►
From YouTube: Whittier, Lyndhurst, and Washington Homes Ribbon Cutting
Description
Mayor Martin J. Walsh, city and state officials, neighborhood leaders, and corporate financiers, celebrate the completion of the Whittier, Lyndhurst, and Washington Homes in Codman Square, Dorchester. This project combines the preservation of fourteen (14) affordable units with the creation of thirty (30) new affordable rental housing units.
A
A
A
Welcome
and
what
a
great
day
to
cut
the
ribbon
on
this
development
that's
been
a
long
time
in
coming.
I'm
Gayle
Lattimore,
the
executive
director
at
Kauffman
Square
in
DC
and
I'm
pleased
to
be
here
with
Mayor
Walsh.
Our
esteemed
community
members
are
supportive
funders
and
lenders
and
other
partners
to
celebrate
the
groundbreaking
of
William
Lyndhurst
Washington
we're
standing
on
the
site
of
their
two
of
four
sites
that
compose
Lydia,
Whittier,
Lyndhurst,
Washington
or
wlw.
As
we
know
it,
that's
a
44
unit,
affordable
housing
development
with
a
thousand
square
feet
of
ground
floor
commercial
space.
A
So
the
one
of
the
units
is
the
Whittier
school
right
next
door,
one
of
the
sites
this
site
and,
along
with
the
Whittier
school,
that
common
square
in
DC
served
as
turnkey
developer
of
back
in
the
mid
80s
when
it
was
owned
by
the
state.
We
now
have
developed
15
units
of
affordable
housing
in
that
school
building,
and
we
also
built
an
additional
13
units
of
housing
right
here.
Next
to
the
Whittier
school.
A
And
we're
pleased
to
have
continued
our
leadership
and
transit,
oriented
and
sustainable
development
here
at
Whittier
Lyndhurst
Washington.
This
project
is
located
just
two
blocks
from
the
relatively
new
Talbot
Ave:
stop
on
the
Fairmount
Indigo
rail
line
that
CSN
DC,
along
with
a
range
of
community
partners,
including
mayor
Walsh,
when
he
was
then
state
Rep,
Walsh
helped
and
the
four-corners
Action
Coalition
in
the
Talbot
Norfolk
Triangle,
neighbors
United
helped
fight
for
so
that
stop
was
installed
in
2012.
A
And
finally,
this
development
is
also
cited
in
one
of
only
two
flow
streets:
neighborhoods
initiatives
that
Mayor
Walsh
started
where
we're
working
with
the
Talbot
Norfolk
Triangle,
neighbors
united
in
our
eco
innovation
district
director
to
calm
traffic,
while
also
installing
green
infrastructure
and
witty
Lyndhurst
washington,
two
of
the
sites,
the
one
at
472
Washington
Street
and
the
one
at
Whittier
school
right
here
will
be
LEED,
Silver
certified
and
all
of
the
sites
will
be
Enterprise.
Green
community
certified.
So
I
want
to
thank
mayor.
Manier.
Excuse
me
who
whoa.
A
A
I
now
want
to
bring
mayor
Walsh
up
to
speak
and
then
we'll
hear
from
DHCD
our
Department
of
Housing
and
Community
Development,
as
well
as
our
construction
lender
and
our
equity
lender
at
investor,
at
Bank
of
America,
an
RBC
Capital
and
then
we'll
close
out
the
program
with
a
few
words
of
thanks
to
our
many
community
and
funding
partners,
and
then
we'll
cut
the
ribbon
and
have
refreshments.
So
mayor,
Walsh.
C
Thank
You
Gail
ma'am,
you
know
just
like
seven
hands
and
everything,
even
when
he's
not
here
he's
like
I'm
and
I'm
doing
that,
but
I
want
to
thank
you.
I
want
to
thank
the
common
Square,
neighborhood
council
and
NDC
neighbor
drama
council
for
their
great
work.
I
want
to
gain
muscle.
Holmes
was
here
still
represent
muscle
homes.
You
know
I
the
honor
of
serving
with
Russell,
and
you
know
when
he
became
a
state
representative.
You
know
we
had
a
really
strong
partnership
for
club
and
square,
not
that
the
prior
representives
weren't
great.
C
C
I
want
to
take
shell
down,
who
couldn't
be
with
us
this
morning.
I
don't
but
I
want
take
Sheila
for
her
work
time
again
and
I
see
him
in
the
back,
meg,
Regan
and
all
of
our
partners
that
made
this
possible.
Thank
you.
So
much
for
all
you've
done
all
the
other
partners,
the
financial
partners.
They
know
Bank
of
America's
here
and
thank
you
for
a
nice
homes
are
a
testament
to
this
community's
resilience
and
the
neighborhood
resilience
all
the
neighborhood
activists
in
neighborhood
people
here.
Thank
you
very
much.
C
The
sidewalks
and
I
was
like
hungrily,
not
clean,
the
sidewalks
and
D
and
deal
in
the
tunnel,
and
the
defenses
were
broken
down.
We
had
Congress
pet
shops
and
and
way
back
then
guy
Gayle
had
a
plan
and
the
neighborhood
had
a
plan
and
we
all
had
a
plan,
and
you
know
over
the
20
years
later
to
open
when
I
sit
here
and
I
look
out
nice
to
set
the
Russell.
C
C
You
know
I'm
not
going
to
go
too
much
into
the
speaking,
but
we
were
here
a
year
ago
for
the
groundbreaking
and
and
what
this?
What
is
it?
What
this
creates?
A
thousand
square
feet
of
commercial
space
cleans
up
to
form
a
gas
station
site,
improve
the
sidewalks
and
what's
going
to
happen,
is
not
just
here,
but
the
sidewalk
is
going
to
be
it's
kind
of
all
around
the
neighborhood.
When
we
work
into
fixed
sidewalks,
no
community
room
is
you
just
walked
into
the
community
room?
C
It's
a
beautiful
new
community
room
and
in
this
neighborhood
I
mean
I
know
you
have
common
square.
You
have
the
health
center,
but
right
here
you
don't
have
a
community
space.
The
TNT
has
a
space
in
their
living
room,
but
there's
a
space
now
in
the
neighborhood
that
people
can
have
a
meeting
if
they
want
have
a
meeting
without
having
to
walk
up
to
the
square
and
I
know
a
bunch
of
different
civic
associations.
Kind
of
take
credit
for
come
together.
Yet
so
is
really
going
to
be
an
opportunity
preserve
those
learn.
C
Her
site,
energy-efficient
LEED,
certified
silver
or
higher
I
want
to
thank
Gail
for
her
work
from
2014.
When
I
got
elected
on
my
transition
team,
she
was
part
of
that
team.
We
talked
about
creating
more
opportunities
for
housing.
There's
been
a
lot
of
talk
as
you
hear
about
income
inequality
and
about
not
from
preserving
and
not
creating
enough,
affordable
housing.
Well,
I
can
say
this
in
Boston
we
are.
We
watch
the
housing
plan
in
2014
to
create
53
thousand
units
of
new
housing
by
the
year
2030
almost
$41,000
units
either
built
in
construction.
C
In
the
pipeline.
We
have
120
sent
to
sent
ahead
of
the
pace
also
including
that
number
is
almost
8,000
units
of
moderate,
low-income
housing,
the
highest
in
the
history
of
the
City
of
Austin.
So
we
are
building
affordable
housing.
We
are
working
together,
I'm
working
with
our
elected
officials,
we're
working
with
the
state,
the
city
or
us
are
going
to
continue
to
work
with
the
federal
government,
try
and
get
squeezed
some
some
money
out
of
that
rock.
C
If
we
can
we'll
see
if
that
happens,
but
we're
going
to
try
so
I
just
want
to
thank
everyone
here
today.
I
want
to
thank
the
families
and
the
people
from
the
Whittier
Lyndhurst
Washington
Street
corridor.
This
is
a
model
that
we
can
use
around.
The
city
of
Boston.
I
am
really
excited
you
can
tell
about
today.
So
thank
you
for
being
here
today
and
look
forward.
Cutting
the
ribbon
and
doing
a
lot
more.
Okay
and
I
want
to
I
want
to
bring
out
I
want
to
bring
up.
C
D
The
day
all
on
lost
to
home
I
have
the
honor
and
pleasure
of
representing
part
of
Mattapan
George
mr.
Hyde
Park,
Roslyn
Dell
and
JP
Thomas,
where
a
significant
part,
and
as
the
mayor
mentioned,
we
went
through
Kaufman's.
We're
both
coincidental
is
that
after
I
rather
got
elected,
it
was
redistricting
and
TNT.
The
Neighborhood
Association
were
talking
about
literally
Marty
and
I
went
back
and
forth
about
trying
to
figure
out
TNT
worse
than
Atlanta
going.
D
Bland
and
history
want
to
blend
in
mind,
as
we
were,
advocating
with
Moran
and
ended
up
landing
still
in
Marty's
old
district,
but
in
in
Huntsville
district.
But
it
is
a
neighborhood
I
love
to
come
in
and
visit
and
to
be
a
part
of,
and
so
I'm
going
to
just
start
where
I
left
off
this
morning,
and
that
is
that
we
had
a
great
day
kicking
off
the
free
rides
on
the
Fairmont
line
and
I.
There's
no
way
them
have
this.
Many
people.
D
And
even
though
the
congressman
is
not
here,
we
want
to
thank
the
congressman,
Keolis
Darrel,
all
the
folks
who
pulled
that
together
this
morning.
It
really
is
something
that
we
should
be
proud
of.
We
from
the
beginning,
we
know
just
from
this
morning
that
we
thought
the
count
was
smaller
than
what
it
what
it
actually
was.
We
did
account
and
to
Gail's
credit
and
the
team's
credit.
She
has
been
persistent,
ma,
CDC
and
all
saying.
Listen
as
you
build
out
this
Fairmont
line,
we
cannot
have
gentrification.
D
We
must
have
affordable
housing
all
along
the
way
and,
although
sometimes
de
Lamartine
don't
think
I'm
listening
I
am
listening,
we
are
fighting
for
you
and,
and
we
work
really
at
all
levels-
a
federal
city
and
state.
There
is
really
no
division
between
us.
You
know
when
Marty
needed
some
legislation
that
we
try
to
do
last
year,
but
is
able
to
get
it
done
this
year,
just
from
some
of
his
executives
decisions
around
some
of
the
affordable
units
along
the
line
we
are
fighting
together.
D
We
want
this
neighborhood
and
the
housing
and
the
people
who
live
here
to
not
change
as
this
neighborhood
continues
to
become
stronger
and
stronger.
We
don't
want
folks
to
see
this
as
an
opportunity
to
come
in
and
really
invade
the
neighborhood
and
move
out
folks,
as
we've
seen
in
some
parts
of
the
city
and
we're
going
to
continue
to
have
this
fight
so
Gail.
Congratulations
to
the
entire
team.
Congratulations
and
we
are
next.
D
When
you
talk
about
Sheila
Dillon,
we're
next
on
Talbott
Avenue
we're
going
to
try
to
make
sure
we
get
ropers
building
done
because
of
the
fact
that
we
need
to
continue
to
move
for.
We
can't
just
continue
to
look
at
what
we
have
done,
what
we're
looking
at
what's
next-
and
there
are
a
lot
of
things
that
are
next
well
total
housing
in
this
district
and
we're
going
to
get
a
fight
for
you.
So
thank
you
and
I'll
bring
up.
D
My
great
friends
so
as
Marty
said,
does
not
need
an
introduction,
but
councillor
Campbell
has
been
absolutely
fantastic
as
a
part
of
this
team
and
we're
you
know,
I
saw
the
astroturf
and
I
can't
help,
but
to
mention
that
that
is
something
outstanding
that
all
kids
go
away
to
you.
So
all
councilor
council
camera
thanks.
E
E
In
my
second
year
of
my
first
term
and
I
always
say
it
is
an
honor
and
a
privilege
to
represent
the
residents
of
district
for
the
residents
that
are
active,
engaged
in
a
community
and
have
been,
for
decades,
probably
longer
than
I've
been
alive,
and
so
I
see
the
residents
as
a
partner
in
this
work.
I
look
forward
to
continuing
to
engage
with
them
to
hear
about
their
thoughts,
their
plans
or
ideas.
I
think
government
works
best
when
we
actually
take
what
we
hear
from
the
residents
turn
it
into
policy
and
turn
it
into
action.
E
We
need
to
make
sure
they're
at
the
table
that
they're
actually
considered
a
effective
partner
in
the
table,
but
they're
at
the
table.
I
want
to
thank
Gail
I
met
Gail
when
I
was
a
candidate
and
we
sat
down
and
we
had
coffee
when
I
was
doing
my
listening
tour.
We
talked
a
lot
about
affordable
housing
and
what
that
meant
for
a
community.
E
E
And
lastly,
I'll
say
this:
it
is
really
important
to
me
to
change.
The
narrative
of
a
community
district
floor
is
not
about
just
violence:
poverty,
income,
inequality.
It
is
about
active
civic
associations
residents
coming
together
to
push
for
farmers
markets
to
bring
healthy
food.
It
is
about
youth,
getting
engaged
in
their
community
and
showing
up
and
doing
the
work
it
is
about
building
affordable
housing.
It
is
about
building
together,
it
is
about
I'm.
Looking
around
I
see
Mike
it's
about
climate
change,
you're,
putting
these
issues
at
the
forefront
of
things
that
we
care
about.
E
It's
about
a
lot
of
different
things,
and,
frankly,
that's
what
my
residents
want
us
to
be
talking
about.
That's
frankly,
what
they
want
the
media
to
be
covering
about
our
neighborhoods.
We
are
doing
the
work,
and
so
I
will
keep
shining
a
light
on
that
work.
But
thank
you
for
this.
Thank
you
for
changing
our
community
for
the
better
and
thank
you
for
your
hard
work
and
thank
you
for
allowing
me
to
be
partner
in
the
work
Thank
You.
A
A
She
bought
volunteers
and
to
do
community
cleanup
and
some
other
work,
so
it
was
even
before
you
became
a
candidate
but
we're
thrilled
to
have
you.
Yes,
thank
you
and
I
want
to
do
a
quick,
really
do
a
segue
on
what
the
council
was
talking
about
and
kind
of
switch
up
on
the
agenda
a
bit
because
the
council
it
costs
about
residents
and
how
important
they
are,
and
all
of
this
is
about
residents
who
live
in
this
community
so
on.
A
F
G
Everybody
good
morning,
well,
all
I
have
to
say,
is
I'd
be
living
in
the
building.
I
was
living
since
2000
and
I
am
so
blessed,
because
now
how
this
new
development
and
I'd
like
to
say
thank
you
Jesus
and
I
love
you
here,
okay,
echo,
so
pledges
a
terrific
amazing
I
was
lost
for
nothing.
Thank
you.
Everybody.
B
A
Now
we
will
continue
Thank
You,
Isabel
Isabel,
very
active
in
the
community,
very
short
spoken,
but
very
active.
We
want
to
and
I
want
to
recognize
a
couple
people
soon,
but
right
now
we're
going
to
keep
on
with
the
program
and
I
want
to
bring
up
Susan
Terry,
who
is
the
assistant
undersecretary
of
Department
of
Housing
and
Community
Development
a
key
funder
in
this
project.
H
H
Projects
like
this
do
not
happen
overnight,
and
they
don't
happen
without
the
support
of
strong
partnerships
between
the
city,
mayor
Walsh,
in
the
state
in
between
our
quasi
public
agencies,
mass
housing,
c-dac
and
mass
housing
partnerships.
This
project,
in
particular
represents
the
commitment
and
hard
work
of
a
lot
of
great
people
in
neighborhood
partners.
I'm
really
happy
to
be
able
to
introduce
one
of
those
partners:
clock
Ziegler
and
mass
Housing
Partnership
MHP
work
leaps,
key
players
in
bringing
this
project
to
fruition.
Clark.
Thank
you
for
the
work
of
you
and
your
team
at
mh-6.
I
I
think
this
is
our
eighth
project.
We
financed
for
cotton
Square
and
we
hope
to
do
many
more
and
I.
Think
I
can
speak
for
all
the
state
agencies
involved
in
this
development,
saying
that
it
is
an
absolute
pleasure
working
with
Gail
and
her
team.
You
guys
are
in
clear
consummate
professionals
and,
honestly,
you
know
throughout
the
Commonwealth.
Nobody
does
it
as
well
as
you
it's
fantastic.
You
do
a
great
job
and
also
has
to
be
mentioned.
There's
a
little
bit
of
history
here.
I
Look
at
the
physical
financial
condition
of
the
property
figure
out
the
best
disposition,
and
that
resulted
in
the
process
that
led
to
the
assembly
assembly
of
this
larger
parcel,
a
larger
development,
the
rehab
of
that
property
and
I.
Think
it's
important
for
folks
to
remember.
Not
only
is
this
a
great
development
from
in
terms
of
knitting,
this
neighborhood
stronger,
but
it's
also
taking
a
nap
public
housing
app
set.
I
We
have
tens
of
thousands
of
units
of
state-funded
public
housing
in
this
Commonwealth
that
need
an
additional
investment
that
need
to
be
modernized
and
you've,
got
it
better
integrated
in
their
communities,
and
this
project
is
really
showing
the
way
to
get
that
done.
It's
a
major
asset.
It's
part
of
it's
part
of
the
way
we
would
house
folks
in
this
Commonwealth,
and
this
project
is
a
wonderful
example,
and
we
will
congratulate
the
entire
team
and
wishes
us
thanks.
A
C
J
Job
is
about,
but
you
know
on
behalf
of
all
my
colleagues
at
Bank
America
I'm
honored,
to
be
here
to
sponsor
the
company
today
and
really
I'd
like
to
congratulate
Gail
Adam
Moore,
not
only
on
this
project,
but
we've
partnered
dating
back
to
our
work
together,
all
the
way
back
to
the
financial
center
branch
that
we
did
in
the
nineteen
eighties
that
ended
up
big
going
into
the
lift
out
building.
J
So
thank
you
for
your
partnership
through
the
years
and
also
you
know
like
to
express
our
admiration
for
your
commitment
to
creating
and
preserving
housing
that
fosters
a
diverse
and
sustainable
Boston,
and
this
is
fantastic
thing
to
look
at
here
today.
You
know
Bank
of
America.
Our
purpose
from
our
CEO
dot
down
is
to
really
make
people's
financial
lives
better,
and
we
know
they
don't
that
we're
only
going
to
be
successful
and
and
part
of
a
community
if
we
can
help
that
community
grow
healthier
and
today
we
feel
like
this
is
another.
J
The
point
evidence
that
we're
doing
that
this
projects
more
than
a
roof
over
people's
heads,
I.
Think,
as
mayor
Walsh
said,
you
have
a
community
aspect
to
this:
we're
a
gathering
place
where
people
can
feel
safe.
It
can
be
a
vibrant
part
of
the
community
and
really
gathering
spot
for
all.
Like
all
of
you
today
that
are
here,
we
want
Boston
neighborhoods
to
be
safe.
We
want
them
to
be
growing
and
thriving,
with
equal
opportunity
for
all
and
we're
honored
to
play
a
small
part
in
this
development.
J
And
they're
part
of
our
community
banking
team
that
provide
over
460
million
dollars
in
debt
and
equity
investments
to
support,
affordable
housing
developments
in
Massachusetts
in
2015
and
2016.
So
we've
made
those
investments
we're
committed
to
making
more
working
with
Mayor
Walsh
and
his
administration
Governor
Baker.
We
really
want
to
go
neighborhood
by
neighborhood
and
we
consider
it
a
privilege
to
do
the
business
we
do
in
the
state
and
to
help
economies
grow
stronger,
so
Thank,
You
Gail.
Thanks
for
all
the
work
mayor,
Walsh
and
not.
A
K
Thank
You
Gail,
yes,
my
name
is
Tom
Maxwell
I'm,
a
affordable
housing,
finance
geek
and
we
I'm
with
RBC
Capital
Markets.
We
provided
the
tax
credit
equity
for
the
project.
Most
of
you
are
saying
what
the
heck
is
he
talking
about
and
that's
how
my
wife
reacts
to
it
as
well,
so
I
won't
go
on
too
much
about
that.
K
Rbc
has
provided
about
11
million
in
this
project,
we're
very
proud
of
that.
We've
got
about
400
million
across
the
state
of
Massachusetts
and
about
6
billion
in
the
US
as
a
whole,
so
we're
very
proud
of
that.
But
what
I
frankly
am
most
proud
of
is
being
part
of
the.
There
is
a
community
of
affordable
housing,
finance
geeks
in
the
Boston
area
and
eastern
Massachusetts
and
I'm
very
proud
to
be
a
part
of
that
community.
I've
been
part
of
it
for
35
years
or
so.
K
Working
with
you
know,
lenders
investors,
developers,
lawyers,
lawyers,
lawyers,
there's
plenty
of
that
going
on.
This
was
a
really
you
know
fantastically
interesting
project
from
a
finance
point
of
view,
I
think
six
buildings,
four
sites,
three
contractors
and
money
from
the
city
from
the
state
from
the
feds
and
private
money.
So
it
was
just
an
incredibly
complex
and
therefore
kind
of
fun
project
to
work
on
I
know
it's
cold,
I'm
freezing.
Thank
you.
So
much
appreciate.
A
And
of
course,
we
heard
from
RBC
Capital,
Tom,
Maxwell
and
later
on,
we'll
be
meeting
with
Craig
Wagner
of
RBC
Capital
and,
of
course,
from
Bank
of
America.
We
heard
from
Nihal
Chamberlin
and
Liz
Gruber
who's
been
like
our.
You
know
guide
forever
at
Bank
of
America
and
Rob
Terrell,
who
I
was
calling
at
3
o'clock
last
New
Year's,
Eve
I
was
holding
on
this
deal
come
on
Robin,
okay,
so
I
finally
got
to
meet
him
today
and
he
was
good
real.
A
It
was
all
via
phone,
but
it
was
a
lot
of
back-and-forth
and,
of
course,
NeighborWorks
America.
We
have
Michael
Williams
here
of
just
a
real
solid
of
support
for
us
and
they
provided
capital
also
lists
the
local
initiative
support
corporation
Bob
van
Meter
and
Mike
Davis
see
Roger
her
Herzog
Sarah
Barkin,
who
was
here
who
actually
helped
a
choir
for
72,
watching
the
street
the
sanitary
side
way
back
when
she
worked
on
the
square
in
DC.
The
life
initiative
mic'd
on
deck
is
here.
Thank
you.
A
Mike
math
development,
Marty
Jones,
mass
housing,
Tim
Sullivan
is
here.
I
saw
him
earlier.
Thank
You
max
Housing
Partnership.
We
heard
from
Clark
Ziegler,
but
Judy
Jacobson,
David,
Rockwell
and
Dennis
Leger
of
MHP
were
also
very
involved
in
this
project.
Enterprise
community
partners,
Katie
Swenson,
Alma,
Balan
and
Rosen
nella
young,
were
also
key
to
this.
Our
staff
at
Kauffman
Square
in
DC,
are
former
real
estate
development
director
who
got
this
going
mark
dino-burgers
back
there.
Thank
you.
A
I
do
not
see
our
former
project
manager
Muammar
Herman
Stein,
but
Beth
O'donnell,
who
is
our
relatively
new
real
estate
director?
Yes,
thank
you.
So
much
Dave
clearly
is
our
equation:
district
director
Marilyn
Foreman,
who
came
up
to
introduce
Isabel
as
a
lead
organizer
and
of
course
we
have
a
range
of
other
folks
here,
including
juvenile
yar
accent
manager
and
Sonia
DeRose,
who
helps
organize
this
on
the
wind
residential
side
of
humor,
thanks,
Paula
Andrews
I,
see
is
here
on
when
residential.
They
are
key
to
managing
all
of
our
properties.
A
Jim
Giusti
is
here
Brian,
keen
and
Hector
Cruz
and
all
the
maintenance
staff
has
been
just
tremendous
and
working
with
us.
Our
auditors
are
here
Ken
lund,
as
well
as
Colleen
DiFonzo,
who
are
here.
They
keep
us
all
on
track
financially
and
our
attorneys
from
Goosen
and
stores,
Aimee,
McGrath
and
Joe
Sheridan
and,
of
course,
Joe
Feaster
from
McKenzie
law.
So
thank
you
thing
just
a
couple
other
quick
things
and
we're
almost
done
on
the
clerk
of
the
work
side,
great
job
by
Janie
construction,
Gregg,
Janie,
Bob,
white
and
al
Peters.
A
Our
real
estate
development
consultant
Henry,
Joseph
I.
Don't
think
it's
here,
but
he
will
be
here
and
I
do
seem
@nz
back
there,
who
used
to
be
up
with
comments
when
DC,
who
was
a
part
of
this
project
as
well.
Our
architects
from
icon,
Steve,
Hyken
and
Mike
Dodd,
ne'er
I,
know,
I,
saw
I,
think
I
thought
Steve
here
and
from
Elton
Hampton,
architects,
Nick,
Elton
and
David
sarin,
and
then
on
the
contractor
side.
A
We
had,
as
as
Tom
mentioned,
three
general
contractors
on
this
development
of
bill
Glazer
from
landmark,
as
well
as
Ben,
Chris
and
Paul,
who
were
instrumental
on
a
day-to-day
basis,
any
I
Joe
rettman
mark
Miceli,
Brian,
Porter
and
Dan
Pope
and
northern
Andrew
Shaba
fills
Gucci
and
Chris
Yocum
and,
of
course,
on
the
mayor's
office
side,
the
advance
staff,
Emma
and
Kerry.
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
help
and
we
mentioned
the
elected
officials
who
are
here
today,
Andrea
Campbell.
