I'm
here
requesting
PSC
approval
for
the
transfer
of
the
parcel
identified
in
the
vote
package
as
an
unnumbered
Windsor
street
parcel
in
the
South
End
neighborhood
of
Boston
from
the
Public
Works
Department
to
the
Department
of
Neighborhood
Development.
The
vote
package
includes
a
comprehensive
memo
about
the
project
and
PFC
vote
request.
I
have
also
provided
two
handouts
related
to
this
vote
request.
Would
you
displayed
on
the
screen?
The
first
image
shows
a
