Description
Bossier City Council Meeting January 17, 2017
A
B
That's
great
I'll
hold
the
father,
we
thank
you
for
another
time
in
this
place.
We
thank
you
Laura.
Those
who
are
here,
we
pray
for
them.
We
pray
for
them.
Family
members,
we
pray
Lord,
a
special
prayer
for
Jerry
pain,
father.
We
ask
that
you
give
him
recovery
he'll
this
body
in
the
name
of
Jesus
Lord.
We
thank
you
for
all
that
you
have
done.
We
pray
for
those
who
are
serving
this
country
serving
this
city,
those
who
are
in
trouble
Lord
God.
B
C
A
A
B
D
So
you
have
the
reports
in
your
hand
for
the
year
ending
December,
31
2016
again,
the
first
page
sum
all
the
revenues.
The
only
comment
that
I'll
make
is
some
of
these
are
not
they're,
not
mature
numbers.
In
other
words,
we
should
have
some
accruals
that
are
still
outstanding.
Yes,
since
it's
our
fiscal
year-end,
December
31,
we
try
to
pull.
D
You
know
all
the
expenses
back
as
well
as
revenues
you'll
see
when
we,
you
know
going
through
the
reports
as
soon
as
we
get
some
final,
you
know
approval
from
our
external
CPAs
on
those
accruals
and
the
accuracy
of
them.
We'll
I'll
update
this
schedule
so
that
that'll,
be
you
know
whenever
you
look
at
this
schedule,
it'll
tied
directly
to
the
consolidated
annual
financial
report,
but,
as
you
can
see
there,
as
of
this
reading,
we're
at
ninety
three
percent
of
revenue
and
ninety
four
percent
of
expenditures
for
all
funds.
D
D
Page
five
is
the
meaning
report
and
there
was
no
change
in
our
total
meaning.
There
was
some
interdepartmental
changes,
but
no
change.
Overall.
The
next
few
pages
are
again
the
water
and
sewer
history
reports.
Just
one
thing:
I'll
bring
to
your
attention:
you're.
The
first
three
pages
show
the
actual
numbers
as
or
presented
in
the
general
ledger
as
a
this
morning.
The
next
three
pages
subsequent
to
that
you
know,
because
we
accrue
revenue
back
for
the
Water
and
Sewer
phones,
because
we're
always
a
month
in
arrears
on
billing.
D
So
we
have
five
cycles
or
roughly
four
and
a
half
cycles
that
we
have
to
accrue
back
to
2016
that
are
actually
built
in
2017.
So
we
won't
know
the
actual
amount
of
those
cycles
and
the
billing
amounts
until
we
actually
do
the
building,
which
will
be
into
about
the
first
week
of
February.
So
what
I
did
was
I
went
back
to
2015
pulled
those
accruals
that
we
made
at
the
end
of
2015,
which
worked
for
the
first
few
cycles
in
2016
and
added
them
to
the
last.
