In an effort to showcase thousands of Boston Public School student athletes, Boston City TV and the Boston Neighborhood Network have teamed up with the Boston Public Schools to produce "Game of the Week." Our production crew travels around the city of Boston, producing live coverage of sporting events, including high school football, boys and girls high school basketball, summer league basketball and other neighborhood athletic events. This particular "Game of the Week" features an MIAA (Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association) state tournament game between the Brighton Bengals and the Arlington Spy Ponders. The winner of this game would move on to the sectional finals of the state tournament.

state
tournament
we're
getting
sort
of
moving
our
way
along
here
we're
in
the
3rd
round
the
semi-finals
of
the
section.
We
have
the
number
one
seed
into
Arlington
spy
Potter's
taking
on
the
number
5
seated
Brighton
Bengals.
So
a
lot
of
people
think
are
definitely
not
a
5
seed,
they're,
probably
closer
to
1
or
2.
But
first,
let's
start
off
with
the
Arlington
spy
Ponder's.
Everything
starts
with
their
league
MVP
point
guard
Colin,
McNamara
great
player
for
the
spy,
fine

As
a
starter,
he
went

he's

who

maybe

they

the

they

in
the

finals

Danvers.
They
definitely
want
to
get
back
there
here,
two
years
later
in
2017.
Meanwhile,
on
the
other
side
of
the
basketball,
you
got
the
Brighton
bangles.
They
won
the
state
championship
back
in
2013,
so
they
know
what
it
takes
to
get
there,
but
for
the
Brighton
Bengals.
It
all
starts
with
this.
Their
Player
Tyrone
Perry
he's
our
spotlight
here
tonight,
very
good
all-around
player
for
the
Brighton.

Bank
for
great
reason,
Tyrone
Perry's,
a
guy
that
proved
that
he
can
adjust
a
guard
coming
into
this
year.
He
made
the
adjustment
to
power
forward
at
just
six
foot
three
inches
tall,
but
he's
a
player
to
keep
an
eye
on
17
points
in
their
victory
against
Winchester
and
exceptional
scorer,
a
superb
rebounder
and
an
elite
defender
he's
a
player
who
has
very
good
size
and
athleticism
one
of
the
best
scorers
in
the
city
of
Boston,
and
he
reached
over
a
thousand
points
for
his
career
with
a
30
point
performance
against
West
Roxbury.

After
moving
to
power
forward,
he
greatly
improved
his
rebounding.
That's
going
to
be
key
today
against
an
Arlington
team
and
if
they
do
get
those
offensive.
Rebounds
has
the
shooters
outside
to
deliver
on
those
second-chance
opportunities.
