Some.
D
G
We
started
the
case
for
this
building
stuff.
Back
in
March
we
sent
the
letter,
T
were
buried,
M
of
the
house
or
the
building
and
stuff.
It
came
back
to
us
unclaimed.
The
center
of
the
roof
has
collapsed.
It's
destroyed
the
outside
walls.
The
buildings
basically
is
falling
down.
At
this
point,
Robyn
Harville
she's.
Here
she
was
hired
to
contact
all
the
owners.
H
Counsel,
the
owner
of
the
property
is
the
Church
of
God
in
Christ,
which
is
a
religious
corporation
that
particular
corporation
has
been
defunct
for
a
number
of
years.
There
is,
however,
present
today
Antioch
Baptist
Church.
They
have
a
number
of
members
here
present
here
today,
particularly
Deacon
Johnson,
that
would
like
to
address
the
church.
He
is
working
and
Baptist
Church,
which
is
on
the
same
street
and
owns
property
on
immediately
on
I.
Think
on
the
north
side
of
this
particular
piece
of
property.
H
They
are
working
with
attorney
David,
touchstone
at
first
commerce,
in
an
effort
to
contact
any
particular
individual
who
may,
as
a
trustee
or
a
former
member
of
this
entity,
to
work
together
in
an
effort
to
execute
a
deed
who
can
transfer
title
to
Antioch
Baptist
Church,
who
then
wants
to
pursue
the
development
into
a
parking
lot.
I
believe
is
what
they
indicate.
So,
with
the
council's
permission,
Deacon
Johnson
would
like
to
express
that
and
address
the
council
directly.
I
Henry
up
Johnson
senior,
14
I,
told
seven
Longstreet
place
Bossier
City,
Louisiana,
okay,
we're
in
the
process
of
trying
to
buy
the
property.
We
first
commerce,
title
company,
have
our
paperwork
and
we'd
like
to
purchase
the
property.
We
won't
16.
We
like
to
have
60
days
to
dump
demo
it
and
pop
it
stuck.
This
done.
K
That
can
give
up
an
interest
and
I'm
not
saying
first
conversing
and
working
hard
to
do
that,
but
I'm
just
telling
you
that
there's
no
guarantees
when
that
event
will
happen.
So
it's
60
days
down
the
road
if
they
wanted
60
days
to
do
it
themselves,
taking
the
chance
that
ultimately
they'd
be
able
to
get
the
property
you'd
be
different,
but
that's
unacceptable
to
leave
a
piece
of
property
like
that:
the
danger
of
it.
But
what
happens
if
well.
E
K
K
There's
people
that
they're
still
looking
for
we
have
some
land
that
Miss
Harville
is
working
on
in
downtown.
That
we've
been
trying
to
find
somebody
with
ownership
interest
so
that
you
can
buy
their
tax
interest
that
they
may
have.
But
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
anything
about
the
title
in
this
particular
piece
of
property.
But
you
know
the
issue
is
a
either
demolish
it
and
the
Ling
can
be
dealt
with
when
they
when
they
purchase
the
problem.
If
when
they
purchase
it,
but
there's
no
guarantees
they'll
ever
be
able
to
purchase
it.
K
H
I
think,
mr.
president
counsel
I
think
I
understand
they
can
Johnson
correctly
I.
Think
what
the
church
is
wanting
to
do
is
go
ahead
and
accept
that
responsibility,
so
they
can
minimize
that
demolition
cost
so
that
when
they
do
move
toward
closing,
then
there
won't
be
a
substantial
lien
that
they'll
have
to
deal
with
at
that
particular
time.
So
I
think
they've
had
some
demolition
experience
in
the
past
and
so
that
that's
what
they're
seeking
if
I
understand
correctly.
Yes,.
G
We
had
discussed
some
of
this
in
the
past
and
what
we
had
discussed
was
basically,
if
we
get
extend
this
from
for
60
days,
give
them
60
days
to
get
it
cleared
up.
If
you
get
it
cleared
up
and
everything
else
and
stuff
you
can
close
on
a
property,
you
can
go
ahead
and
take
care
of
it
if
we
can't
get
it
cleared
up
and
stuff
in
under
60
days
done
it
before
we
just
proceed.
We
at
that
point
we
can
proceed
with
the
demolition
we've
done
it.
G
We
did
it
on
the
house
on
Bond
Street,
we've
done
with
several
other
ones
that
I've
done.
We
could
do
the
same
thing
on
this
one
that
gives
them
60
days
to
take
care
of
it
right
now.
The
the
center
of
the
building
is
collapsed.
The
outside
walls
and
stuff
are
stable,
nothing
is
falling
down.
The
building
is
closed
and
secured.
The
Antioch
Baptist
Church's
case
has
cut
the
grass
on
this
property
and
taking
care
of
her
for
years,
because
the
owner
hasn't
done.
They'll
continue
to
take
care
of
it.
G
They'll
continue
to
cut
the
grass
and
everything
else,
but
if
we
could
give
them
60
days
if
they
can
go
through
and
they
they
can
find
the
owners
get
it
taken
care
of
everything
else,
that's
great.
It
prevents
them
for
coming
another
two
pieces
of
adjudicated
property.
We
don't
have
to
sit
there
and
cut
it
for
the
next
20
years
and
they
can
do
something
productive
with
it.
If
we
don't,
if
they
can't
get
it
done
in
60
days,
we
just
proceed
on.
We
just
go
on
with
the
demolition
process.
G
K
E
J
Wishes
to
minimize-
and
he
would
like
to
tear
the
building
down
himself
and
correct
me-
is
that
right,
that's
right!
So,
where
then
can
I
finish?
Yes,
I
mean
I'm,
just
trying
to
listen
to
what
he's
saying,
you're
saying
that
we'll
do
it
it's
going
to
be
more
expensive,
that's
what
miss
Harville
represented
if,
unless.

G
I
had
spoken
to
Deacon
Sanders,
who
was
the
one
who
was
originally
working
on
this
and
at
that
point
the
last
time
I
talked
to
him.
They
had
not
into
haven't
been
able
to
contact
the
actual
owners,
but
they've
been
able
to
contact
some
of
the
members
of
the
church.
Some
of
the
leadership
of
the
church
and.

C
Would
this
be
the
appropriate
time
to
bring
up
that?
There's
two
items
that
I'd
want
to
see
added
to
this
scope
of
services,
if
they're
in
there
I'm?
It's
just
not
clear
to
me
on
the
28th
of
June
I
met
with
the
Vosges
Arts
Council
and
Miss
Robin
Jones
and
I
went
over
the
scope
of
services
in
depth
and
there
are
two
items
that
we
agreed
on:
one
that
the
Bossier
Arts
Council
will
produce
and
manage
all
appropriate
venues.
/
Plaza
agreements
and
the
second
one.
