there's
these

flying
insects
and
I
believe
they're
called
termites,
so
it
would
might
behoove
us.
Do
we
have
building
maintenance
yeah?
I
thought
we
did
take
a
look
out
there.
I
don't
know
I've
ever
seen
them
in
april.

You're

to
please
step

meeting
city

Appointed
sergeant-at-arms
have
been
instructed
to
maintain
decorum
and
ask
anyone
in
violation
to
step
out
of
the
meeting
in
order
to
maintain
orderly
conduct
of
the
meeting.
A
C
C
B
C
C
C
D
The
council
yeah,
mr
president,
I've
got
a
couple
of
questions
on
this
looking
through
everything
on
here.
This
purchase
order
was
done
back
in
february.
The
23rd
was
this
an
emergency,
and
it's
just
now
getting
to
us
or
how
was
this.
F
I
suspect
that
when
that
project
developed,
when
the
lift
station
was
out
there,
the
lift
station
division
was
working
on
that
lift
station,
they
began
to
incur
costs
to
get
it
up
and
running
and
then
after
they
got
out,
there
took
a
look
at
all
of
the
need.
We
developed
this
ordinance
to
kind
of
get
that
station
in
better
working
order
to
prevent
from
having
similar
problems
in
the
future.
Okay.
F
F
So
when
we're
working
on
those
pumps
being
able
to
physically
turn
off
the
separate
the
pump
from
the
station
with
a
good
plug
valve,
we
felt
was
important
or
very
expensive,
but
it
keeps
our
people
safe
and
make
sure
that
they
can
get
those
pumps
and
pull
them
out
quickly.
So
that
was
one
major
expense
and
the
other
was
we're
going
to
take
the
rotating
assemblies
in
those
pumps.
If
you're
familiar
with
that,
you
can
pull
the
guts
out
of
them.
C
F
So
we
had
our
they
came
out
and
did
a
survey
the
state
did
last
year.
Part
of
their
findings
was
that
bozier's
water
system
population
has
increased
in
the
last
two
years
and
so
they're
requiring
that
we
install
more
sample
stations
throughout
the
city.
So
we
picked
a
number
of
sites
where
we're
growing,
both
north
and
south,
and
submitted
that
to
the
state
they've
approved
that
plan.
F
D
F
All
subdivisions,
so
that
would
be
you
know,
in
the
northern
parts
of
the
water
system,
where
some
subdivisions
have
grown
by
two
or
three
times
over
the
last
five
or
ten
years
moving
and
adding
more
sample
stations
further
down
within
those
and
similarly
down
in
south
boston.
There's
been
areas
like
the
preserve
and
other
areas
where,
where
we
needed
to
put
some
more
we've,
been
sampling,
the
state's
increased
the
number
of
samples
we've
been
sampling,
all
the
stations
we
have
more
frequently
to
meet
those
requirements.
F
C
Motion
carries
introduce
an
ordinance
to
reconcile
the
airline
and
murphy
street
emergency
gravity,
sewer
main
replacement
project
performed
by
wicker
construction
inc
for
a
finite
final
closeout
total
construction
cost
of
803
625
dollars,
which
includes
a
deductive
change
order
of
thirty
thousand
nine
hundred
and
seventy
five
dollars,
leaving
a
surplus
of
a
hundred
and
nine
thousand
six
hundred
twenty
seven
dollars
and
eighty
cents
in
ordinance,
102
of
2021
to
be
placed
back
into
the
sewer
capital
and
contingency
fund.
First
reading.
B
A
F
Yeah,
I
I
do
as
well.
No
sir,
I
haven't,
but
we
are
internally
monitoring
that
that
location.
F
You
know
that
there
is
some
subsidence,
it's
not
going
to
be
because
of
the
sewer
main
and
our
professional
opinion,
but
we're
seeing
some
weird
things
still
in
bossier
city
with
I
mean
you
have
one
personally
over
there,
so
you
know
there's
some
strange.
I
don't.
A
F
C
A
B
A
C
F
F
What
was
that
last
week
or
the
week
before,
and
the
the
gravity
main
out
there,
it's
corroded
on
the
bottom
of
that
you
could
tell
the
city's
done
some
work
before
we
actually
got
down
in
the
wet
well
and
looked
in
there
to
see
if
we
could
slip
line
it
and
do
some
things
to
kind
of
lower
the
cost,
but
there's
just
not
enough
infrastructure
left
there
to
work
with.
So
a
big
part
of
that's
done.
C
Motion
carries
introduce
an
ordinance
to
approve
report
of
change
order,
2
for
the
city-wide
street
improvements
phase,
3,
with
an
increase
of
fifty
two
thousand
seven
hundred
seventy
six
dollars
and
fifty
three
cents
for
a
total
contract
price
of
one
million,
fifty
five
thousand
five
hundred
thirty
dollars
and
sixty
one
cents.
First
reading.
