Excuse

with
the

C
Morning,
commissioners,
I'm
here
for
an
accept

expend
vote
for
a
chapter,
206
state
funding,
grant
the
DND
you
applied
for
in
January
to
2020.
We
were
awarded
a
grant
in
the
amount
of
one
hundred-
ninety
thousand
nine
hundred
twenty
one
dollars
and
33
cents,
a
regional
foreclosure,
education
center.
This
is
the
thirteenth
year.
We've
been
awarded
this
a
grant
in
2020
the
division
of
banks
awarded
one
point:
five
million
one
point:
five
hundred
thousand
I'm.
C
Point:
five
million
to
support
this
foreclosure
prevention.
Dandy
was
awarded
these
funds
from
support
activities
through
the
calendar
year
2020
to
implement
foreclosure
prevention
as
a
regional
for
collegiate
Education
Health
Center
for
the
calendar
year,
the
funds
will
be
used
to
support
kirai
technical
assistance.
Our
nonprofit
partner
agencies
who
provide
foreclosure
prevention
counseling
to
Boston
homeowners.
Our
nonprofit
contractors
are
chosen
through
an
RFP
process.
These
nonprofits
varieties
provide
free
foreclosure
counseling
to
Boston
homeowners.
Our
current
nonprofit
partners
are
urban
edge,
ABCD
Matapan
Family
Service
in
East,
sac
ecumenical
Social,
Action
Committee.
C
These
funds
would
be
used
also
to
provide
marketing
for
the
program
and
staff
foreclosure
training.
In
addition,
it
this
year,
the
foreclosure
prevention
counseling
services
will
be
more
important
play
more
significant
role
in
preventing
for
homeowners
experiencing
foreclosure
with
the
current
probit
19.
Since
your
crisis,
we
expect
that
there'll
be
an
increased
demand
for
our
services
within
the
next
three
to
six
months
as
to
permit
pier
events
in
mortgage
payments
start
from
people
who
have
experienced
economic
crisis.
C
We
expected
a
high
rate
of
unemployment
and
decreased
income
as
the
economy
struggles
to
respond
to
the
Cova
19
crêpes
crisis
that
many
of
the
households
we
regularly
serve
going
to
be
greatly
impacted.
In
addition,
many
multifamily
homeowners
will
also
be
impacted
by
tenants
unable
to
pay
rents.
The
funds
from
the
division
bank
will
give
us
greater
flexibility
to
increase
funding
for
our
nonprofit
parkinson's
immediately.
We
were
better
able
to
assist
boston
homeowners,
who
may
now
face
exposure
more
colors
reduce
the
impact
of
the
Cova
19
crisis
in
2019.
C
We
have
continued
our
home
preservation
service
and
we
expect
that
that
will
also
increase
this
year,
as
people
are
struggling
to
balance
their
finest
steps
and
exposed,
and
not
necessarily
just
their
home
beautiful
mortgage
payments
in
2019
we
serve
hundred
and
five
homeowners
with
these
services
as
compared
to
thirty
six
last
year,
with
this,
funding
will
be
able
to
fund
some
of
our
contract
or
a
non-profit
partner
agency
increase
our
marketing
the
program.
We
expect
to
be
able
to
serve
minimum
150
new
clients
and
continue
at
housing
for
to
130
existing
clients
for
collision
prevention.
C
Counseling
service
provided
by
DMV
play
significant
role
in
preventing
foreclosure
to
a
Boston
homeowners.
Most
of
the
people
and
people
who
reach
out
to
us
are
the
early
stages
and
they're
at
risk
for
delinquent
and
not
yet
petition.
As
we
may
two
thousand
thirty.
First,
two
thousand
twenty.
We
have
completed
179
intakes
of
counseled.
In
addition,
fifty
for
almost
and
additionally
194

in
the
following
public
benefits:
13

units
and
3

units.
The
units
will
have
the

By

the
city

avoid
the
future
