We
thank
you
for
this
time.
We
thank
you
for
this
place.
We
thank
you
for
those
who
are
here.
We
pray
for
them.
We
pray
father
for
their
family
members.
We
thank
you
Lord
for
this
nation.
We
pray
for
this
nation
and
the
leadership.
We
ask
you
Lord
God,
to
help
those
who
are
hurting
and
Lord
God,
those
who
have
lost
loved
ones.
We
ask
you
Father
God,
to
give
us
direction
to
do
two
things
that
please
issue
and
that
we
serve
those
who
have
elected
us
to
serve.

A
good
afternoon
counsel,
I
have
two
photographs:
miss
Phyllis,
well,
I'll
keep
talking
as
we
as
we,
the
East
Bank
landscaping
committee
has
met
twice
during
the
course
of
the
latus.
Last
month
of
April
committee
originally
was
assigned,
members
were
Tommy,
Harvey,
Jim
Larkin,
mark
Hudson
and
myself
and
I
asked
a
gentleman
named
Mark
Wilson,
who
is
the
assistant
horticulturalist.
D
D
C
D
We
were
charged
with
trying
to
find
landscaping
that
could
go
in
to
replace
the
other
that
had
been
removed
and
the
committee
looked
at
those
areas
and
we
actually
were
very
fortunate.
Mr.
Wilson
had
the
knowledge
of
looking
at
the
ground
there
that
had
dry
times
of
the
year.
It
was
wet
because
these
are
drainage.
D
Still
every
a
green
plant
about
three
and
a
half
to
four
foot
tall,
flowering,
yellow
one
of
our
photos.
A
periodic
is
the
the
yellow
flag
iris,
so
that
we've
we've
got
a
bed
out
right
now
requesting
4,000
of
these
irises
to
be
planted
in
these
bio
swells.
Well,
we
said
when
these
plants
are
dormant,
we
need
something
is
in
those
in
that
area
to
have
something
evergreen
and
the
first
choice
we
came
up
with
was
a
japonica
camellia,
but
mr.
D
Our
goal
is
to
come
back
to
you
with
that
price
and
save
council.
This
is
what
we
have.
This
is
what
the
committee
has
chosen
and
then
we
can
use
the
downtown
redevelopment
funds
for
the
planning
of
these
and
get
these
own
in
the
ground
quickly
quickly,
as
we
can
that's
pretty
much.
This
update
of
the
committee's
work.
We've
also
put
together
a
request
for
proposal
for
landscaping
to
maintain
this
area,
which
is
a
big
area
and
a
lot
to
maintain.
D
So
we
have
that
request
for
a
proposal
out
right
now,
it's
being
advertised
and
the
final
proposal
from
landscapers
is
due
back
to
the
city
may
22nd.
So
then
we'll
be
able
to
select
from
from
those
those
people
that
submit
on
that
as
well.
That
is
also
the
same
day.
I
remind
you
that
the
event
management,
our
AP,
will
come
back
as
well,
so
we'll
have
both
of
those
packages
coming
back
to
us
and
those
are
our
I.

No.
F
Counsel,
the
engineers
estimate
for
this
project
is
three
million:
seven
hundred
sixty-four
thousand
fifty
six
dollars.
The
approved
budget
has
three
million
nine
hundred
thousand,
it's
being
funded
by
the
sewer
capital
contingency
fund.
There
are
four
addendums.
The
first
two
didn't
have
changed
the
mandatory
meeting.
The
second
changed
the
bid
opening
date
and
listed
the
attendees
of
the
meeting.
The
third
addendum
was
questions
and
answers
and
changes
to
the
bid,
Foreman,
specs
and
drawings,
and
the
fourth
addendum
was
changed
with
questions
and
answers,
bid,
form
and
spec
changes.

a

will
be
a

is
connected
to

adjacent
to
the

they're
getting

they're

It's
not
open

the
general
public,
it
says
their
dining
area
inside
the
assisted
living
facility,
but
it's
it's
not
like
a
cafeteria.
It's
like
a
four-star
restaurant,
but
it's
for
that
primarily
for
the
residents
of
the
assisted
living
facility,
but
would
be
also
for
their
guests.
So
the
restaurant
is
a
slash
lounge.
Yes,.
