The
Jets
look
to
start
this
season
off
on
the
right
foot
when
they
hosted
the
Lowell
Catholic
Crusaders,
let's
head
out
to
Sartori
Stadium
in
East
Boston
for
this
one
Jets
with
their
home
opener
last
year,
they
lost
to
ol
Lowell
Catholic
on
the
road
by
just
one
touchdown,
we'll
see
if
they
fared
better
in
this
one,
but
things
weren't
good
early
first
play
from
scrimmage
to
the
Jets.
They
fumble
the
football
Rouen
rogério
recovers
for
Lowell
Catholic
couple
of
plays
later
Ryan
Penrose
goes
to
the
back
of
the
end
zone.
Declan
Donna.
A
He
catches
the
tipped
pass
and
the
Crusaders
go
up
sixes
if
they
would
not
hit
the
point
after
touchdown.
Jets
come
right
back,
though
Amir
Johnson
with
a
nice
carry
picks
up
10
right
there
for
eesti
later
on
the
drive,
it's
Johnson
again,
picking
up
another
10
yard
gain
for
the
East
Boston
Jets
as
they
ground
and
pound
their
way
down
the
field.
Now
from
the
9
yard
line
Tyrese
daily
on
the
quarterback
keeper
punches
it
in
for
the
Jets.
A
They
would
also
get
the
two-point
conversion
and
go
up
8
to
6
second
quarter
now,
Lowell
catholic
driving,
again
Penrose
throws
a
bubble
screen
to
Andrew
Martin
and
he
makes
a
nifty
moves
down
the
field
down
the
sideline
inside
the
10
yard
line,
setting
it
up
beautifully
for
a
little
Catholic.
Now
from
the
3,
it's
Penrose
on
the
quarterback
sweep
he
finds
the
pylon
for
the
Crusaders.
They
go
up,
13
to
8
at
the
half
3rd
quarter,
now
Penrose
looking
deep
down
towards
the
end
zone,
but
the
pass
is
intercepted
by
East
Boston's,
Ryan
gray.

Let's
take
a
look
at
the
rest
of
the
scores
from
Friday
night
Weston

Boston,
English,

with
59

and
three

in

Meanwhile,
Randolph
takes
it
to
Latin
Academy
50
to

with
two

a

and

A
So
no
luck
for
any
of
the
city
teams
on
Friday,
but
those
were
all
non
league
matchups.
The
inner-city
matchups
and
rivalries
will
start
to
pick
up
over
the
next
couple
of
weeks.
Folks,
that's
gonna!
Do
it
for
sports
this
week
be
sure
to
come
right
back
here
next
time
for
more
on
Boston
neighborhood
sports.
