E
C
You
want
to
do
a
virtual,
I
mean
a
voice
vote,
while
the
computer
decides.
A
E
We
do
this
is
september's
report,
though,
for
for
two
months
ago,
because
I
was
on
vacation.
E
E
D
E
Yes,
sir,
we
started
tracking
that
once
we
signed
agreements
with
amazon
in
2016.,
where
we
stand
right
now
without
even
collecting
anything
for
november
or
december,
were
44
above
last
year.
The
whole
12
months
of
last
year,
so
we're
doing.
E
Council
there,
the
engineer's
estimate
for
this
project
is
one
million
six
hundred
twenty
four
thousand
nine
hundred
dollars.
There
are
two
addendums:
the
first
provided
the
list
of
attendees
to
the
mandatory
pre-bid
meeting
and
made
changes
to
the
specs.
The
second
provided
changes
to
the
specs
and
drawings
and
and
showed
questions
and
answers.
E
E
E
E
E
A
C
E
C
B
C
D
A
C
A
Questions
from
the
audience
and
for
all
those
people
that
are
following
us
online
and
also
for
the
record.
This
is
a
council-initiated
project
to
go
into
all
five
districts
with
seven
hundred
thousand
dollars,
with
the
help
of
mayor
walker
and
gary
nevery
to
address
these
needs
in
each
of
the
council
districts
and
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
this
is
one
of
the
first
times
that
this
has
occurred.
But
we
feel
like
we
need
to
make
that
investment
in
the
communities
and
you
know,
make
a
difference
in
it.
A
A
But
anyway,
I
think
that
going
forward.
Hopefully
we
can
play
this
out
over
the
next
five
years
and
apply
the
three
million
dollars
a
year
going
forward
so
that
we
can
address
all
these
needs.
And
mr
rauschenbach,
I
think,
at
the
december
meeting
when
he
gets
an
update
on
the
carriageway
and
the
other
projects
will
be
able
to
lay
that
out
for
us
in
a
format
that
you
can
actually
see
and
touch
and
know
that
these
things
will
be
done
and
we
will
get
that
money
funded.
A
So
I
think
that's
a
a
major
project
when
we're
talking
about
replacing
the
infrastructure
when
it
comes
to
streets
and
of
course
everyone
knows
the
drainage
projects
that
we
have
going
on.
So
I
want
everybody
to
know
that
we
are
investing
a
lot
of
money
into
providing
the
needs
for
the
infrastructure,
revitalization
throughout
the
entire
city,
and
that
includes
all
neighborhoods.
D
A
G
Basically,
basically,
it
is
contiguous
because
we
took
in
property
previously
in
that
area
to
to
potentially
have
commercial
development
and-
and
now
this
is,
I
think,
for
the
same
purposes.
It'll
come
back
and
be
rezoned
commercially
in
the
future.
After
it's
annexed.
F
And
then
these
patches
are
not
in
the
city
and
and
it
seems
like
it
warrants
at
least
some
focus
on
the
idea
of
having
you
know,
fire
trucks
and
ems
going
out,
and
they
don't
know
whether
they're
you
know
going
to
take
care
of
this
or
the
parish
coming
in
and
out,
and
I
am.
G
The
problem
is,
we
can't
take
them
if
they
don't
want
to
come
in,
they
they
don't
come
in
and
I'll.
Tell
you
two
perfect
examples
around
this
area.
Cvs
came
in
to
being
on
the
corner
of
whimple
and
airline
and
chose
not
to
come
in
the
city.
They
were
asked
repeatedly.
The
apartment
complex
that
we've
assisted
in
a
couple
of
fires
there
over
the
years
was
asked
repeatedly.
They
didn't
want
to
come
in
the
city.
So
the
problem
is
we
don't
just
say
you
can't
come
unless
you
get
all
these
people
to
to
come.
F
Okay,
well,
it's
probably
a
debate
and
thought
process.
F
That's
not
a
good
one
to
just
launch,
often
to
here,
I'm
certainly
in
favor
of
this,
and
I
it
seems
as
though
we
might
want
to
just
take
a
look
at
where
we
provide
services
and
and
what
we,
where
we
don't
provide
services,
because
when
you
begin
to
look
at
at
the
map,
it
looks
like
we're
having
these
patched
up
places
that
will
ultimately
be
problematic
for
the
parish
and
for
us
and
for
the
people
who
live
there
and
then
the
confusion
that
might
begin
to
erupt
as
people
have
an
expectation
of
our
services
and
when,
in
fact,
they're
not
there.
C

C
C
C
C
Motion
carries
introduce
an
ordinance
amending
ordinance,
135
of
2020
increasing
the
appropriated
amount
of
forty
nine
thousand
eight
hundred
fifty
dollars
to
replace
an
additional
four
hundred
and
eighty
linear
linear
foot
of
twenty
inch
pipe
line
using
sewer
capital
contingency
funds.
First
reading.
G
A
A
F
A
C
A
A
C
C
C
C
D
G
H
Mr
hall
is
correct,
so
there's
two
portions
of
airline.
I
call
the
portion
of
mcdade
part
of
airline,
but
mcdade
that
section
south
of
highway
71
to
the
parkway.
It's
a
relatively.
Both
these
sections
are
about
15
years
old,
they're,
both
concrete
sections
that
one
in
particular
doesn't
have
a
whole
lot
of
heavy
truck
traffic
on
it,
because
you're
not
allowed
to
do
that
on
the
parkway.
So
it's
it's
held
up
pretty
well
over
time
visited
with
representatives
from
dotd
regarding
age
of
the
infrastructure.
H
G
H
H
D
Ben
there
is
a
portion
of
airline
drive
there
right
outside
greenacres
place,
subdivision
that
had
a
horrible
dip
at
one
time,
and
it
looks
like
they
came
in
with
blacktop.
They
did.
I
know
exactly
is
that
a
temporary
fix,
because.
H
I've
observed,
if
you
notice
that
dip
look
at
the
trees
in
proximity
to
that
dip,
and
I
believe
what's
happening
is
the
the
the
roots
are
sucking
moisture
out
of
that
section
and
it's
causing
that
to
to
collapse.
So
you
got
to
decide,
you
want
to
keep
the
tree
and
if
so,
that
probably
needs
to
be
an
asphalt
section
that
can
be
overlaid
over
time
because
that's
going
to
continue
to
happen
or
we
do
away
with
a
tree
all
righty.
Thank
you.
