This week in Boston Neighborhood Sports, we bring you highlights of the 2016 BPS City Swimming Championships, along with some news about Fenway Lady Panthers girls basketball player Jaqualah Holliman.

Friday's
snowstorm
didn't
do
City
basketball
teams,
any
favors
when
school
gets
cancelled,
so
do
after
school
activities.
So
all
basketball
games
were
postponed,
but
on
Thursday,
the
most
important
action
for
bps
athletics
was
in
the
water.
When
the
2016
city
championships
were
held
at
Madison,
Park
High
School,
let's
head
out
to
the
mattah
dome
to
check
out
the
city
swimming
championships.

Metal
relay
or
bryant
won
that
one
200
freestyle
jason
is
aaron
its
key,
wonderful
boston,
latin
academy
and
a
200-yard
individual
medley
was
justin
chung
again,
you
can
see
why
he
was
the
male
swimmer
of
the
afternoon.

impressive

They
got

row.
That's
pretty
incredible!
We
do
have
some
good
news
from
the
local
high
school
hardwood.
Fenway
Lady
Panthers
jakayla
Holliman
has
committed
to
play
basketball
next
year
for
division.
A
One
early,
Dickinson,
University
sharpshooting
Holliman,
has
been
a
huge
contributor
to
Fenway,
as
they
have
won
two
straight
city
championships.
Hallman
has
also
been
a
city
league
all-star
for
the
past
two
seasons
and
has
been
the
leading
scorer
of
event
for
Fenway
this
year.
So
congratulations
to
jakayla
Holloman
on
committing
to
Fairleigh
Dickinson.
