Description
On May 8, 2023, the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) and the Boston Transportation Department (BTD) hosted a virtual meeting to share updates on transportation projects in Allston-Brighton, including transit and bike projects identified in the Allston-Brighton Mobility Plan.

C
D
Hi,
sorry
about
that,
this
is
just
running
a
couple
minutes
late
she's
at
a
meeting
for
the
Charles
River
Community
Health
Center.
So
it's
I'm
gonna,
see
if
she's
able
to
call
in
but
I'll
ask
if
she
can
hop
on
for
a
couple
minutes.
I
apologize.
E
C
All
right
that
sounds
good
thanks
Stephanie,
so
my
name
is
Joe
Blankenship
I'm,
with
the
bpda
I'm,
a
senior
Transportation
planner,
focusing
in
Alston
and
Brighton.
C
We
at
the
agency
are
very
thankful
for
the
city's
transportation
department,
inviting
us
to
join
on
tonight's
effort
and
build
this.
You
know
conversation
out
together.
Thank
you.
F
B
Hi
everyone
I'm
an
active
Transportation
planner
with
the
Boston
transportation
department
and
I'll
pass
it
on
to
Louisa.
E
G
Hi,
all
I
am
Matthew
Peterson.
He
him
I
work
for
the
Boston
transportation
department,
Transit
team
and
so
I'm
going
to
be
leading
a
breakout
room
later
on
the
Alston
Brighton
move,
Transit
Corridor
and
our
route
57
Transit
priority
Corridor
project
and
thanks
I'll
pass
it
back
to
Stephanie.
C
No,
it's
just
indicative
of
good
collaboration,
so
I'm
going
to
Breeze
through
some
of
the
next
bit
of
material
just
to
cover
the
bases
on
what
we're
talking
about
tonight.
First
thing
is
we're
going
to
do
a
little
bit
of
refresher
on
the
Alston
Brighton
Mobility
plan.
C
C
So
that's
why
we're
really
excited
to
give
that
refresher
and
then
we'll
do
some
general
updates
on
projects
in
the
neighborhood,
including
some
of
our
really
good
coordination
that
we're
doing
with
DCR,
which
stands
for
the
Department
of
Conservation
and
Recreation
Jeff
parente,
our
friend
and
colleague,
has
joined
us
tonight
as
well,
and
then
we'll
go
into
our
breakout
rooms
to
discuss
three
really
important
projects
that
are
happening
right
now
are
in
the
the
design
phase.
C
C
Another
breakout
room
is
going
to
be
the
North
Beacon
Street,
Bike
Lanes,
and
then
our
final
breakout
room
will
be
the
manship
street
and
South
Street
Bike
Lanes
breakout
room.
We
will
conclude
at
7
45
without
reconvening.
As
a
group,
there
will
be
an
opportunity
to
ask
some
quick
clarifying
questions
before
we
go
into
the
breakout
rooms,
but
there's
contact
information
for
every
individual
project
and
we
are
happy
to
follow
up
individually.
C
And
before
I
get
into
that
I
think
councilor
Braden
has
joined
us.
We're
going
to
find
you
in
the
chat
and
ask
you
to
to
say
a
few
words.
You
should
be
able
to
speak
now.
Counselor.
H
I'm
sort
of
on
a
flying
visit
I've
got
three
meetings,
sort
of
happening
at
once
here,
but
thank
you
so
much
I'm.
This
is
a
very
timely
review
of
our
Austin
Brighton
Mobility
plan.
H
I
know
we've
been
working
on
this
plan
for
since
probably
2018,
maybe
maybe
sooner
than
that,
but
it's
it's
really
an
important
conversation
to
have
given
the
incredible
increase
in
development
and
density
in
our
neighborhood
to
try
and
make
it
safe
and
efficient
for
all
modes
of
transport
and
all
the
new
new
residents
and
long-established
residents
to
get
around
our
neighborhood,
but
also
get
from
our
neighborhood
to
other
parts
of
the
city.
So
I
really
appreciate
all
the
great
work
and
look
forward
to
hearing
the
conversation
this
afternoon
this
evening.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
you
counselor,
so
that
was
a
really
good
opener
for
a
little
bit
of
a
refresher
on
the
a
b
Mobility
plan
which,
as
the
counselor
mentioned
began
in
2018,
was
adopted
by
the
bpda
board
in
May
of
2021,
and
it
really
focuses
on
providing
a
blueprint
on
how
people
are
getting
around
Alston
and
Brighton.
We
have
recommendations
on
walking,
bicycling,
Transit
and
vehicular
recommendations.
C
This
is
just
a
timeline
to
remind
folks,
it's
been
quite
a
while,
but
there
was
a
three-year
sort
of
progression
to
our
awesome
Brighton
plan,
beginning
with
our
kickoff
in
2018.
There
was
a
phase
where
we
reached
out
and
sort
of
defined
the
problems
that
existed
in
the
transportation
network
with
the
community
in
2019.
We
conducted
robust
analysis
on
those
issues
and
then
from
2020.
Until
the
final
adoption
of
the
plan,
we
made
recommendations
and
got
public
feedback
on
those
projects.
Next
slide.
C
The
main
sort
of
ethos
of
the
Olsen
bright
Mobility
plan
is
to
help
Transportation
recommendations,
address
development
impacts
and
existing
Transportation
issues.
We
have
our
grounding
in
go
Boston
2030,
which
is
the
city's
long-range
Transportation
plan,
where
we
aim
to
reduce
driving
trips
by
half
and
increase
the
amount
of
Transit
walking
and
biking
over
time.
C
C
These
are
two
examples
of
some
of
the
specific
geographical
recommendations
by
topic
that
were
made
in
the
Alston
Brighton
plan
on
the
left
side.
Of
this
slide,
you'll
note
recommendations
relative
to
Transit
improvements
that
long
purple
line
you
see
is
what
we
referred
to
as
the
Alston
Brighton
Transit
Corridor.
The
route
57
study
that
you'll
hear
a
lot
about
from
Matthew
Peterson
tonight
on
the
right
side
of
the
page
were
a
bike
Network
recommendations.
So
where
are
the
gaps
that
exist
in
the
byte
Network
and
how
can
we
advance
some
of
those
projects?
C
A
number
of
these
projects
are
being
Advanced
this
year
by
members
of
the
active
Transportation
team,
Louisa,
Hannah,
Sarah
and
Stephanie
next
slide.
Please
there's
a
number
of
ways
that
the
able
Mobility
plan
is
implemented
so
regularly
you've
seen
most
all
of
us
staff
members
and
conversations
with
the
development
community
and
the
general
public
relative
to
implementing
improvements
via
the
development
review
process.
We
also
much
like
tonight
regularly
coordinate
with
city
and
state
agencies
on
Project
delivery.
C
There
is
a
new
currently
advertised
position
at
BTD
that
will
advance
implementation
of
plans
over
the
course
of
time.
We're
really
excited
to
eventually
hire
that
position
and
then,
finally,
most
recently
we
adopted
the
Western
Avenue
Corridor
and
rezoning
Mobility
recommendations
that
continue
to
advance
the
work
set
forth
and
also
bright
Mobility
plan
next
slide.
Please
now
getting
into
some
of
the
specific
projects
just
that
we
want
to
provide
you
a
touch
point
of
information.
C
The
a
b
link
is
an
advancement
of
a
Alston
Brighton
shuttle
recommendation,
Consolidated
shuttle
recommendation
that
came
out
of
the
a
b
Mobility
plan.
C
The
goal
of
this
study,
which
has
been
underway
for
a
little
over
a
year
now,
is
to
fill
neighborhood
gaps
in
the
teas
service,
using
Boston,
Landing
sort
of
as
a
central
Hub,
and
then
to
consolidate
existing
shovel
shuttle
services
throughout
the
neighborhood
that
are
sort
of
disparate.
We
want
to
make
a
logical,
Consolidated
shuttle
service
for
everybody
to
use.
What
our
study
is
recommending
is
two
Central
routes
that
use
Boston
Landing
as
a
hub,
one
going
from
Harvard
to
Washington
Square
and
the
other
going
from
Oak
Square
to
Amery
Street
and
Coolidge
Corner.
C
The
study
is
wrapping
up
and
the
next
steps
in
the
study
are
funding
and
operational
decision
points
next
slide.
Please.
C
Another
thing
that
you
may
have
heard
about
before
is
the
Alston
square
and
Cambridge
Street
study.
This
is
a
commitment
that
came
out
of
a
development
plan
approval
for
the
Austin
Square
development
project
a
few
years
ago,
which
implements
some
of
the
recommendations
around
bike
and
transit
in
the
Olson
square
area.
C
What
we
want
to
do
is,
you
know,
basically
from
Boston
Landing
over
to
Cambridge
Street
North
Beacon
to
The.
Pike
is
really
get
a
better
sense
of
the
network.
Alternatives
in
that
area,
there's
a
lot
of
one-way
streets,
some
limitations
on
on
how
regular
movements
happen
and
conduct
an
analysis
on
those
streets
to
really
understand
what
are
the
opportunities
to
advance
bike
improvements
on
Braintree
Street
and
what
are
the
ways
that
we
can
create
a
more
multimodal
Cambridge
Street.
C
This
study
seeks
to
have
a
25
design
concept
for
review
by
the
general
public
at
some
point
this
summer
and
fall.
The
next
slide
will
show
just
a
preliminary
sort
of
high
level
sketch
as
to
what
sort
of
concepts
are
currently
underway
on
in
terms
of
evaluation,
on
Braintree
Street
and
Cambridge
Street.
So,
on
Braintree
Street,
for
example,
is
there
a
way
to
create
a
two-way
cycle
track
on
the
north
side
of
the
street?
Is
one
type
of
solution
we're
looking
at
on
Cambridge
Street?
C
Are
there
opportunities
for
bus,
Network
improvements
like
bus,
only
Lanes
during
Peak
travel
times
or
potentially
more
parts
of
the
day?
So
that's
just
one
exciting
thing
that
we're
that
we're
advancing
right
now.
The
next
slide,
please
another
geography
that
we're
looking
at
some
improvements
is
Washington
Street
at
Commonwealth
Avenue,
in
coordination
with
a
development
project
that
I
know
a
lot
of
people
on
the
call
have
heard
the
15th
Washington
Street
development.
C
We
are
looking
at
implementing
changes
on
Washington
Street
from
Corey
Street,
which
is
at
the
the
Brookline
city
limit
to
Commonwealth
Avenue.
Some
of
the
things
that
we're
looking
at
is
in
front
of
the
Washington
Street
development
itself.
You
know
enhancing
some
of
the
good
pedestrian
improvements
that
have
been
made
with
quick,
build
materials
like
Flex
posts
and
paint
and
really
sort
of
Harden
those
elements
with
more
permanent
infrastructure,
but
we
also
want
to
get
low
stress
bike
facilities
on
the
entirety
of
of
those.
C
Two
and
a
half
blocks
from
Corey
Street
to
Comm
Ave,
so
these
are
preliminary
designs
in
a
very
sort
of
rough
fashion
that
we
are
working
with
the
15,
Washington,
Street
and
BTD
transit
to
implement
as
part
of
a
a
development
review
coordination
project
more
detail
on
this
will
be
available
through
the
15
Washington
Street
development
review
process
as
well.
Next
slide:
Quarry
Road.
Thank
you
Eileen
for
that
correction.
C
The
Cleveland
Circle
improvements
project
is
another
effort
that
our
BTD
Transit
and
active
Transportation
team
are
coordinating
on.
Where
we're
looking
to
implement
improvements.
At
the
intersection
of
this
very
complicated
intersection
for
all
Road
users,
there
is
an
open
house
coming
up
on
Thursday
May
11th
from
5
to
8
pm
at
Eagles
deli
near
Cleveland
Circle,
and
we're
targeting
design
completions
for
all
Road
users,
including
bike
improvements,
Transit
improvements,
pedestrian
improvements
and
intersection.
C
Sort
of
Design
Elements
by
this
year
and
more
information
can
be,
can
be
Advanced
at
the
open
house
on
Thursday,
May,
11th
next
slide
and
we're
cognizant
that
we're
throwing
a
lot
at
everybody
tonight.
There's
a
lot
going
on
and
this
material
will
be
recorded
and
put
up
on
websites
like
my
friend
and
colleague,
Stephanie
said
earlier,
so
the
next
project,
we're
excited
to
say,
is
moving
to
implementation.
Is
the
Lincoln
Street
two-way
conversion?
C
So
this
was
a
conversation
that
began
in
the
AV
Mobility
plan
a
number
of
years
ago,
and
it's
intended
to
improve
vehicular
circulation
and
reduce
neighborhood
cut
through
traffic.
C
The
next
slide
we're
happy
to
to
say
that
through
coordination,
if
you
want
to
advance
to
the
next
slide,
please
we're
happy
to
say
that
in
coordination
with
our
partners
in
the
70
Leo
Birmingham
project
and
coordination
with
DCR
implementation
of
that
two-way
from
one
way,
Lincoln
Street
conversion
will
take
place.
This
spring
final
approvals
are
still
being
sought
from
the
development
team
from
DCR
once
those
approvals
are
are
made.
It'll
take
four
to
six
weeks
to
implement
those.
C
Those
changes
mobilized
for
implementation
of
those
changes
and
work
would
take
about
two
or
three
weeks,
but
next
slide
thanks
Stephanie.
But
that's
not
all.
That's
that's
happening
in
this
specific
geography.
Portsmouth
Street
traffic
calming
will
be
implemented
this
construction
year.
C
C
Please
there's
also
work
on
Brighton
Avenue,
where
we
have
really
good
priority
bus
lanes,
but
there's
a
number
of
challenges
that
exist
right,
so
frequent
double
parking
delays,
making
it
sort
of
complicated
for
all
Road
users,
parking
occupancy
being
at
100
or
greater
near
Harvard,
Ave
and
and
vehicles
parking
well
beyond
the
the
current
two-hour
parking
limit.
C
So
the
next
slide
are
new
Mobility
team
is
working
on
proposed
changes
on
that
stretch
of
of
Brighton
Avenue,
where
we'll
Implement,
a
combination
of
metered
parking,
15-minute,
pickup
and
drop
off
and
delivery
zones.
Some
of
the
regulations
that
we're
proposing
are
Monday
through
Saturday
8
A.M
to
8pm
metering,
for
example.
C
Likely
this
work
will
be
implemented
by
the
winter
of
2023,
so
the
end
of
this
calendar
year
or
the
beginning
of
of
of
next
calendar
year,
but
we
have
a
little
bit
more
field,
work
and
and
coordination
to
complete
before
that
it
goes
into
effect
next
slide,
please
another
aspect
of
of
work
that
you
might
notice
in
the
Harvard
ad
Municipal
lot
is
the
installation
of
EV
charging
stations
over
time,
so
obviously
increasing
access
to
EV
charging
is
something
that
is
of
Interest
Citywide,
we're
aiming
to
install
one
level,
three
DC
fast
charging
station
and
potentially
up
to
six
level,
two
EB
charging
station
plugs
by
20
by
the
end
of
this
calendar
year.
C
And
this
is
where
I
want
to
hand
it
off.
If
we
can
to
our
friend
and
colleague,
Jeff
perinte
I'm,
going
to
unmute
you-
and
we
really
do
appreciate
Jeff
your
time
in
helping
us
sort
of
Hit
the
high
level
on
some
of
the
DCR
projects
that
we
are
coordinating
in
conjunction
with
our
work
with
DCR.
So
take
it
away.
Jeff.
I
Thank
you
very
much
Joe
thank
you
Stephanie
and
everyone
from
Boston
transportation
and
Boston
playing
and
development
for
including
DCR
tonight.
As
most
of
you
know,
we
have
DCR
has
quite
a
bit
of
land
in
Brighton
and
we
have
many
projects
that
are
underway
right
now
shown
on
the
screen
here.
So
I'll
go
through
those
for
you,
starting
with
Leo
Birmingham
Parkway.
This
is
the
section
in
between
Market
Street
and
Parson
Street.
We
are
at
25
design
and
some
of
you
I
hope
had
a
chance
to
attend
our
public
meetings.
Here.
I
As
you
know,
it's
a
four-lane
Parkway
with
a
median
in
the
middle.
We
have
decided
to
reduce
those
cross-section
of
the
parkway
to
two
lanes.
Those
two
lanes,
one
lane
in
each
Direction.
Those
two
lanes
will
be
closer
to
the
turnpike
and
then
the
rest
of
the
parkway
will
be
reclaimed
into
a
multi-use
path
for
bicycles
and
joggers
and
Walkers
and
strollers,
and
then
the
rest
will
be
converted
to
to
Parkland.
I
So
that's
under
design,
as
I
said
we're
at
about
25,
and
we
should
have
a.
We
should
have
a
construction
set
that
we
can
go
to
bed
with
sometime
this
winter.
If
everything
goes
according
to
plan,
next
is
The
Herder
Park
master
plan.
This
master
plan
covers
the
entire
Park
from
the
Elliot
Bridge,
all
the
way
down
to
Western
Avenue
and,
to
the
other
end
that's
available.
Now,
if
you
type
that
into
your
Google
you'll
you'll
be
able
to
find
that
and
read
what
the
master
plan
is
again,
it's
a
master
plan.
I
So
it
is
what
we
like
to
do
with
herter
Park
I
will
say
that
the
first
element
of
the
master
plan,
which
is
redesigning
redesign
of
the
artisani
parking
lot,
which
is
many
of
you
know,
is
frequently
underwater
after
Heavy
Rain
is
is
will
be,
or
we
just
got
bids
back
last
week
for
redesign
of
the
parking
lot
and
we'll
be
awarding
that
contract
later
this
month
for
redesign.
So
it
just
covers
the
parking
lot.
That's
just
north
of
the
intersection
with
Everett
Street
and
Soldiers
Field
Road.
So
we're
excited
about
that.
I
The
Leo
Birmingham
Western
Avenue
Market
Street
part
intersection.
There
is
a
nine
million
dollar
set
of
funds
from
the
state,
and
that
is
intended
to
implement
the
2017
plan.
Recommendations
in
partnership
with
bpda
and
the
development
community
and
DCR
will
also
need
to
involve
massdot,
because
most
of
the
intersection
lies
on
top
of
their
bridge
over
the
parkway,
so
we'll
be
working
with
them.
I
That
is
that
is
getting
started
right
now
and
we're
excited
about
that
one
and
then
the
nonantum
North
Beacon
soldiersfield
Road
rotary,
which
are
which
is
called
by
some
of
the
IHOP
rotary,
which
is
on
the
western
end
of
the
Birmingham
Parkway
project
that
we
already
would
we
just
finished.
I
Writing
the
draft
design
RFP
a
request
for
proposals,
scope
of
work
for
that
project
and
once
we're
satisfied
with
the
RFP
we'll
put
that
out
to
bid
for
design,
and
we
will
get
that
awarded
and
start
designing
that
project
and
that
will
have
a
full
public
process
and
you'll
be
available.
You'll
be
event,
you'll
be
able
to
participate
in
that
completely,
as
with
all
of
our
other
projects.
Also
in
that
intersection
is
the
new
Austin
Brighton
recreational
facility,
which
will
have
a
pool.
I
Some
of
you
fondly
remember
the
old
pool
which
has
closed
and
been
raised,
but
the
new
recreation
facility
will
be
closer
to
the
river
and
will
occupy
space.
That
is
right
now
taken
up
by
part
of
the
old
rotary
and
so
both
of
these
projects
and
that
that
and
and
I
hope
that
many
of
you
have
had
a
chance
to
sit
in
on
those
meetings.
It's
a
terrific
project,
and
so
the
transportation
folks,
like
myself,
are
collaborating
with
the
facilities
Folks
at
DCR.
I
To
do
these
two
designs
roughly
in
parallel
and
so
we'll
be
coordinating
those
two
projects
so
that
they
are
built
in
a
schedule
that
makes
sense,
and
so
the
parkway
work
and
the
pool
work
will
begin
and
end
somewhat
on
a
similar
trajectory.
But
we'll
have
to
find
ways
of
staying
out
of
staying
out
of
each
other's
ways
so
that
they
can
both
get
built.
I
So
again,
full
participation
with.
I
Coordination
with
bpda,
with
Boston
transportation
and
with
the
community
for
all
the
projects
that
you
see
here,
unfortunately,
I
cannot
stay
for
the
breakout
sessions,
but
if
you
have
any
questions
about
anything
here,
that's
on
the
screen
or
anything
that
you
didn't
see
on
the
screen
tonight.
Please
write
to
us
at
massdot
parks
at
mass.gov,
and
that
will
be
forwarded
to
me
tomorrow
and
I'll
answer
your
questions
for
you
as
soon
as
they
come
in
so
again.
Thank
you
very
much
for
inviting
me.
C
Great
thank
you.
Jeff
really
appreciate
that
that
that
information,
so
the
next
slide
we
have
is
just
a
few
moments
for
clarifying
questions.
I
know
that
we
have
had
a
few
questions
in
the
chat.
I
will
try
to.
A
A
C
Yeah,
thank
you.
Eileen,
yes,
is
the
short
answer.
The
work
that
we're
advancing
at
Com
Ave
in
Washington
is
a
direct
sort
of
mitigation
effort
from
five
Washington
and
our
AB
link
shuttle
study.
C
We
are
working
with
15
Washington
and
will
hold
five
Washington
Street
to
the
agreements
that
they
made
in
their
approvals.
Thank
you.
A
All
right
a
question
for
Matt
Warfield,
with
the
curb
piece
changes
on
Brighton
Ave.
Can
you
speak
to
the
coordination
with
BTD
enforcement
hi
baby
and
if
there
will
sort
of
what
those
changes
might
mean
in
terms
of
enforcement.
J
Yeah
thanks
and
apologize
I
gotta
gotta
bring
a
friend
here
so
the
typically
when
we
install
parking
meters
enforcement
increases
just
because
the
meters
create
a
regular
route
for
Enforcement
Officers.
When
we
have
standard
like
timed
parking
like
right
now,
it's
just
two-hour
parking.
It's
a
lot
harder
to
enforce,
because
it
requires
a
enforcement
officer
to
basically
tag
a
vehicle
and
then
come
back
two
hours
or
later
to
see
if
the
vehicle's
still
there
in
order
to
ticket
it.
J
So
there
might
have
been
sort
of
what
Harvard
ad,
when
we
introduced
parking
meters,
a
lot
more
turnover
on
that
street
and
so
it'll
be
the
similar
situation
along
the
corridor
on
Brighton
Ave
and
then
bringing
more
Enforcement
Officers
into
the
neighborhood.
We
also
allow
them
to
increase
enforcement
of
the
the
you
know:
kind
of
pickup
drop
off
short-term
access
zones
as
well.
A
Eileen
I
think
your
question
about
the
bustling
on
Bright
Now
might
be
better
discussed
in
the
breakout
room
for
the
route.
57
A,
B,
Transit
Corridor
since
part
of
that
route
is
relevant
for
Brighton
Ave,
so
I'm
just
going
to
ask
that
question
to
go
there
I
think
in
terms
of
Lindsay's
question
about
learning
more
and
staying
on
top
of
updates
related
to
the
Western
Ave
Soldiers
Field,
Road,
Birmingham
Parkway
work.
The
best
place
to
go
is
to
email,
Mass,
DOT
parks
at
mass.gov.
A
And
then,
let's
see,
Steve
has
a
question
about
the
Boston
Landing
shuttles,
which
I
think
is
the
ab
link
project
if
they
will
be
operated
by
the
T.
If
they'll
accept
Charlie
cards,
if
they'll
be
free,
I
believe
from
your
update
Joe
the
answer
there
is
still
to
be
determined.
We
are
working
out
the
funding
and
the
operational
aspects
as
part
of
the
study
and
more
to
come
soon.
On
that.
A
So
another
question
from
Eileen
about
Washington
Street
from
Beacon
Street
to
Commonwealth
is
extremely
dangerous
to
pedestrians.
There
is
a
fatal
crash
on
November
or
in
November
2021
the
a
quick
build.
That's
out
there.
She
feels
is
dangerous
and
is
looking
for
coordination,
I,
think
Matthew
couldn't
or
Joe.
Could
you
please
speak
to
the
coordination
with
Brookline
and
sort
of
what
we're
looking
at
doing.
G
Yeah
I'll
say
so:
we
do
seek
to
coordinate
with
Brookline
when
we're
doing
intersection,
Improvement
projects
on
some
of
these
products.
We
haven't
gone
to
that
stage
yet
so
on
on
Washington
Street.
We
haven't
yet
approached
them
by
doing
a
competitive
Corridor,
but
it's
definitely
something
that
we're
very
aware
of
that.
If
we
make
improvements
on
our
switch
roadway,
but
it's
just
as
dangerous
down
the
street
like
we
will
still
end
up
with
not
the
same
kind
of
safety
improvements
we'd
like
to
see
for
the
whole
Corridor.
G
So
no,
it's
definitely
something
that
we
aim
to
do
and
we're
doing
in
other
places,
and
we
will
do
on
this
section
as
well.
A
Will
the
light
at
North
Beacon
be
addressed
that
it's
currently
flashing
red
only
cars
line
up
two,
sometimes
three
across
to
make
a
left
onto
Leo
Birmingham
I?
Think
you
mean
North,
I
I,
don't
think
you
mean
North,
Beacon
I
think
you
might
mean
Market
Street
to
take
a
left
onto
Leo.
C
A
Okay,
coordinated
sorry,
the
question
is
about
North
Beacon
at
Leo
Birmingham,
which
is
not
the
same
thing
as
the
intersection
at
Lincoln,
Street
I.
Think
for
that
it
would
be
great
if
you
could
please
go
to
the
North
Beacon
Street
breakout
room
so
that
you
can
talk
through
that
question
in
a
bit
more
detail
with
the
project
team,
so
that
we
can
better
understand
exactly
the
concern
and
be
able
to
plan
ahead
for
what
we
might
need
to
do
to
coordinate
on
that
traffic
signal.
A
Similarly,
there's
a
question
in
the
chat
about
Western
Ave
I'm,
going
to
ask
that
you
please
join
the
Western
Ave
breakout
room.
