From YouTube: Major Christopher F. Lee Field Community Briefing
Description
Date: November 22, 2022
A
Thank
you
ever
that's.
Thank
you
all
for
joining.
My
name
is
Nathan
Frazee
I'm,
the
project
manager
for
Boston
Parks
and
Recreation
Department,
overseeing
improvements
to
Major,
Christopher,
F,
Lee,
playground,
Little
League
field.
Next.
A
So,
as
you
just
should
have
seen,
tonight's
meeting
is
being
recorded,
it
will
be
made
available
within
a
week,
maybe
a
little
longer
with
the
holiday,
but
it
should
be
up
on
the
project
Page
by
next
week.
A
I
wanted
to
note
that
during
the
presentation
portion,
we
ask
that
you
keep
your
video
on
mic
off
once
we
get
to
the
discussion
period
in
an
effort
to
simulate
as
in-person
meeting
as
much
as
possible
feel
free
to
turn
your
microphones
on
or
sorry
turn
your
cameras
on,
but
leave
your
microphones
off
until
you're
called
on
next.
A
So
just
going
over
some
virtual
meeting
etiquette,
we
want
to
ensure
that
this
conversation
is
a
pleasant
experience
for
all
and
that
each
Community
member
feels
comfortable
in
sharing
their
comments,
questions
and
feedback.
We
ask
that
you're,
respectful
and
of
each
other
and
mindful
of
each
other's
time,
as
we
only
have
an
hour
and
a
half
together
tonight.
A
We
want
to
keep
the
questions
and
comments,
Project,
Specific
and
on
point.
So
please
wait
until
all
attendees
have
had
the
opportunity
to
ask
a
question
or
provide
a
comment
before
asking
a
second
one,
I'm
also
providing
my
contact
here.
So
if
there's
a
desire
for
additional
conversation
or
issues,
do
not
hesitate
to
reach
out
directly
to
me
next.
A
So
here
are
a
few
Zoom
tips
but
I'm
sure
at
this
point
we're
all
fairly
Zoom
Pros.
So
we
asked
that,
like
I
mentioned,
we
ask
that
you
keep
your
cameras
and
microphones
off
during
the
presentation
portion
during
the
discussion
time.
You
can
raise
your
hand
and
we
will
allow
it.
So
you
can
unmute
yourself
and
you
can
ask
your
question.
A
A
Also,
if
you
have
any
questions
during
the
presentation,
you
can
feel
free
to
add
those
in
the
chat.
Feed
I'll
do
my
best
to
answer
them
as
we
go
through,
but
I
also
May
hold
some
of
those
until
the
very
end
in
where,
in
the
comment
period,
next.
A
So
now,
now
that
those
housekeeping
items
are
taken,
care
of
tonight's
agenda
includes
an
introduction
to
the
project
team
project,
overview
presentation
from
the
designers
listening
and
discussion
and
then
closing
remarks.
The
Next
Step
next.
A
So,
as
I
said
before,
my
name
is
Nathan:
Frazee
I'm,
the
project
manager
from
the
parks
department,
overseeing
the
improvements
to
the
Little
League
field.
Here
also
from
the
parks
department,
we
have
Christine
brandeo
who's,
our
Outreach
coordinator,
she's,
in
excellent
contact
for
any
current
issues
or
friends.
Group
development.
A
The
project
was
made
possible
through
the
community
preservation
act
and
we
also
have
on
the
team,
fadine
Brown
and
Rachel
thadine's.
The
director
of
the
community
preservation
act
and
Rachel
is
the
consultant
specifying
over
open
space
and
Recreation.
A
We
also
have
from
our
design
team
stantec.
We
have
Josh
and
Shane,
and
then
I
also
included
the
office
of
Neighborhood
Services
rep
for
South
Boston
Anna
white.
So
if
there's
any
issues
not
specific
to
the
field
but
in
the
neighborhood
Anna's
who
you're
going
to
want
to
reach
out
to
and
fate
I,
don't
think
we
have
fading
here
tonight
or
Rachel.
So,
okay.
A
Next,
as
I
mentioned,
the
project
was
awarded
650
000
in
CPA
funding
earlier
this
year,
that
funding
is
designated
for
the
Little
League
specifically
and
includes
funds
for
new
irrigation
drainage,
improved
drainage,
benches,
batting
cages
and
fencing.
A
So
we're
here
at
our
meeting
tonight
to
go
over
some
of
the
proposed
improvements
that
the
designers
have
put
together
and
based
on
your
input
that
we
have
tonight
they're
going
to
work
on
putting
together
construction
documents
and
bid
documents
that
will
go
out
to
bid
this
winter
with
an
anticipated
spring
construction,
because
this
is
a
ball
field
with
natural
Turf.
We
need
to
give
that
Turf
as
long
as
possible
to
get
established,
so
we
can
ensure
its
long-term
durability
with
players
on
it.
A
So
just
some
of
these
next
slides
are
kind
of
standard
boilerplates
for
the
parks
department,
so
this
is
just
going
over
all
of
the
components
that
go
into
our
Park
design.
We
have
city
of
Boston,
priorities,
safety
guidelines
and
Regulatory
guidelines.
We
have
parks,
department
goals,
but
then
we
also
have
the
community
input
which
we're
looking
to
get
from
you
all
tonight.
A
Next,
so
here's
just
kind
of
quick
shots
of
the
city
of
Boston's
priorities,
expanding
walkability,
addressing
Equity
climate
resiliency,
making
sure
we
have
healthy
Parks
and
then
you
know
specifically
Community
Building
next
for
the
parks
department.
Some
of
these
overlap.
We
have
accessibility
and
availability
to
all
making
sure
we
have
diverse
balance
in
efficient
mix
of
uses.
We
have
meaningful
and
inclusive
community
engagement
again
here
with
you
all.
So,
hopefully
we
get
a
lot
of
good
engagement
tonight
that
we
have
adopted
adaptive
and
resilient
Landscapes
and
then
we
promote
connections.
A
Next
I
do
want
to
acknowledge
an
earlier
flyer
that
went
out
for
this
meeting
neglected
to
have
the
parks
naming
rights
not
acknowledged,
so
the
park
is
named
after
major
Christopher
F
Lee
from
South
Boston
in
some
of
the
digging
I've
been
able
to
do
it.
It
looks
like
the
naming
when
for
him
back
after
World
War
II
was
done
incorrectly,
so
we're
going
to
ratify
those
records,
make
sure
they're
corrected,
but
one
one
thing
we've
started
to
do
in
our
Parks,
specifically
for
military
veterans.
A
Is
this
the
sign
here
that
you
see
in
the
lower
corner?
This
is
an
example
from
Garvey
Park.
A
What
we
want
to
do
is
have
people
know
the
full
story
and
a
little
bit
of
background
on
on
who
these
people
are
so
we're
gonna
work
with
the
Veterans
Affairs
and
the
family
to
make
sure
we
get
assigned
similar
to
this
up
at
the
park
that
acknowledges
major
Christopher,
F
Lee
and
his
contribution
in
in
designation.
A
The
park
also
has
a
second
naming
in
that
the
field
itself
is
named
for
Thomas
C,
Foley
I,
don't
have
the
records
of
his
his
dedication
tonight.
I
wasn't
able
to
get
that
because
people
were
already
out
for
the
holiday,
but
maybe
we
have
somebody's
from
his
family
on
tonight
or
somebody
that
can
speak
to
that,
but
we'll
be
looking
at
ensuring
that
there's
there's
equal
recognition
for
him
as
well.
A
So
with
that
I'm
going
to
turn
it
over
to
Josh
and
Shane
from
stantec
to
go
through
the
presentation
tonight.
B
So
my
name
is
Shane
Muji
I'm,
a
landscape
architect
here
at
stantec,
we're
out
of
the
Boston
office
and
Josh
is
with
me
too
Josh.
You
want
to
introduce
yourself.
C
I'm
also
a
landscaper
in
the
office
and
I
strictly
designed
Sports
facility.
So
you
know
a
project
like
this
is
pretty
common
for
our
group
to
be
working
on
so
I'm
very
excited
to
be
working
on
this
project
with
with
Jane
and
with
Nathan.
B
Awesome
yeah
we're
we're
pretty
much
a
go-to
team
with
lots
of
Boston
Parks
projects,
so
this
is
right
up
our
alley,
so
we're
excited
to
get
going
on
it.
So
we
took
a
trip
out
to
this
site
over
the
summer
we
took
some
initial
notes
and
we
went
through
a
brief
site.
Analysis
to
you
know,
take
an
inventory
of
the
conditions
and
we're
just
gonna
quickly
go
over
those
conditions
with
everybody
right
now.
B
So
here
are
some
example.
Photos
of
the
way
the
park
looks
today.
There's
you
know
lots
of
worn
out
fencing
team
benches
that
are
in
very
tight
spots.
You
know
worn
out
mural
paintings,
very
worn
out
Outfield
drainage
structures.
The
infield
is,
you
know,
very
worn
out
and
suffers
from
pretty
bad
drainage
issues
not
shown
here
because
a
very,
very
dry
day
throughout
the
site.
B
There's
other
things
such
as
you
know
some
erosion
around
the
accessible
service
staircase
towards
the
I
think
it's
the
South
southeast
of
the
site,
there's
some
very
worn
out
walls
and
additional
fencing.
The
image
in
the
bottom
right
is
a
drainage
structure.
That's
within
the
actual
playing
fields
of
the
ball
field,
which
is
kind
of
a
safety
issue
and
definitely
an
undesirable
and
one
of
the
things
we
want.
We
want
to
address
again
the
top
right
you've
got
the
the
fencing
and
the
the
the
The
Spectator
seating.
B
That's
you
know
kind
of
tightly
right
up
against
the
fencing,
just
kind
of
creating
a
spot
that
you
know
is
not
the
best
setup
for
the
ball
field.
B
Here's
an
aerial
photo
of
the
feel
that
most
of
you
are
aware
of
and
familiar
with,
this
is
our
proposed
limit
of
work
which
really
just
encompasses
encompasses
the
the
ball
field,
The
Spectator,
seating,
the
backstop
and
the
rest
of
the
the
field,
fencing
itself,
we're
not
going
to
touch
any
of
the
basketball
court
or
the
playground
or
any
of
the
sidewalks
that
are
around
the
field
itself.
B
And
here's
some
notes
that
we
took
during
our
site
visit
starting
the
top
left,
that's
the
the
main
maintenance
access
to
the
fields
and
to
get
towards
the
Outfield.
We
want
to
make
sure
we
maintain
that
the
turf
in
the
Outfield
is
incredibly
dry
because
there's
no
irrigation
currently
on
the
field.
So
we
want
to
address
that.
B
B
This
is
the
in
fields
here
that
the
ball
field
itself
that
you
can
kind
of
see
in
this
image,
where
there's
a
lot
of
drainage
issues
where
this
actually
floods,
I
think
pretty
much
every
time
it
rains
and
home
base
is
really
tucked
into
the
southwest
corner
here
and
we're
potentially
going
to
relocate
this
to
make
some
more
space
for
spectator
seating
in
the
team
areas.
B
All
this
backstop
and
the
fencing
is
is
very
well
worn
out
and
needs
full
replacement,
including
the
team
areas,
all
the
Aging
fencing.
That's
along
the
property
line:
This
is
the
non-accessible
entrance
that
we
have
here
just
kind
of
a
worn
out.
Staircase
and
the
actual
fence
line
isn't
quite
aligned
with
the
field
lines.
The
foul
lines
we
want
to
try
to
realign
those
as
well.
B
There's
a
you
know,
Outfield
fence
that
has
no
gate,
so
we're
considering
adding
a
gate
for
single
person
gate.
So
we
can
get
to
this
underutilized
area
in
the
Outfield.
B
That's
essentially
all
of
our
findings.
There.
B
C
Well,
thanks
Shane
yeah
I
mean
obviously
the
first
point
that
we
need
to
address
is
really
the
access
to
the
field,
especially
during
construction.
We're
thinking
that
the
East
First
Street
is
going
to
have
to
be
the
the
mean
action,
access
for
construction,
just
because
I
think
East,
2nd
Street's
not
going
to
work
it's
too
congested
and
the
ease
of
access
isn't
going
to
work
out.
So
we
want
to
mean
make
sure
we
maintain
that
access
and
then
also
during
construction.
We
want
to.
C
We
talked
about
possibly
moving
shifting
over
the
field
slightly.
So
then
we
can
kind
of
get
a
little
bit
of
room
as
Shane
mentioned
for
the
team
areas,
and
then
that'll
also
give
us
some
extra
access
along
in
between
the
the
basketball
courts
in
the
field
too.
C
So
and
obviously,
when
we
were
out
there,
it
was
super
dry.
We
were
out
there
in
August
or
even
Late
July,
and
obviously
we
didn't
have
any
any
water.
So
everything
was
browned
out,
but
you
can
tell
that
the
field
definitely
needs
some
irrigation
and
and
then,
as
she
had
mentioned,
with
the
irrigation,
we
also
want
to
make
sure
we
kind
of
once
we
get
the
survey
back.
C
C
C
C
And
as
we
mentioned,
we
did
want
to
shift
over
the
fields
for
a
couple
reasons,
but
one
of
them
is
really
to
kind
of
allow
for
a
team
area
to
have
a
little
bit
more
room
on
both
sides
on
both
the
first
base
and
the
third
base
side.
And
then
we
wanted
to
make
sure
there's.
You
know
we
provide
some
new
spectator
seating
as
well.
C
So
if
we
shift
over
the
field,
we'll
we'll
go
over
in
the
next
couple,
slides,
but
also
we
want
to
kind
of
move
the
the
team
areas
up
the
lines,
a
little
bit
more
and
and
possibly
flip
them
to
to
put
the
spectator
seating
towards
the
backstop
area.
C
And
that
way
we
can
kind
of
separate
out
the
spectators
from
the
teams
on
themselves
too.
There
is
an
old
drinking
fountain
out
there.
We
want
to
replace
it
with
a
new
bottle,
so
it'll
bottle
fill
station
and
that's
pretty
self-explanatory.
The.
D
C
New,
the
existing
fencing
out
there,
especially
along
East,
Second
Street,
is,
is
in
pretty
poor
shape,
so
we're
going
to,
let's
see
replacing
that.
C
Mentioned
it
is
pretty
tall
so
and
it
against
that
existing
wall,
so
I
think
just
some
thought
needs
to
be
put
into
how
we're
going
to
address
that
there's
the
concrete
wall.
You
know
if
if
budget
allows
that's
one
of
the
things,
if
we
can
repair
that
wall
there
and
then
there's
this
kind
of
space
up
in
the
corner
up
here,
and
we
were
talking
about
popping
the
batting
cage
both
end
area
up
here,
because
there
is
so
much
wasted
space
up.
D
C
And
and
then
we'll
go
over
a
couple,
other
options
that
we
have
to
that
we
were
thinking
about
for
the
bullpen
areas
too,
so
Shane
next
slide.
C
So
this
is
just
some
examples
if
you
go
back
a
little
more
to
the
field,
just
some
examples
of
Mrs
Smith's
playground
over
in
Austin.
So
this
is
one
that
Shane
has
completed.
It's
actually
three
Fields.
So
it's
it's,
this
Little
League
field
and
then
softball
fields
too.
But
this
example
of
like
what
the
backstop
would
look
like.
C
It'd
be
a
higher
back
stuff
than
we
have
out
there
now
and
then
the
overhang
would
be
would
go
out
a
little
bit
more
than
what
you
have
out
there
now
most
likely
and
then
we'd
have
shade
structures
or
we're
going
to
propose
shade
structures
out
there
at
the
two
areas
and
then
fenced
in
around
the
perimeter
of
the
the
two
areas
too
and
then
on
the
Outfield.
C
You
can't
really
see
it
in
this
photo
very
well,
but
we'd
like
to
have
something
like
a
fence
guard
that
yellow
fence
cap
out
there
and
that's
really
for
safety
and
then
also
just
a
visual
for
seeing
where
the
fence,
actually
the
top
of
the
fence,
is
but
yeah.
It
would
be
very
similar
to
what
this
field
layout
looks
like
Shane.
If
you
want
to
go
to
the
next
one.
C
Just
kind
of
some
close-up
images
of
some
examples.
These
aren't
necessarily
at
Smith,
but
you
know,
obviously
we
need
new
backstop.
We
need
new
bleachers.
C
I
would
probably
want
to
run
it
by
the
community
to
see
what
the
need
is
for,
like
a
five-year-old
bleacher
or
a
three-row
bleacher,
to
see
how
many
people
actually
do
attend
the
event
and
then
also
to
see
if
you
would
want
to
and
one
on
one
side
if
the
backstop
and
everyone
on
the
other
side
too,
depending
on
the
need
of
how
many
spec
it
is
going
to
be
there
and
then
just
another
example
of
a
shade
structure
and
in
this
batting
cage
off
to
the
right.
C
Usually
we
do
now
we
do
a
batting
cage
with
a
fence
around
it.
So
so
it's
just
a
little
bit
more
durable
at
the
base
to
for
maintenance.
Next
slide.
C
Yeah,
so
that's
kind
of
wraps
it
up
for
the
discussion,
so
then
we'll
kind
of
wanted
to
go
over.
You
know
any
questions
people
had.
We
do
have
another
file
that
we
wanted
to
kind
of
go
over
to
see.
If
there's
any,
you
know
it's
a
more
interactive
file
that
we
can
kind
of
talk
to
as
we're
we're
having
questions
and
answers.
C
The
bullpen
or
you
know,
additional
trees
if
there's
a
need
for
that
or
whatever.
A
Thanks
guys-
and
you
all
have
been
very
quiet
tonight,
so
there's
been
no
comments
in
the
in
the
chat
or
anything.
I
have
posted
the
project
webpage,
though
so
feel
free
to
go.
To
that.
A
Do
you
guys
want
to
go
ahead
and
pull
open
that
Interactive
file
and
we
can
have
that
ready
to
go,
but
at
this
point,
if
people
want
to
start
raising
their
hands,
we
cannot
call
on
you.
You
can
weigh
in
on
on
the
site,
analysis
and
some
of
the
proposed
features
at
this
point
and
then
we'll
work
on
more
of
the
spatial
configuration
of
where
we're
proposing
those.
H
Can
you
hear
me
yep,
yep
yeah,
all
right?
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Everyone,
thanks,
neighbor
hosting
and
for
the
presentation
as
well
a
couple
initial
reactions
to
some
of
the
things
that
you
brought
up.
I
think
as
far
as
seeding
goes
for
spectators.
If,
if
there
is
enough
room
or
a
way
that
we
can
have
spectator
sitting
on
both
sides,
I
think
that
would
be
helpful.
H
C
H
Just
make
sure
we
have
we're
considering
that
and
then
the
other
point
is
about
the
batting
cage
that
you
already
answered
it,
but
definitely
want
to
have
a
fence
around
that,
because
we
don't
want
the
nuts
to
be
damaged
if
I
know
I'm
just
walking
by
sister
but
yeah
I.
Think
in
general,
all
the
ideas
you
have
you
know
I
think
it'd
be
great
for
the
field
I
like
the
grass
and
field
idea.
I
think
that
would
be
not
only
practical,
but
it'll.
H
Look
a
lot
better
and
you
know
I
think
all
the
improvements
we
discussed
there
would
be
excellent
Improvement
to
the
area.
A
D
I
Hi
guys
yeah,
thank
you
and
that
looks.
The
plan
looks
great
I.
Think
it's
going
to
be
a
vast,
Improvement
or
obviously
over
what
we
have
now.
So
thank
you
for
going
through
all
that
I
think.
You
know.
My
only
comment
would
be
as
long
as
the
the
and
it
forgive
me
if
it
was
addressed
that
was
on
the
phone
and
then
I
switched,
but
as
long
as
he
acts
the
one
point
of
pain
for
me
personally
and
I.
I
Think
for
others
as
well
is
the
access
kind
of
where
that
backstop
is
where
the
staircase
comes
down
and
I
know
that
maybe
off
it
looks
like
it
may
be
out
of
the
scope
of
the
project.
But
that
would
be
the
one
thing
that
I
think
needs
to
be
addressed.
Is
you
know
just
improved
access
from
that
side
of
the
field
other
than
that
I
am
in
full
support,
I
love!
It
thank.
A
You
great
thanks
Neil
one
thing:
I
do
want
to
know
where
the
CPA
funding
is
designated
specifically
for
the
Little
League
field.
I,
don't
want
to
say
that
it
does
not
include
access
to
it
because
it
certainly
does.
A
But
what
we're
going
to
look
to
is
make
sure
that
money's
going
towards
the
field.
If
there's
extra
money,
we're
going
to
be
trying
to
address
those
periphery
items
as
much
as
possible
as
well
yeah,
Kathleen
I,
think
I
saw
you
next.
E
All
right,
thank
you.
Nate
thanks
everybody.
This
looks
great
I
live
on
the
corner
and
in
second
I've
lived
here
most
of
my
life
I'm,
a
huge
fan
of
South
Boston,
Little,
League
I've
played
on
that
field
myself
years
ago.
Our
one
problem
with
the
with
the
field
is
the
bleachers
on
the
weekends
is
a
is
a
Haven
for,
unfortunately,
for
teenagers,
drinking
and
lots
of
litter,
so
my
only
request
would
be
if
you're
relocating
the
bleachers.
E
If
you
can
can
consider
lighting
or
at
least
take
a
look
at
how
the
field
looks
at
night,
when
the
softball
field
lights
are
off,
because
we
unfortunately
have
problems
here
on
the
weekends
with
that.
So
if
you
are
moving
any
bleachers
to
Second
Street
or
if
you're
doing
any
lighting
work
whatsoever
have
funding
for
it,
it
would
be
appreciated
because
we
we
have
to
go
out
there
pretty
frequently
to
speak
to
the
kids
and
pick
up
litter
on
the
weekends.
Unfortunately,
so
otherwise
it
looks
great
it's
going
to
be
an
awesome
project.
A
Ask
a
follow-up:
I
think
you
can
still
on
meal.
If
it
was
on
the
the
the
Second
Street
side,
there
is
a
street
pool
right
there
do
you
feel
like
that,
would
cast
enough
light
to
have
to
click
on
mute
because
there
you
go.
A
Do
you
think
that
would
help
as
long
as
we
can
position
that
close
that
that
might
alleviate
that
problem?
It.
E
May
it
depends
if
you're
going
to
have
two
sets
of
bleachers,
which
I
know
for
for
the
folks
playing
in
the
games
would
be
great
for
the
parents
and
the
kids
to
have
both
sets
of
bleachers.
E
The
lighting
right
now
on
the
street
pole
that
you
mentioned
would
be
fine
for
the
Second
Street
set
I'm,
not
sure
it
would
be
fine
for
the
the
set
that's
on
the
third
Baseline,
because
right
now,
I
don't
know
if
it
was
the
park
parks
department
recently,
maybe
two
three
years
ago
added
a
light
on
that
old
bath
house
and
that
really
doesn't
do
much
it
doesn't
you.
A
E
Kids
at
all
so
and
I
feel
bad,
because
obviously
I
grew
up
here
and
you
know
I've
hung
out
in
the
park
myself,
but
it
is
a
burden
on
the
Neighbors
on
the
weekends.
Once
it's
not,
you
know
athletic
related,
it's
it's
overnight.
It's
dark
and
especially
when
the
softball
lights
go
out,
it
does.
It
does
get
pretty
dark
over
there
and
very
unfortunately,
very
loud
sure.
A
J
Looks
this
looks
amazing
and
you
know
thank
you
for
this
presentation.
I'm
sorry
I've
jumped
on
a
couple
minutes
late,
so
this
may
have
already
been
covered,
but
I
just
had
a
question
regarding
kind
of
access
to
the
field
and
whether
it
will
be
lockable
I.
Think
one
thing:
we've
had
a
pretty
frequent
problem
with
is
people
bringing
their
dogs
onto
the
field
and
I'm
just
not
sure
what
that
would
have
been
brought
up
or
what
the
plan
is
for
that.
A
That's
a
good
point:
it
had
not
been
brought
brought
up
and
one
of
the
things
we
have
and
I
can
tell
you
from
personal
experiences.
Even
when
they're
lockable
people
tend
I've
seen
people
right
put
their
dog
over
the
fence,
let
their
dog
run
around
actually
I
have
a
great
story
about
this
field.
A
When
when
Chris
Cook
was
commissioner-
and
we
did
our
first
site
visit
out
there
several
years
ago,
there
was
a
woman
out
in
the
Outfield
running
having
her
dog
run
around
and
he
walks
over
to
her
and
he's
just
you
know:
ma'am,
you
have
to
have
your
dog
at
least
on
a
leash,
but
it
was
and
out
in
the
Triangle
piece,
and
he
turns
around
he's
coming
back
and
the
woman
clicked
the
leash
on
the
dog.
But
then
let
the
dog
run
dragging
the
leash
around
and
was
like
well
technically.
A
She
did
put
it
on
leash.
She
just
isn't
holding
the
leash.
So
one
of
the
things
we've
we've
had
is
an
issue
is
the
more
fencing
we
do,
the
the
more
it
invites
the
notion
that
dogs
are
protected
in
there,
especially
when
ball
games
aren't
happening.
A
So
it's
it's
a
really
hard
problem
to
solve.
We
certainly,
we
can
add
signage
of
no
dogs
allowed
on
the
ball
fields
that
doesn't
always
work.
Some
of
that's
you
know,
ideally
if
the
neighborhood
could
self-police
to
a
certain
extent,
if
you
feel
comfortable,
asking
people
not
to
have
their
dogs
on
there.
A
One
other
thing
we've
had
is
actually
reducing
fence.
Obviously,
with
the
Little
League
field,
we
still
need
that
that
Outfield
fence
around
it,
but
by
not
enclosing
it
completely
in
fencing.
So
if
you,
you
leave
the
sides
open
a
little
bit
more.
That
can
alleviate
the
the
notion
that
dogs
can
run
free.
A
However,
this
particular
location
is
very
tough
to
do
that,
because
you
have
a
street
on
one
side
and
then
you
have
you
know
the
basketball
court
and
everything,
but
we
can
certainly
look
into
ways
we
can
try
and
help
mitigate
that
I
can't
make
any
promises
that
it
will
eliminate
it
so
and
yeah.
Thank
you
good
point.
So
and
then
William
I
see
your
comment
in
the
chat
so
I'm
going
to
try
and
find
you
and
on
give
you
you.
F
F
F
You're
going
to
handle
it,
but
you
got
one
crew,
I,
think
that
that's
our
area
and
we
use
the
we
call
them
the
red
shirts
around
here.
Maybe
you
guys
can
consider
Hiram
in
February
instead
of
July,
and
that
way
you
can
have
them
to
help
out.
You
know
around
the
fields,
because
the
maintenance
of
these
fields
is
is
key.
This
field
always
had
bad
drainage,
as
you
could
see,
you've
seen
the
sores
in
the
plane
area,
which
made
it
unsafe
right.
F
The
dogs
get
in
that
field
and
they
they
make
a
lot
of
holes.
You
know
we
police
it.
Cannon
is
right
across
the
street
sheet
police,
it
you
know
and
the
rest
of
the
volunteers
police
it
maybe
do
a
class
on
showing
everybody
how
to
properly.
You
know
maintain
the
field
if
we
have
to
help
out
yeah.
You.
F
F
Just
here
to
like
you
know,
go
out
to
the
west
and
you
know
pass
you
somewhere
and
eventually,
but
I'm
not
going
to
leave
I'm
going
to
you
know,
guide
them
as
much
as
I
can
and
assist
if
I
can
anywhere.
But
what,
whatever
you
guys
need
from
me.
That's
you
know
giving
me
a
shout
I.
Also
wanna
I'll
talk
to
Mr
Foley
yeah
about
his.
You
know:
Thomas
C
Foley.
There
was
a
sign
there
before
you
guys
never
replaced
it.
We've
asked
a
few
times
to
have
it
put
back
up,
but.
F
Should
yeah
that's
been
down
a
few
years?
Okay
and
all
right,
you
know,
I,
don't
know
what
type
of
infield
mix
plans
you
have
I'm
sure
that's
for
another
meeting.
D
A
Thanks
Josh,
do
you
want
to
speak
to
the
infield
infield
play
that
you
would
be
proposing.
C
Yeah
it'd
probably
be
the
dirt
Edge
classic,
which
is
a
common
one
used
in
municipalities
now.
So
it's
it's
I'm,
not
sure.
What's
out
there
right
now
to.
C
But
it's
you
know
it's
pretty.
It's
a
really
good
product
requires
a
lot
less
maintenance
than
the
older
infield
mixes.
A
Yeah
yeah
and
that's
we've
been
switching
to
that
more.
It
has
a
slightly
less
clay
content
than
than
the
traditional
Dura
Edge
that
we've
seen
right.
William.
A
A
So
it's
very
similar,
but
we
we've
seen
much
better
success
in
the
ability
to
maintain
that
yeah.
Okay,
thank
you
William!
Thank
you
for
all
the
the
work
you've
done
out
there
and
and
the
knowledge
you
bring
to
this
field
so
appreciate
you
being
here
thanks.
F
A
All
right,
I'm,
just
gonna,
quickly
jump
back
to
the
chat
Joe
seconds
that
I
that
needing
more
signage
and
then
Jonathan
mentioned
having
higher
fences
just
like
at
Evans
field
and
then
Joe
comments.
There's
a
there's
one
on
the
backstop,
so
I
think
we
would
be
looking
at
a
higher
fence
along
the
street
Edge,
and
then
there
is
a
bit
higher
of
a
standard
fence
that
we
typically
have
along
third
Baseline
as
well.
A
So
I
don't
see
any
other
hands
up
at
this
point.
So
what
I'm
gonna
have
Shane
and
Josh
do
the
file
they
have
up
here
on
the
screen
right
now,
if
you
see
on
the
bottom
of
the
page,
it
has
has
little
little
keys
and
they're
able
to
pick
those
up
and
move
those
around
on
this
on
the
screen.
So
they
can
put
those
in
certain
locations
that
we
can
discuss
kind
of
the
the
the
either
the
desire
to
have
these
features
in
those
or
reasons
why
we
may
not.
A
So
this
is
again
we
want
to
keep
the
interaction
and
the
conversation
going
with
you
all
so
they're
going
to
start
to
play
around
with
the
design
and-
and
you
guys
can
give
feedback
on
what
you
think
works
best
for
the
community
and
also
the
Little
League.
So
do
you
guys
want
to
start
all
right
moving.
D
C
So
you
know,
first
off,
we've
moved
the
team
areas
down
the
line,
a
little
bit
down
first
and
third,
so
they're
almost
centered
on
first
base
in
in
third
base,
and
that
gives
you
a
little
bit
of
breathing
room
for
the
spectators
if
they
were
to
be
right
behind
the
backstop
I
think
to
I
think
also.
This
bleacher
is
kind
of
being
towards
the
street
a
little
bit
more,
maybe
to
address
the
security
issues
that
might
help
out,
because
you
know
we
do
have
street
lights
out
there.
C
It's
not
going
to
be
in
necessarily
behind
the
building,
so
I
think
that
might
help
out
in
terms
of
the
people
hanging
out
at
the
bleachers,
the
size
of
the
bleacher
rectangle
that
we're
showing
right
now
is
three
row
bleachers,
so
that
usually
holds
about
33
Spectators,
so
we're
showing
it
on
both
the
first
and
third
base
side
and
the
way
we
kind
of
are
able
to
fit
this.
In.
C
Like
I
said
I
mentioned
earlier,
we
basically
moved
the
field
to
the
north
a
little
bit
and
then
also
to
the
east
a
little
bit
too.
C
So
then,
that
kind
of
gives
a
little
bit
of
a
buffer
from
the
field
I
mean
from
the
from
the
Second
Street
East,
2nd
Street
and
then
also
from
the
basketball
courts
a
little
bit
too
and
then
the
team
areas
themselves.
You
know
we
were
proposing
to
have
like
I,
showed
before
the
fencing,
with
the
shade
structure
and
obviously
benching
benches
permanent
benches
inside
there
on
this
particular
option.
We
were
thinking
the
batting
cage.
Both
then
go
along
East,
2nd
Street.
C
There
is
a
lot
of
real
estate
up
in
the
north
east
corner
too
in
that
triangle.
So
that's
another
option
too,
but
I
think
this
is
you
know
we
can
kind
of
play
around
and
see.
C
You
know
what
you
what
you
everyone
kind
of
would
prefer
to,
because
obviously
that's
kind
of
the
the
only
component.
That's
really
new
for
this
facility
and
that's
going
to
kind
of
you
know
we
have
the
ability
to
kind
of
move
around
to,
because
everything
else
is
pretty
much
going
to
be.
You
know,
staying
in
the
same
location
generally
so
yeah,
and
then
we
added
some
trees
as
well,
especially
in
that
triangle
area.
C
We
wanted
to
get
some
shade
out
there
and
kind
of
fill
it
in
a
little
bit,
and
then
we
do
have
some
some
trees
along
the
behind
the
backstop
as
well
and
along
East,
2nd
Street,
so
yeah.
We
just
want
to
kind
of
get
your
reaction
on.
You
know
some
simple,
simple
changes.
C
C
But
you
know
if
people
want
to
see
what
it
looks
like
for
an
area
that
kind
of
moves
towards
home
weight
at
all
or
I,
wouldn't
really
move
it
down
the
line
any
more
than
it
is
towards
the
Outfield
I
think
where
it
is
probably
the
furthest
you
want
it
away
and
then
also
you
know.
This
just
gives
us
that
buffer,
like
I
mentioned
before
for
the
between
the
spectators.
A
A
And
then
I
Neil
made
a
comment
that
he
likes
the
batting
cage
where,
where
you
have
it
with
lots
of
space
there
does
anybody
else
have
comments,
thoughts
that
you
want
to
make
about
this
again.
All
of
these
pieces
are
movable
so
F.
If
you
want
us
to
adjust
things,
we're
more
than
happy
to
do
that,
we
can
kind
of
play
out
the
scenarios
on
all
of
that.
A
So
if
you
you
want
to
make
any
comments
there,
we
go
I
see
Joe
I'm
gonna.
There
you
go,
you
can
unmute.
H
Thanks
guys,
I
think
this
is
this
is
helpful,
so
with
the
the
way
that
we're
moving
the
infield
out
is
there
enough
space?
My
only
concern
with
putting
the
batting
cage
there
on
the
Second
Street
side
is
that
it's
going
to
be
crowded
and
too
close
to
the
field.
H
So
it's
almost
going
to
be
in
play
so
that
my
initial
you
know
and
see,
be
that
the
batting
cage
would
be
in
that
triangle
area
in
the
Outfield,
so
that
it's
not
kind
of
taking
playing
space
available,
taking
away
playing
playing
space.
C
I'm
just
looking
at
this,
it's
probably
about
20
feet
between
follow
line
and
the
batting
cage-
and
this
is
all
graphical
it
is
this,
isn't
in
AutoCAD.
Yet
so
I
don't
have
a
an
actual
scale,
but
yeah.
Just
looking
at
that
scales
about
22.
A
C
Because
we
had
so
much
space
on
that
first
Baseline
and
we
kind
of
we
noticed
the
field
over
to
these,
but
we
also
kind
of
tweaked
and
reoriented
it
slightly
down.
C
That
gave
us
a
little
bit
of
more
Breathing
Room
between
the
basketball
court
and
the
foul
line
you
can
kind
of
see
in
the
aerial.
Well,
it's
really
tough
to
see,
but
you
could
see
the
existing
funnel
line.
Almost
the
three
speed
or
some
of
that
basketball
course.
D
D
C
Feet
or
whatever
it
is
looks
like
it
could
be
more
generous,
but
for
at
least
yeah
you
can
kind
of
see
that
white
line
under
there.
H
I
think
the
shift
in
general
looks
great.
I
think
that'll
be
provide
a
lot
more
space
I'm
just
wondering
if
that's
the
best
use
is
to
put
the
batting
cage
there,
given
that
we
have
all
that
area
in
the
Outfield,
it's
not
really
being
used.
So
even
for,
like
kids
warming
up
before
the
game
and
stuff.
H
That's
why
I
would
suppose
that.
So
we
try
to
find
a
spot
in
the
Outfield.
D
H
C
C
A
little
bit
it
would
be
a
combination
right
now
we're
just
showing
use
for
one
batter
or
one,
but
you
know
if
we
do
if
we
moved
it
out
to
the
Outfield.
We'd
have
more
room
to
double.
If
we
wanted
to.
A
D
A
A
Just
Neil
made
a
comment
about
that
back
triangular
space
and
and
the
ability
to
utilize
that
for
extra
practice,
Yeah
right
and
then
there
also
was
the
comment
that
Spectators
often
will
stand
along
that
East,
2nd
Street
Edge,
so
adding
a
batting
cage
and
everything
there
becomes
a
bit
of
an
instruction
for
from
any
Spectators.
On
that,
that's
a
good
point
and
Mike
I
see
your
hand
up.
So
sorry,
I
was
going
through
the
comments,
but
you
can
unmute
yourself
as
well.
J
Oh
yeah,
you
actually
yeah.
That
was
not
to
beat
a
dead
horse
here,
but
that's
exactly
what
I
was
thinking.
It's
just
that
just
visually.
You
know
if
you
have
a
batting
cage
or
a
bullpen
right
along
that
space.
I
think
it
just
is
going
to
kind
of
block
the
the
look
and
block
kind
of
you
know
the
way
you
can
see
into
the
field
for
me.
J
Second,
so
to
me,
just
with
so
much
Dead
Space
out
there
in
the
northeast
corner,
it
seems
it
seems,
like
that's
the
most
effective
use
of
that
space
is
to
to
utilize
that,
for
this.
C
A
F
Thank
you
guys,
I,
like
personally
the
batting
Cajun
bullpens
out
in
the
Outfield.
You
know,
area
I,
think
it's
safer,
I
think
it's
netting
is
a
little
bit
I,
don't
know
how
the
maintenance
on
that
is.
We
used
to
have
that
down
Evans
field
and
it
wasn't
properly
maintained
and
it
got
beat
up
from
all
the
misuse.
So
that's
a
big
concern.
F
I
mean
some
of
the
other
towns
have
fenced
in
batting
cages
and
they
seem
to
work
pretty
good.
The
other
question
I
have:
will
you
there'd
be
space
out
in
that
Outfield
area
where
the
boot
pins
are,
if
you
do
put
them
there
for
storage
for
maintenance
equipment
that
we
can
use
and
bases
and
stuff
like
that,
like
a
shed
a
lot
of.
A
Yeah
we
we
don't
currently
have
that
in
the
plan,
but
there's
we
can
look
into
providing
storage.
We've
done
that
on
other
fields
as
well.
So
we
could
certainly
look
into
doing
that
same
thing.
F
F
A
You
thank
you
and
Luanne.
G
Hi,
can
you
hear
me?
Yes,
yes,
okay,
great,
my
name
is
Luanne
O'connor
I'm,
the
president
of
the
city,
Point
neighborhood
association,
where
this
field
lies,
so
we've
been
working
with
Joe
since
he
first
came
up
with
this
concept,
so
congratulations
I'm
glad
that
it's
coming
to
fruition
I
like
the
slide
that
is
currently
there
I
like
the
batting
cages
along
that
did
space
out
there,
because
the
concern
is
now.
That's
also
become
a
quasi
dog
park
as
well,
but
I'd
also
like
to
see.
G
You
said
that
it's
only
set
up
for
one
batter
for
the
Batting
Cage
in
the
bullpen.
Is
there
any
way
that
that
could
be
fenced
in
and
set
up
for
at
least
two,
because
when
you're
playing
a
game,
you
want
both
pictures
for
both
teams?
Warming
up.
So
if
we
could
expand
that,
that
would
be
great
and
the
other
thing
that
I
wanted
to.
Second
was
what
Billy
was
saying
insofar
as
having
storage
for
the
equipment
down
at
Evans
field.
G
It's
a
big
trailer,
maybe
put
some
sort
of
storage
there,
but
come
back
to
the
community
to
see
what
that
would
look
like
to
make
sure
that
it
fits
in
with
the
surrounding
Community,
but
I
think
it's
great.
So
what
do
you
think?
Can
we
increase
that
one
matter
to
two
of
the
bullpen
yeah?
That
should
be
an
issue:
okay
and
then
the
storage,
so
that
would
be
great,
and
that
is
true.
G
Parents,
younger
children,
that
are
there
watching
their
brothers
and
sisters
play
on
the
field
do
occupy
that
he's.
Second
Street
side
walk.
So
that's
something
to
be
aware
of,
as
well
just
for
safety
reasons.
A
I
am
currently
looking
up
a
storage
shed
that
I've
done
on
several
ball
fields
right
now.
Hopefully,
if
I
can
get
that,
it's
something
we're
trying
to
move
towards
rather
than
the
trailers
which
sometimes
those
trailers
can
be
a
bit
unsightly.
So
I'm
gonna.
Let
the
design
team
keep
talking
and
going
through
scenarios
and
I'm
going
to
try
and
find
an
image
of
that.
C
D
B
Shade
trees
out
here
from
anybody,
you
know,
there's
a
very
tall
fence
structure
along
the
property
line,
that's
obviously
guarding
the
the
buildings
adjacent
to
the
property,
but.
C
And
then
I
guess
the
the
one
question
I
would
have
for
the
bleachers
in
terms
of
how
many
people
usually
attend
the
games.
You
know
if
the
if
bleachers
or
three
rows,
we've
seen
about
33
people
give
or
take
and
also
have
the
people
on
East
2nd
Street.
Do
you
feel
there's
a
need
for
two
sets
of
those
features
or
is
just
one
enough.
G
Okay,
could
you
I
I
came
in
a
little
late
as
well?
Could
you
show
me
where
those
bleachers
would
be
because
I'm
thinking
two
sets
one
for
home
and
one
for
away.
G
Okay,
so
you've
got
them
listed
for
the
home
team,
as
well
as
the
visiting
team
right.
D
C
Too
so
they're
closer
towards
the
center,
where
we
pushed
out
the
the
proposed
team
areas
are
pushed
out
down
the
lines.
G
Okay,
I'm
going
to
let
Joe
and
Billy
talk
about.
If
that's
enough,
there
are
games
where
Dale
you
have
a
lot
of
people
showing
up,
and
then
there
are
other
games
where
you
don't
so
I'll
leave
that
to
The
Experts.
Thank
you.
C
Well,
if
you
said
seats
in
the
Outfield
asked
about
that,
yeah
I
mean
I
were
talking
about
it,
it'd
be
great.
If
we
had
extra
material
to
to
make
a
a
landform
up
here,
but
I,
don't
I,
don't
think
we
have
the
additional.
C
That
would
be
more
of
an
informal
seating
area,
but
it
would
be
pretty
cool
to
just
to
kind
of
sit
up
on
top
of
a
hill
basically
and
watch
the
game
from
out
there,
because
I'm
sure
people
sit
out
in
the
Outfield
or
Stand
Out
Feel
fence
too,
and
watch
some
reviews.
D
A
Shane
I
am
sending
you
I,
don't
know
what
the
best
way
to
do.
This
I
just
sent
in
an
email,
a
couple
images
since
you're
sharing
of
different
storage
containers
that
we've
been
using,
which
I
think
are
much
more
aesthetically
pleasing
to
use
in
communities.
So,
if
you're
able
to
find
those.
A
That
building
has
some
issues
I'm
still
working
on
trying
to
get
that
in
the
capital
budget
to
rehabilitate
but
I.
Think
at
this
point,
we'd
be
looking
to
do
a
dedicated
storage
for
for
the
Little
League
field
here.
A
So
when
that
pulls
up,
Shane
can
show
exactly
kind
of
the
aesthetic
of
what
we
would
be
proposing.
The
other
thing
I
like
with
with
this
storage
oftentimes
I,
do
concrete
pads
beside
them
where
clay
can
be
stored.
It's
it's
a
lot
easier
to
have
play
storage
on
a
concrete
pad
where
it's
easier
to
maintain
in
refill
for
fixing
any
divots
or
any
holes
that
we
see
in
the
field.
A
And
Joe
asked
if
there's
room
to
do
a
fibro
bleacher
on
both
sides.
A
A
So
that's
that's
a
side.
That's
the
best.
I
could
do
looking
through
my
site
photos,
but
that's
that's
one
from
the
side
at
Fallon
field
in
East
Boston
and
you
can
see
how
we
have
the
concrete
clay,
storage
beside
it
and
then
I
apologize
to
the
other
quality
trying
to
get
a
front
shot
image
of
it.
A
A
B
B
Near
the
the
hockey
rank
yeah.
A
This
is
not
we're
not
honed
in
on
this
as
the
100
aesthetic,
but
what
we're
looking
at
is
a
bit
more
of
a
standardized
approach
to
to
for
the
community
for
these.
So
this
is
one
that
we've
been
using
quite
a
bit:
Joe
I'm
gonna.
You
can
unmute
now.
A
Yeah
Joe,
it
was
I
I,
don't
know
if
we've
had
some
internet
lag
there.
So
it's
really
hard
to
hear.
A
A
I
think
it's
Mike
had
made
a
comment
about
the
larger
capacity
bleachers
and
he
said
when
you
compare
it
to
how
many
people
to
sit
on
the
hill
and
the
bleachers
at
Evans.
Two
sets
of
three
row.
Bleachers
may
be
inadequate,
so
yeah
we
can
the
other
thing
that,
as
they
were
saying
is
we
can
look
at
some
sort
of
informal
type
seating
potentially
on
the
peripheries
as
well
that
maybe
maybe
not
necessarily
bleachers.
A
A
All
right
any
other.
F
F
These
plans
to
get
permanent
bases
like
they
have
in
Ryan
Field
in
Charlestown.
F
There's
a
spot:
they
they
we
they
place
the
bases
in
underground
and
they're
like
collapse
and.
A
A
Slave
yes
yeah
yep,
so
Josh.
Do
you
want
to
speak
to
that?
Because
I
can
tell
you
our
maintenance
struggle
with
those
because
oftentimes,
our
our
drags
will
catch.
Those
or
clay
will
get
down
into
them
and
the
bases
don't
actually
slide
into
them.
So
I've
had
some
of
our
fields
that
the
the
placement
of
that
base
can
get
pretty
out
of
skew
just
because
it's
getting
dragged
caught
on
a
drag
and
it's
all
of
a
sudden.
It's
at
an
angle,
but
Josh
can
you?
Can
you
speak
to
your
experience.
C
Yeah
I
mean
I,
guess
it
all
depends
on
the
maintenance.
It
is
pretty
typical
that
we
do
the
permanent
with
the
sleeve
bases
in
it,
but
I
definitely
have
seen
just
from
playing
baseball
and
softball.
You
know
around
the
city,
and
everything
definitely
have
seen
just
kind
of
like
our
team.
Just
throws
has
the
throw
down
bases
that
we
use,
but
I
guess
the
after
I
guess
that'd
be
sorry
to
bounce
it
back
to
you
Nate,
but
yeah.
It
might
be
more
of
a
maintenance,
an
issue.
A
Well,
I
can
Billy
I
I
can
talk
with
the
maintenance
currency,
what
their
correct.
F
A
All
right
any
other
comments,
questions
thoughts,
wait.
H
Worries
I
I
could
hear
you
all
the
whole
time
so
we're
just
catching
up,
but
before
just
to
talk
about
the
bleachers
and
just
trying
to
be
more
creative
about
seating,
which
I
think
you
guys
already
covered.
But
if
we
can
do
five
row
bleachers
or,
like
you
said,
sort
of
informal
seating
areas.
Another
part
I
think
that
makes
sense.
But
that
goes
back
to
I
think
having
the
bullpen
and
the
Outfield,
because
that
area
around
the
Second
Street.
H
A
H
A
lot
of
your
about
this
foreign,
beneficial.
A
Sure
yeah,
we'll
look
into
that
thanks
Rachel
made
a
comment
says
looks,
looks
great,
a
wonderful
refresh
in
the
community
thanks
thanks,
Rachel
Luanne
I,
see
I
think
you
can
yeah.
G
Yeah
I
just
wanted
to
add:
I
love
the
green
space
as
I
put
into
the
chat
and
the
trees.
We
just
want
to
make
sure
that
their
adequate
trees,
sometimes
the
city,
will
plant
trees
that
look
like
big
overgrown
ferns.
G
G
Are
there
any
other
designs
other
than
that
gray
box
that
we
can
take
a
look
at
so,
for
instance,
currently,
where
the
storage
in
the
bathrooms
are
it's
brick?
So,
depending
on
where
you
put
that
the
storage
area,
can
we
look
at
a
design
and
figure
out
something
collectively
versus
just
that
gray
box?
It's
kind
of
like
what
I
tell
developers
to.
A
Yeah
I
think
doing
something
more
solid,
like
a
masonry
is
one
it's
going
to
cost
exponentially
higher,
so
it
most
likely
would
not
be
a
masonry
building.
It
would
be.
It
would
be
some
sort
of
shed
type
storage
structure.
A
A
I
think
we
would
want
need
a
larger
Locker
of
some
sort,
but
we
can
certainly
work
with
you
on
an
aesthetic
that
that
that
would
be
appropriate
here.
I
think
the
one
thing
again
is
will
be
the
cost,
and-
and
you
know
we
won't
be
able
to
necessarily
do
anything
custom.
So
we
would
need
to
be
looking
for
something
that
we
can
Source.
That's
durable
enough
to
stand
up
to
public
use
and
secure
enough
to
make
sure
the
items
in
there
are
not
taken.
Okay,.
A
G
G
Because
we
definitely
do
need
that
storage,
but
we
just
want
it
to
fit
in
with
the
surrounding
neighborhoods.
So
that
just
kind
of
looks
a
little
odd
to
me.
Sure.
A
All
right,
I,
don't
see
any
other
comments
or
questions.
So
with
that
being
said,
I
think
we're
all
based
on
the
input,
we're
leaning
towards
a
design
with
the
Batting
Cage
in
the
Outfield.
We're
gonna
I'm
gonna
advise
the
designers
to
look
at
being
creative
with
seating
options
to
make
sure
we're
really
maximizing
seating
here
in
an
effort
to
continue
to
advance
this
project,
we
we
we
don't
anticipate
coming
back
for
the
actual
ball
field
layout
or
design
Luanne
per
your
comment.
A
I
could
certainly
continue
to
work
out,
reach
out
and
coordinate
with
the
neighborhood
association
on
on
storage
that
that
you
all
are
comfortable
with,
but
I
do
not
Envision
us
coming
back
for
another
community
meeting.
A
Just
that
gives
the
design
team
the
ability
to
advance
this
into
a
bid
document
that
we
can
ensure
that
we're
shovel
ready
for
the
spring
season
and
can
get
completed
next
year.
D
A
So
with
that
said,
I
think
we're
all
in
general
consensus
on
this
approach.
With
with
those
tweaks
we
had
mentioned
Shane.
Do
you
mind
pulling
up
kind
of
the
closing
slide
that
we
had
before.
A
A
As
that's
coming
up,
I
want
to
continue
to
thank
you
all
for
coming
out.
I
know
on
a
holiday
weekend
can
be
tough
with
schedules
and
everything
so
I
appreciate
you
being
here
with
us
tonight.
Christine
has
posted
in
the
chat.
The
link
to
the
project
page,
so
tonight's
meeting
will
be
the
video
of
our
meeting
will
be
posted
to
that.
A
A
PDF
of
the
presentation
will
be
posted
and
as
well
as
a
as
a
meeting
notes,
that
kind
of
encapsulate
all
of
the
discussion
will
be
posted
on
that
again
with
the
holiday.
It
might
be
a
little
delayed
but
I
anticipate
then
on
the
on
the
city
website.
By
next
week,
I
see
Bennett
O'donnell
made
a
comment.
Thank
you.
The
community
and
appreciation
appreciate
it
and
same
with
Mike,
so
the
other
thing
I
always
end.
A
All
of
my
meetings
with
is
that,
for
whatever
reason,
if
you
did
not
feel
comfortable
to
speak,
you
certainly
can
send
me
any
comments
or
suggestions.
You
had
and
I'll
make
sure
that's
incorporated
into
the
meeting
notes.
A
If
there
is
any
issues
that
are
happening
on
in
the
park
or
in
your
neighborhood,
do
not
hesitate
to
use
the
311
app
to
report
those
and
with
that
being
said,
we
have
your
contact
information
because
you
registered
tonight
so
we'll
keep
you
posted
on
as
the
project
continues
to
advance
and
there's
my
email
contact
in
in
the
chat
right
now.
So
all
right,
if
there's
nothing.
