in

for
the

Today's
work
in

is
on

orders
for
the

A
Docket0763-0765-20766
orders
for
the
capital
fund
transfer,
Appropriations,
docket,
zero,
seven,
six,
four,
zero,
seven,
six,
seven:
two:
zero:
seven,
six,
eight
orders
for
the
capital
budget,
including
loan
orders
and
lease
purchase
agreements.
Our
Focus
area
for
this
working
session
will
be
a
discussion
of
amendments
to
the
fy24
budget
for
actually
for
all
departments
or
any
departments
that
counselors
may
suggest.
I
am
joined
by
today
by
my
colleagues
counselor
Braden
District,
nine
and
councilor
Worrell
District
Four.
A
Our
agenda
for
today
we
will
review
the
updated
hearing
schedule
for
those
of
you
who
have
missed
or
haven't
seen
it.
Yet
we
updated
our
schedule
to
accommodate
redistricting
hearings
and
working
sessions.
A
So
there
are,
there
have
been
some
hearings
or
working
sessions
that
have
been
postponed
to
other
dates.
Please
visit
the
website
previously
mentioned
for
the
updated
dates.
I
can
also
review
that
today
review
amendment
process,
budget,
amendments
form
and
responses
review,
basically,
hearings
Health,
if
necessary,
for
referencing
budgets
and
then
hopefully
present
one
Consolidated
list.
Prior
to
this
upcoming
week,
where
I
as
a
chair
will
be
putting
together
a
report,
a
full
committee
report
and
budget
amendments
proposal
on
the
floor
on
June
7th.
A
So
today
the
25th
we
held
the
Boston,
Planning
and
Development
agency
hearing
and
then
right
now.
Currently
we
are
holding
the
again
the
working
session
on
amendments
tomorrow.
We
do
have
a
carryover
date,
if
necessary,
for
amendments.
If
not
that
date
will
be
released
or
basically
there
will
be
no
working
sessions
or
hearings
scheduled
the
and
then
Tuesday
at
Monday
is
a
holiday
Tuesday.
At
10
A.M
we
will
hold
a
hearing
on
Supply
and
diversity,
Center
for
Working,
Families
procurement,
Small,
Business,
Development
and
then
Tuesday
at
2
p.m.
A
Amendments
and
on
final
presentation
of
the
Amendments
working
session,
then
on
Wednesday
at
3
P.M,
will
be
holding
a
hearing
for
youth
employment
and
opportunity,
youth
engagement
and
advancement,
Boston
Essentials
for
Youth
and
Families,
and
then
there
are
other
updates
that
we
have
also
made
or
changes
that
we've
made
to
the
schedule,
but
I'll
just
complete
it
here.
With
this
upcoming
week,
Thursday
June
1st
we'll
have
a.
A
We
will
have
also
a
working
session
at
10
A.M
and
then
at
5
30
p.m.
Here
in
the
chamber,
we'll
have
part
two
of
the
capital
overview
for
Park
Streets,
Boston
transportation,
department,
office
of
budget
management,
office
of
mayor's
office
of
Housing
Office
of
Economic
Opportunity
inclusion,
Boston,
Police,
Department
and
Boston
Public
Schools.
A
Pm
will
be
the
last
day
for
the
final
draft
and
I'm,
not
accepting
any
exceptions
and
I
hope
that
my
colleagues
will
understand
that
this,
putting
together
the
report
and
with
all
of
the
schedules
and
the
hearings
and
working
sessions
that
I
have
to
facilitate,
and
the
report
that
I
have
to
put
together
I
will
need
proper
time
to
balance
out
everything
and
put
together
a
proper
report
for
Wednesday
the
7th
for
us,
where
we
will
take
our
final
vote
on
the
budget.
A
All
right
so
by
order
of
arrival,
counselor
Braden
I
am
taking
notes
if
you
would
be
so
kind
to
give
me
any
additions
to
your
list
I'm.
Just
if
you
just
allow
me
a
couple
seconds
here
to
pull
it
up,
I
have
the
physical
copy,
but
just
wanted
to
pull
it
up
so
that
I
can
update
your
list.
B
Oh
yes,
I'm,
not
a
chair,
I'm
here,
almost
I
think
this
is
an
issue
that
we're
all
struggling
with
a
minute.
I
I,
don't
really
know
if
we've
had
the
conversation
with
facilities
management,
but
at
this
moment
in
time
our
building
is
not
complying
with
the
Ada.
We
have
elevators
that
are
down.
We
have
escalators
that
are
down
and
I.
B
Just
wonder
if
there's
any
plan
to
appropriate
money
in
this
budget
to
to
Really
address
that
issue,
I
know
it's,
it's
not
a
district
specific
issue,
but
it's
an
issue
that
affects
all
of
our
city
workers
and
who
lose
the
building
and
our
residents
who
come
in
to
to
work.
Work
in
different
departments
meet
with
different
departments.
So
it
really
is
sort
of
a
disaster
at
the
moment,
and
you
know
the
fact
that
it
was
caused
by
a
water
break
and
that
we
had
water
cascading
down
through
our
elevator
shafts.
B
That
sort
of
made
all
of
our
new
newly
rehabilitated
elevators.
That
on
functional,
is
sort
of
really
really
bad.
The
other
issue
that
I
want
to
raise-
and
it's
I
I,
don't
know
who
pays
the
water
bill
in
this
building,
but
we
have
toilets
that
just
run
24
7,
flush,
24,
7
and
I
think
we
either
get
them
or
get
the
what
get
the
water
for
free
or
I
just
don't
know.
So
this
is
a
question
for
facilities
and
I
I.
B
A
Okay,
thank
you.
Councilor
Burrell,.
C
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
and
is
this
Monday
the
last
day
for
Amendment
or
this
Monday?
Yes,.
B
C
Perfect
I
believe
I
submitted
everything,
but
I
just
would
like
to
just
run
through
it.
If
that's
fine,
yes,.
C
Technical
assistance
for
civics
I
like
to
change
the
capital.
Are
we
doing
Capital
as
well
or.
A
I'm
happy
to
submit
Capital
suggestions,
okay
to
the
mayor's
office
I.
We
are
definitely
doing
operation
okay,
but
if
you
wanted
to
contract
or
write
contract
or
Services,
if
you
want
to
make
an
amendment
there
for
contractor
Services,
that's
what
I
have
here:
okay,.
C
C
We
are
looking
to
and
I
don't
know
if
this
is
an
amendment,
but
we
would
love
to
have
the
Boston
Public
Health
commission
have
a
bureau
of
violence
and
prevention,
intervention
and
prevention,
so
just
basically
separating
out
that
department,
which
I
believe
is
around
four
million
dollars
in
making
its
own
Bureau.
A
With
Boston
Public
Health
commission,
we
can
decrease
or
increase
amounts.
A
few
are
you
filing
for
this
to
for
this
to
be
a
thing,
the
department
that
you're
talking
you're
speaking
of.
C
C
A
Is
that
sorry,
is
that
the
man's
the
men's.
C
C
A
Sorry
I'm
just
this
column
here.
A
C
C
C
C
A
C
We
could
keep
it
yeah
if
it's
fully
funded,
because
I
believe
that
funding
has
run
out
I
believe
the
pilot
ended
last
year
or
this
year.
A
Only
tricky
thing
about
quasi's
is
that
we
can
increase
it
or
decrease
it,
but
not
necessarily
create
line
items
or
tell
them
how
to
move
it
or
where
we
can't
make
amendments
like
that.
Okay,
but
certainly
like
if
you've
already
spoken
with
the
commissioner
right,
figured
that
out
beforehand
all.
C
A
I
can
submit
it
as
a
like
suggestion
and
an
increase.
Did
you
want
to
increase
the
overall
budget.
A
C
C
A
C
I
don't
know
if
we
could
do
this
right
because
we
saw
that
there
was
under
spending.
I
didn't
understand
it
in
a
strong
contracted
services.
C
E
A
Within
the
same
because
it's
sort
of
the
there's
a
the
the
there's,
an
ordinance
that
specifically
specifies
that
we,
the
council,
cannot
tell
head
of
departments
how
to
execute
their
work
right.
C
So
I'll
have
to
get
back
to
you
on
that,
okay
and
then
we're
still
waiting
on
numbers
for
brjp
site
monitors,
and
we
heard
from
we
heard
yesterday
that
parking
enforcement
they
have
the
jobs
just
waiting
to
get
filled
should.
A
Sorry,
I
don't
see
it
on
my
list.
Can
I
add
it
here.
I.
Remember
you
telling
it
to
me
and
I'm.
Sorry,
I,
don't
know
what
happened
so
brjp.
C
C
We
still
want
the
space
Grant,
but
there's
ordinance
that
needs
to
be
passed
in
order
for
us
to
be
able
to
award
grants
to
businesses
so
I'm,
not
sure.
If
we're
going
to
be
able
to
right
now,
I'll
pass
on
the
space
grants.
C
A
Okay,
any
others
you
wanted
to
add.
A
So,
just
to
make
sure
just
to
verify:
I
have
technical
assistance
grant
program
in
Civic,
organizing
ons
contractual
Services,
100
000.
E
A
You
figure
out
the
source
of
that.
A
Okay
and
then
men's
initiative,
Boston
Public
Health
commission,
but
this
it's
the
same
one.
Sorry,
the
mental
health
right.
Yes-
and
you
said
two
hundred
thousand
dollars.
C
A
A
Okay
and
then
The
Bureau,
you
wanted
to
make
it
its
own
Bureau
of
violence
and
prevention.
Yes,.
C
A
He
wanted
to
move
it
with
the
budget
of
four
million
dollars
and
I
can
add
that
as
a
suggestion
and
put
it
on
record
you'll
follow
up
with
and
then
pre-
development
costs
for
bypoc
Developers,
going
to
moh
contractor
Services
two
million
dollars.
A
And
Mejia
wanted
to
tag
along
on
that
and
then
evening
drivers,
age,
strong
personnel
can
I
have
an
amount
for
that.
A
Then
Transportation
vouchers
for
seniors
yep
age,
strong,
contractor
Services,
four
hundred
thousand.
C
A
C
C
One
is
when
it
will
be
for
supported,
supported
services
like
doulas
acupuncture
yoga,
the
other
one
will
be
for
devices,
that's
not
covered
by
insurances,.
A
Oh
I
see
one
for
services
and
one
for
equipment
right
got
it.
Let
me
just
notate
that
that's
important.
A
All
right
then
Men's
Health
Boston,
Public,
Health,
commission,
250,
000.
D
A
C
D
C
A
A
All
right
would
that
complete
your
list
for
now.
A
No
problem:
Council
Braden.
Can
we
tighten
up
your
list.
B
B
A
Okay,
I
have
a
virtual
Senior
Center,
or
at
least
yes,
virtual
Senior,
Center
age,
strong
contractors
to
go
to
a
Sean
contractor
services
for
75
to
100
thousand.
B
B
B
Yes,
50K.
A
E
B
Really
in
Environmental
Services,
it's
all
code
enforcement
like
trash
disposal-
and
you
know
all
of
that
probably
150k.
B
A
Okay
and
then
facilities
planning
for
emergency
services,
EMS
and
BFD
Personnel
I
need
an
amount.
E
B
B
Now
beep
ISD
Public,
Works
Public.
A
B
B
The
issue
of
domestic
violence,
apparently
is
a
more
of
an
issue
in
our
district
than
I
ended
previously
anticipated
our
new
bites.
So
I
I
need
to
do
some
investigation
into
that,
but
maybe
an
additional
full-time
one
FTE
for
the
Family
Justice
Center
for
domestic
violence.
A
B
I
don't
know
if
we
can
move
monies
around
internally.
It
seems
like
that
should
be
you.
B
B
Any
others
I
did
have
tree
planting
I
again.
There
might
be
other
programs
to
go
to
work
on
this,
but
to
address
the
heat
island
effect
in
Allston.
A
hundred
thousand
dollars
for
tree
planting.
B
F
F
A
A
F
F
Work,
that's
right,
I
do
the
work.
What's
the
list
so
I
just
wanted
to
add
some
funding
for
Workforce
Development
for
recent
arrivals.
F
F
See
that
in
under
immigrant
advancement
or
Workforce
Development
either
one.
A
A
little
confused,
Moya
or
Workforce
Development.
A
This
is
Contracting
Services
out
yeah
and
how
much
I.
A
F
A
Free
to
submit
it
to
me
by
email.
A
No
problem
can
I
go
over
your
list
to
oh,
yes,
update
I,
have
food
costs,
funds
to
cover
food
costs
for
poll
workers.
E
A
A
Cannabis
study
to
assess
What's,
what's
open,
that
is
non-brick
and
mortar.
F
A
Businesses
contractual
services
to
go
to
Office
of
Economic
and
opportunity
and
inclusion,
so
I
should
say:
oeoi
200,
000.
F
Yes,
so
I
don't
have
my
notes
in
front
of
me,
but
I.
We
recently
met
with
some
cannabis
industry
folks,
and
one
of
the
things
that
we
talked
about
is
utilizing
some
funds
to
help
develop
a
micro
site
within
it.
The
cultivation
site
that
is
coming
up
on
the
scene
in
Hyde
Park,
where
some
of
this
these
ideas
that
we're
talking
about
they
can
incubate
their.
So
oh
I
see
so
three
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
kind
of
build
out.
What
that,
what
that
space
can
look
like.
F
F
Yeah,
let
me
I'm
going
to
look
through
my
notes
so
because
this
was
a
few
weeks
ago
that
I
had
that
meeting
with
the
Cannabis
people.
So
I
don't
have
the
specifics
right
in
front
of
me,
but
I
would
like
to
have
some
notes
around
that
before
my
session
is
done
with
so
that
I
can
give
you
some
more
specifics.
F
A
Understand
I,
I
guess
I'm
just
trying
to
clarify
because
I
have
to
yeah.
F
So
right
now
the
way
you
wrote
it
I
think
to
support
minority
owned
businesses
who
want
to
open
up
small
businesses
in
that
space.
So
maybe
it's
are
you
familiar
with
Canada
the
Commonwealth
kitchen
model,
so
I
want
to
do
that
for
cannabis,
yeah.
A
What
it
would
take
design,
maybe
included
in
that,
maybe
not
with
engineering
costs
these
days,
but
they
they
I'm,
saying
that
a
study
would
be
the
starting
point
and
then
this
and
and
then
also
that
you
have
the
power
to
make
an
amendment
to
create
this
contract.
But
it
would
have
to
start
with
a
study,
but
not
straight
to
the
capital
project.
Yeah.
F
And
I,
just
through
building
out
that
that
doesn't
necessarily
have
to
be
I,
was
just
thinking
out
loud,
but
I.
Don't
necessarily
think
it
needs
to
be
per
se
the
capital.
Maybe
it's
really
about
providing
people
funding
so
that
they
can
open
up
shop?
Well,
they
can,
you
know,
get
the
tools
and
the
resources
that
they
need
to
be
able
to
do.
Their
gummy
bears
to
be
able
to
do
their
brownies
to
be
able
to
manufacture
their
products
within
that
space.
So.
A
One
is
specifically
for
folks
that
want
to
do
sort
of
this,
like
digital
businesses,
no
brick
and
mortar.
It's
online,
they
own
an
open
online
business
and
they
want
to
hold
it,
maybe
from
a
remote
site
and
the
other
one.
There
are
contracts
to
specifically
help
small
business,
cannabis,
small
business,
cannabis
owners
for
startups,
so
the
technical
support
of
applications,
the
prepping
all
of
that
to
get
their
business
going.
Yep,
okay,
I
I,
can
write
it
as
that.
Thank
you,
I
think
it's
a
great
idea.
There's
a.
A
A
lot
of
policies,
but
not
the
money
to
support
with
technical
assistance,
so
great
moving
on
I
have
procurement
accountability
officer.
A
Also
for
you,
both
you
and
Council
Laurel
came
up
with
the
same
idea,
and
you
said
in
Personnel,
150
000
to
office
of
Economic
Opportunity
inclusion
as.
E
A
Then
I
have
life
science
and
worker
empowerment,
contractor
Services
500
000.
Can
you
give
me
a
little
bit
more
about
life
science.
F
Yeah
so
right
now,
there's
the
mayor
has
already
made
some
investments
in
building
Pathways
for
the
life
science
Industry
for
black
and
brown
and
I
wanted
to
just
add
five
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
that
line.
Item
like
for
meaning
more
deeper
investments
in
that
so
I'd
love
to
see
some
of
that
I'm
thinking
of
RCC
I'm
thinking
about
Madison,
Park,
I'm
thinking
about
building
pathways
in
that
industry
that
looks
at
our
Public
Schools,
our
public
institutions
and.
A
Just
specifically,
you
wanted
to
go
to
grants
or
contracts.
A
F
A
A
I
want
to
add
funds
to
that
and
support
it
as
well.
So
what
were
you
thinking.
A
So
next
one
that
I
have
for
you,
you
have
great
ideas,
councilman
here
next
one
that
I
have
for
you
in.
F
A
Because
definitely
definitely
definitely,
especially
after
we
saw
what
we
saw
today,
yep
if
procurement,
if
Licensing
in
terms
of
like
becoming
an
MBA
certified
business
owner
wmb,
is
with
other
departments
or
even
on
a
state
level.
Then
accountability
even
on
a
city
level
should
be
taking
place
and
I
think
that
they
do
have.
That
and
developers
are
expected
to
be
cooperative
and
we
have
an
office
that
does
that,
but
specifically
I
think
there
needs
to
be
some
sort
of
independent
accountability
officer.
F
D
Okay,
so.
F
D
A
E
A
An
office
starts,
you
know
brand
new,
something
like
that
takes
time
to
build,
as
we
can
see
like
the
examples
here
in
the
city.
E
A
Have
so
many
jobs
open
and
available,
I
would
say
that
in
contractual
Services,
if
the
mayor's
already
proposed
that
amount,
the
negotiation
is
in
contractual
Services,
because
there
are
so
many
non-profit
organizations
already
doing
some
of
this
work.
So
that
would
support
the
collaboration
and
partnership
with
Community
as.
C
A
As
the
events
and
all
of
the
education
and
Outreach
that
they
have
to
do,
that
takes
materials
that
takes
event
planning
and
all
of
you
know,
space
costs
and
everything
else.
Okay,
so
I
think
the
in
contract
for
both
services
with
nonprofits
and
these
events
that
they
have
to
put
together
and
also
like
consultants
and
folks
that
they
have
to
contract
I'm
sure
that
that's
my
suggestion.
Okay.
F
Our
40
million
and
I
just
want
to
know
for
the
record
that
we
did
talk
about
it
and
we
advocated
for
such,
but
we
also
have
to
manage
our
expectations.
A
new
chair
know.
The
number
is
much
better
than
I
do
and
if
we're
gonna
get
to
somewhere,
I
think
asking
for
15
million
is
realistic
because
we
might
get
10
if
we're
lucky
is
that
yes,.
A
What
you're
saying
yes
or
we
could
veto
we
can
out.
We
can.
D
All
right
so
mental
health
response
pilot-
you,
you
so.
E
A
For
contracts
in
the
amount
of
a
total
amount
of
200
and
600
000
2
million
six
hundred
thousand
dollars,
because
you
would
like
to
Pilot
some
sort
of
program
and
I
think
is
that
is
that
the
pilot
program
that
is
already
supposed
to
be
in
existence
right
suppose?
Yes,.
F
This
is
the
Mental
Health
crisis
response.
This
is
yes,
that's
what
that
that
is.
This
is
the
pilot
that
counselor
Edwards
and
Wu
and
I.
We
did
a
pilot
when
Marty
was
the
boss
of
all
this,
and
we
this
is
to
expand
and
to
make
you
to
have
it
grow,
and
this
is
what
The
Advocates
have
asked
for
in
terms
of
operationalizing
it
executing
it
bringing
it
to
life.
They
are
recommending
2.6
million
dollars
that
goes
towards
that.
A
Absolutely
thank
you.
I
have
that
as
part
of
mine
too,
we
can
join
forces
on
that
perfect
and.
F
You're,
the
boss
of
all
this,
like
everybody,
wants
to
do
whatever
you
do
so
that
they
can
be
like.
Well,
we
didn't
get
it.
We
got
this.
We,
along
with.
A
E
A
It's
right,
you,
you
know
within
your
right
to
if
you're
advocating
for
something
and
you
initiated
it,
then
it's
important
to
communicate
that
to
the
community
so
that
they
understand
that
you
were
a.
E
A
And
then
you
mentioned
that
you
wanted
to
add
600
000
in
contractor
services
to
go
to
Health
and
Human
Service
department
for
experiential
learning.
Yes,
I
really
think
that's
so
important.
F
F
F
A
Definitely
prior
to
sizes,
climate
justice,
so
maybe
that's
a
conversation
then.
A
Experiential
learning
it's
a
program
and
you
wanted
to
go
to
Health
and
Human
Services.
Yes,
yeah
I
I
could
see
that
being.
F
Because
it's
mental
health
I
see
kind
of
it's
a
number
of
different
things:
exponential
learning
and
mental
health
and
wellness.
It's
also
educational.
It's
you
know,
economic
empowerment.
It
has
a
number
of
different
yeah.
A
I,
like
your
holistic
thinking,
I
do
so
then
you
have
mental
health
and
wellness
ambassadors
program.
D
A
And
you
also
mentioned
you
wanted
to
go
to
Health
and
Human
Services
contractual
500,
000.
E
F
This
is
a
line
item
that
we
already
have
it's
for:
300,
000
and
I
want
to
move
it
out
of
the
youth,
engagement
and
I
want
to
put
it
in
the
work
or
empowerment
department
and
with
that
change.
I
also
would
like
to
ask
for
an
additional
200
000
for
that
line
item.
So
it
becomes
a
total
of
five
hundred
thousand
dollars
for
Workforce
Development
initiatives
for
19
to
24
year
olds.
A
F
A
A
We
don't
have
a
13,
counselor
and,
and
so
two-thirds
meaning,
you
know,
being
eight-
hopefully
we'll
get
eight
counselors
too
supportive.
A
A
Okay,
great
and
going
to
Workforce
Development
contractor
Services
300
000.
A
Sorry
this
sounds
like
an
like
ft:
did
you
want
someone
to
work
to
provide
services
or
contractor
okay
personnel.
A
F
Definitely
the
black
Heritage
Trail
love
that
the
black
tourism
Equity
will
love
that.
A
F
I,
don't
know
how
I
feel
about,
but
you
know
what
I'm
gonna
throw
my
name
on
the
mentorship
with
youth
and
police
officers,
even
though
you
know
that's
a
little
bit
off
brand
for
me.
But
what
I
like
about
it
is
relationships
yeah,
no
and
having
worked
with
Jeff,
Lopes
and
officer
Henderson
on
some
Youth
and
police
dialogues
and
I
I
see
a
pathway
towards
building
better
relationships
with
our
police
officers.
So
I
don't
mind
supporting
that
and
that's
it.
A
That
lesson
they
already
have
a
youth
Advisory
board,
so
so.
F
F
Technical
assistance
Personnel
is
that
like
what's
his
name?
What's
this
that's
the.
A
For
small
businesses
it
already
exists:
I
just
wanted
to
increase
it.
Okay,.
F
F
F
Okay,
because
I
just
wanted
to
know,
and
then
you
and
I
are
both
on
the
youth
jobs.
Kick.
F
And
so
I
don't
know
where
my
other
colleagues
are
at
with
their
stuff
but
like
if
they
don't
do
this
they're
not
getting
anything.
Is
that
how
it
works
because
well
they
submitted
theirs
and
I,
don't
see
them
because
I
can't
I,
don't
I'm
gonna
see
what
else
I
can
sign
on
to
I.
A
Know
that
a
couple
of
counselors,
counselor,
Lara
and
Council
Royal
and
has
provided,
has
told
me
that
they're
going
to
provide.
A
To
me,
and
then
I
know
that
counselor
lujen
also
has
some
things.
She
was
going
to
work
on
her
final
list
and
provided
Council.
Coletta
has
already
provided
her
list.
It's
right
here,
she's
working
on
the
amounts
and
where
it's
coming
from
Council
Flaherty
only
asked
for
a
bunch
of
things
in
capital
and
counselor
and
who
else
Braden
has
it
so
Council
Anderson,
Brayden,
Worrell,
Mejia,
Coletta,
Clarity,
lujen
so
far
has
cooperated
and
then
Lara
and
Ricardo
Arroyo,
who.
F
A
So
that's
that
list
keeps
updating.
He
has
talked
to
them
and
said
that
that
he
talked
to
them
and
it
wasn't
necessary
anymore.
Okay,.
F
So
in
the
parking
enforcement
division,
is
it
possible
to
add
a
fund
for
people
who
are
like
case
managers
who
are
supporting
our
foster
care
like
some
folks
who
who
work
in
the
city
are
providing
service
to
City
residents
and
then
they
have
to
park
and
then
oftentimes
they
get
a
ticket?
Is
there
a
way
for
us
to
have
a
pool
of
funds
that
go
help,
support
them
if
they
get
a
parking
ticket
or
if
there's
a
way
to
get
decals.
A
No
you're
talking
about
some
sort
of
reimbursable
program
in
case
they
get
ticketed
to
that
it
could
pay
for
their
ticket
because
they're.
F
I
know
they
go,
they
can
appeal
it
because
I
many
years
ago,
not
two
years
ago,
actually
I
I
did
a
hearing
order
well
I
filed
and
then
everybody
got
crazy.
I
wanted
to
do
income
adjusted
parking
fees
so
that
people
who
are
low
income,
their
tickets
are
based
on
their
income
and
I
got
a
backlash.
So
then
I
started
thinking.
Well,
who
do
we
want
to
help
support?
F
And
these
are
people
who
are
low
wage
workers
who
are
oftentimes
domestic
workers
who
are
providing
a
service
or
either
cleaning
or
whatever
the
case
is,
but
supporting
our
elders?
I,
don't
know
where
that
will
go.
Maybe
I
need
to
talk
to
Parks
I
mean
the
parking
department,
but
I
do
think
that,
in
terms
of
a
I
think
we
have
a
lot
of
people
who
are
getting
tickets,
who
are
providing
a
service.
A
F
All
right
so
then,
in
terms
of
council
Coletta's
I
would
love
to
support
the
menstrual
products
and
the
schools,
wherever
they
happen
to
be
I,
think
that's
great
and
the
expanding
Services
for
Seniors
and
eradicating
hunger.
F
B
F
And
what
else
the
elders,
the
menstrual
and.
F
A
A
We
should
talk
about
that.
The
mayor
works
for
the
people
she
works
for
you
too,.
B
A
A
Okay,
so
I'll
I'll,
I'll
I'll
basically
expect
that
list
from
you
and
then
once
I
have
it
together.
Hopefully
in
our
next
working
session,
I
think
it's
Tuesday
I
can
actually
present
the
full
list,
as
people
have
reported
them
to
me
and
then
prior
to
the
working
session
prior
to
our
next
Wednesdays,
which
is
June
7th
first
vote
on
the
budget.
I
can
communicate
all
of
the
suggestions
that
I've
actually
taken
or
will
submit
four
amendments
in
my
final
budget
report.
A
All
right
again,
thank
you
and
I.
Don't
want
to
be
dismissive
to
your
comments
today
because
I'd
like
to
take
you
seriously,
because
I
think
that
you
are
someone
who
is
very
thoughtful,
very
big-hearted
and
you
work
very
hard
and
people
know
that
people
know
that
you
are
everywhere
that
you
show
up
that
you're
responsive
that
you
care
that
you're,
bold,
you're,
courageous
and
I.
Of
course,
jokingly
said.
A
Don't
call
yourself,
true,
wow
I,
think
you're,
more
German
Shepherd
for
your
courage
and
strength
and
beauty,
but
I
do
mean
it
and
I
don't
want
to
be
dismissive
even
though
I'm
you
you're
funny.
So
you
make
me
laugh,
but
if
the
mayor
is
not
being
responsive
and
you
are
attempting
meetings
with
her
or
you're
attempting
meetings
with
igr
and
they're,
not
taking
you
seriously,
that
is
something
severe.
That's
not
something
to
joke
about.
The
mayor
works
for
the
people.
A
The
mayor,
if
disrespectful
to
women
of
color,
who
are
counselors
and
attempting
to
meet
with
her
and
avoiding
you
too,
as
a
counselor,
is
a
huge
problem,
because
you're
here
to
represent
the
people
when
she
starts
ignoring
the
counselors,
is
unprofessional
and
seriously
needs
to.
She
needs
to
be
held
accountable,
so
I
would
say,
even
if
it's
as
mayor
Strong
City,
if
you
are
being
ignored,
that
you
speak
with
all
of
us,
the
other
counselors,
to
be
able
to
bring
her
to
the
table
and
hold
her
accountable.
F
So
I
appreci,
so
I
wonderful
I,
was
for
the
record.
I.
Don't
want
her
to
think.
Oh,
my
God,
no
I
do
have
her
direct
number,
so
I
I
I
can
reach
out
to
her
what
I.
F
My
statements
is
really
more
about
the
process
right
in
terms
of
the
way
the
budget
situation
goes
and
I
have
seen,
and
I
continue
to
see
that
when
it
comes
to
the
things
that
we
want,
there's
just
a
lot
of
push
and
pull
and
that
there
you
you
do,
have
your
favorites
right
and
that
is
you
know
the
more
aggressive
you
are
the
least
you're
gonna
get,
and
that
has
been
my
experience
in
my
time
on
the
council,
but
I
know
that
that's
just
the
politics
of
politics
and
so
I'm
always
going
to
ask
for
the
things
that
my
people
want,
but
I
understand
the
Dynamics
that
are
at
play.
F
So
I,
don't
hang
my
hat
on
that
I
I'm
happy
that
we
have
this
process
now.
That
at
least
gives
us
a
fair
chance
in
advocating
for
the
things
that
our
community
wants.
So
I'm
not
saying
that
I'm
giving
the
mayor
a
pass,
but
I
do
know
that
we
have
an
infrastructure
now.
That
gives
us
a
sense
of
of
somewhat
more
of
a
little
bit
of
power,
good
I.
So
thank
you
for
your
advocacy,
I
appreciate
it.
A
Yeah,
no
no
problem
I
want
to
take
you
seriously.
I
want
to
take
you
seriously
all
the
time
so
because
I
I
respect
you
but
I
I
do
understand
what
you
mean
about.
You
know
the
politics
and
sort
of
like
you
know
the
process,
but
we
do
have
Amendment
powers
and
and
even
with
that,
you're
right.
If
folks
are
friendly
or
closer
to
a
thing,
then
people
are
being
heard
on
the
Amendments
and
then
different
moves
and
transactions
are
being
made
to
allow
certain
amendments
and
not
allow
certain
amendments.
A
So
I
hope
that
the
administration,
if
listening
to
this,
that
they
will
consider
the
Amendments
that
are
going
to
be
put
on
the
floor.
We've
listened
to
Advocates.
We
have
taken
our
note
and
we're
here
advocating
for
those
programs
and
contracts
and
services
that
folks
are
have
expressed,
that
there
is
a
need
for
and
I
look
forward
to
continuing
to
facilitate
the
process
until
June,
7th
and
then
again,
two
weeks
later,
because
we'll
be
skipping
a
council
meeting
after
the
seventh
and
so
hopefully
we'll
get
a
lot
of
good
changes
done.

Counselor
Matthew
who's,
always
in
the
building.
I
just
want
everyone
to
acknowledge
that
we
have
a
13th
counselor
member
here
who
is
in
every
hearing
and
I.
Don't
know
what
in
the
world
but
I
love
to
see
you
here
and
and
thank
you
for
always
listening
and
and
just
paying
attention.
We
appreciate
you
here.

Thank
you.
Everyone
and
we're
concession
