
profile,
launch
office
of
the
birmingham,
the
draft
government
transport
line,
which
attracted
local
regional
mapping
and
even
some
international
recovery.
With
some
of
our
radical
ideas.
It
was.
C
The
consultation
process
was
coming
to
an
end
when
the
pandemic
started
and
since
then
the
entity
for
for
myself
and
obviously
the
council
had
shifted
to
providing
that
providing
some
support
to
tackle
the
pandemic
initially
and
also
develop
and
implement
the
emergency
development,
and
we're
really
pleased
that
we're
able
to
use
some
of
the
the
thinking
behind
the
transport
plan
and
embed
that
into
the
emergency
transport
plan
which
we
took
at
canada.
C
C
Big
moves
in
the
japan
transport
plan,
as
many
would
be
aware,
was
reallocating
large,
transforming
the
city
center
prioritizing
acting
and
traveling
local
neighborhoods
and
managing
drug
demand
through
parking
ratios.
Some
of
these
available.
We
were
able
to
try
out
using
emotionally
transported
relation
as
part
of
our
emergency
transport
planner,
and
we
have
published
the
consultation
report
a
few
weeks
back
and
we're
hoping
to
take
the.
I
will
hopefully
adopt
the
black
government
transfer
plan
as
the
birmingham
transport
plan
in
the
september
canada
meeting.
C
Our
work
around
climate
change
and
air
quality
has
been
a
major
priority.
In
fact,
attacking
climate
change
is
one
of
the
key
priorities
for
the
local
authority.
As
many
will
know,
we
declare
a
climate
emergency
years
back,
set
up
the
task
force,
which
has
been
working
on
developing
national
plan,
which
was
approved
by
full
council
in
january
2021.
C
One
of
the
key
aspects
of
the
work
around
climate
change
is
appointing
a
team
of
officers
to
drive
this
forward,
not
just
the
city
council
across
the
city
and
also
drive
through
a
cultural
training
within
the
organization
where
attacking
climate
change
is
seen
as
an
act
as
well
as
one
of
our
key
priorities,
and
obviously
the
first
appointment
is
the
appointment.
C
The
assistant
director
of
client
training
will
be
made
very
very
soon
and
and
during
the
month
of
july,
we
started
the
process
and
we're
hoping
to
appoint
somebody
by
the
end
of
this
month.
C
So,
as
of
14th
of
june,
we
managed
6
000
and
approved
six
thousand
exemptions
for
those
that
work
and
live
within
the
the
clinton
arizona
area.
C
We're
hoping
to
publish
some
data,
some
very
early
data
in
the
next
week
or
so,
and
we
want
to
be
absolutely
open
and
transparent
about
the
the
achievements
of
the
clinician,
but
also
the
challenges
of
the
cleaning
is
on
not
just
to
colleagues
across
the
council
but
to
the
wider
public
of
the
city
and
we
hope
to
publish
the
data
on
a
monthly
basis
and
very
open
and
transparent
way.
So
I'm
hoping
that
the
first
set
of
data
will
be
published
in
the
coming
seven
days.
I
really
challenged
officers
to
do
that.
C
As
soon
as
we
consulted
on
the
a
transaction
plan,
I
published
that
in
march.
C
We
had
a
discussion
within
our
industry,
so
we'll
continue
to
work
on
the
on
the
monitoring
of
air
quality
right
across
the
city.
Next
slide,
please,
I
mentioned
earlier
the
delivery
of
the
emergency.
C
Within
eight
weeks,
which
we
achieved,
I've
also
received
a
sizeable
amount
of
money
to
deliver
transgender
planning.
A
number
of
the
projects
in
phase
one
were
very
successful,
so
we
have
challenges
with
so
we
are
making
changes
we
don't
want
to.
We
have
to
withdraw,
but
because
of
the
pace
that
we're
working
at
as
instructed
by
the
government,
we
couldn't
engage.
C
Them
on
a
journey
with
making
the
very
very
important
changes
that
we
need
to
make,
and
we
also
published
a
birmingham
bus
statement.
Last
september,
public
transport
as
a
whole
particularly
took
a.
C
How
important
they
are
to
our
city,
so
we
published
this
statement
and
not
only
any
other
cities.
I
would
put
all
the
projects
that
were
working
on
with
respect
to
bosses
into
one
document.
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
that
there's
all
the
150
million.
C
Are
currently
not
related
to
horses
in
our
city,
improving
the
reliability
of
this,
because
this,
but
also
improving
the
the
emissions
that
process
give
out
where
we
obviously
we've
got
electric
vessels
in
the
sixth
route,
from
solid
to
birmingham.
C
Should
be
delivered
very
very
soon,
but
for
me
20
is
the
start.
We've
come
a
bidding
through
to
government
authority.
C
Because
the
aspiration
that
myself
and
the
leader
have
is
that
we
want
burping
to
be
a
test,
a
national
tester
for
hydrogen
versus.
We
want
to
absolutely
we've
been
talking
to
people
in
the
university
sector.
In
recent
weeks,
myself
and
the
leader
want
to
visit
with
a
business
which
specializes
in
hydrogen
infrastructure
and
development
high
in
technology
or
last
friday
to.
C
In
february
currently,
including
the
china
highways
capital
scheme,
six-year-old
program
worth
237
million
time,
which
18.5
million
pounds
specifically
on
air
quality
climate
change
programs
is
really
important
that
we
allocate
some
resources
to
develop
transport
related
problems
that
support
the
council's
aides
on
improving
inequality
and
attacking
climate
change
right
across
the
city.
We've
also
put
in
a
substantial
four
bids
have
gone
to.
The
government
of
the
nearly
20
million
has
been
submitted
as
an
application
for
the
loan
improvements.
C
C
We're
also
looking
forward
to
a
meeting
in
the
west
midlands
to
discuss
durbin's
what
birmingham
would
like
to
see
in
this
election
transport
settlement
and
there's.
Also,
discussions
are
going
on.
C
Next
slide,
please,
I
took
my
push
up
on
a
bit
of
the
active
travel
fund
schemes.
There's
some
pictures
there,
you
can
see
of
york
road
we've
set
up
a
member-led
board
on
king's
east,
which
meets
on
a
weekly
basis
set
up
a
few
weeks
ago,
which
looks
at
the
interventions
that
are
being
put
in
to
ensure
the
low
traffic
maintenance
is
successful.
There
has
been
some
major
improvements
in
recent
weeks,
particularly
after
the
utilities
work
on
was
completed,
so
we'll
want
to
watch
that
very
very
closely.
C
We
are
also
developing
concepts
from
the
people's
whole
places
for
people
project
in
a
number
of
other
neighborhoods
city
that
the
chairs
is
one
of
those
mind-boding
results
is
another,
so
we're
looking
to
work
with
local
communities
and
local
stakeholders
to
develop,
to
design
these
programs
and
functionally
go
out
to
consultation
with
a
wider
community,
and
hopefully
embed
them
in
as
soon
as
possible
and
ideally
before,
within
the
next
12
months.
C
So
we
there's
a
there's
a
considerable
amount
of
consultation
and
engagement,
that's
taking
place
during
the
summer
now
that
some
restrictions
have
been
lifted
and
we
can
start
to
get
back
to
some
form
of
mobility.
And
how
do
we
talk
and
engage
with
our
communities?
C
Next
slide,
please
one
of
our
key
parties
and
get
people
particularly
who
are
using
their
cars
or
short
journeys
and
we're
using
a
cars
just
for
price,
single
private
use
out
of
the
cars
and
walking
and
cycling
and
using
active
travel
as
a
need.
But
whilst
we
put
quite
a
bit
of
infrastructure
in
chair.
C
C
Have
got
some
too
it's
a
project,
that's
managed
by
us.
I
know
the
west
side,
the
big
manager,
my
colleague
on
the
old
one.
My
colleague
is
somebody
who's
very,
very
frequently
seen
with
the
incarnate.
C
There's
a
lot
of
good
work,
that's
taking
place
around
school's
return
through
each
other
again.
Thank
council
hustlers
really
supported
that
particular
project
amongst,
amongst
other
things,
next
part.
Please
thanks.
The
delivery
of
transport
is
absolutely
essential,
worked
very
closely
with
calling
that
transformer
we're
very
closely
with
the
westerners
training,
executive
and
bus
operators,
particularly
national
space,
were
a
major
stakeholder
area.
The
east
side
of
extension
and
myself
and
the
leader
did
an
exciting
walk
through,
along
with
phil
edwards
and
colleagues
from
west
midlands.
C
Just
to
look
at
look
at
how
that
would
progress
in
the
coming
years.
It's
a
very,
very
exciting
development
in.
C
And
the
west
side
extension
has
progressed
substantially
up
to
and
beyond
five
ways,
we're
hoping
that
will
be
launched.
C
C
Before
we
go
out
for
a
wider
statutory
consultation
with
communities
moving
on
to
the.
B
C
In
the
coming
weeks,
we
did
meet
with
malcolm
holmes
and
other
colleagues
last
week
to
discuss
the
progress.
That's
been
made
at
prairie
wine
university
station
and.
C
Project
on
the
buses,
the
cross
city,
bus
development
work
is
ongoing.
It's
amazing,
within
within
the
city
centre,
and
I
said
we
absolutely
want
to
improve
the
reliability
of
buses
right
across
our
city,
and
we
would
have
seen
the
last
12
months.
We've
worked
for
some
of
the
bus
gates,
ultra
horsepower
to
be
the
one
on
austria.
Most
more
streets
are
reliably
informed,
the
the
place
the
one
place
other
than
chennai,
which
has
more
possibilities
than
anywhere
else
in
the
world.
So
you
know
when
you've
got
that
level
of
business.
C
C
2016
proposal
was
unfortunately
rejected
by
the
government
who,
however,
they
support
the
continuous
role
out
of
twenty
mile
per
hour
zones,
which
ultimately
bring
about
financial
challenges
and
challenges
in
terms
of
resources,
but.
C
Westerners,
police
and
the
combined
authority
with
respect
to
average
speed
enforcement
cameras,
a
partner
has
been
successful,
but
I
think
there
needs
to
be
some
further
discussions
with
the
other
two
authorities
to
look
at
how
we
can
bring
this
forward.
I
get
requests
on
a
weekly
basis
from
colleagues
right
across
the
country,
for
example
enforcement.
C
I
think
we
need
to
do
a
lot
more
in
that
particular
I'm
hoping
I
can
meet
with
the
increasing
quality.
Please
comment
very
very
soon
to
discuss
that
a
number
of
major
schemes
are
coming
towards
labor
day
delivery.
We've
obviously
completed
this
phase.
1D
ira's
structural
finance
completely
before
we
launched
that
very
soon
the
delivery
of
the
typical
control
parking
zone
has
been
complete.
The
worker
invalidator
has
been
complete
and
we're
we're
hoping
to
start
the
work
with
some
of
the
pressure
load
and
hollywood
junctions
too.
C
And
the
15
and
16
is
the
crucial
weekend
where
the
underpass
will
be
closed
and
we'll
be
capping
the
virtual
island
to
create
to
enable
us
to
create
that
four-way
tension.
There
are
some
challenges
through
there
and
I
think
when
you,
when
you
take
this
highway
project,
you
take
the
train
station
project.
We've
got
a
name
closure
which
they
desperately
have
to
have
some
conversations
with
officers
with
the
the
contractor,
given
the
the
train
station,
but
the
second
angle.
C
They
actually
need
to
do
that
project
on
time
and
when
we've
got
the
the
delivery
of
the
the
sprint.
The
cocktail
products
just
create
some
challenges
and
we
always
said
that
removing
the
flyover
was
the
was
the
easier
on
the
two
aspects
of
the
highway
project.
The
capping
of
the
island.
C
Next,
spring
and
latest
next
summer
we
could
win
the
radical
southside
project
too.
C
Yesterday,
I've
had
some
conversations
with
officers.
It
was
yesterday
about
how
we
can
ensure
that
those
who
regularly
visit
one
stop
shopping
center,
particularly.
B
C
My
family
does-
and
they
people
have
done
it
for
years
and
years
on
a
saturday
afternoon.
They've
all
ended
up
at
one
stop
in
the
asset
and
we
can
try
and
get
them
this
weekend
between
four
communities
that
for
that
one
weekend,
some
some
some
challenges
there,
no
doubt
and
probably
the
most
severe
challenges
we've
had
in
our
up
until
now,
because
the
end
of
paschal,
we
will
be
closed
during
the
day,
we're
absolutely
committed
to
trying
to
complete
that
piece
of
work
over
that
one
weekend.
C
I'm
coming
towards
the
end
of
my
presentation.
The
pfi
project
is
something
that
is
very,
very
important
to
us,
since
I've
just
come
from
a
site
to
visit
alan
rock
with
the
local
members
look
at
how
we
can
support
local
music
studios
and
some
of
the
flooding
challenges
that
have
there
secure
the
interim
provider.
We
continue
to
have
conversations
with
government
about
the
future
structure
of
the
pfi
project.
C
We
absolutely
committed
to
continuing
as
a
pfi
highways
project
which
will
bring
us
the
52
million
pound
a
year,
pfi
credits,
but
we
want
it.
We
will
put
some
proposals
forward
to
the
government
to
look
at
how
we
can
restructure
the
council
and,
what's
important,
the
public
have
the
greatest
stay
in
management
over
of
the
delivery
of
these
of
these
services,
and
I
want
to
thank
three
chair.
The
members
who
have
engaged
on
the
private
sessions
that
were
regularly
offered
on
the
care
highways
project.
C
The
impasse
on
every
single
one
in
the
city
and
I'm
absolutely
clear,
with
officers
of
the
council
and
the
poi
partner
that
we
need
to
ensure
that
local
members
are
engaged.
So
they
can
pass
and
cascade
information
down
to
communities
who
are
impacted
by
the
work
taking
place.
And
I
know
having
those
private
sessions
with
members
has
enabled
some
very
honest
and
friendly
conversations.
D
C
Saw
the
fact,
the
the
back
bench
group
again
council
huxtables
on
that
back
budget
group,
that
looked
at
the
appeal
for
pfi
working
by
council
like
radio
and
have
some
very
senior
counselors
out
there
who
are
able
to
advise
me
on
where
they
think
our
priority
should
be
moving
forward.
C
Members
and
communities
and
partners
to
ensure
that
we
can
bring
forward
projects
that
address
challenging
some
mean
one
particular
award,
was
recently
hit
most
alabama
and
visited
there.
This
this
morning,
I
had
to
had
to
support
the
local
members
of
the
intervention
at
halftime
game
the
other
day.
C
Incidents
have
started
to
increase
within
our
city
without
doubt
a
direct
impact
on
the
environmental
challenges
on
the
climate
change
challenges
by
the
city,
and
I
think
the
next
slide
is
possibly
the
last
slide
and
probably
one
of
the
most
important
slides
which
looks
at
the
trees,
the
green
and
the
infrastructure
in
the
city.
C
Birmingham
is
very
proud
in
the
tree
city
world
and
I
work
very
closely
with
councillor
general
shea
and
who
leads
on
parks
and
the
trees
within
parks,
council
and
kevin
carter,
and
maybe
also
been
involved
in
a
very
helpful
conversation.
Looking
at
how
we
can
build
upon
the
million
trees
that
we
have
in
our
city.
C
I
have
a
very
personal
aspiration
to
ensure
that
every
neighborhood
in
the
city
has
a
25th
century.
Canopy
cover
currently
ravaged
around
18.6,
where
there's
some
boards
as
low
as
eight
and
a
half
percent
in
this
one.
Over
30
percent
and
if
you
have
a
look
at
the
awards
with
the
lowest
tree,
canopy
cover
those
awards
which
are
have
the
the
worst
health
inequalities.
C
I
also
have
an
impacting
problem
involved
when
it
comes
to
the
pandemic
too,
so
try
getting
more
tree
planting
in
neighborhoods,
absolutely
as
a
board
member
I'm
working
very
closely
with
local
quality.
How
I
can
increase
the
true
canopy
color
in
my
own
resells,
I'm
going
to
stop
there.
I
think
I'll.
C
At
the
blue
and
green
infrastructure,
we're
working
very
closely
with
dr
hamer
sultan
on
the
the
council
of
lake
project
in
communities
who
utilize
green
and
free
space
for
your
last
summer,
the
toll
patrol.
C
Value
the
green
space
in
our
city-
I
know
small
pocket
parks
and
large
parks
have
become
most
frequently
used
by
communities
and
it's
good
to
see
old
people
run
from
all
sorts
of
cities.
Utilize.
A
Thank
you
very
much.
Councillor
zachary
absolutely
no
need
to
apologize.
I
thought
he
presented
that
a
real
that
was
a
real
tour
de
force
in
presentation,
there's
a
huge
amount
of
detail
over
an
absolutely
massive
portfolio,
and
it
shows
me
the
extent
of
the
ambition
and
the
sheer
amount
of
work
that's
gone
on
in
the
last
year.
The
absolutely.
A
Because
I
cycled
up
to
the
end
of
the
18th
a34
blue
route
and
and
carried
on
up
to
ferry
bar-
and
I
think
at
the
moment
the
pedestrians
in
particular
around
the
construction
sites,
is
quite
difficult.
So
I
think
what
you're
saying
about
the
need
to
communicate
weekend
at
that
particular
weekend
and
so
to
residents
is
really
really
important.
But
we
can't
make
those
changes
without
having
that
disruption.
A
A
A
A
To
pursue
that
change
across
the
council,
okay,
so
I'll,
just
open
it
up
for
questions
now
and
I'll.
Just
invite
our
members
to
put
their
questions.
G
Comprehensive
in
many
respects
in
no
particular
order,
starting
with
flooding
management-
and
I
mentioned
this
at
our
march
meeting-
I'm
getting
increasingly
concerned
that
there
seems
to
be
a
slowness
in
getting
a
river
coal
partnership
set
up.
We've
heard
this
from
this
committee
on
many
occasions:
what
happens
to
residential
properties
and
businesses
where
the
river
coal,
actually
floods,
we've
got
two
very
good
models
in
the
city,
the
rivertail
and
the
river
ray,
where
the
partnership
working
that
is
referred
to
in
the
presentation
has
actually
made
a
huge
difference
and
actually
worked.
G
I
know
that
some
of
the
hill
council,
working
with
the
ea,
have
taken
measures
along
some
sections
with
the
coal
within
saudi
hall,
and
it's
just
a
case
of
what
are
we
going
to
do
in
birmingham
regarding
this
important
blue
infrastructure
and,
as
I
said
in
the
march
meeting,
there
are
so
many
things
that
we
can
do
that
not
only
helps
the
management
but
also
improve
biodiversity
and
air
quality
and
improve
the
global
environment
as
part
of
these
defense
measures
works,
such
as
creation
of
meadows
and
anything
else
like
that.
G
So
I'd
like
to
hear
from
the
cabinet
member
his
thoughts
on
that
one.
G
Turning
to
the
metro
again,
looking
at
the
longer-term
vision,
yeah,
you
know
really
pleased
with
getting
these
sites
or
being
really
pleased
we're
getting
west
side
sorted.
You
know.
Where
are
we
in
terms
of
getting
into
the
airport?
G
The
smithfield
must
have
planned
quite
clearly
maintenance,
a
about
in
transit
corridor
through
smithfield,
but
no
one
can
tell
me
where
that
is
actually
going
to
time,
scales
and
everything
else
like
that,
and
the
infrastructure
needs
to
be
built
at
the
same
time
as
the
development,
because
it
just
costs
too
much
in
terms
of
the
retrofitting,
and
I
think
we're
missing
a
trip
in
terms
of
the
vision
there.
You
know
it's
all
very
well
protecting
a
transit
corridor,
but
you
know:
where
is
it
going
to
go
to
you
know?
G
G
So
and
just
one
metro,
we've
got
a
ridiculous
situation
with
a
pandemic,
just
ending,
in
my
opinion
of
us,
taking
out
track
along
corporation
debate
and
affecting
all
the
local
businesses,
just
as
they
want
to
reopen
and
get
on
with
their
business,
and
I
understand
the
reasons
why
track
realignment
sitting
at
the
delta
point
junction
to
allow
the
site
development
metro
development
to
go
ahead.
But
couldn't
this
have
been
done,
while
the
properties
were
actually
closed?
G
The
government
member
talked
about
the
low
traffic
neighborhood
and
also
talked
about
bus
reliability,
and
we
have
a
conflict
because,
as
we
know
from
a
briefing
note
given
to
us
tfwm,
you
know
national
express
are
saying
one
of
the
reasons
why
the
number
11
route
is
being
altered
is
because
of
peak
time.
Delays
in
the
king
sea
freezing
caused
by
the
low
traffic
neighborhood,
and
it's
not
just
affecting
the
number
11.,
it
is
affecting
other
buses
that
use
the
low
craft
neighborhood,
as
well
as
the
ongoing
works
in
perry.
G
But
the
government
has
looked
upon
and
are
inevitable
but
will
end,
and
it's
always
a
question
about
the
unintended
consequences
of
schemes
and
not
only
affecting
us
reliability
but
also
affecting
traffic
displacement
in
general
and
having
negative
impacts
on
congestion
and
air
quality.
And
I
hear
that
a
members
working
group
has
been
set
up
and
in
terms
of
transparency,
are
they
are
they
going
to
be
inmates
or
action
points
or
whatever?
G
Because
one
thing
is
that
it's
made
from
members
which
all
belong
to
one
party.
So
is
there
going
to
be
great
transparency
on
this
school
streets
becoming
mentioned?
Yes
very
much
in
favor,
I
always
said
we
should
look
at
taking
these
forward
and
look
at
25
hour
zones
and
buy
25
pounds
eggs
by
me
actually
putting
in
physical
self-enforcing
traffic
calming
measures
as
part
of
25
zones
where
you
have
busy
roads
in
the
immediate
vicinity
of
such
schools.
G
So
a
very
limited
scheme,
as
I
say,
backed
up
by
physical
measures
that
are
self-enforcing
and
I'll,
be
going
to
see
more
more
of
those,
especially
where
we
have
these
schools
to
eat
pints,
because
I
keep
on
banging
on
about
one
of
them
in
my
wards
and
not
getting
anywhere
at
the
moment,
and
I
think
this
was
one
of
the
petitions
that
I
submitted
at
the
city
council.
G
You
know
the
expression
of
interest
for
the
southern
part
line
castle,
one
bridge
for
parkway
brilliant.
Where
is
that
longer-term
vision
in
terms
of
getting
the
camp
hill
line
camp
hill
court
being
done
to
take
the
chemical
line
onto
the
snow
hill
lines?
You
know
the
the
development
of,
of
course,
on
identification
of
the
lands
need
to
look
at
these
northern
railway
stations
and
take
it.
C
F
G
Kings
to
fully
supported
by
the
excellent
mp
for
northfield-
and
thank
you,
I'm
glad-
that's
been
different.
G
You
know,
and
and
really
putting
in
measures
that
are
going
to
transform
the
city,
so
people
actively
choose
to
use
public
transport
to
get
into
the
city
center
because
it's
it's
convenient
and
you
know
and
the
the
character
that's
wrong,
which
I
think
will
make
all
the
difference,
and
you
know
how
we
can
use
as
funding
you
know
whatever
we
might
think
it
has
how
we
can
use
that
funding
to
actually
promote
public
transport
schemes
within
birmingham
to
actually
make
people
want
to
use
public
transport
to
get
into
berkeley
city
centre,
as
defined
by
the
ring
road
and
and
really
make
a
real
difference
to
that
model
shift.
G
A
Great
because
I
think
that's
quite
quite
a
number
of
questions
and
issues
there
and,
yes,
I
think
all
of
our
mps
involving
their
excellency
it's
a
good
day
to
talk
about
team
spirit
with
a
very
important
football
match
later
on
so
I'd
say,
I
think
all
our
birmingham's
are
excellent
and
they're
going
to
support
every
element
of
this
transformational.
Revolutionary
hitchhiker
on
transport,
so
it'll
be
good
to
see
the
members
who
are
actually
joining
us
a
lot
on
a
bike
report
at
some
point,
as
he's
still
our
falling
on
the
council.
So
I
look
forward.
A
It
would
be
great
okay,
so
do
you
want
to
do
with
tim's
questions,
because.
C
And
your
constant
support
and
challenge
as
a
critical
friend
right
again,
as
you
know,
the
engagement
and
consultation
is
something
really.
C
We
will
be
far
more
successful
if
we
take
communities
on
the
journey
and
I'm
absolutely
passionate
about
that
and
your
comments
with
respect
to
the
culture
changing
within
the
organization.
With
respect
to
climate
change,
I
think
that's
a
fair
and
genuine
challenge.
I
think
the
appointment
of
the
aed
will
kind
of
change
the
invasions,
maybe
in
the
next
few
weeks,
one
day
between
parties
and
cultural
change
with
organizations,
and
you
also
commented
about
the
leadership
from
the
world.
C
Relationship
where
he's
supportive,
but
also
very
consistently
challenging
too
tim
in
terms
of
the
soreness
of
the
river
coal
partnership,
I'll
see
the
shell
giving
insurance
look
at
how
we
can
speed
that
up,
particularly
around
the
what
you
said
in
terms
of
the
biodiversity
and
between
their
benefits
and
develop
a
lot
of
signs
of
defenses
too.
So
I
I
will
go
away
and
ensure
that
officers
can't
be
here.
A
And
one
of
the
things
that
really
impressed
me
about
last
year
was
the
presentation
like
hannah
hogan
who's,
the
new
bloodline
chain,
joining
the
team.
That
would
seem
to
be
an
excellent
appointment,
and
I
remember
that
was
a
very
interesting
presentation
and
I
could
go
after
that
presentation.
You
broke
some.
C
Kennedy,
I
think
he
had
his
appointment.
I
think
one
of
the
biggest
challenges
in
the
last
three
four
years
has
been
started:
staffing
arrangements,
really
that
would
hopefully
start
to
address
matters
there.
In
terms
of
metro,
I
I
showed
your
frustration
team
with
respect
to
cooperation
three
and
these
comments
to
colleagues
at
the
combined
authority
in
terms
of
whether
they
could
have
carried
out
this
work
or
through
the
pandemic.
C
I
know
one
of
the
things
I
pushed
for
and
got
an
agreement
for
was
on
the
west
side
for
them
to
really
push
forward
on
the
development
of
the
west
side
project
during
the
pandemic.
That
was
a
clear
priority
for
for
the
billion
veteran
alliance
during
the
pandemic,
and
you
know
that
is
the
ultimate
the
delivery
of
that
has.
We
have
benefited
from
you.
B
C
Share
your
frustration
that
this
can't
happen
again,
but
a
better
management
of
how
you
go
about
it.
I
know
phil's
going
to
touch
upon
some
of
the
points
you
made
about
getting
the
the
smithfield
plans
and
the
electoral
plans
around
diplomats
and
taking
to
the
april
aligned
and
in
terms
of
the
the
comments
you
made
about
linda
kinsey's.
C
C
So
first
of
all,
insurance
is
from
national
express
that
the
level
will
run
as
soon
as
possible,
hopefully
by
by
the
way
when
things
become
I've,
challenged,
transformers
millions
with
respect
to
keynesian
it
was
a
challenging
kingdom,
it's
largely
created
by
utility
works
that
challenge
no
longer
exists
and
and
what
national
expression
transforming
and
both
confirmed
to
me.
Those
were
not.
C
More
than
happy
to
share
with
colleagues
on
a
weekly
basis-
and
he
is
very
focused
on
king
zee's,
world
traffic
neighborhood
and
the
nearly
two
dozen
interventions
that
we
are
bringing
forward
some
very
small
interventions,
some
slightly
bigger
interventions
which
are
ultimately
contributing
to
their
improvement
and
traffic
flow.
In
kiwisaving
reasons.
I'm
absolutely
adamant
that
we
can't
have
a
a
neighborhood
with.
A
Is
actually
the
geographical
location
which
is
actually
so
many
of
the
members
of
the
greeks?
It's
not
just
had
some
concerns
about
who's
on
that
group,
because
it's
specifically
a
group
about
kingston
and
the
councillors
are
either
keen
to
seize
world
councillors
or
they're
already
in
the
laws
that
are
part
of
kingsley,
because
I
have
been
concerned
about
whether
that
group
is
making
any
wider
determinations
about
no
traffic
neighborhoods.
A
D
C
I'm
not
so
typical
hearing
no
communication
about
the
childcare
private
school
or
in
the
council,
not
that
I
recall
okay,
so
I'll
go
back
and
look
into
that.
I'm
hoping
you
may
get
some
good,
but
I
can't
promise
you.
I
just
need
to
check
I'll
try
to
check
on
my
phone
look
at
the
email
that
I
might
need.
C
We
might
have
a
look
at
this
meeting
and
and
write
some
some
news
about
whether
that's
in
the
next
next
set
of
measures
that
we're
making
in
terms
of
your
ideas
with
respect
to
20
mile
per
hour
and
and
maybe
20
mile
prior
limits
and
reducing
speed
around
schools.
I
would
really
like
to
explore
that
moving
further
and
see
how
we
could
potentially
do
that,
particularly.
G
You
know
where
we
don't
precisely
precisely
that,
and
can
I
just
say
the
officers
who
helped
develop
those
both
constituency
and
engineers
from
bill's
team,
including
phil
himself,
have
been
brilliant
at
these
types
of
schemes,
but
there
seems
to
be
a
bit
of
a,
in
my
opinion,
a
bit
of
a
hiatus,
but
we've
got
the
expertise
we
got.
The
knowledge
they've
been
proved
to
actually
work.
G
So
you
know
I
I
just
like
this
sort
of
momentum
in
the
literature
of
political
states.
C
These
are
the
resources
generated
through
years
on
revenue.
You
absolutely
wanted
to
utilize
it
to
support
that
board
from
single
occupancy
private
client
to
public
transport,
but
also
measures.
They
improve
sustainable
transport
when
cities
are
walking
and
cycling
right
across
the
building
before
tim
comes
back,
is
he
okay,
if
I
hand
over
to
phil
he's
gonna
talk.
E
As
members
are
probably
aware,
in
terms
of
the
longer
term
planning
now
we're
moving
into
a
refresh
of
the
lte
paper
going
out
there,
cancer's
effort
did
cover.
It
will
be
quite
lively
in
the
presentation
of
what
it
really
imports
I
think
presentations
last
year
or
something
about
funding
which
is
moving
forward.
What's
called
the
intercity
settlement.
This
is
a
big
capital
settlement,
the
mail
combined
authorities
which
will
stretch
over
the
next
five
years.
E
So
as
part
of
those
discussions
of
this
on
monday,
this
week
is
very
much
discussion
around
future
schemes
and
also,
very
importantly,
which
appreciate
is
how
it's
paid
for
so
here.
The
metro
schemes,
this
links
to
the
rail
as
well,
is
very,
very
expensive.
E
E
Wish
chairs
you
know
in
terms
of
specifics,
there
are
a
number
of
ideas.
We've
got
ideas,
customers
are
all
the
way
in
there's
got
ideas
about
roots
who'd
like
to
push
forward.
We
are
certainly
still
needing
to
be
council
combined
authority
and
also
very
keen
to
get
that
rapid
trends
between
the
city
center
here
because
of
the
benefits
of
hs2
and
then
also
major
major
development
taxes,
change.
E
Work
there
is
certainly
to
protect
that
corridor
through
that
planning
process
and
make
that
passive
provision
that
we
can
get
the
metro
through
there
without
needing
to
go
back.
You
know
a
lot
of
expensive
metro
is
removing
and
moving
starting
to
take
us
operators.
So
what
we're
going
to
do
is
spend
significant
money.
Then
moving
is
a
real.
E
In
terms
of
the
stations
and
we've
pitched
in
as
you've
said
for
certain
part
line,
that's
part
of
the
future
funding
there,
but
it
really
does
come
down
to
the
longest
of
them
playing
the
world
of
midlands
connect
to
get
the
actual
real
cash
to
do
the
development
work
to
develop
that
infrastructure.
That's
that's
what
we
need
next,
so
it's
it's
we're
kind
of
moving
into
a
phase
of
probably
quite
detailed
planning,
sort
of
which
will
go
beyond
67
popular
delivery.
C
G
One
of
the
original
pilots
for
the
school
school,
so
that's
already
been
set
up,
but
it's
a
it's
a
specifically
a
associated
school
school
in
a
20-mile
per
hour,
self-resourcing
traffic
planning
potentially
say
enhancements,
certainly
enhancements
building
on
the
work.
The
great
work
that
the
school
has
done.
G
About
because
all
birmingham
residents
would
be
contributing
towards
the
cast
in
terms
of
being
drivers
or
hgv
some
private
car,
whatever
that.
G
Funding
for
local
air
quality
improvement
measures
in
the
land
awards,
I've
ergs
the
capital
of
denver.
We
consider
we
consider
that,
because
you
know
at
the
moment
the
first
kind
of
funding
is
all
within
a
very
defined
geographical
area,
and
if
we're
going
to
have
it
and
we're
going
to
generate
things,
then
let's
look
at
air
quality.
Let's
look
at
reducing
congestion
across
the
whole
city
and
in
terms
of
the
midlands
connect
and
the
grand
great
grand
great
rail
collaboration.
G
One
thing
I
forgot
to
mention,
apart
from
the
kingston
off
the
railway
station
needing
to
be
having
to
make
use
of
middle
platform
there,
which
is
completely
disused
and,
of
course,
at
northfield
station,
the
middle
platform.
There
is
completely
disused
as
well.
We've
also
got
a
disused
platform
for
at
snow
hill
railway
station
just
sitting
there,
and
you
know,
whale
capacity
will
return
unsure
and
return
with
a
vengeance,
and
we've
got
infrastructure
there.
G
We've
got
us
just
sitting
idle
which
could
be
used
and
make
a
substantial
change
as
part
of
that
whole
way
of
vision
to
how
we
move
around
the
city,
and
it
just
seems
silly
that
all
that
infrastructure
which
exists
is
just
idle,
and
I
take
phil's
point
about
you're
talking
a
substantial
injection
of
capital
for
four
days,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day,
we
need
to
continue
pressing
because
it
just
looks
bad
that
there's
all
this
high
level
infrastructure
all
this
idle
capacity
and
could
all
be
unlocked
in
in
in
the
general
scheme
of
things
for
a
relatively
small
amount
of
money.
G
Certainly,
I
spawn
maximum
compared
to
the
whole
high-speed
2
project,
and
we
always
said
these
schemes
would
add
added
value
to
high-speed
2
and
benefits
from
actually
going
to
berger,
transform
perspective
and
leave
a
public
transport
legacy.
After
the
new
shiny
dorsey
stations
have
been
opened
and
services
start
because
high
speed
is
just
parked
back.
There.
A
Thanks
tim,
I
think
what
I'm
going
to
do
is
ask
you
to
hold
back
your
responses,
I'm
going
to
invite
councillor
brown
and
council
charlie
toss.
If
you
want
to
ask
any
questions,
I've
got
a
question
here
from
council
acquitted
as
well,
so
just
because,
I'm
afraid
to.
D
A
Questions
and,
as
you
mentioned,
trees,
I'm
just
going
to
martial
and
ask
councilman
quinlan's
question
because
queen
has
commented.
She
very
much
welcomes
what
the
cabinet
member
said
about
increasing
trade
tree
canopy
across
the
city
and
ensuring
that
there's
any
good
coverage
in
every
ward
she's
very
concerned
that
during
the
water
during
lethal,
it
seems
to
be
a
struggle
to
keep
up
with
leaf
clearing,
especially
in
her
own
handwork
and
president's
concerned
about
this,
and
she
has
a
similar
commentary
in
relation
to
pruning
of
trees.
A
And
I
have
actually
we've
got
a
thing
to
check
going
disabilities.
I
have
commented
that
I
think
the
the
leaf
clearing
is
actually
something
which
would
fall
into
colleague's
portfolio,
but
obviously
it's
a
general
concern
about
the
state
of
pavement
in
the
autumn.
So
don't
you
comment
on
that?
Please
and
then
councilman.
F
C
F
So,
thank
you
very
much
for
that,
and
then
the
other
thing
is
just
just
some
like
really
personal
types
of
comments.
You
know
star
on
page
14
says
on
the
boom
compost
technique.
It's
like
ready
when
you
want
campaign
and
I'm
assuming
that
leads
into
the
caribbean
19
recovery
program.
I
know
a
couple
of
people,
two
of
which
are
in
my
extended
family,
will
not
use
the
possible
amount
because
of
the
attitude
that
somebody
uses
in
terms
of
masks
and
being
asked
by
a
bus
drivers.
You
need
to
be
putting
a
mask
on.
F
So
that's
my
point
in
regarding
to
that.
I'm
on
page
17
in
terms
of
avoid
trial,
I've
got
nothing
wrong,
got
no
real
complaints
or
concerns
about
the
point
avoid
these
students.
If
they're
used
correctly,
I
think
there's
a
number
of
people.
I've
seen
on
I've,
seen
groups
of
people
going
down
the
road
the
wrong
way
down
the
runway
student
center.
They
tend
to
be
young
people,
I'm
assuming
this
and
parliament.
F
F
Yes,
I
think
it's
a
question
that
people
be
slightly
more
understanding
now.
The
last
issue
of
this
in
terms
of
cyclists
on
camera
pathways
and
coming
from
the
difference
between
where
the
library
is
across,
to
where
the
council
houses
is
a
couple
of
signs
that
which
people
are
ignoring
on
their
complications,
bypass
comments
too,
and
the
responses
of
not
being
what
you'd
expect
a
decent
person
to
vote
to
try
to
come
up
with
so.
A
Thanks
very
much
nick
okay.
So
let's
invite
wasn't
and.
A
C
On
months,
we
just
paused
where
we
wanted
to
allocate
some
category
and
funding
the
world
funding
and
moving
forward.
Once
we
get
some
initial
data,
I'm
going
to
bring
that
back
as
soon
as
possible.
Phil
would
respond
to
the
cognitive
respect
to
the
train
station
today,
council,
charlie,
thank
you
for
your
questions.
Obviously
we
always
say:
there's
going
to
be
challenges,
short-term
challenges
for
long-term
benefits.
C
We've
spent
over
a
million
pounds
on
traffic
management
through
parallel
between
the
number
of
projects,
some
of
them
delivered
by
via
us
by
the
combined
authority.
This
weekend
will
be
the
following
week
can
be
particularly
challenging,
as
I
mentioned
earlier,
we're
doing
all
our
best
and
we're
hoping
that
buy
will
turn
the
traffic
flow
through
parallel
will
improve
substantially
and
obviously
the
project
being
completed.
C
C
As
a
chair
mentioned.
I
I
appreciate
what
she's
saying
in
terms
of
cleaning
the
use
of
our
payments
and
of
our
roles
in
northern.
They
do
create
some
safety
hazards,
but
unfortunately,
over
the
years,
the
the
cuts
to
our
resources,
the
local
authority,
has
reduced
and
diminished
the
things
that
we
can
provide
in
our
cities.
That
that's
one
of
the
reasons
my
colleague
councillor
can't
commit
as
much
resources.
C
Thank
you
for
your
comments.
I've
met
previously
around
time
and
a
quantity
of
time
you'll
be
incredibly
passionate
about
improving
air
quality,
including
for
your
constituents,
and
that
is
very
audible,
and
we
will
work
with
you
on
that.
But
I
say.
C
And
the
void
trial
has
been
generally
successful,
there's
been
challenges
and
you
touched
upon
those
challenges
where
people
are
not
using
the
the
scooters,
as
they
should
be
working
through
this
meeting
this
afternoon
and
I
meet
with
officers
in
the
leader
of
the
council
last
year.
C
You
screen
to
trial,
but
because
kurt
and
phil
other
members
are
feels
kind
of
growing
into
developing
this
pilot
technology
offensive
technology.
Our
product
control,
success
minimum.
I
know
from
the
conversations
that
might
be.
C
Northampton,
which
is
looking
at
how
they
can
restrict
people
writing
all
these
internal
payments,
which,
I
think
I
know,
is
a
huge
huge
concern
for
many
people.
C
C
C
A
The
way
the
excuses
have
been
used
in
the
same
way
that
council
brown
does-
and
I
think
it's
really
important-
that
the
agreement
that
officers
and
and
people
that
are
working
with
listen
to
them
to
the
testimony
of
disabled
people,
documentary
which
was
done
on
ytv
compared
by
chris
chilhoy.
It's
been
on
in
touch,
which
is
the
regular
floor,
magazine,
program,
prepared
and
also
in
action,
because
I
think,
on
the
in
touch
program,
there's
tesla
from
a
young
woman
in
cambridge.
A
She
feels
that
she
can
now
no
longer
as
a
as
a
visually
impaired
person
to
work,
because,
because
these
these
and
easily
does
simply
make
movements
too
dangerous.
So
I
think,
for
me
the
basic
requirement
would
be
yes,
we
must
have
any
are
regulated
and
the
regulation
would
include
compulsory
helmets,
which
include
ensuring
that
the
scooters
make
a
noise,
because
that's
the
other
thing
they're
silent.
A
And
if
you
look
at
the
itv
documentary
the
footage,
as
it
things
that
people
running
at
speed
all
over
the
pavement
in
the
city
center
is
quite
scary,
and
my
personal
belief
is
all
the
way
down
and
the
road
that
I've
lived
to
a
bournemouth
station.
They're
just
littered
all
the
way
all
over
the
pavement.
So
at
a
time
when
we're
trying
to
encourage
people,
including
vulnerable
people,
to
walk
we're
actually
creating
a
series
of
instructions
on
that
on
the
pavement.
A
So
I
think
that
we
need
to
be
extremely
careful
about
the
future
of
these
scooters,
whereas
they're
giving
some
people
freedom
of
mobility
but
in
other
circumstances,
they're
actually
making
it
less
possible
to
move
around
on
payments.
And
I
would
say
the
same
thing
about
cyclists
and
if
you're
an
adult
you
shouldn't
be
suspecting.
Well,
no
one
should
be
struggling
with
things
really,
but
maybe
adults
in
particular
should
not
be
cycling
on
the
pavements
or
through
an.
G
B
C
G
We
mentioned
trees.
Can
I
just
also
put
in
a
pitch
for
ancient
hedgerows
and
proper
maintenance
of
those
ancient
hedgerows
which
are
still
highways
assets
that
would
appear
to
be
off
budget
in
terms
of
their
maintenance
and
they
can
get
very
overgrown.
G
I've
had
this
problem,
both
in
my
previous
ward
council
hall
lane
and
my
current
award
paradise
lane
and
weblay,
where
we
have
some
beautiful
ancient
hedgerows,
but
as
all
companies
do
they
grow
and
they
obstruct
the
carriageway
and
they
obstruct
narrow
pedestrian
movement
along
pavements,
and
they
just
need
to
be
properly
maintained
and
but
also
protected,
because
also,
I
know
that
some
people
take
masses
into
their
own
hands
to
remove
these
beautiful
hedgehogs.
E
There's
a
lot
of
infrastructure
out
there
that
we
need
to
make
best
use
on
some
of
the
platforms
do
depend
on
some
new
other
infrastructure
that
we
were
talking
about
earlier
in
the
meeting.
I'm
also
going
to
train
paths
and
capacity.
E
E
From
the
continuous
monitors,
the
diffusion
tubes,
that
is
all
about
it
site
the
council's
website,
if
you
go
to
the
council's
website,
you
easily
lean
through
it
and
that
does
provide
real-time
information
and
yeah.
Obviously,
environmental
manager
is
quite
keen
to
stress.
What's
on
there
is
it's
not
there,
it
means
we
haven't,
got
it
just
a
bit
of
clarity,
so
in
terms
of
the
cars
there's,
what's
called
the
baseline
report,
and
that
is
a
document
for
the
cast,
which
is
information
which
is
held
by
the
council.
E
So
there's
information
held
by
defra,
joy,
airport,
one
of
the
presentations
has
summer
is
we
need
to
assemble
our
information
and
his
information
this
morning,
just
to
pull
that
together
and
the
government's
side
today,
ministers
to
design
that
off
so
when
it
says,
hopefully
that
is
eventually
early
summer
that
will
come
out
and
then
in
terms
of
the
accounts
on
ongoing
hand,
basis,
which
is
what's
called
an
annual
status
report.
That's
effectively
how,
over
time
the
whole
air
quality
position
in
the
city
will
be
reported
back
on
basis
and
then
just
quickly.
E
It's
okay,
just
back
on
the
e-school,
since
we
had
another
group
tonight,
but
I
was
also
a
really
good
session
yesterday
by
council
of
coffee,
more
equality's
perspectives,
disability
groups,
people
like
my
side
as
well,
where
it
was
a
really
good
point,
so
we're
gonna
take
that
away
and
what
he's
suggesting
is
star
chamber
so
other
than
zafar
on
the
transport
side.
It's
also
been
picked
up
on
the
equality
side
as
well,
and
there
are
a
number
of
members
of
reference
in
terms
of
their
parking
bays.
E
Some
enforcement
activity
around
running
on
payments,
www
et
cetera
at
the
moment,
they'll
be
relented
period
that
I'm
told
that
they're.
A
Having
discussion
about
the
balance
of
the
expenditure
in
the
cattle
programs
we
think
remotely
and
and
another
infrastructure
that
you
have
the
number
one
airport
initiatives
and
climate
change
responses,
that's
about
seven
point:
seven
percent!
You
know
it's
good
to
have
that
staff.
I
would
hope
that
it's
gonna
increase
in
the
future
and,
similarly
that
the
balance
of
the
money
spent
on
the
roads,
it's
gonna,
reduce
that
we
have
more
or
more
infrastructure
for
active
transporter.
A
I
think
just
we
were
all
keen
to
some
of
them
was
meeting
too
long
to
allow
people
to
get
into
public
transport
for
the
major.
So
I'd
like
to
thank
you
for
an
excellent
presentation,
very
well
presented
excellent,
open
discussions
and
great
expertise
for
me
both
and
really
to
pass
on
our
thanks
to
the
team
notices
that
supporting
what
this
works.
I
think
we
really
benefit
from
excellent
and
officers.
Who've
worked
really
exceptionally
hard
this
this
year
they
always
work
hard,
but
I've
seen
the
amount
or
ever
that's
gone
in
this
year.
C
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
committee
and
officers.
At
least
one
I
just
want
to
my
echo,
led
by
phil
and
kennedy,
is
working
extremely
hard
and
that's
like
everyone
else.
In
the
public
safety
major
challenges,
each
every
time,
they've
risen
off
the
world
championship
and.
A
Workers
out
there,
because
you
know,
people
who
drive,
passes
and
train
drivers
all
of
those
people.
They
want
to
support
them
continued
working
throughout
this,
and
they
have
certainly
deal
with
you.
The
risks
to
themselves
and
dealing
with
some
of
the
behaviors.
That
nick
was
talking
about.
C
G
Yes,
especially
phil's
still
here,
if
phil
would
say
for
literally
two
minutes.
G
Is
that
timing
and
regeneration
work
on
urban
regeneration
frameworks.
G
So
I
know
you
talked
about
open
space
as
part
of
the
plants
resorting
boards
and
you
know
more
green
space
and
more
trees
and
everything
else
and
how
they
work
with
what
we're
trying
to
do
in
terms
of
more
housing.
But
obviously
you
need
supporting
infrastructure
support
housing,
but
it's
absolutely
essential.
A
Meeting,
I
think,
obviously,
your
concern
is
a
urban
regeneration
frameworks
across
the
piece.
But
I
was
just
saying
we
discussed
last
month
the
specific
example
of
smithfield,
which
I
thought
was
actually
disappointing
in
terms
of
the
amount
of
green
space
that
there
is
particularly
given
the
campaign
that
there
was
for
a
city
park,
and
I
think
I
think
you
were
tim
and
I
were
very
present
on
the
the
read
the
briefing
for
councillors
about
the
national
birmingham
strategy.
Where
there's
an
aspiration
to
increase
the
amount
of
crude
space.
A
But
again
it
doesn't
mean
to
me
the
targets
aren't
or
haven't
been
set
yet
they're
not
challenging
enough,
and
I
think
we've
tried
speaking
because
you
sent
us
some
comments
about
that.
Following
the
discussion
at
the
informal
meeting
in
june
and
if
you
look
at
section
three
of
the
work
programme,
there's
a
bullet
point
of
environmental
public,
open
space
and
transport
issues
within
the
city,
council
multiplanes,
including
smithfield,
and
urban
regeneration
regeneration
frameworks,
because
they're
so
much
detailed.
What
you
said.
A
What
is
quite
challenging
to
catch
for
the
fact
you
know
you
know
a
single
item
for
for
the
work
program,
but
but
your
concern
is
has
been
noticed,
we're
going
to
try
and
capture
it
in
in
the
in
the
work
program
through
the
years.
But
phil
come
back
on
that
just.
G
It's
also
how
we
can
look
into
a
local
centre
and
in
terms
of
innovation,
and
they
want
to
change
the
telemetry
of
the
geometry
of
the
existing
world
land
in
order
to
make
it
safer
in
order
to
get
that
better
traffic
flow.
G
For
example,
I
can
give
you
a
specific
example
what
we
could
do
with
robinhood
island
to
actually
improve
traffic
flow,
but
also
make
it
a
accenture
environmental
gateway
feature.
You
know
along
the
a34
south
stuff
road.
So
it's
not
just
the
environmental
stuff.
It's
how
the
environment
works
with
a
revised
traffic
network
which
works
for
the
residents
works
for
the
local
center
works
for
the
local
businesses.
G
E
G
You
know
if
we
don't
get
it
right,
we
don't
get
your
officers
involved
in
getting
it
getting
it
right,
then
we
might
as
well
not
do
it
at
all.
E
Departments
that
you're
talking
about
one
directorate
very
much
the
work
you
are
involved
in
the
master
plans
on
a
personal
level,
there's
a
lot
of
work
around
what
we
do
there,
except
for
transport.
So
I
think
it's,
I
think,
with
the
right
instances
that
does
come.
A
In
maybe
the
overall
department
and
the
robin
hood
island
today,
it
will
be
fantastic
to
see
some
really
good
reaction
evening.
Other
traffic
lights
and
goody
actually
have
a
much
bigger
green
space.
I
don't
know
whether
that's
possible,
because
they're
thinking
you
know
the
amount
of
traffic
that's
coming
in
their
names,
that
you
said
it's
that
sort
of
thinking,
but
I
think
just
just
to
reassure
cancer
that
he's
commenting
the
discussion
about
all
the
work
from
the
last
week
and
we're
going
to
find
him
address
that
through
the
year.
G
Yes,
please
go
ahead,
I
think
possibly
the
one
on
the
20th
of
april
will
get
ambitious
here
in
these
years.
We
face
this
year
and
we
will
very
much
be
interviewing
again.
A
I
think
that's
a
valid,
I
mean
it
may
be
possible
or
ideas
take
salaries
of
how
many
people
would
actually
be
willing
to
turn
up
to
that
meeting,
and
if
it's
not
it's
very
few,
we
end
up
cancelling
it.
A
Absolutely
if
you
remember
that,
I
think
it
was
in
it's
difficult
because.
