If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Good
afternoon,
it
is
so
good
to
be
here
in
the
wonderful
hyde
park
neighborhood
with
nearly
40
000
residents.
Hyde
park
is
one
of
the
largest
boston
neighborhoods
without
a
community
health
center,
and
so
today
is
a
good
day
in
the
city
of
boston.
I
want
to
acknowledge
some
of
the
electives
that
are
in
the
room.
We
are
joined
by
register
of
probate.
Felix
d
arroyo.
Thank
you.
So
much
for
being
here,
sir.
There
is
state
representative
rob
consalvo
here.
Thank
you
and
representative
brandi
fluker
oakley
is
here.
A
Thank
you
so
much
and
with
me
here
I
have
us
boston,
city,
councilor,
ricardo
arroyo,
who
represents
this
district.
I'm
also
joined
by
my
chief
of
health
and
human
services.
Marty
martinez,
there's
also
chief
of
civic
engagement
in
the
house.
Aisha
miller
has
joined
us,
and
I
also
want
to
make
mention
that
chief
dion
irish
is
here
as
well
as
commissioner
will
morales.
B
A
A
I
have
allocated
up
to
two
million
dollars
in
my
fy
2226
capital
plan
to
support
the
establishment
of
this
health
center,
and
this
is
due
to
the
strong
advocacy
of
this
community.
Many
of
the
residents
have
made
this
possible.
I
can't
name
all
of
them,
so
I
won't
even
try,
but
I
do
want
to
thank
the
strong
advocacy
of
ricardo
arroyo,
the
city
council,
who
represents
this
district.
A
This
rfi
calls
for
vendors
to
share
their
experience,
their
vision
and
what
support
they
would
need
from
the
city.
This
process
will
help
identify
organizations
experienced
in
providing
health
care
with
a
history
of
operating
community
health
centers
in
or
around
boston
in
the
city
of
boston
residents
are
our
highest
priority.
A
This
work
is
about
meeting
people
where
they
are
and
ensuring
that
services
offered
in
the
community
align
with
the
local
residents
needs.
I
look
forward
to
the
next
stage
of
this
process
to
identify
potential
partners
among
boston's,
diverse
array
of
health
care
providers
to
provide
health
care
access
and
quality
right
here
in
hyde
park.
A
A
A
To
be
clear,
our
efforts
to
slow
the
spread
and
fight
this
pandemic
must
continue.
This
includes
our
five-point
plan
for
the
delta
variant,
equitable
vaccine
access
and
booster
distribution.
When
available
a
vaccine
mandate
for
city
workers,
new
ventilation
and
hvac
investments
for
our
schools
and
an
indoor
mass
mandate
for
school
city,
buildings
and
public
spaces,
we
will
continue
distributing
vaccines
because
the
vaccine
is
the
most
effective
way
to
protect
ourselves,
our
loved
ones
and
our
neighbors
from
covet.
A
A
I'm
so
excited
to
see
hyde
park
residents
prioritizing
the
health
and
safety
of
their
community,
and
I
commend
each
and
every
one
of
you.
Our
vaccination
efforts
have
also
led
to
increases
in
vaccinations
among
black
and
latino
residents,
two
communities
who
were
disproportionately
impacted
in
our
city
by
covid.
The
vaccination
rate
among
black
residents
has
increased
by
23
percent
since
mid-april
and
by
over
32
percent
among
latino
residents,
testing
is
available
across
the
city
and
we
must
continue
to
get
tested.
A
A
B
Thank
you
mayor.
I'm
happy
to
be
here
today
with
you
to
join
in
your
commitment
to
the
health
and
well-being
of
residents
in
hyde
park.
As
the
chief
of
health
and
human
services,
my
team
has
been
committed
to
ensuring
we
strengthen
access
to
care
and
support
in
every
neighborhood,
as
well
as
focus
on
those
places
where
inequities
exist
and
we're
eager
to
support
this
important
work
here
in
head
park.
B
The
request
for
information
that
the
mayor
mentioned
that
we
will
release
next
week
will
help
us
to
engage
in
a
community
process
to
hear
from
providers
and
organizations
who
are
interested
in
directly
providing
community
health
services
and
programs
at
this
location.
This
rfi
will
ask
interested
parties
what
services
they
want
to
provide
and
or
they
think
are
needed
and
how
they
think
the
community
should
be
engaged
and
what
kinds
of
support
the
city
might
need
to
provide
a
provider
to
make
this
site
work.
B
Hearing
from
partners
about
this
vision
for
the
space,
their
experiences
doing
this
work
and
the
support
they
need
will
help
to
make
sure
that
this
resource
helps
to
truly
strengthen
the
health
and
well-being
of
residents.
Here
in
hyde
park,
this
process
will
allow
us
to
collect
some
valuable
information
about
how
to
shape
an
upcoming
request
for
proposals
that
the
city
will
release
in
terms
of
operating
the
site
and
the
work
that's
needed
to
make
the
space
work.
B
The
rfi
is
open
and
will
be
open
to
any
interested
provider
to
complete
and
provide
this
important
information
to
the
city.
It'll
be
open
next
week
and
accessible
on
boston.gov
and
responses
will
be
due
on
friday,
october
15th.
The
information
gathered
will
be
reviewed
and
themes
will
be
used
to
help
shape
the
rfp
to
be
released.
As
the
mayor
said,
this
is
an
exciting
step
in
improving
the
health
of
all
residents
in
boston
and
we're
eager
to
keep
this
work
moving
forward
to
learn
the
best
way
to
do
just
that.
B
C
So
I
want
to
thank
everybody
who's
here,
especially
my
state
partners,
representative,
rob
consalvo,
representative
fluke,
oakley
and
most
especially
my
father,
who
is
here
registered
probate
felix
arroyo.
Some
of
my
early
memories
in
this
room
in
particular,
were
him
bringing
me
to
meet
santa
claus
and
I'm
glad
I
can
give
him
a
memory
of
something
that
I've
done
for
this
community
in
partnership
with
this
city,
and
so
this
is
a
special
day.
For
me,
high
park
was
hurt
in
a
way
that
was
disproportionate
to
the
rest
of
the
city.
C
The
way
that
roslindale
or
matapan
in
my
district
had
and
what
we've
seen
over
time,
this
is
not
a
new
issue
that
this
this
pandemic
sort
of
laid
bare
inequities
that
were
pre-existing.
C
I
think
the
number
one
thing
I
had
heard
prior
to
covid
being
a
reality,
was
that
we
needed
access
to
more
services
and
one
of
the
things
that
was
brought
up
often
was
health
services
and
with
kovid
that
inequity
was
laid
bare
the
inequitable
access
to
care
at
times
people
had
a
difficult
time
getting
to
or
locating
where
they
could
go
to
testing
and
that
that
took
work
to
remedy
which
it
was
remedied
and
I'm
grateful
for.
C
We
fielded
thousands
of
phone
calls,
mostly
for
aid
in
being
able
to
stay
in
their
home
or
for
food
access.
But
what
came
up
repeatedly
at
every
zoom
forum,
which
was
while
we
were
doing
forums?
We've
had
hundreds
of
these
and
at
dozens
of
them.
This
would
come
up
as
a
request,
and
I
know
that
my
predecessor,
representative
consalvo,
had
worked,
for,
I
think,
nearly
a
decade
to
bring
a
health
center
to
roslindale,
and
that
was
a
successful
health
center.
C
C
How
quickly
could
we
get
something
up
and
running,
and
I
relayed
those
worries
to
the
administration
when
we
were
going
over
the
budget
this
year
and
the
fact
that
this
was
something
that
could
not
wait,
that
these
inequities
were
so
brazen
that
we
needed
something
immediately
to
step
in
and
do
that
and
it
was
not
an
easy
lift,
but
it
was
a
lift
that
was
made
possible
because
of
the
leadership
of
this
mayor
and
this
administration,
and
so
I'm
I'm
very
grateful
that
we
were
able
to
achieve
this,
and
I
thank
the
partners
that
we
had
at
the
city
level
will
morales
over
at
bcyf
and
chief
marty
martinez
for
ensuring
that
this
reached
the
the
conclusion
where
we
are
today
where
we
can
announce
this
and
make
this
real.
C
And
so
thank
you
to
them.
Thank
you
to
the
residents
of
high
park
who
raised
their
voice.
It
is
too
many
to
name
individually
for
for
their
efforts
on
behalf
of
this,
not
just
in
the
last
two
years,
but
over
the
course
of
time
to
steadily
drum
beat
for
this
to
happen,
and
so
I'm
grateful
to
the
administration
for
this.
C
This
is
a
great
day
for
me
in
terms
of
knowing
that
we've
delivered
something
to
this
community
that
they
desperately
need
and
ensuring
that
as
we
move
forward,
there
will
be
an
equitable
distribution
of
health
access
and
health
care
in
one
of
the
neighborhoods
one
of
three
neighborhoods
in
the
city
of
boston,
that
has
a
lower
life
expectancy
than
average,
and
so
this
is
a
way
to
really
address
those
things,
and
so
I'm
grateful
to
to
all.
C
And
so
with
that,
I
want
to
hand
it
over
to
tian
simpson,
who
is
a
leader
here
in
high
park
at
high
park.
Main
streets
has
done
a
number
of
different
initiatives
that
have
really
brought
the
square
to
life
and
made
sure
that
our
businesses
are
getting
the
care
and
attention
they
need
during
this
time.
So
please.
D
Thank
you.
Sorry.
I
was
a
few
minutes
late.
I
was
trying
to
help
a
small
business
owner
in
my
office
to
apply
for
the
new
real.
I
mean
the
business
relief
fund
2.0
that
just
opened
up
yesterday,
and
you
know
my
this
particular
business
owner
told
me
that
oh
I
try
to
contact
my
accountant.
I
give
my
counselor
everything
and
he's
on
vacation
and
I
said
how
long
he's
a
month-
and
I
said:
okay,
we
need
to
go
back
to
my
office,
so
I
can
get
you
some
financial
help
anyway.
D
Well,
thank
you.
I
just
want
to
say
this
is
the
most
amazing
news
for
our
resident
and
our
community
during
covet
last
year,
the
most
challenging
thing
aside
from
me
trying
to
let
the
business
know.
You
know
what
kind
of
grants
of
funding
is
available
was
also
to
let
residents
know
where
you
can
go
get
testing.
We
really
didn't,
have
any
dedicated
spot.
D
We
had
a
few
pop-up
events
that
lasted
maybe
two
to
three
weeks
and
when
we
really
did
get
a
covet
testing,
it
was
a
drive-through
which,
unfortunately,
did
not
benefit
our
walking
residents.
So
it
was
definitely
obvious
that
we
didn't
have
a
community
health
center
medical
organization
reach
out
to
me
and
say
tn.
We
want
to
open
up.
You
know
we
want
to
do
testing,
but
where
can
we
go
and
you
know
we're
trying
to
brainstorm
and
bring
out
ideas
and
really
we?
D
We
did
not
find
a
solution,
so
it
was
very
challenging
to
have
regular
testing
in
high
park,
but
definitely
like
you
know,
doing
the
zoo
meeting.
That
was
one
of
the
main
concerns
and
people.
You
know
just
kept
mentioning
like
why
you
know
we
have
it
in
matapan
and
there's
one
in
roslindale,
but
you
know,
can
we
have
one
in
high
park
and
I'm
like
I
don't
know,
I
don't
know
what
what
the
reason
is,
but
I'm
so
glad
that
it's
now
a
possibility
and
the
neighborhood
is
absolutely
absolutely
thrilled
of
this.
B
On
a
different
note,
some
of
your
opponents
that
have
been
critical
about
the
city
depending
on
your
company.
A
You
know
the
welcome
back
to
school.
Pencils
that
are
distributed
from
the
mayor
is
a
long
tradition
that
the
mayor
of
boston
has
done
for
decades,
and
I
was
very,
I
was
glad
to
continue
that
tradition.
It
is
a
joyful
marker
of
back
to
school
and
I
was
happy
to
continue
that
tradition
this
year,
particularly
this
year
and
I'll
go
on
since
no
one's
asking
about
back
to
school.
A
A
A
I,
when
I
spoke
with
children,
they
described
you
know,
being
excited
to
return
and
see
their
friends
for
the
first
time
they
talked
about
math
and
science
and
wanting
to
be
in
the
classroom
with
their
teachers
for
our
first
graders,
who
were
coming
into
school
for
many
of
them,
it's
their
first
time
in
a
school
building.
They
spent
their
entire
kindergarten
kindergarten
years
in
zoom.
A
So
it
was
a
very
important
milestone,
I'm
very
proud
to
say
that
all
of
our
bus
routes
were
covered.
Today
we
had
57
percent
on
time
arrival
that
is
higher
than
last
year.
It's
higher
than
the
last
time
we
had
all
in
person
learning,
which
was
the
2019-2020
school
year,
and
it
is
higher
than
our
five-year
average.
We
will
continue
to
work
to
make
sure
we
are
improving
in
that
number
to
make
sure
that
all
of
our
kids
are
getting
to
school
on
time.
A
We
know
that
there
were.
There
was
a
lot
of
anxiety
in
terms
of
parents.
Failing
you
know,
what's
going
to
happen,
we're
sending
our
school
children
back,
is
the
bus
going
to
come
and
as
a
parent
of
a
bps
graduate?
I
certainly
empathize
with
that.
I
know
that
our
school
department
has
been
working
really
hard
to
communicate
with
parents.
Our
bus
drivers
are
working
hard
to
get
our
school
children
to
school
on
time
and
our
school
leaders
and
our
teachers
were
there
to
welcome
them.
A
A
A
I
think
it
is
a
joyful
day
in
the
city
of
boston
bringing
our
school
children
back
for
the
first
time.
A
You
know
remote
learning
was
challenging
for
everyone,
for
our
students,
for
our
parents,
for
our
teachers,
and
so
it's
really
important
to
get
our
kids
back
into
the
classroom,
and
we
were
able
to
do
that
today.
So
it
is
a
very
good
day
in
the
city
of
boston.
A
We
are
very
hopeful
and
encouraged.
The
first
day
is
usually
the
hardest
when
it
comes
to
on-time
arrival,
and
so
we
expect
to
continue
to
improve,
as
the
days
and
weeks
go
on,
we
reached
an
agreement
with
our
bus
drivers.
They're
excited
to
be
on
the
road
getting
school
children
back
into
the
classrooms
as
partners
in
this
work
and
we're
glad
to
have
them.
