repairs

consider,

operating
the
city
at
about
200
people
less
than
we
were
back
in
2011.

recall

last
year

by
mr.
Fernandez,
we
had
barren

like
that.
So
that's
34,
more
bodies
not
available
to
us.
Then,
when
you

people
have
earned
in
sick
leave,
which
is
a
lot
going
around
the

their
employees
in
the
department?
Heads
are
doing
just
a
super
job
with
a
lot
less
manpower
and
one
thing
I
wanted
to
ask

regard
to
this
artists.

y'all
would
consider
removing
that
portion
of
it
required,
the
department
has
to
come
to
you
each
and
every
time
we
have
to
replace
a
person
there's
a
lot
of
other
reasons
for
that,
and
that
is
that
we
every
time
we
have
to
go
out
for
a
person's
you
know.
Sometimes
the
delay
is
four
to
six
weeks.
Sometimes
we
have
schools
that
the
Public
Safety
people
have
to
get
in
and
it
causes
us
to
miss
the
class
that
there's
the
advertising
time.

There's
a
training
time
once
you
do
get
a
new
employee,
there's
a
time
that
once
we
get
a
select,
some
employees
interview
that
process
and
then
selecting
one.
So
all
that
takes
time
before
we
can
get
a
working
individual
out
there
doing
the
job.
So
I
would
just
ask
since
y'all
consider
not
requiring
that
only
each
and
every
hire.
