E
C
E
We
can,
I
need
a
second
though,
before
there's
any
discussion.
A

E
Motion

of
2020
airline
drive
and
murphy
street
emergency
gravity
main
repair.
First
reading.
A
E
A
B
A
On
the
one
of
the
commissioners
for
the
port
and
he's
quite
an
interesting
man,
yeah
he's
been
around
the
world
in
ships
and
has
some
amazing
stories
so
we're
proud
to
pass
this
resolution
recognizing
national
maritime
day
council.
Please
cast
your
vote.
E
B
D
A
G
As
far
as
this
month-to-month
comparison
going
april,
2020
is
starting
to
show
the
effects
that
the
coveted
shutdown
had
on
the
city,
so
those
month-to-month
comparisons
for
the
next
few
months
are
going
to
be
a
little
bit
skewed.
G
The
second
page
is
the
expense
report
we're
currently
running
about
10
under
budget.
The
alternative
fuel
stations
are
over
budget,
but
so
is
their
revenue.
The
water
is
a
little
bit
over
two,
but
I
think
mr
rauschenbach
is
going
to
speak
to
that
in
a
little
while.
G
Is
the
sales
tax
collections?
As
I
stated
earlier,
it
was
40.4
percent
higher
this
month
than
last
year,
but,
as
you
can
see
too,
I
think
that
I
talked
to
the
sales
tax
administrator
and
he
said
he
thinks
the
stimulus
payments
and
income
tax
refunds.
People
are
out
there
getting
there
out
there,
spending
their
money
and
also
it
was
compared
to
2020.
Last
year
when
cove
has
started
to
shut
everything
down.
G
E
D
D
We
have
eight
projects
in
design
or
bid
phase
16
projects
under
construction
and
seven
subdivisions
enter
nearing
the
construction
phase.
The
walter
o
bigby
carriageway
phase
one
project,
it's
kind
of
an
old
picture.
All
of
all
of
those
cones
are
gone.
That's
all
wide
open,
not
sure.
If
you've
had
an
opportunity
to
drive
through
there
looks
real
good.
I
got
a
few
little
mickey
mouse
things
that
we're
working
to
clean
up
with
the
expectation
that
reconciliation
on
that
project
will
be
on
the
june
1st
council
agenda.
D
D
Melrose
drive
extension
coming
along
nicely,
they're
laying
concrete
all
the
subsurface
drainage
is
in.
We
expect
them
to
be
complete
on
or
well
before
that
july,
30th
deadline
again.
If
mother
nature
will
be
kind
to
us.
Citizens
bank
drive
new
project
that
one's
rolling
along
there.
We're
calling
this.
The
first
phase
of
citizens
bank
drive
right
there
behind
brigham
dental
coleman
streets,
looking
good
at
least
the
first
phase
of
that
which
is
on
the
southern.
D
Let
me
get
my
bearing
straight
really
the
western
end
of
coleman
street
down
there
they're
trucking
along
pretty
well
the
highway
71
streetscape
project.
There's
a
picture
there
they're
about
62
percent,
complete
current
completion
date
is
expected
to
be
later
this
month.
We
expect
they're
going
to
need
some
additional
time
because
of
all
the
weather,
bensley
athletic
ball
fields
is
projects
behind
about
100
days.
Behind
we've
been
meeting
with,
the
contractors
seems
like
every
day
trying
to
get
everything
put
back
on
track.
D
They're
progressing,
that's
a
picture
of
the
concession
building
out
there,
but
it's
just
a
combination
of
weather
and
just
putting
a
lot
of
work
behind
a
big
big
project
site
out
there.
So
again,
we're
hopeful
things
will
begin
to
improve,
but
the
rain
is
just
pounding
us
right
now:
clifford
almond
park
restrooms.
This
is
a
new
project.
You
can
see
any
of
y'all
spend
any
time
over
there.
D
That's
the
red
restroom
over
at
the
swan
lake
ballpark
and
it
I
don't
think
it
exists
anymore
as
of
right
now
so
they're
coming
up
with
the
new
structure.
We're
excited
to
see
that
I
know,
parks
and
rx
is
as
well
public
service
commission
lighting
project.
Really
the
only
thing
left
there
is
that
additional
work
at
the
berkshire
grocery
arena
and
they're
coming
along
project
is
on
schedule
there.
For
that
citywide
street
improvements,
the
phase
three
and
four
bids
open
june.
D
D
Here's
a
good
picture
phase.
One
is
currently
under
construction
as
well
as
phase
two,
and
we
have
the
sidewalk
improvements.
Those
are
ongoing.
Jeter
street
and
long
acre
drive
are
nearing
completion,
so
a
lot
of
work
is
being
coordinated
right
now
to
get
get
the
streets
up
to
snuff
private
development.
Couple
little
pictures
here
got
st
charles
court
duckwater
landing
golden
meadows,
village
unit,
two
redwood
place
enclave,
that's
down
in
the
preserve
the
retreat
and
then
the
village
at
tiburon.
D
So
a
lot
of
private
development
going
on
in
the
in
the
engineering
department,
the
highway
71
lighting
project
phase.
Two
we've
been
working
with
the
engineer
on
that
project
going
through
trying
to
change
the
lighting
design
there
from
you
know
more
analog
to
digital,
led
lighting
and
working
with
traffic
engineering
on
selecting
those
fixtures
we're
about
through
with
that
east
bank
fire
station
is
actually
out
to
bid
south
bossier
miscellaneous
capital
improvement
projects,
that's
in
design
and
then
the
highway
71
south
left
turn
lane
at
golden
meadows.
We're
currently
studying
that
area.
D
As
we
speak
and
just
some
honorable
mentions,
we
were
hoping
to
have
urban
systems
here
today.
They
are
scheduled
to
be
here
on
june
1st.
They
had
some
hospitalization
with
the
individual,
that's
working
on
that
presentation
for
us,
and
so
they
begged
off
another
couple
of
weeks.
D
F
Mr,
I
wanted
to
ask
you
something
on
the
phase
one
highway.
A
F
What
does
phase
two
include?
Do
you
know
off
top
of
your
head.
D
For
the
71
south
street
streetscape,
I
don't
know
off
the
top
of
my
head.
It's
a
it's!
A
pretty
big
expansion
of
the
sidewalk
improvements,
including
neighborhood
signage.
D
F
C
D
F
D
D
D
Yeah
just
briefly,
the
revenues
in
the
in
the
water
fund
are
approximately
100
to
budget
so
april
of
last
year,
to
this
year,
sewer
funds
about
104
percent
to
budget
the
expenses
we're
103
percent
to
budget
in
the
water
fund
and
sewer
funds
about
99
to
budget
and
those
fluctuate.
We
buy
things
in
bulk.
We
don't
buy
them.
You
know
in
bits
every
month,
so
our
monthly
financials.
D
C
A
F
A
Yeah,
so
certainly
a
lot
of
history
there
and
thank
you,
mr
darby,
for
bringing
that
to
our
attention.
Phyllis.
Can
we
get
to
work
on
that.
E
A
Yes,
we'll
do
that
in
mayor,
absolutely
do
the
proclamation
and
make
sure
that
his
family
knows
that
we're
doing
that
as
well
I'll
see
them
here
in
about
a
week
and
a
half
so
actually
next
week
so
anyway
I'll
pass
that,
along
to
the
family
as
well.
Thank
you
there's
nothing
else
to
come
for
the
council
meeting
adjourned.
Everyone
have
a
great
week.
