to
ask
folks

B
I'm
also
joined
by
my
colleagues
Alexis
to
chuck
from
labor
relations
in
superintendent
Whitman
from
the
police
department
who
can
delve
into
the
areas
of
the
contract
detectives
contract
specifically.
So,
as
you
mentioned,
octave
one,
two,
nine
nine
increases
the
FY
18
appropriation
for
the
Boston
Police
Department
by
three
million
two
hundred
fifty
six
thousand
three

This.
C

B
B
One
two
nine
eight
reduces
the
FY
18
collected
by
reserve
by
three
point:
two
five
million.
This
is
a
separate
reserve
established
specifically
for
this
purpose,
just
to
get
into
the
reserves
themselves.
The
FY
18
budget,
passed
by
the
Boston
City
Council
in
June
2017,
included
a
forty
seven
million
reserves
in
aggregate
to
cover
collective

in
August.

A
You
and
we
have
the
successor
agreements
from
July
16
through
June
17
and
then
the
three-year
contract
after
that
like
to
acknowledge
up
and
joined
by
my
friend
from
West
Roxbury
JP
council,
madam
Ally
I
just
started
so
and
we
went
through
the
wage
patterns.
It's
it's
2%
every
year,
starting
July
1st.
Could
you
maybe
talk
about
some
of
the
other,
like
the
Quinn
bill?
How
you
know
the
city
over
time
now
has
taken?
What
was
a
50-50
with
the
state
now
is
getting
to
100%
by
the
city.
