G
Diesel

their

they
did
acknowledge
both
addendum

and
two.
Their
bid
is
one
million
five
hundred
eighty
eight
thousand
one
hundred
forty
one
dollars
and
eighty
three
cents
they
do
have
their
bid

That
is
one
five.
Eight
eight
one,
four
one
point:
eight
three.
G
The
second
is
from
will
height
electrical
company,
they
also
have
their
bid
bond
and
they
have
acknowledged
both
addendums.
Their
base
bid
is
for
one
million,
two
hundred
eighty
five
thousand
four
hundred
and
ninety
one
dollars.
That's
one.
Two,
eight
five,
four,
nine
one
point:
zero
zero.
I
ask
that
you
approve
the
reading
of
these

D
F
D
F
A
C
C
F
I
As
you
know,
we
haven't
last
time
we
did.
This
was
five
years
ago
2017.
I
So
we
looked
around
the
state
at
the
rates
at
what
people
are
charging
for
ems
and
adjusted
our
rates
and
our
mileage,
and
basically
with
the
covez
supply
chain,
everything's
gone
up
when
it's
shortened
supply,
they
charge
us
more
for
it
and
then
fuel
costs
now,
and
so
we
looked
around.
The
state
came
up
with
these
rates
and
that's
what
we're
looking
to
change
and,
as
you
know,
none
of
this
affects
the
citizens
of
bozia.
They
pay
ten
dollars
on
the
water
bill,
so
we
build
their
insurance.
Whatever
we
collect.
D
F
A
H
Good
afternoon
my
name
is
carrie
chandler
and
my
address
is
2924
heather
lane
here
in
bergen
city,
and
I
want
to
would
like
to
know
what
easement
are
we
going
to
give
them?
Is
it
like,
on
a
street
or
every
street,
we're
giving
every
street
an
easement
to
the
united
states
of
america?
I
don't
quite
understand
what
what
this
is
about.
I.
E
E
H
E
A
They
have,
they
have
concrete
barriers
there
if
you
go
into
the
base,
but
are
they
coming
out
any
further?
I'm
sorry
are
they
coming
out
further
than
what
they
have
now.
C
To
barkster
they're
going
to
come
out.
Furthermore,
the
credit
union,
okay.
E
And
that
would
meet
their
their
security
concerns.
That's
what
they
would
need
that
for
okay.
F
A
A
F
C
K
Yes,
I
want
to
tell
you
about
the
purple
heart
city:
it's
it's
an
honorary
entitled
given
by
the
military
order
of
the
public
heart
veterans
organization,
for
the
those
entities
that
want
to
honor
respect,
thank
and
remember
purple
heart
awardees
it
may
be
a
city
parish,
school
business,
sports
team,
etc.
It
is
entered
on
the
purple
heart
trail
website
and
is
forever
seen
by
the
nation.
So
if
y'all
do
vote,
this
in
bozier
city
will
be
the
third
city
in
louisiana
to
become
a
purple
heart
city.
K
We
that's
commander
state
state
commander,
timothy
sloan,.
L
Yes,
I'm
a
commander
of
the
vfw
department
of
louisiana,
I'm
here
in
in
lieu
of
the
military
order,
the
purple
heart
and
I
have
a
plaque
from
them.
It
states
a
military
order.
The
purple
heart
special
special
recognition
award
is
bestowed
with
pride
to
the
city
of
bossier
city,
louisiana
for
your
dedication
and
support
honoring
america's
combat
wounded
veterans
becoming
the
purple
heart
city
presented
by
bert
cusimano
deputy
coordinator
of
the
purple
heart
trail
military
order
of
the
purple
heart
usa.
J
A
Any
questions
from
the
audience
because
I
I
talked
with
with
interim
chief
essence
this
morning
with
the
mayor
and
amanda
and
charles
we
went
through
it
all
and
explained
it,
and
I
mean
I
know
a
couple.
You
know
I
had
a
little
concern,
but
I'm
fine
with
it
now.
So
if
you've
got
any
questions,
please
ask.
D
A
All
right,
that's
all
for
the
meeting
we've
got
miss
angela
williamson,
our
finance
director
for
her
monthly
report.
M
Good
afternoon
council
mayor
chandler,
yeah
yep
before
you,
the
financials
for
the
month
ended
march
31st
2022.
These
are
preliminary
results,
since
the
prior
year
has
not
been
closed
out.
Yet
adjustments
will
be
made
through
april
page.
One
is
the
revenue
by
fund
report.
The
city
is
currently
running
26
over
budget
civic
center
revenue
increased
due
to
booking
more
events
in
the
current
year.
M
Streets
and
drainage
fund
revenue
decreased
compared
to
prior
year,
due
to
a
250
000
transfer
from
the
sales
tax
capital
improvement
fund.
In
march
2021
gaming
revenue
increased
37
percent
compared
to
march
of
prior
year.
There
was
also
a
transfer
into
the
riverboat
capital
fund
of
123
000
from
the
riverboat
gaming
trust
fund.
In
march
2022.
M
M
M
M
page
five
is
the
water
and
sewer
utility
report
net
operating
income
after
debt
service
for
march
2022
has
increased
87
percent
compared
to
march
2021,
and
current
year
to
date,
has
increased
198
over
the
prior
year
to
date.
Current
year
to
date,
net
operating
income
is
48
under
budget
and
on
a
rolling
12
month
basis.
Current
net
operating
income
is
down
6
percent.
N
Carriageway
phase
two,
if
y'all
been
out
there
past
couple
days,
we've
had
a
really
big
piece
of
equipment,
show
up.
It's
about
200
ton
crane
out
there
on
benton
road,
getting
ready
to
start
driving
piles
for
the
for
the
bridge,
we're
showing
them
slightly
behind
schedule,
but
they
are
ahead
of
schedule
and
some
drainage
items
and
they're
actually
beginning
the
roundabout
there
at
the
shed
road
intersection
carriageway
pump
station,
showing
them
way
ahead
of
schedule.
N
They
finished
laying
the
storm
drain
today,
covering
it
back
up
today,
they're
moving
ahead
of
schedule.
We
should
have
that
one
knocked
out
very,
very
quickly
and
have
some
additional
parking
for
meetings
like
today,
barksdale
blvd
lighting
project.
This
is
a
project
that
we
started
near
the
intersection
of
mcdade,
parksville,
boulevard
and
full
of.
N
N
O
O
There
was
just
some
concerns
regarding
responsibility
within
that
corridor
and
the
investment
we
make
there
and
and
how
dltd
may
perceive
that,
and
we
were
working
with
charles
and
richard
to
to
iron
those
things
out
but
want
to
let
you
guys
know:
we've
got
a
good
plan
there
and
subject
to
any
issues.
We
will
just
go
ahead
and
get
the
the
project
rolling.
O
N
N
J
N
It
probably
take,
I
would
say
somewhere
between
three
to
six
months,
to
do
final,
auditing
and
close-outs
and
that
I'm
just
giving
abroad,
because
I
really
have
no
idea
how
long
it
would
take
them
to
to
get
that
done.
N
Private
development,
I
believe
we've
got
a
village
of
tiburon
15
up
here
with
provident
oaks
unit
3
down
here
we
got
a
lot
of
subdivisions
rocking
and
rolling
continuing
getting
additional
housing
additional
rooftops
inside
the
city.
N
We
have
bid
openings
today
on
our
phase
ii
lighting
project
on
71
south
moving
forward
with
our
full-load
drainage
improvements,
we're
looking
to
hoping
to
get
some
bids
out
next
month
on
that
tinsley
drain
basin
improvements,
we're
just
waiting
on
some
temporary
construction
easements
and
we'll
be
able
to
tie
that
in
with
what
the
levee
board's
doing
with
their
project
out.
C
Yes,
on
what
you're
just
talking
about
the
drainage
behind
two
johns?
Yes,.
N
N
No
sir,
if
this
was
going
kind
of
in
the
curve
of
I
believe
where
montgomery
lane
comes
and
ties
up
going
from
there
east
to
the
underground
drainage
system
that
runs
to
the
south
side
of
two
johns,
it
ends
it
terminates
at
that
underground
drainage.
It's
the
existing
concrete,
ditch
we're
looking
at
rehabbing
that
concrete,
ditch
and
getting
it
to
where
it's
got
a
nice
open
channel
to
where
it
can
handle
the
amount
of
drainage
coming
through.
N
A
C
N
A
J
I've
got
one
announcement
or
with
that
yeah.
Yes,
sir,
go
ahead.
As
you
all
are
aware,
we
had
a.
We
had
a
tornado
come
through
last
time,
tuesday
night
down
in
district
one
down
in
my
district.
I
like
this
I'd
like
to
take
this
time
just
to
thank
the
fire
department,
the
police
department,
the
marshal's
office
wade
at
public
works.
J
Everybody
got
out
that
night.
It
could
have
been
a
whole
lot
worse.
They
got
out
that
night
got
the
streets,
passable
public
works.
The
next
day
I
mean
they're
they're,
still
working
their
tails
off
down
there
they're
doing
a
fantastic
job,
but
just
want
to
thank
y'all
for
y'all's
quick
response.
Getting
the
people.
A
few
people
cut
out
of
some
mobile
homes
that
were
trapped
and
it
could
have
been
a
lot
worse.
But
thank
you
all
very
much
for
your
hard
work.
That
night.
D
And
also
councilman
williams,
I'd
like
to
remind
everybody
in
the
audience
and
watching
that
this
saturday
is
operation
clean
sweep
with
sheriff
julian
willington
love.
The
boot
week
is
this
week,
so
just
encourage
everybody
to
get
out
and
they'll
be
doing
cleanup
efforts
from
eight
to
eleven
right,
yeah.
C
K
Go
ahead,
I
was
going
to
talk
about
the
clean
sleep,
sweet,
clean
sweep
and
I
got
blowed
up
and
then
I
was
going
to
thank
councilman
smith
and
camp
councilman.
Hammond's
public
works
director
wade,
rich
chief
estes
and
chief
sagone
bro.
These
guys
got
together
in
a
matter
of
minutes
to
protect
the
citizens
of
south
boston,
and
it
was
just
like
that
by
the
time
I
could
drive
from
from
one
side
of
boeser,
not
north,
but
down
to
the
other
side,
they
already
had
plans
and
it
was
all
taken
care
of.
