and

I
would

is

A
I

in

for
arrival
for
any
first
round
of
statements
and
councilor
Louis
Jen.
The
flow
is
yours.
B
Thank
you,
chair,
just
happy
to
be
here,
it's
important
for
us
to
really
be
hearing
and
listening
to
the
public
about
their
thoughts
and
opinions
on
the
budget.
The
budget
is
reflection
of
our
values
as
a
city
and,
as
we
are
doing
the
work
of
reviewing
the
budget,
it's
important
that
we
hear
from
the
public
on
their
thoughts
on
on
the
budget.
That
is
an
over
four
billion
dollar
budget.
That
really
is
going
to
be
addressing
the
crises
that
we
Face
here
and
they're,
really
trying
to
transform
our
city.
B
A
Thank
you
counselor,
and
now
we
will
go
to
public
testimony
and
seeing
that
we
do
not
have
anybody
signed
up
for
public
testimony.
What
I
would
do
is
give
a
grace
period
of
15
minutes
to
see
if
anyone
shows
up
and
in
that
point,
if
no
one
shows
up
I
will
gabble
this
this
public
testimony
out
so
I'll
give
it
15
minutes.
So
221
will
be
gambling
out
if
no
one
signs
up
a
public
testimony.
