A
Good

this
is
the
voting
meeting
before
the
licensing
board
for
the
city
of
boston.
Today
is
thursday
march
24th
2022.
While
the
public
is
encouraged
to
attend,
there
will
be
no
additional
public
testimony
accepted
with
one
exception.
I
do
see
that
we
are
joined
by
ms
daviani
patel,
who
was
proposed
as
manager
of
record
for
item
27
on
yesterday's
transactional
hearing.
This
was
for
our
china
corp
doing
business
as
easy
market,
and
we
do
have
just
the
manager
of
record
questions
to
go
over
with
you,
ms
patel,
so
cheryl
and
joyce.
B
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
ms
patel,
for
joining
us.
I
just
have
four
standard
questions.
We
ask
of
anyone
who
appears
before
us
on
a
manager,
record
change
or
application.
Are
you

B
Thanks
danny
the
testimony
was
that
the
management
cooperated,
the
staff
called
the
police,
and
this
was
not,
in
my
opinion,
a
foreseeable
incident.
So
I
see
no
violation
here.
D
A
B
The
staff
intervened,
the
the
fight
was
over
very
quickly.
They
were
properly
staffed
that
night.
I
don't
think
this
was
foreseeable,
so
I
see
no
violation.

We
did

a

I
see
no

here.
D
B
We
are

B
The
testimony
was
that
they
retrained
their
staff
to
include
retrain
to
the
door
staff
to
include
the
restaurant
staff
in
their
account.
I
see
no
violation
based
upon
the
testimony
and
their
cooperation
with
boston,
police.
D
C
Yeah,
I've
been
pretty
good
about
that,
so
we've
done
written
correspondence
with
matters
that
are
like
kind
of
on
the
line
like
this.
Can
we
do
this
for
them
too?.
B
In
that
correspondence
remind
the
licensee
that
they
need
to
conclude
the
house
staff
in
their
capacity
count.
A
A
C
Yeah,
I
I
didn't
feel
like
this
was
the
first
time
that
they
had
a
setup
like
this,
so
especially
like
the
buckets
and
stuff
like
that
seemed
like
something
they've
been
doing.
B
Yeah,
no,
not
only
were
they
doing
bottle
service,
but
there
wasn't
even
anyone
improperly,
even
though
they
were
doing
bottle
service.
When
they
weren't
licensed
board.
There
was
no
one
actually
serving,
so
I
see
a
violation
danny.
Is
there
any
recent
history
of
this.
A
B
A
violation
I
agree,
while
they're
only
open
for
three
days
at
this
point.
These
are
these
are
violations
that
the
board
takes
seriously.
D
D
D
C
But
I
yeah,
I
think
I
think
we
I
I've
expressed
this
before.
I
don't
know
if
I
express
it
to
them,
but
I
would
want
written
correspondence
cautioning
against
over-reliance
on
any
scanner,
even
the
new
one
that
they
have.
I
mean
the
answer
to
this
can't
be
how
we
scanned
it.
You
know,
especially
with
very
young,
looking
patrons.
It's
got
to
be.
No
scanner
is
perfect,
so
they
got
to
go
through
some.
They
have
to
show
something
that
they
really
try
to.
