From YouTube: Quint House Celebration
Description
Mayor Janey joins the Executive Director of the Allston-Brighton Community Development Corporation (ABCDC), elected officials, and other community leaders to celebrate the acquirement of 6 Quint Ave in Allston. This building will house fourteen afforable housing units specifically for individuals in the addiction recovery process.
A
Hello,
everyone
thank
you
for
coming.
My
name
is
john
woods.
I'm
the
executive
director
of
the
austin
brighton
cdc
and
we're
very
excited
to
to
take
a
few
moments
here
and
acknowledge
the
the
acquisition
of
this
licensed
lodging
house
known
as
six
quint
avenue
that
will
eventually
become
a
home,
a
supportive
home
for
individuals
going
through
the
recovery
process.
A
Where
we're
at
the
very
beginning
of
this
process,
I
think
I
will
probably
gather
again
in
mid
2022
to
have
you
walk
through
the
the
finished
product
which
we
think
about
two
and
a
half
million
dollars
worth
of
repairs
are,
are
going
to
be
underway,
but
we
did
want
to
take
this
this
quick
moment
to
acknowledge
that
this
happened
because
of
a
partnership,
local
partnership
within
the
community.
That
can
do
some
amazing
things
when
we
all
get
together
and
that's
exactly
what
happened
here.
A
So
we
got
a
great
group
of
folks
that
will
will
come
up
and
tell
you
what
they
do
and
and
how
it
fit
they
fit
into
this.
This
exciting
project
that
will
eventually
provide
some
much
needed
housing
for
people
sort
of
graduating
through
that
recovery
process.
A
A
I'm
very
excited
that
I
have
the
opportunity
to
to
welcome
mayor
kim
janey,
who
will
start
us
off
with
some
remarks,
we're
happy
to
provide
a
the
mayor
with
a
with
a
pleasant
opportunity
to
to
come
by
the
neighborhood,
and
we
want
to
express
our
deep
gratitude
and
for
all
the
support
that
your
administration
has
given
us
as
well
as
the
team
that
is
working
for
you.
So
I
I
hand
the
podium
off
to
you.
B
Well,
thank
you
so
much
john.
I
really
appreciate
all
that
you
do,
and
certainly
thank
you
for
this
introduction.
You
know
it
is
a
pleasure
to
be
here
for
folks
who
don't
know.
My
name
is
kim
janey
and
I
have
the
honor
of
serving
as
mayor
of
this
great
city,
and
I
couldn't
be
more
pleased
to
be
with
you
this
evening
and
I
want
to
thank
the
austin
brighton
cdc
for
inviting
me.
So
thank
you
so
much.
B
B
We
also
have
counselor
liz
braden
here.
Thank
you
so
much
for
your
leadership
and
your
passion
and
your
commitment
to
this
community.
I
also
want
to
just
recognize
others.
I
know
they
may
not
be
here,
but
I
want
to
also
acknowledge
state
senator
sal
d
dominico
as
well
as
state
representative
mike
moran
and
state
representative
kevin
honan.
B
B
Connor
he's
across
the
street
connor.
I
want
to
thank
connor
for
his
commitment.
He
is
the
olsen
brighton
liaison
for
the
office,
the
mayor's
office
of
neighborhood
services.
I
want
to
thank
kate
bennett.
I
was
with
kate
earlier
today
in
charlestown.
Kate
is
doing
amazing
work,
so
thank
you
so
much.
B
Thank
you.
The
austin
brighton
cdc
has
named
housing
instability,
a
public
health
issue,
and
this
is
in
part
why
I
am
so
excited
about
the
purchase
of
six
quint
avenue,
a
licensed
lodging
house
that
will
be
renovated
and
converted
into
15
units
of
affordable
housing.
This
project
makes
me
particularly
proud,
because
14
of
the
units
will
be
made
into
permanent,
affordable,
supportive
housing
for
low-income
individuals
who
are
advancing
through
the
addiction
recovery
process.
B
As
we
all
know,
there
are
major
gaps
in
housing
in
the
housing
continuum
for
people
who
are
in
recovery,
and
today
we
know
that
this
project
will
help
fill
those
critical
gaps
with
housing
and
the
social
and
emotional
services
that
people
in
recovery
need
to
be
well
and
to
stay.
Well.
We
know
that
permanent,
supportive
housing
is
truly
needed
in
this
community
and
all
throughout
boston
in
various
neighborhoods,
and
we
will
continue
to
do
our
part
to
make
housing
for
all
who
need
it
a
reality.
B
Making
housing
affordable
for
everyone
is
the
key
to
establishing
and
maintaining
a
more
equitable
boston.
As
mayor,
I
will
continue
to
provide
affordable
housing
and
bridge
the
affordability
gap.
There
are
a
few
affordable
housing.
There
are
few
affordable
housing
opportunities
for
people
who
want
to
work
on
recovering
from
substance,
abuse
or
substance
use
in
an
independent
setting
with
stable,
affordable
housing
arrangements,
and
these
units
here
offer
an
opportunity
for
these
individuals
to
focus
on
recovery,
knowing
that
their
housing
will
be
stable.
B
A
Thank
you,
mayor,
janie,
that
that
was
wonderful.
You
know,
I'm
I'm
very
pleased
to
introduce
our
next
speaker,
our
very
own
district,
nine
city
council,
liz
braden,
I've
gotten
to
know
liz
over
the
last
couple
of
years
as
she
took
on
her
role,
and
I
can
tell
you
that
I've
been
incredibly
impressed
with
her
tenacious
efforts
to
to
create
and
preserve
affordable
housing
in
this
neighborhood.
If
you
met
liz,
you
you,
you
know
she
has
a
very
pleasant
approach
to
solving
problems
and
reaching
her
goals.
A
Those
dealings
with
her.
However,
those
people
who
do
deal
with
her
soon
learn
that
she
that,
despite
her
pleasant
demeanor,
she
remains
steadfast
in
achieving
her
goals,
including
that
objective
of
producing
more
affordable
housing
for
the
neighborhood.
I
I
can't
help
but
think
of
that.
A
That
definition
of
diplomacy
is
that
an
effective
diplomat,
it's
someone
who
can
tell
you
to
go
to
hell
and
have
you
look
forward
to
the
the
trip,
and
I
would
say
that
that
that
sort
of
fits
liz,
because
she's
been
very
effective
at
really
beating
the
hell
out
of
some
of
the
developers
to
make
sure
that
we
do
get
20
percent,
and
I
am
grateful
that
she's
doing
that.
I'm
also
extremely
grateful
for
the
behind
the
scenes
work
that
she
did
to
help
make
this
project
possible.
C
C
Thank
you
very
much,
john
and
thank
you
mayor
ginny
for
coming
out
to
celebrate
this,
and
this
is
a
a
really
important
day
to
celebrate
the
acquisition
of
six
quintav
here
in
the
heart
of
allston,
and
I
have
to
say
that
a
project
like
this
comes
to
fruition
through
a
teamwork
and
community
collaboration,
and
I
think
we,
when
it
comes
to
that
type
of
work
and
collaboration,
we're
pretty
good
at
that
here
in
in
austin
brighton,
and
it's
really
wonderful
to
see
the
the
names
of
all
these.
C
C
And
the
charles
river
community
health
center-
and
there
are
many
other
organizations
in
the
neighborhood
that
we
we
work
together.
We
try
and
strategize
about
how
we
can
improve
the
situation
for
so
many
of
our
residents
and
in
this
particular
case
the
focus
is
on
those
folks
who
are
on
the
road
in
recovery
who
formerly
homeless
and
the
housing
stability
is
a
critical
issue
to
them,
maintaining
their
sobriety
and
being
able
to
pull
their
lives
together
and
and
go
forward
in
a
positive
way.
C
C
Funding
from
the
massachusetts,
massachusetts,
housing
and
community
development,
and
also
funding
from
some
of
our
local
developers,
who
needed
to
do
some
community
mitigation,
we
we
putting
together
a
a
basket
of
funds
to
help
make
this
bring
this
to
reality.
So
we
just
managed
to
put
appropriate
some
more
aop
money
last
week
in
the
budget,
so
I'm
hoping
that
this
won't
be
the
last
building
that
we
can
acquire
and
convert
into
deeply
affordable
housing
for
those
that
most
needed
most
needed
in
our
community
and
across
the
city.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you
appreciate
it.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
So
you've
heard
from
some
of
the
the
good
folks
from
the
city
of
boston
who
have
helped
make
this
possible.
I
talk
about
those
partnerships
and
one
of
the
the
things
that
we're
blessed
with
here
in
austin
brighton
is
a
very
strong
state
delegation.
A
Both
kevin
hoenin
and
mike
moran
are
actually
at
the
state
house
now,
so
they
they
are
unable
to
make
it,
but
we're
fortunate
to
have
two
very
strong
state
senators
and
one
of
them
who's.
This
is
his
actual
district
state.
Senator
william
brownsberger
is
here,
and
I'm
very
happy
to
have
him
come
up
and
say
a
few.
D
Words
one
of
our
top
priorities
at
the
state
level,
and
we
talk
a
lot
about
this-
is
the
challenge
it
was
before
code,
but
it
was
the
top
subject
right.
It's
the
the
issue
of
opiate
addiction,
the
issue
of
recovery,
and
it
means
so
much
to
so
many
people
across
the
state,
families
who
have
lost
loved
ones
and,
of
course,
so
many
people
who
themselves
are
struggling
with
addiction,
and
we
always
we
always
know
people
in
addiction
talk
about
taking
it
one
day
at
a
time,
because
it
really
is
touch
and
go
right.
D
Am
I
going
to
make
it
through
the
day
without
changing
my
mind
and
going
in
the
wrong
direction,
and
the
challenge
for
people
with
addictions
is
to
create
us
around
themselves.
A
structure,
that's
going
to
support
them
and
keep
them
hold
their
lives
together
and
housing
is,
is
the
is
without
housing
without
a
stable
house
place
to
live
in
which
one
can
set
up
one's
routines
build
one's
life,
it's
very
very
hard
to
stay
on
the
on
the
on
the
path
to
recovery.
D
So
this
and
this
kind
of
affordable
housing
is
very
difficult
to
to
cite
and
to
build,
and
so
I'm
I
just
want
to
say
how
grateful
I
am
to
first
of
all-
let's
let's
I
don't.
I
don't
know
anybody
who
said
it
yet
to
the
cdc
itself
for
putting
this
thing
together.
You
know
the
the
it's
a
matter
of
putting
together
a
whole
lot
of
pieces
and
the
cdc
has
done
that
and
the
mayor
without
the
mayor's
leadership,
without
the
mayor's
support.
D
None
of
this
happens
so
we're
extremely
grateful
to
you,
mayor
janie,
for
your
leadership
and
support
of
this
critical
priority
for
recovery
community,
and
there
are
so
many
others
to
thank
and
have
already
been
thanked.
So
I
won't
repeat
all
those
things,
but
what
I
just
want
to
highlight
is
that
this
is
a
thing
where
people
came
together.
People
came
together
under
the
leadership
of
the
cdc
to
do
something
difficult,
so
we're
grateful
to
all
of
them.
Thank
you
again
mayor.
Thank
you
again
cdc.
Thank
you
again
to
all.
A
E
Dominico,
thank
you,
everyone
and
it's
so
great
to
go
to
my
friend
senator
brownsburg.
He
said
it
all,
so
I
can
just
say
ditto,
but
no.
This
is
great
to
be
here
with
all
of
you
tonight.
This
is
such
an
important,
critical
project
for
this
neighborhood,
and
I
want
to
stress
and
reiterate
what
senator
bronzeberger
mentioned
as
well.
This
does
not
happen
in
a
vacuum.
E
There
are
so
many
people
that
have
worked
very,
very
hard
and
collaboratively
to
make
this
a
possibility
in
this
neighborhood,
and
I
want
to
thank
you,
know
the
also
brighton
cdc,
because
they
saw
there's
a
critical
need
for
this
in
this
part
of
our
community
and
they
reached
out
to
partners
in
austin,
brighton
and
beyond,
to
make
sure
this
became
a
reality
for
this
community.
I
want
to
thank
the
mayor,
mayor
janie
as
well,
and
my
colleagues
on
the
city
council
and
in
the
state
senate.
E
That's
going
to
help
our
community
and
understand
what
the
community
needs
and
understands
how
to
put
those
resources
to
good
work,
to
help
people
in
the
community
and
the
austin
brighton
cdc
has
been
a
leader
on
doing
that
with
all
the
many
collaborators
in
this
community
doing
just
that
for
so
many
so
many
years.
So,
thank
you
very
much
for
having
me.
This
is
a
great
day
for
our
neighborhood.
Thank
you
very
much.
A
You
know
keeping
on
that
theme
of
partnerships.
One
of
the
things
I
failed
to
mention
was
that
caitlyn
and
I
first
saw
this
property
in
february
of
2020,
and
so,
if
you
do
a
quick
calculation
of
when
that
was,
it
was
right
before
the
the
shutdown
of
covet,
so
the
the
transaction,
the
actual
acquisition
of
this
property
from
the
previous
owner,
was
a
bit
of
a
bear
and
it
required
some
very
special
type
of
lender
to
help
us
make
it
work.
A
And
again
we
went
back
to
some
of
the
that
network
of
partners
that
we
have
we've
been
a
great
partner
with
the
the
folks
from
all
blue
hub
has
been
a
great
partner
for
us.
They
actually
provide
the
funding
for
the
albright
homes
program,
taking
that
harvard
money
to
to
make
it
work.
So
the
first
people
that
we
reached
out
to
were
the
folks
at
blue
hub
and
once
again
they
did
not
fail
us.
They
came
in
despite
a
lot
of
very
strange
things
happening.
They
made
it
work.
A
The
team
at
blue
hub
was
incredible.
Elizabeth
davis,
who
I
know,
is
here
mike
niles
macy
lost
samson.
Just
every
time
we
ran
into
a
problem,
they
they
got
into
the
problem
solving
mode,
so
we
are
extremely
grateful
for
them
and
I'm
extremely
happy
to
say
that
we've
got
the
president
of
the
hub
loan
fund
here
today.
Michelle
vopey
is
going
to
say
a
few
words,
so
take
it
away.
Michelle.
F
F
F
This
deep
relationship
between
blue
hub
and
austin,
brighton,
cdc
and
the
strong
relationships
both
organizations
have
with
our
partners
at
the
city
in
the
state
allowed
us
to
say.
Yes,
when
john
woods
called
us
to
discuss
a
hundred
percent
financing
to
purchase
this
gorgeous.
Lodging
house
bluehub
exists
to
fill
the
tricky
financing
gaps
on
projects
with
the
potential
for
impact
like
that
of
six
quint
ave,
creating
14
new
permanent,
affordable
housing
units
with
built-in
supports
for
individuals
advancing
through
the
addiction
recovery
process.
F
We
are
here
today
celebrating
this
exciting
project
because
of
the
extraordinary
community
development
ecosystem
that
we
have
built
together
in
boston
over
many
decades.
This
alstom,
brighton
community
is
active,
engaged
and
organized
austin.
Brighton
is
rooted
in
its
community,
is
a
strong
or
a
strong
institution
and
has
the
expertise
to
execute
complex,
affordable
housing
projects,
blue
hub
capital,
has
developed
into
a
stable
well-resourced,
nonprofit
that
can
bring
flexible
impact-focused
capital
to
neighborhoods
organizations
and
projects
like
this.
F
We
are
truly
lucky
to
have
partners
at
the
city
and
state
who
are
nimble,
creative
and
dogged
about
delivering
public
resources
to
projects
that
address
critical
community
needs.
Thank
you
to
the
elected
officials
here
today.
Who've
prioritized
local
and
state
funding
for
this
project
and
many
others
like
it.
Your
advocacy
is
making
an
impact.
F
F
A
Thank
you
michelle
and
thanks
for
all
your
help.
You
know
this
thing.
We
wouldn't
even
thought
of
doing
this
thing
unless
we
had
a
strong
network
of
supportive
services
in
our
community,
particularly
those
folks
who
are
focused
in
on
helping
folks
through
addiction
issues
and
recovery
issues.
So
you
know
again
it's
that
partnership
and
I'm
going
to
to
ask
the
next
speaker
helen
conley,
to
come
up
and
talk
a
little
bit
about
what
that
network
does
again.
A
G
Thank
you,
john
and
congratulations.
So
this
is
a
a
great
day
as
john
mentioned,
and
welcome
mayor
janie
and
elected
officials.
I
am
I'm
the
director
of
austin
brighton
pauses,
which
is
formerly
austin,
brighton's
substance
abuse
task
force.
G
We
recently
changed
our
name
because
the
word
abuse
is
is
stigmatizing
and
we
want
to
you
know,
embrace
the
disease
of
addiction
with
you
know,
with
the
latest
most
pertinent,
you
know,
resources
and
people
and
language
that
we
can
use
so
that
people
feel
invited
in,
and
you
know
we
did
surveys,
we
had
boston
university,
help
us,
and
you
know
people
definitely
affirmed
that
the
word
abuse
had
to
go.
So
it
was
great.
So
our
new
name
is
also
brighton
pauses
and
that
means
prevention,
awareness,
understanding,
substances
with
education
and
support.
G
I
hope
I
never
have
to
go
through
that
again.
I
memorize
it
all
the
way
over
and
we
will
be
putting
out
some
literature
and
emails
and
mailchimps
and
everything.
So
you
could
see
our
new
logo
and
celebrate
our
new
name
and
we'd
like
you
to
start
doing
it
right
away,
because
we
want
to
get
rid
of
the
abuse,
and
so
we
did
that,
and
so
we
feel
like
that's
one
great
step
towards
you,
know,
making
a
positive
change
in
this
environment.
G
I
tend
to
talk
a
lot,
so
I'm
not
going
to.
I
do
want
to
just.
I
guess
reiterate
what
everybody
else
has
already
pretty
much
touched
upon,
and
that
is
that
housing
is
is
essential.
It
is
an
essential
component
of
someone's
journey
through
the
doors,
if
you
will
on
the
windows
of
recovery.
If
you
don't
have
a
roof
over
your
head,
you
can't
you
can't
take
advantage
of
the
other
services.
G
A
Thanks
helen-
and
I
I
appreciate
that
again
as
part
of
this,
this
network
we're
we're
again
very
fortunate
here
in
in
austin
brighton,
to
have
some
real
quality
organizations
trying
to
tackle
this
problem.
And
my
next
speaker
is
one
of
those
folks
that
heads
it
up.
Matt
donlon
from
the
addiction
treatment
center
of
new
england.
H
Thanks
john
welcome
everybody,
so
I'm
not
an
eloquent
public
speaker,
so
I
wrote
what
I
was
going
to
read.
So
my
name
is
dr
matthew
donlin,
I'm
the
ceo
at
the
addiction
treatment
center
of
new
england
atc.
It
is
a
non-profit,
opioid
treatment
program.
That's
been
operating
at
the
same
location
in
the
bright
marine
campus
for
over
the
last
40
years.
H
I
know
everyone's
kind
of
touched
on
it,
but
housing
is
imperative
when
we're
talking
about
addiction
recovery.
You
know
to
not
have
a
stable
place
to
to
to
lay
your
head
at
night
and
to
worry
about
the
stress
of
where
you're
going
to
stay.
The
next
night
is
so
stressful
that
recovery
kind
of
takes
a
back
seat
and
relapse
can,
you
know,
certainly
happen.
H
So
it's
a
great
segue
to
be
able
to
introduce
vijay
from
the
granada
house,
who
does
a
great
job
over
here
in
austin.
I
I
Then
we
have
a.
We
have
a
three-quarter
house
where
all
the
graduated
ones
they
go
over
there
to
the
to
that
house.
The
house
that
we
have
right
now
is
is
a
co-ed.
So
it's
a
male
and
female
in
early
recovery
together.
So
you
can
imagine
how
much
drama
that
we
deal
with
every
single
day.
It's
it's!
You
can
write
a
book
about
that.
So
now
we
are
looking
into
separating
males
and
females.
I
So
I'm
going
to
be
using
the
three-quarter
house
that
we
have
for
female-only
residences
over
there,
so
we
can
focus
specifically
on
their
issues
and
what
that
means
that
I'm
losing
the
transitional
housing
the
next
step
for
our
residents-
and
this
comes
at
the
right
time,
for
that
is
that
having
something
like
this
available
is
critically
important
for
three
to
six
months.
We
invest
so
much
energy
and
efforts
into
connecting
our
residents
to
the
local
community.
Here
they
start
working
here.
I
They
establish
connection,
they
go
to
the
meetings
and
everything
and
after
that,
they're
not
able
to
stay
here
because
they
can't
afford
to
stay
over
here
and
now
having
something
like
this
option
available
they'll
be
able
to
maintain
their
connections.
So
thank
you
very
much
to
everyone
who
helped
in
this
you're
saving
lives
you
you
have
to
know
that
you're
saving
lives
over
here
without
housing,
they
fall
apart,
they
become
homeless
and
they
start
using
again
having
options
like
this
available
is
saving
lives
for
everyone.
Thank
you
very
much.
A
Thank
you
vijay
and
matt.
We
really
appreciate
your
your
support
and
I
look
forward
to
working
with
you
before
I
move
on
to
some
of
the
the
other
stuff.
I
just
wanted
to
acknowledge
a
couple
other
folks
who
are
here
liz
brown,
chief
executive
officer
at
charles
river
community
health
is
here.
A
Liz
was
a
early
supporter
of
this
project
and
helped
us
helped
us
get
some
of
the
initial
funding
from
kate's
office
to
make
this
work
and
a
great
great
community
asset.
We're
also
happy
to
have
paul
smith
from
saint
elizabeth's
medical
center
here.
Thank
you
paul
for
coming
again,
the
hope
is,
in
the
future,
we'll
be
working
with
some
of
these
medical
facilities
to
to
have
a
streamlined
referral
process.
A
So
thank
you
again,
I'd
like
to
introduce
a
one
of
our
active
board
members
who
not
only
is
a
real
estate
agent
but
owns
property
locally
and
is
also
a
father,
so
he's
a
very
busy
guy,
but
he's
he's
always
been
able
to
carve
off
some
time
to
to
work
for
the
cdc,
which
is
typical
of
the
folks
that
we've
had
for
the
last
40
years,
who
have
given
selfishly
selflessly
of
their
time.
So
without
further
ado,
I'd
like
to
introduce
michael.
J
Helsmortel,
so
I'm
not
a
public
speaker,
but
I'll
get
through
this
on
behalf
of
the
board
of
directors
of
the
austin
brighton
cdc.
I
would
like
to
thank
all
of
you
for
coming
and
also
thank
all
of
you
for
your
time
for
your
money
and
support
to
help
make
the
purchase
of
this
important
property
possible.
J
As
you
are
aware,
an
undertaking
like
this
purchase
takes
determination
and
funding
determination
to
see
that
affordable
housing
is
available
in
austin
in
brighton,
in
the
surrounding
communities
which
the
austin
brighton,
cdc
its
executive
director
john
woods,
and
all
that
work
tireless
tirelessly
at
the
cdc
and
in
the
government
are
on
the
front
lines
of
doing
and,
of
course,
without
funding
from
our
generous
supporters.
The
austin
brighton
cdc
wouldn't
be
able
to
create
affordable
housing
opportunities
like
six
quintav.
J
So
a
little
bit
of
this
information
was
already
said,
but
I'm
going
to
say
it
and
I'm
going
to
say
it
again,
so
how
how
do
we
do
it?
The
city
of
boston
awarded
the
austin
brighton
cdc,
with
2
million
to
help
purchase
six
quint
app.
Another
600
000
has
been
committed
to
the
project
by
the
davis
company
as
part
of
their
mitigation
efforts
for
a
project
recently
approved
for
the
bpda
article
80
process.
J
J
This
project
has
been
made
possible
through
community
collaboration
with
the
following
organization,
also
brighton
pauses.
I
had
it
the
other
way,
but
now
we're
calling
it
pauses.
I
like
that.
The
the
addiction
treatment
center
of
new
england,
brighton
mass,
the
grenada
house
addiction
treatment
facility,
charles
river
community
health
center.
J
This
project
has
also
been
made
possible
from
financial
partners
at
blue
hub
capital.
Our
property
managers,
managers
at
maloney
properties,
the
design
team
at
narrow
gate
architecture
and
attorneys
at
klein,
horning
llp-
and
I
just
want
to
thank
the
the
brighton,
cdc
staff
for
all
the
tireless
work
they've
done
on
this
and
other
buildings
and
low-income
housing
opportunities
that
they've
created
through
through
the
past
years,
and
we
know
that
this
isn't
done
by
one
person
or
one
organization.
J
It
takes
a
community
to
come
around
and
and
all
do
their
part-
and
I
really
thank
all
the
government
officials
here-
all
the
different
organizations
and
and
the
brighton
cdc
for
all
their
efforts.
For
this.
And
yes,
this.
This
is
the
new
new
acquisition.
But
this
isn't
the
last
one.
Now
we're
looking
for.
What's
the
next
one
and
and
we
have-
we
hope
that
you
all
be
there
to
help
us
with
the
next
one.
Thank
you.
A
Thanks
a
lot
michael,
I
also
want
to
quickly
acknowledge
another
board
member
who
just
showed
up
bright
and
lou
he's
been
with
the
board,
since
he
was
a
young
man,
we'll
just
say
that
okay,
I
think
we're
gonna
pull
it
off
without
getting
hit
by
the
rain,
but
I
just
wanted
to
reiterate
a
couple
of
those
thank
yous
before
I
let
you
go
maloney
properties
we
never
would
have
even
taken
this
task
on
if
we
didn't
have
the
strong
partnership
of
maloney
park
properties.
A
I
got
the
folks
here
now
here,
jim
griner,
marisa
cliff
is
here
and
I
don't
want
to
mess
up
your
name.
So
bomanzi
is
here
too
we're
working
on
that
statue
cliff.
So
you
know
hang
in
there.
I
also
wanna
acknowledge
the
the
folks
from
narrowgate
neil
mongold.
Is
here
mariah?
I
don't
know
she's
she's,
not
here,
but
mariah
gavrish
has
been
really
helpful
in
making
this
design
process
move
along
the
folks
from
klein.
A
Hornick
were
great
in
getting
us
through
this,
including
watt
and
kurt
at
klein
hornick.
I
can't
say
enough
about
the
boston
housing
authority.
Putting
that
rfp
out
for
the
mainstream
vouchers
really
started
the
ball
rolling.
So
thank
you,
kate,
and
thank
you
for
looking
favorably
on
on
our
proposal.
A
Did
things
a
little
differently
got?
The
subsidy
then
went
after
the
capital
and
sheila?
Thank
you
so
much
for
for
making
that
happen,
your
team
of
style
laws,
kelly
shea
and
christine
o'keefe
were
great
and
we're
going
to
continue
to
work
with
them.
I
don't
know
if
he's
here,
stephen
davis
from
the
davis
company
did
manage
to
give
us
a
six
hundred
thousand
dollar
donation.
That
was
absolutely
crucial,
so
we
thank
him.
A
I'm
also
wanted
to
take
a
quick
moment
and
thank
tim
burke,
tim
tim
has
been
absolutely
a
godsend
to
me
in
terms
of
helping
me
better
understand
some
of
the
needs
of
the
recovery
community.
So
thank
you,
tim
they're,
not
here
now,
but
there's
a
couple
of
real
estate
agents
that
we
do
have
to
acknowledge
did
a
decent
job
and
help
us
get
through
this.
This
deal
it
was
about
to
fall
apart
many
times.
So
thank
you
to
kevin
clary
and
david
faye
of
re
max
joe
kriesberg.
A
I
was
glad
that
you
were
able
to
stop
by
and
see
some
fellow
humans,
and
then
I
I'll
close
it
out
by
just
saying
that
how
grateful
I
am
for
the
staff
that
I
have
at
the
austin
brighton
cdc.
I
can't
say
enough
about
them:
they're,
incredible
people.
We
get
an
incredible
amount
done
with
a
few
people,
so
jason
derosier
is
currently
being
the
cameraman,
but
he's
all
around
all-around
excellent
guy,
as
well
as
sean
tata,
has
actually
put
this
thing
together:
sean
you're,
fantastic,
sarah.
A
So
caitlin
is
our
director
of
real
estate
development,
and
I
am
so
grateful
that
you
you're
here
making
it
work
for
us
shawn
wanted
me
to
let
you
know
that
we
got
the
2020
annual
report
on
our
website.
It's
a
beautiful
document
when
you're
looking
for
something
to
read,
take
a
look
at
it,
it's
beautiful,
but
that's
about
it.
I'm
sure
I
forgot
somebody,
but
if
I
have
please
forgive
me
meanwhile,
thank
you
for
coming
and
try
to
stay
dry
in
the
coming
rain.
Thank.
