A
When
it
comes
to
football,
every
game
is
important,
but
there
are
one
or
two
games
throughout
the
season
that
always
carry
a
special
significance.
One
of
those
contests
was
on
friday
when
jeremiah
burke
took
on
o'brien
a
game
which
was
dedicated
to
former
o'brien
tiger
odin
lloyd,
who
was
murdered
earlier
this
summer.
So,
let's
head
out
to
o'brien
high
school
for
this
game
before
the
game.
There
was
a
ceremony
right
there
to
the
right
is
odin.
Lloyd's
mother
should
receive
flowers
from
both
burke
and
o'brien.
Very
special
ceremony,
emotional
there
for
both
teams.
A
First
quarter,
o'brien
driving
george
gomez
on
the
reverse.
He
brings
the
tigers
to
the
six
yard
line
to
set
up
ajiani
alfred
mcfall,
the
quarterback
for
the
o'bryant
tigers.
He
gets
it
on
the
quarterback
keeper
puts
o'brien
up
six
to
zip
there
early
on
in
the
first
quarter.
Second
quarter
now
burke
driving
inside
their
own
20
brandon
newton
takes
care
of
that
87
yard
touchdown
run
for
the
senior
tailback
for
the
burke
bulldogs.
They
get
the
two-point
conversion
after
the
newton
touchdown.
They
go
on
top
eight
to
six
and
take
that
lead
into
the
half.
A
We're
gonna,
head
to
the
third
quarter,
now
same
score:
justin
davis
for
jeremiah
burke,
going
up
top
to
krishna
blake
35
yard,
touchdown
connection
burke
on
top
16-6,
nobody
predicted
this
would
happen,
but
o'bryant
would
rally
makai
williams
from
the
15
finds
paydirt
on
that
run,
16-14
o'bryant
down
just
two,
then
o'brien.
Turning
it
up
on
d
tigers
force
the
fumble
right
there,
rondelle
tiesdale
picks
it
up.
Brings
it
inside
the
five
first
and
goal
for
the
tigers,
then
from
the
sixth
makai
williams
is
so
fast
on
the
outside
finds
the
pylon.
A
Coming
earlier
last
week,
on
tuesday
latin
academy,
football
coach,
rocco
ziza
was
honored
as
patriots
high
school
football
coach
of
the
week,
the
award
came
just
a
couple
of
days
after
the
dragons
defeated
rival,
dorchester
24
to
10.
the
humble
rock
aziza
thanked
the
school
administration,
his
coaching
staff
and
his
players
when
he
accepted
the
honor,
along
with
the
award
to
ziza
the
patriots
donated
one
thousand
dollars
to
the
latin
academy
high
school
football
program.
So
congratulations
to
the
4-0
dragons
and
their
head
coach
rocco
