A
Coming
to
this
year's
basketball
season,
there
were
a
couple
of
teams
from
the
city
of
Boston
who
many
picked
as
frontrunners
for
both
the
city
and
even
the
state
championship.
One
of
those
teams
was,
of
course,
the
new
mission
Titans,
who
have
been
to
the
city
championship
in
three
consecutive
seasons
and
won
the
state
championship.
A
Just
two
years
ago,
the
Titans
currently
sit
at
the
top
of
the
Boston
North
standings
and
look
to
stay
there
when
they
hosted
the
Boston
English
blue
Eagles
on
Friday,
let's
head
out
to
new
mission
high
for
this
when
they
see
the
Boston
English
blue
Eagles,
looking
to
win
four
to
the
last
six.
But
it
was
new
mission
getting
going
early,
that's
Charles
Mitchell,
with
a
crazy
shot
off
the
top
of
the
window.
A
Still
in
the
first
quarter,
Carlos
Martins
knocks
down
the
pull-up
three
for
the
Boston
English
blue
eagle
shrine.
That's
hang
tough
against
new
mission
mission
still
up
by
ten
and
that
time
it's
Xavier
Thompson
with
the
three
for
the
Titans
and
later
on.
They
dump
it
down
to
the
big
fella
Dorian
Jordan
Thomas,
with
the
flush,
the
sophomore,
with
the
mission
up
by
12,
then
it's
English
hanging
tough.
Once
again,
it's
Martins
with
the
three
he
led,
the
blue
Eagles
with
21,
but
knew
a
new
mission
was
all
over
Boston
English.
A
A
A
lot
of
action
going
on
on
Sunday
in
the
MLK
Invitational
over
at
Northeast
and
O'brien
took
down
San
Clemente
77
to
44
math,
with
16
points
and
12
boards.
Bishop
Fenwick
on
the
girls
side
took
down
Fenway
48
to
30
very
important,
win
there
for
bishops,
Fenwick
Cathedral,
taking
down
Winthrop
in
the
girls
side
63
to
53,
then
back
to
the
boys
side,
it's
Brighton,
edging
out
Duxbury
61
to
59
Duxbury
came
back
and
late
in
that
game.
A
To
make
it
a
close
one
before
brighton
was
able
to
hang
on
also
at
the
MLK
Invitational.
Yesterday
new
mission,
with
a
four-point
win
over
Saint
John's
Prep
Tyreke
Lee
with
21
points
away.
The
Titans
Catholic
Memorial
takes
down
Marlborough
59
to
48
Matt
Hannah
18
points
7
boards
and
5
steals
for
cm,
and
finally,
yesterday
the
girls
game
to
wrap
up
the
night,
Newton
North
edges
out
new
mission
52
to
48
Lassiter
with
16
points.
12
boards
and
6
assists
for
the
Newton
North
Tigers.
