A
B
Known
that
nearly
two-thirds
of
the
young
men
in
the
city
of
Boston
are
black
or
Latino,
and
we
know
that
seventy-eight
percent
of
the
males
of
our
student
population
in
the
Boston
Public
Schools
are
black
and
Latino.
So
the
success
of
our
school
system
is
riding
on
how
we
support
them.
It's
time
to
stop
talking
and
time
to
start
taking
actions.

C
B
We
utilize
the
children's
experiences
in
their
homes
and
then
their
cultures
to
be
able
to
educate
us
about
how
we
go
about
educating
them
on
the
substance
of
a
dead
end
dependent
the
substance
of
the
curriculum
in
the
matter,
so
that
they
can
be
competitive
in
this
environment.
That's
what
this
is
our
most.
