chapter
138,
section
64.,.
B
I'll
start,
thank
you
danny.
I
know
we've
seen
a
lot
of
these
in
the
last
few
months,
especially
on
this
last
agenda,
and
I'm
glad
we're
able
to
bring
awareness
around
these
alleged
drug
incidents
at
licensed
premises.
B
A
Item

will
be

Chapter

in
chapter

section
13a,.
B
B
The
management
stayed
with
the
victim
once
it
was
discovered
that
the
assault
had
happened
and
for
all
of
those
reasons
together,
I
see
no
violation
on
the
part
of
the
licensing.
A
B
This
is
this:
okay,
sorry,
the
management
cooperated
with
the
police,
they
separated
the
victims,
they
attempted
to
find
out
who
who
committed
the
assault.
I
see
no,
no
violation
of
the
part
of
the
licensee
here.
B
A
B
This
wasn't
foreseeable.
There
was
only
nine
people
in
that
night
management
testified
that
they
reviewed
the
video.
They
didn't
see
anything
anyone
roofing
a
patron.

B
So
they
were
written
up
for
failure
to
notify
police
and
the
testimony
was
that
they
didn't
notify
the
police,
because
the
victim
asked
them
not
to
putting
myself
in
the
place
of
the
management
there.
I
could
see
why
they
thought
they
were
doing
the
right
thing
by
not
calling
the
police
they
have
since
changed
their
change,
their
management.
I
don't
know
what
I'm
trying
to
say.
B
They
recently
changed
what
they
do
in
such
situations
and
they
retrain
the
staff
to
call
police
at
all
times
and
again
we're
continuing
to
raise
awareness
and
so
are

Testimony
yesterday
from
the
office
of
neighborhood
services
was
to
request
a
deferral
of
the
vote
so
that
they
could
meet
with
the
butters,
which
they
have
not
yet
done.
C
A
A
B
The
the
testimony
from
the
brighton,
austin
improvement
association
was
that
they
didn't
think
that
they
were
open
long
enough
and
I
have
to
agree.
I
would
like
to
see
them
open
for
a
couple
more
months
before
they
come
back
to
extend
their
hours
until
2
a.m.
B
I
would
welcome
this
application
in
the
future,
but
I
think
a
couple
more
months
of
operations
under
the
belt
would
give
us
a
better
picture
of
how
this
would
work
in
this
in
this
neighborhood.
C
B
I
would
like
them
to
be
able
to
come
back
at
any
time
without
having
to
so.
Would
the
vote
be
reject
without
prejudice
to
allow
them
to
come
back
at
any
time,
reject.
C
A
D
A
Item
15
has
already
been
approved
by
this
board
and
was
only
on
the
agenda
to
correct
a
legal
defect
in
notice.
A
A
B
B
Thanks
danny
the
neighborhood
association
did
not
oppose
this.
This
we're
talking
about
96
inches
of
storage
of
alcohol
behind
a
cage.
B
There
is
testimony
that
there
is
a
full
liquor
store
three
minute
walk
away,
and
there
was
opposition
shared
with
us
from
some
of
butters
in
their
opposition,
described
being
opposed
to
a
liquor
store,
and
I
don't
see
the
7-eleven
as
being
a
liquor
store.
I
see
it
as
being
a
convenience
store
and
now
having
the
opportunity
to
allow
96
inches
of
alcohol
being
sold.
B
B
I
think
they
adequately
describe
public
need
and
I
don't
think
it
would
negatively
impact
the
neighborhood.
B
Thank
you.
I
see
no
issues,
corporate
transfer
and
the
manage
has
already
been
approved
by
the
board.
I
vote
to
approve
the
transfer.
B
And
this
manager's
already
been
approved
by
this
board.
I
see
no
issues.
It's
a
there's
already
previously
was
a
full-service
restaurant
there
with
the
alcoholics,
and
so
I
vote
to
approve
this
transfer.
A
B
So
I
think
the
applicant
adequately
described
public
need.
I
see
no
issues
with
the
application
as
it
was
presented,
so
I
would
vote
to
approve
this
transfer.

That

I

well.
B
Thanks
danny,
this
is
a
very
exciting
application
that
we
have
before
us.
They
definitely
established
public
need,
they
actually
went
and
had
a
kickstarter
campaign
to
to
purchase
this

so
it
would
be
exciting
to
see
them
open.
I
see
no

would
vote
to

Let's
petition

vote
to
approve.
A
Board
has
before
them
a
list
of
one
day
special
licenses
and
charity
wine
auction
chasing
licenses,
which
have
been
administratively
reviewed
by
staff
and
approved
by
the
board
and
finally,
for
old
and
new
business
two
votes.
These
are
both
from
our
last
violation
hearing
the
votes
were
deferred
for
allow
for
further
information
to
be
obtained
from
the
licensee
item
number
one.
The
board
defer
the
disposition
of
the
following
violation
to
allow
the

to
obtain
video
evidence
from
the
licensee
metro,
dining
inc,
located
at
32
to
34,
harvard
avenue
in
alston.
A
B
I
reviewed
the
video,
it
appears,
the
staff
acted
aggressively
and
inappropriately
this
was
a
assault
and
battery
employee
on
patron.
The
testimony
was
that
the
patron
was
being
belligerent
and
rude,
and
then
we
see
two
staff
members
pull
the
chair
out
from
a
patron
and
pile
on
top
of
him.
They
push
them
to
the
ground
and
they
beat
him
up
and
then
when
he
leaves
they
go
outside
and
it
looks
like
something
else
happened
outside
again.
This
was
aggressive
and
inappropriate.
C
B
And
we
did
review
the
history
while
they
don't
have
a
history.
I
do
think
this
is
so
egregious
that
I
would
vote
for
a
one-day
suspension.
B
A
Great
and
we
will
also
request
a
security
operations
plan
from
the
licensee,
I
assume,
with
a
focus
on
training
the
staff
training.
Yes,
I.
A
Great,
thank
you
and
then
item
number
two.
The
board
had
deferred

of
the
following
