The

that

to

about
the

The

found
that
the

was
a
great
example
of
civic
leadership
that
succeeded
on
many
levels.
The
city

accept
the

look

to
discussing
and
answering
any
questions
that
you
might
have
and

Department
seeks
the
ability
to

certain
portion
of
land
located
adjacent
to
Pine

in
Washington

in
the
Chinatown
district
of
the
city
of
Boston.
This
is
an
intra-city
transfer.
B
A
property

requests:
a
conveyance
to
the
Boston
Redevelopment
Authority,
doing
business
as
the
Boston

of
a
certain
portion
of
land
located
adjacent
to
Pine

in
Washington

of
the
city
of
Boston.
The

Maureen
if
you'd
present
votes

C
In
1976,
the
city
of
Boston's
public
improvements,
commission
voted
to
discontinue
a
portion
of
real
property,
known
as
Broadway
located
adjacent
Hien,

and
Washington
Street,
and
the
neighbourhood
of
the
City
of
Boston,
the
12,000
42
square
foot
property
came
into
the
care
custody
management,
control
of
the
city
of
Boston's
public
works
department.
Now
the
Public
Works
Department
seeks
to
transfer
this
parcel
to
the
city
of
Boston's
public
facilities.
C
Department
PFD
requests
that
the
PF
c--'s
approval
to
convey
the
portion
of
land
to
the
Boston
Redevelopment
Authority
for
future
municipal
development
to
benefit
the
city
of
Boston.
The
Braa
is
now
in
the
process
of
ready,
readying
the
surrounding
properties
into
a
large
consolidated
parcel
that
will
be
transferred
to
the
public
facilities
Department
for
our
future
city
development.
C
Therefore,
we
request
the
first
vote
for
an
interest.

facilities
department.
In
a
second
moment,
the
city
seeks
to
convey
this
portion
of
land
to
the
Boston
Redevelopment
Authority.
For
the
nominal
fee
of
$1
for
future
development,
I
seek
the
PF
C's
approval
of
the
property
transfer
and
conveyance
and
I
look
forward
to
answering
any
of
your
questions
on
this
important
matter.
A
B
And
I
make
a
note
for
the
record
on
vote
number
3
that
the
rule
of
necessity
governs
on
this
matter
that
the
Boston
Redevelopment
Authority
doing
business
as
a
Boston,
Planning
and
Development
Agency
has
had
no
discussion
with
Commissioner
Amole
who's,
an
employee
of
the
Edic,
which
is
part
of
the
Boston
Redevelopment
Authority.
There
have
been
no
communications
with
Commissioner
Amole
before
today
and
he's
had
no
engagement
with
the
brn
or
with
PFD
or
any
representative
of
the
city
of
Boston.
Concerning
vote,
2
or
three.
Is
there
a
motion
to
approve
vote.
