Description
A step up in the Boston South standings is up for grabs as the (1-1) Jeremiah E. Burke Bulldogs take on the (1-1) Madison Park Cardinals at Madison Park High School in Roxbury.
A
A
B
Hello,
everybody
welcome
to
Madison
Park
High
School
in
Roxbury,
as
we
can
continue.
Our
coverage
of
the
2017
bps
high
school
football
season.
This
week
the
Jeremiah
Burke
Bulldogs,
we
saw
with
a
big
win
last
week
against
Boston
English
will
be
taking
on
the
Madison
Park
Cardinals,
hello,
everybody,
I'm,
Pat,
Flaherty,
gentlemen
partner,
as
always
Allen
Platt
Allen.
Last
week
we
saw
the
Jeremiah
Burke
Bulldogs
win
their
first
game
of
the
year
against
Boston
English,
certainly
a
very
big
win
for
them.
It's
also
a
Boston
South
win.
B
D
B
B
D
D
E
B
D
B
D
D
No
doubt
that
it's
gonna
be
Pat
culbreth
Stouffer,
the
Burke,
probably
the
rest
of
the
season
and
for
him
we
saw
him
have
with
like
a
slight
muscle
pull
last
last
week,
but
he
had
some
amazing
touchdown
runs,
and
then
we
found
out
in
the
postgame
interview
that,
even
though
he
thought
he
was
gonna
sell
it
the
rest
of
the
game,
he
put
his
stuff,
his
pads
and
jersey,
helmet
back
on
without
the
coach,
even
no
one
that
got
back
in
the
game.
That's.
B
Right
Pat
Cole
breath
with
three
touchdowns
last
weekend:
181
yards
rushing
and
he
was
the
guy
that
carried
the
football
the
most
for
this
team.
There
are
a
couple
other
guys
that
got
some
touches,
but
it
was
cold
breath
who
was
the
focal
point
of
the
offense
there.
You
see
his
numbers
from
last
week.
He
had
18
touchdowns.
B
F
Very
much
Pat
well,
an
interesting
matchup
we'll
see
today
is
going
to
be
between
Patrick
culbreth,
the
quarterback
of
Burke
and
between
and
between
Brandon
Henery.
The
defensive
end
here
for
Madison,
both
players
very
elusive
Brandon
Henery.
Coming
in
on
that
defensive,
end
position,
Patrick
Patrick
Cobra
rushing
for
three
touchdowns
last
week,
but
he
pulled
up
with
a
bit
of
a
thigh
injury,
so
we'll
be
interested
to
see
how
his
mobility
will
be
today.
B
D
So,
first
down
for
Madison
Park
and
the
interesting
play
we
talked
about
being
youth
yeah.
B
D
We're
gonna
hang
on
to
this
mm-hmm.
That's
second!
Third!
If
it
look
like
this,
don't
get
him
at
first
down.
We
lost
lost
track
of
the
ball,
so
the
mass
and
defense
have
to
go.
Get
right
in
the
field
and
he'll
see
that
culbreth
right
away,
watch
simple
handoff
how
good
run,
but
he
had
a
at
the
end
of
that
which
I
was
a
Kelvin
Austin
into
the
play.
Had
the
ball
pulled
up.
B
D
Defense
by
Madison
pop
they
put
pressure
on
culprits
right
away,
forced
him
out
of
the
pocket.
Adam
try
to
escape
to
the
sidelines,
but
they
you
see,
looks
like
his
leg.
Miss
muslimah.
It
may
be.
Okay,
cuz
escape
abilities
right.
There.
B
D
D
D
One
of
the
third
down
play
stop
mother,
actually
a
past
called,
but
he
was
able
to
escape
and
then
just
took
it
to
the
house.
D
Think
he
lost
track
of
where
he
was.
He
had
the
marker
in
front
of
him,
but
he
just
couldn't
I
think
you
couldn't
keep
it
bouncing
to
stay
in
bounds,
get
some
pressure,
but
that
defense
offense
got
to
be
able
to
contain
him.
Not
let
him
get
out
to
the
sidelines,
see
like
he
lost
balance
right
this.
If
that
about.
B
D
G
D
B
D
B
D
The
flag,
so
they
saw
that
come
up
notice,
he's
sure
the
first
that's
why
well,
but
but
the
problem
thing
with
mass
and
proc
is
they
they've
got
to
decide.
G
D
D
D
I
had
a
chance
to
add
the
last
play.
They
give
me
that
chance
to
to
tie
the
game,
you're
right,
Oh
goal
line,
stand
that
my
fact
they
had
to
go
line
stands
in
that
game.
B
D
D
In
some
extra
yards
yeah,
one
of
the
good
things
for
good
signs
for
the
Burke
is
that
culbreth
is
in
there
our
defense,
so
the
magic
of
youth
right
recovering
in
a
week,
because
he
was
really
hobbling
around
in
that
game
against
English
toast
the
end
of
the
game.
Well,
because
he
had
the
three
touchdowns
but
you'll
be
key.
Today,
Madison.
B
D
I
talked
about
the
peripherally
nice
win
last
weekend,
getting
on
the
getting
on,
though,
though
the
win
column
and
also
getting
a
good
sense
of
what
they
can
do
offensively.
That
was
important
for
the
coaching
staff.
Coach
Dean
was
talked
about
that
last
week
that
he
liked
the
fact
that
some
of
his
younger
players
are
starting
to
really
come
through,
even
though
it
is
early
in
the
season,
because
you
know
you,
your
seniors
respects
them
to
be
consistent
and
expect
them
to
help
teach
the
younger
guys,
so
they
can
grow
as
the
season
goes
on.
D
D
A
B
I
B
B
Shoulders
like
when
are
we
gonna
get
a
win,
so
these
two
guys
already
with
a
win
under
their
belts,
we'll
see
how
they
fare
here
tonight.
Second
down
and
eight
now
for
Madison
Park
and
the
handoff
over
the
right
side,
it
looks
like
it
was
Howell
again
yeah.
He
thought
he
had
some
space
I'm,
sorry
that
was
holding
on
to
the
carry
Sebastian
Holden
the
freshman
yeah.
B
A
third
and
four
now
for
Madison,
who
knows
about
us
three,
maybe
four
yard,
gain
on
the
play
there
on
second
down
coach
Robinson
mentioned
he's,
got
a
couple
of
freshman
running
back
season.
He
has
to
play
because
of
the
nerves.
Yeah
he's
got
to
fit
those
guys
in
there,
so
we'll
see
how
they
fare
tonight
as
well
and
1/3
down
it's.
How
old
would
to
carry-
and
he
is
gonna-
be
well
short
of
the
first
down,
probably
lost
yardage
on
the
play.
D
J
D
D
Either
the
coaches
or
maybe
Perez
himself,
saw
something
in
that
front
line
of
the
Berk
to
make
them
confident
enough
to
go
for
this.
All
he
does
is
lean
forward.
Look
for
a
gap
there
you
go
right.
This
lid
right
between
two
to
the
defensive
tackles
got
the
first
down
yeah.
That's
a
good
point.
You're
making
know
about
toughness
confusion
now
on
the
offense,
then
I'll
call
another
timeout,
Roosevelt,
Robbins
I.
Think
like
you're,
saying
the.
D
D
The
thing
about
is
the
thing
I
think,
frankly,
some
of
the
kids
just
forget
the
place.
Know
they
forget
the
alignment
and
Terez
can't
you
know
waste
a
whole
huddle.
Just
showing
guys
want
to
go.
Take
the
timeout.
You
have
a
first
down
chance
to
sustain
this
drive
and
it's
you've
worked
with
Coach
Robinson
will
do
he'll,
just
simplify
things.
You
know,
he'll,
probably
stick
with
two
or
three
plays
it.
May
change
formations
build
basically
stick
with
a
couple
of
running
backs.
D
D
We
expected
how
to
get
the
ball
watch.
This
pitch
clean
pitch
nice
nice
block
by
front
the
freshman
number
11
for
Madison
did
a
good
job
of
allowing
how
to
pop
outside
great
cutting
right
there
to
get
the
first
down
and
again
on
the
sideline,
just
stepped
out
of
bounds.
While
he
was
doing
chugging
along
they.
B
B
D
D
B
D
D
B
D
D
B
L
B
F
B
F
B
B
D
B
B
So
the
Cardinals
after
fumbling
the
football
in
their
opening
possession,
they
came
up
with
a
defensive,
stop.
They
got
the
football
back
right
around
the
38
yard
line,
their
own
38
yard
line,
I've
driven
it
all
the
way
down
to
the
two
second
and
one
now
from
the
two
yard
line
for
the
medicine
Park
Cardinals.
Let's.
B
D
J
B
D
G
B
D
B
Burke,
coming
up
with
another
goal
line,
stand
here
at
the
end
of
the
first
quarter
from
Madison
Park
High
School
in
Roxbury,
the
Cardinals
are
knocking
on
the
doorstep,
but
Burke's
trying
to
make
a
stand,
we're
gonna
head
to
break.
When
we
come
back,
we
will
have
the
second
quarter
here
on
Game
of
the
Week,
with
to
Boston
self
rivals
going
at
at
Madison.
Park
and
Jeremiah
burn
no
score
here
in
Roxbury,
we'll
be
right
back
just
after
this.
J
B
D
Usually
they
don't
like
to
play
around
with
handoffs,
you
have
all
kind
of
miscues,
but
two
quarterback
keepers
have
not
gotten
them
in,
but
they
are
just
at
second
down
so
ill.
Just
gonna
get
a
little
bit
of
a
push
from
the
offensive
line,
get
Perez
any
kind
of
room
to
try
to
find
a
little
bit
of
a
gap.
We.
J
D
D
D
D
D
D
Because
I'm
sure
Rose
Robinson
is
told
his
team,
listen,
we've
got
to
keep
the
ball
as
long
as
possible
and
ideally
score
at
the
end
of
her
long
drive,
because
we
don't
want
to.
They
know
what
culbreth
did
last
week
to
English.
So
the
Madison
product
does
not
want
to
give
him
too
many
chances
on
the
field.
B
D
B
B
Yeah
very
similar
to
that
young
man,
so
Madison,
Park
finishing
off
that
13
play
drive
with
a
touchdown
run
from
Ezra
Howell.
He
also
tacks
on
the
two-point
conversion
they're
now
on
top
of
Jeremiah
Burak,
eight
to
zip
early
in
the
second
quarter
and
for
a
team
that
lost
36
to
nothing
last
week.
It's.
D
Time
to
get
those
cards,
it's
done
really
good
start
and
you
got
to
be
happy
because
it
they
didn't
both
ends
of
the
field.
I
mean
they've,
got
they
forced
a
fourth
down
for
Burke,
had
to
turn
the
ball
over
on
downs,
and
they
made
a
fourth
down
themselves
on
that.
Try
to
keep
it
going.
B
D
D
B
Whichever
one's
better
for
that
for
the
receiving
team,
so
they
would
have
gotten
after
35
anyway,
so
good
play
there
by
Berks
recover
the
football
coal
breath,
as
we
mentioned
before,
18
rushing
touchdowns
last
season
and
he
had
three
last
week.
So
he
can
score
from
anywhere
on
the
field
and
Burke
was
stopped
by
this
Madison
Park
defense
on
their
first
possession
of
the
ball
game,
we'll
see
how
they
do
here
in
the
second
quarter.
B
D
Like
a
delay
quarterback
draw
because
he
didn't
look
to
handoff
to
anybody
and
didn't
even
look
down
watch
it
didn't
he
look
downfield.
It
is
definitely
the
quarterback
to
rock
with
his
ability
cooking.
This
and
speed
gives
his
blockers
a
chance
and
then
there's
the
freshman
again
the
tackled,
but
not
so
Cobra.
That's
a
huge
game.
D
B
B
D
He
can
he
can
create
so
much.
He
has
like
look
like
one
of
the
corner
backs
who
came
up
well
seen
again
goes
to
now
I'm
tackling
right
there,
just
one
little
Juke
fakin
steps
around
as
another
15
yards
to
the
to
the
run.
D
D
B
A
look:
it's
gonna
be
a
little
bit
chilly
tonight,
but
clear
skies
and
a
nice
night
for
football,
so
2-yard
loss
in
the
play
there
for
Jeremiah
Burke,
second
down
and
12.
Now
for
the
Bulldogs
from
the
Madison
22,
it's
cold
breath
again
this
time
escapes
another
tack,
whooshes
BAM
I
thought
he
was
gonna,
become
the
backfield
home
breath
inside
the
10
yard
line.
Another
tough
run
from
the
Burke's
senior
quarterback
days.
D
D
B
D
D
D
D
D
D
D
D
G
B
D
D
B
D
Just
a
matter
of
making
creating
some
space
for
him
to
work,
fake,
handoff
right
there
cut
inside
D
on
that
that
play
a
defensive
end.
Just
Brandon
Henry,
just
give
a
little
too
much
room
Tim
on
this
job
came
across
straight
just
to
not
a
lot
culbreth
to
get
out
to
the
sidelines,
but
sometimes
you
just
give
a
little
too
much
room
blood
carpet
cut
inside
and
with
disabilities.
We
saw
him
jump
into
the
end
zone.
B
D
Greenwich
to
that
time,
Brenda
came
across
exactly
right
again,
see
it.
You
get
excited
you
come
across
in
an
angle
inside
you
get
beat
on
the
outside
that
time.
He
learned
he
learned
in
a
matter
of
seconds
because
the
touchdown
play
he
gave
too
much
work
in
the
room
that
time
just
enough
to
be
under
control
and
not
give
Cobra
thony
any
Lane
to
cut
back
now.
D
B
So
Jeremiah
Burke
unable
to
tie
it
up
here
midway
through
the
second
quarter.
Folks,
if
you
wanna,
follow
us
on
social
media,
can
certainly
follow
us
on
Facebook
search
for
game
of
the
week
here
in
Boston,
a
lot
of
good
stuff
off
up
on
our
Facebook
page.
You
can
also
follow
us
on
Twitter
at
Boston,
City
TV.
If
you
want
to
tweet
at
us,
use
the
hashtag
boston
g,
o
w.
B
So
after
Burke
was
denied
the
two-point
conversion,
they
now
trail
by
two
here,
eight
to
six
just
about
midway
through
the
second
quarter
and
Madison
Park
currently
with
the
two-point,
lead,
I'm
sure,
they'd
love
to
get
in
one
more
score
before
half-time.
They
field
the
football
right
around.
The
45
yard
line
turn.
D
D
D
J
D
F
Q
D
Stood
up
all
gang,
tackling
both
teams,
actually
let
a
gang
tag
and
get
into
the
ball.
No
point
you
made
earlier
about
master
pocket
and
blowing
out
last
week
and
they
made
a
lot
of
mistakes.
So
I
think
coach
Robinson
probably
used
that
as
an
inspiration
like
we
lost
the
game
lost
bad,
but
we
only
got
shut
out
because
we
kicked
ourselves.
We
made
all
the
our
mistakes
from
on
the
ball
turnovers
drop
passes.
Everything
happened.
D
D
D
D
D
B
D
When
he's
a
safety,
he's
a
safety
and
then
sometimes
depending
on
who
they
play,
they'll
put
him
to
corner.
If
there's
a
really
good
receiver,
they're
going
against
so
you're
right
he's,
and
we
have
good
instincts
like
that,
we're
always
seen
his
ability
he
could.
He
could
easily
be
like
a
punt
returner.
It
could
be
a
safety.
D
B
D
D
D
D
B
B
F
Q
F
Q
Q
L
D
Yeah
but
he'll
be
smiling
because
he,
like
you
said
he's,
got
to
be
happy
with
the
effort
he
keeps
mentioning
freshmen.
It's
true
he's
tough,
too.
All
of
a
sudden
and
you'll
thrust
a
bunch
of
freshmen
into
starting
ferocity
positions,
but
that's
exactly
what
he's
done
and
his
yelling.
That
obviously
works,
because
these
kids
are
playing
hard
without.
B
Question
very
good:
first
half
there
for
both
squads,
but
especially
Madison
Park,
who
now
has
a
two-point
lead,
we'll
see
what
kind
of
adjustments
these
two
teams
can
make.
Now
we've
seen
Jeremiah
Burke
now
for
two
weeks
in
a
row,
they're,
obviously
out
of
the
neighborhood
of
Dorchester
and
Dorchester,
has
a
very
rich
history
in
sports,
but
there's
one
very
special
sports
program.
That's
going
on
in
that
neighborhood
over
at
the
Dorchester
boys
and
girls
club
and
we're
gonna.
Take
a
look
at
that
story.
Right
now,.
B
First
glance,
this
might
look
like
a
local
summer
camp
with
kids
moving
to
the
beat
of
a
bucket
drummer
playing
colorful
group
activities
and
competing
in
a
game
of
musical
chairs.
You
see
that
these
buckets
at
the
Boys
and
Girls
Club
of
Dorchester
use
for
more
than
just
instruments
and
recreation
furniture.
J
B
H
A
great
member
of
the
community
Brendan
McDonough
worked
with
us
at
the
Boys
and
Girls
Club
to
found
project
bind
which
serves
children
of
all
abilities.
We
think
that's
really
important
a
great
need
in
the
community
and
then
it
led
to
the
challenge
of
baseball
program
down
the
Savin
Hill
Park
and
it
took
off
from
there.
We
realized
that
the
families
and
the
children
got
so
much
out
of
it
that
we
needed
to
think
about
doing
something
for
every
season.
Parents.
S
Asked
for
more,
they
wanted
to
have
another
sport.
They
enjoyed
it
so
much
that
they
really
want
to
do
something
else.
So
we
started
the
soccer
program
and
partnered
with
the
Richard
family
to
create
the
martin,
richard
challenger
sports
program,
and
they
wanted
to
have
four
sports.
So
that's
how
basketball
was
created
sunday.
B
C
B
S
Really
try
to
create
activities
for
the
kids,
for
them
to
have
fun
and
to
constantly
keep
them
moving,
because
we're
also
inside
it
looks
different
than
baseball
when
you're
outside
and
there's
more
room
to
move
for
the
kids.
Rosalie
is
the
executive
director
of
adaptive
sport
America,
so
Ross
will
come
in
with
his
team
and
he
thinks
of
fun
ways
to
keep
the
kids
moving
and
to
make
sure
that
they're
being
included
and
to
make
sure
that
every
kid
is
able
to
access
the
sport.
He
made
the
basket
barrels.
S
Basketball,
barrels,
if
you
want
to
call
them
for
us,
because
some
of
our
kids
weren't
able
to
reach
the
Nets
because
of
mobility
issues,
he
uses
the
drums
and
musical
chairs
as
a
way
to
inspire
the
kids
and
have
fun.
You
know.
Music
is
something
that
sort
of
all
kids
kind
of
are
drawn
to,
and
it's
a
way
to
get
their
attention
to
keep
them
moving.
So
putting
fun
activities
in
with
the
sport
really
helps.
The
kids
engage
more
at
this
point.
Despite.
B
H
That
something,
though,
that
the
buddies
that's
a
whole
other
aspect
of
the
program,
which
is
pretty
amazing,
so
we
have
volunteers
from
the
community
and
they
pair
up
his
buddies
with
the
participants
in
the
program.
First
of
all,
the
participants
are
getting
a
new
friend,
which
is
a
great
thing.
The
buddies
are
definitely
learning
how
to
work
with
children
who
have
varying
needs.
We.
S
Want
them
to
get
to
know
each
other,
we
want
them
to
somehow
form
some
kind
of
a
friendship,
so
if
they're
at
the
supermarket
and
they
see
their
buddy
they're,
giving
each
other
a
high-five
now
you
know
we're
all
in
the
community
together
to
show
that.
Well
now,
I
see
this
this
kid
he's
a
player
I've
been
supporting
him
on
Sundays
playing
basketball
playing
soccer
playing
baseball.
S
I
I'm,
just
horrendous
I,
just
dribble
a
ball
around,
but
there's
not
a
lot
that
you
need
to
know
about
the
sports
to
be
able
to
culture.
I
mean
you
know.
Once
you
get
the
drills
down
and
things
like
that,
it's
a
lot
of
opportunity
get
to
know
kids
get
to
know
the
buddies
and
meet
people
they're.
You
know
interested
in
something
similar.
N
My
buddy
Liddy
Ani
she
liked
to
talk
about
her
hair
likes
to
talk
about
movies
like
frozen
shows.
She
talks
about
anything.
It's
a
really
humbling
experience
to
get
to
see
them
like
how
much
fun
they
have
and
how
proud
they
are
themselves
cuz.
You
know
it
gives
an
experience
rate
otherwise
might
not
have
gotten
to
have.
B
H
For
the
kids,
that's
why
we
designed
this
program,
that's
why
it
exists,
but
what
the
parents
get
out
of.
It
is
absolutely
amazing,
a
lot
of
never
thought,
they'd
see
their
child
and
participate
in
a
sporting
event
and
all
of
a
sudden
they're
playing
sports
year-round
and,
and
it
means
so
much
for
them.
It
really
does
I
hear
very
often
the
first
hand
from
the
parents
they're
so
thrilled,
and
grateful
that
kids
have
the
opportunity,
as.
B
The
Martin
Richard
challenger
league
has
run
across
multiple
sports
league
administrators
believe
the
growth
of
this
essential
sports
program
has
just
begun
for
the
mr8
foundation
to
continue
its
mission
of
providing
all
of
our
youth
with
the
chance
to
play.
Sports
supporters
will
look
to
extend
the
league's
reach
well
beyond
the
neighborhood
boundaries
or
Dorcas.
The.
S
Richard
family
really
wants
to
be
able
to
grow
the
Martin
Richard
sports
program
into
other
neighborhoods
into
other
states.
You
know
really
to
have
it
go
across
the
United
States,
so
it's
something
that
we're
working
with
the
family
right
now
to
build
a
toolbox
to
build
some
kind
of
a
kit
where,
if
there's
someone
from
another
neighborhood
who
wanted
to
do
any
of
one
of
these
sports,
all
of
these
sports
we're
working
on
building
his
toolkit
right
now
to
be
able
to
give
this
to
another
neighborhood.
D
B
D
D
B
D
Seeing
this
week,
no
doubt
the
main
he's
his
escape
ability,
then
he
knows
how
to
get
down
field,
and
but
this
there's
an
amazing
play
here.
This
is
on
a
fourth
down.
Actually,
he
was
able
to
get
a
huge
gain
and
keep
the
drive
alive.
This
time
he
almost
got
hit
in
the
backfield
gets
away
again.
15
15
yard
drive.
B
B
D
Call
it
you
caught
him,
a
patient
runner
earlier
and
that's
exactly
what
he
is.
You
know
allows
his
teammates
to
set
up
their
blocks,
but
but
he
knows
how
to
finish
strong
I
mean,
even
though
that
on
the
touchdowns
don't
forget,
the
touchdown
was
on
the
fourth
down
play,
obviously
give
it
to
him
fake
handoff
and
then
allow
him
to
find
some
space
and
create
something
get
that
touchdown
I.
D
Think.
But
you
know
that
if
you
look
at
though
eight-six
game
obviously
close,
but
this
is
so
far
more
of
a
Madison
Park
type
again,
because
I'm
sure
coach
Beeman
on
the
opposite
side
is
a
little
frustrated
thinking
that
his
team
would
be
able
to
have
more
offense
against
this
Madison
Park
team
and
have
a
lot
more
than
six
points.
By
now,.
B
This
is
without
question,
Madison's
pace
so
far
here
in
this
one,
but
Burke
does
get
the
football
to
start.
The
second
half
see
if
Cole
breath
can
go
back
to
work.
Yes,
he
fields
the
kickoff
right
around
the
30-yard
line,
Cole
birth
now
trying
to
reverse
field,
and
he
breaks
a
couple
of
tackles
again
now.
Cole
Brett's
got
some
room
Cobra
backed.
A
D
Was
something
you
talk
about
giving
ground
giving
ground
your
coaches
hate
to
see
that?
But
the
player
knows
the
kind
of
speed
he
has
and
he's
watching
the
ankles
right
here
he's
giving
ground.
Oh
it
back
to
the
23
yard
line,
but
once
he
gets
to
open
feel
a
little
bit
of
a
cut
right.
There
gets
a
big
block,
like
you
said:
Holden
trying
to
run
them
down
and.
B
D
Mass
and
puffles
good
timeout
Darla's
those
kidney
that
need
a
breather
first
of
all,
I
mean
more
than
anything
else
and
they're
frustrated
because
they
knew
that
you
know
they.
They
come
into
the
game.
Knowing
that
Cobras,
the
guy
he's
the
one
guy
we've
got
to
stop
it's
just
so
difficult
to
try
to
corral
them.
Definitely.
B
A
tough
play
at
Crowley
been
in
the
fun,
probably
the
funnest
player.
We
watch
so
far
this
season.
Let's
take
a
look
at
the
Boston
South
standing,
so
that's
the
Boston
north
right
now
we'll
take
a
look
at
that:
first
Boston
north,
the
CAC
tech
boss
and
off
to
a
good
start
as
usual.
This
is
before
this
the
game
earlier
today.
B
P
B
Then
O'brien
you
gotta
win
today
against
East
Boston,
huge
win
for
them
and
Latin
Academy,
just
one
win
and
that's
against
Boston
Latin
School.
Let's
take
a
look
at
the
Boston
self
standings
and
they
see
Charlestown
at
2
and
OH
this
season
very
good
start
for
them.
Jeremiah
Burke
right
now,
one
in
one
playing
tonight
new
mission
at
one
and
two
after
beating
Madison
last
week,
Madison
one
in
one
leading
Burke
here
tonight,
right
now:
Excel
self
Boston
high
at
one
and
one
and
English
at
Owen.
Three
right
now
coming
into
this
week.
D
Far,
this
is
so
strange.
It's
a
bizarre
I
mean
we
saw
East
Boston.
They
were
overly
impressive
with
us
with
their
offerings
against
West
Roxbury.
We
saw
this
Brooke
team
last
week.
They
actually
left
some
points
in
the
field
because
of
penalties.
That's
right!
So
what
a
two
of
two
score
game
could
have
been
a
much
wider
school
and
then,
like
we
said
earlier
today,
though,
Bryant
and
the
bridge
surprise
beat
East
Boston.
D
Jeremiah
Burke
good
job,
all
around
I,
mean
again
Madison
Park
so
concerned
about
the
running
of
culbreth.
A
logon
said
you
just
sneak
out
the
back
field.
It's
a
bit
of
a
screen
pass,
got
a
like
his
little.
His
little
cut
right
here
back
inside
the
Perez
and
just
get
into
the
corner
of
the
end
zone
to
give
met.
Jimmy
Burke
their
first
lead
of
the
game,
obviously
set
up
by
that
fantastic
kickoff
return
by
Culbreth.
B
B
B
F
Guys,
Patrick
culbreth
doing
it
with
his
arm
this
time
in
the
Madison
Park
huddled
during
the
timeout,
they
opted
to
go
with
the
4-6-2
defense
stacking,
the
box
because
they
know
how
elusive
culbreth
can
be
on
his
feet.
He
read
the
defense
well
and
did
it
with
his
arm
this
time
and
six
more
points
for
the
Bulldogs
back
to
you.
Pat.
B
D
D
A
the
second
half
is
opening
up
pretty
wide
today
yeah
Avante
withers,
to
hunted
that
from
being
a
touchdown
he's
dated.
Where
were
you
supposed
to
he's?
The
last
man
number
6
you'll
see
him
on
the
angle.
Left
side
of
your
screen
gets
right
to
that
sideline
before,
as
we
gets
there
and
prevents
him
from
going
all
the
way
so
exciting,
kickoff
returns
here
in
the
third
quarter
mentioned.
D
B
D
D
Overall,
really
competitive
gaming,
the
games
died
out.
The
defensive
lines
for
both
teams
were
controlling.
That
first
quarter
saw
some
scoring
a
little
later
on,
and
here
we
are
so
far
these
first
two
possessions
look
like
this
looks
like
the
team's
have
opened
up
the
with
the
play
box
a
little
bit
I'm.
K
D
D
D
B
D
D
D
Mitchell
effort
by
Perez
thought
he
was
gonna,
be
sacked
actually
ducked
under
that
watched.
His
free
play
watch
him
duck
under
this.
The
possible
snap
sack
then
gets
out
to
the
sidelines
once
that
it's
open
telling
his
team
may
hit
a
block
right
there.
When
she
does,
it
allows
Perez
to
spin
into
the
first
down
big
play
and
go
like
Coach
Robertson
taking
the
chance
to
because
he
knows
we
have
to
keep
the
ball
as
long
as
possible.
D
D
B
D
D
Well
me,
if
they,
if
there's
a
brace
available
that
possibly
could
get
Perez
back
in
you.
D
At
this
point,
the
Berk
defense
knows
what
the
freshman
coming
in
at
quarterback.
Unexpectedly,
it
it
not
gonna,
do
anything
fancy
at
all.
D
B
D
D
We
mentioned
workhorse
and
in
the
open.
This
is
that
what
we're
seeing,
because
it's
all
inside
running
the
end,
which
is
that's,
that's
what
you
expect
to
move.
You
have
young
players
when
you
have
a
inexperienced
offensive
line,
did
not
really
getting
a
lot
of
push,
but
how
will
just
turning
those
legs
has
been
able
to
have
a
decent
night?
Therefore,
now
Perez
is
going
back
in
the
game,
but
he
isn't.
He
is
no,
it's
unstable.
He
just
yes,
he
not
sure
if
he
should
be
in
I
think
he
even
realizes
how
engineers.
B
D
D
B
B
D
B
D
D
B
B
B
B
D
Might
be
one
of
the
year
you
get
future
pairings
is
the
quarterback.
Yes,
which
is
the
ball
to
the
outside.
Omelet
is
supposed
to
just
the
first
down:
hey
watch
him
play
roll.
It
seemed
like
he
just
likes
playing
football
he's
playing
both
offense
and
defense
takes
a
big
hit
and
bounces
right
back
up.
D
B
B
O
B
G
F
E
D
D
D
You
know
as
a
coach
to
be
when
you,
when
you
have
one
of
these
seasons,
like
burkas
hat
I
mean
like
Madison
practice
having
when
you're
short,
you
have
a
short
squad,
they
look
really
low
numbers.
It
just
seems
like
you
get
more
injuries,
I
mean
with
the
year
with
you
have
a
full
squad.
You
got,
you
know
everybody.
D
E
D
They
stick
with
it
and
he'll
he'll
have
something
because
he's
he
his
offense
in
his
defense
they're,
really
not
that
complicated.
So
once
you
have
enough
repetitions,
you
can't
help
but
get
get
better
at
it,
and
we
saw
we've
access
to
saw
the
defensive
and
Brandon
Henry
get
better
in
this
game.
He
got
beat
for
the
touchdown,
because
I
came
in
the
wrong
and.
A
E
D
They
snuffed
that
one
up,
that's
that's
the
problem,
like
you
said
having
the
fresh.
What
that
you
can't
use,
but
you
can
use
a
few,
plays
that's
the
same
hand
off
the
head
for
Holt
or
Holden
again.
He
was
clearly
being
ghetto
God's
ain't
coming
on
the
Blitz.
He
grabs
both
the
quarterback
and
then
his
teammate
comes
in
after
that
to
wrap
it
up.
B
B
D
You
said
simply:
hang
outside
get
outside,
one
cut
gave
some
ground,
then
Tommy
gets
up
field
pursuit
gets
to
him.
D
B
D
B
B
B
D
Just
a
matter
of
a
chase
and
God
said
he
shut
off
his
running
and
for
him
to
step.
That's
the
low
frustration
took
us.
You
Hughes.
He
was
actually
held
and
checked
most
of
the
game
and
he
took
a
lot
hits
to
boot.
So
for
him
I
mean
it
is
good.
That's
his
second
touchdown!
He
had
the
screen
pass.
Touchdown!
That's
right!
So
now
he
has
two
touchdowns
of
school.

last
week.
He
said
that
the
reason
that
last
week
was
such
a
big
win
is
because
they
do
have
a
lot
of
League
games
coming
up
and
he
wanted
them.
It's
been
in
the
right
frame
of
mind
matter
fact
that
played
into
his
decision
initially
to
not
have
culbreth
play
in
the
second
half,
because
his
defense
had
controlled
English
so
well
right.
They
had
her
up
two
scores.
He
kind
of
knew
what
was
ahead
and
exactly
so.
D
It
wasn't
until
well
Atlanta
turnovers,
which,
which
helped
to
lead
to
English
and
score
to
make
a
one
score
game
and
then
culbreth
came
back
in,
but
he
was
gonna
set
out.
Just
for
that
reason,
and
we
could
see
that
this
game
he's
back
to
close
to
full
strength
because
he
was
he's
just
fantastic
I
mean
to
me.
The
biggest
play
was
that
that
kickoff
return
because
it
set
them
up,
set
them
up
for
the
score,
gave
him
the
lead
and
from
then
they've
been
comfortable,
and
it's
allowed
their
defense
to
play
far
more
aggressively.
D
D
They
think
about
holding
he's
so
small
that
anytime
he
gets
tackled
this
lick.
It
looks
like
a
big
hit
for
players
over
there
all
excited
because
he
got
he
got
picked
up
of
slant,
but
I
think
he's
gonna
be
a
matter
of
fact.
He
went
in
he's
in
the
backfield
now
because
of
the
injury
to
Kelvin
Austin,
so
Holden's
died
out
as
a
receiver
went
to
to
the
wane.
Now
is
in
the
backfield
mark.

D
Wants
to
leave
the
game.
You
played
both
ways.
Also,
that's
the
thing
he
was
playing
safety,
so
you
lose
him.
You
lose
pretty
much
any
continuity
to
your
offerings
because
you're
talking
about
a
freshman
as
the
backup
and
literally
all
the
freshman,
it
was
handoff
because
you
can't
put
him
in
that
position,
then
he's
totally
unfamiliar.
D
B
D
D
B
D
B
D
And
looked
like
Holden
had
a
chance
at
him,
but
they
made
the
mistake
of
trying
to
tackle
him.
Hi
coal
Christian
he's
just
too
strong
for
that
right.
This
he
tried
to
tap
on
hi.
You
can't
do
that
against
cope
with
he's,
got
those
long
strides
in
the
last
guy
to
beat
just
cut
right
inside
of
a
block
make.
B
D
B
D
B
D
D
D
B
B
C
D
B
Madison
Park
because
they're
so
young,
you
don't
know,
what's
gonna
happen
with
Alejandro
Perez
and
even
Ezra
Howell,
who
got
banged
up
in
this
game,
you're
not
quite
sure.
What's
gonna
go
on
with
those
guys
which
is
I,
think
what
Coach
Robinson
expected
all
about
teaching
right
now
for
the
Cardinals?
Definitely
and.
D
But
what
when
he
was,
he
was
pretty
positive
about
the
fact
that
he
liked
how
the
players
do
listen.
They
takes
the
coaching
they
want
to
learn
because
they
they
realize
a
lot
of
these
kids
are
playing
football,
not
in
the
same
for
the
first
time,
but
not
a
lot
of
experience,
not
not
a
lot
of
pop
one
and
not
a
lot
of
organizational.
D
One
eye,
so
they
the
good
thing
about
many
of
these
younger
kids,
is
that
they
realize
they
don't
know
a
lot
about
football.
They
want
to
learn,
so
they
can
get
better,
and
you
see
the
effort
that
we've
pointed
out
of
four
or
five
of
the
freshmen,
giving
a
really
good
effort,
good
hustle,
and
that's
what
you
need.
We
college
the
school
if
y'all
play
hard
play
through
it
at
all
times,
then
that's
how
you
get
better.
D
B
B
B
B
D
D
D
B
L
D
B
D
Gonna
be
an
impact
guys
now
the
only
question
is
in
terms
of
the
passing
game
as
they
get
into
other
closer
games,
whether
it's
in
the
city
or
outside
the
city,
the
passing
game
at
some
points,
gonna
come
into
play
and
that's
the
only
thing
we
really
haven't
seen
much
of
yet
whatever
hats
you
because
they
need
it.
But
when
you
need
it,
that's
me
I
should
say
a
small
question
mark
right
now,
but
he's
soda
culbreth
is
so
dependable.
D
Like
you
said,
on
both
sides,
the
ball
kick
returns,
special
teams,
you
can
do
it
all
and
and
what
happens
is
it?
It
really
builds
the
conference
of
this
entire
team.
That's
good.
They
know
at
any
point.
He
can
make
a
big
play
for
them
like
to
do
tonight.
You
trying
to
hit
trend.
What
was
the
defensive
game
into?
You
know
a
really
wide
score,
broken.
B
D
D
D
B
T
When
I
was
six,
my
days
were
spent
playing
basketball
when
I
was
six
my
dreams
to
make
it
to
the
UVA.
When
I
was
six,
my
mom
had
a
stroke,
I'm,
Paul,
George
and
I
want
you
to
spot
a
stroke
fast
F
face
drooping,
hey
arm
weakness,
s
speech,
difficulty,
teeth
time
to
call
9-1-1
protect
the
ones
you
love
spot,
a
stroke
fast.
M
When
I
was
in
foster
care,
I
never
knew
when
I
would
have
to
move
so
I
always
had
my
suitcase
ready
to
go.
Then
one
day
I
was
adopted.
My
new
parents
opened
their
hearts
and
home
to
me.
My
parents
cooked
my
favorite
breakfast
for
me.
Every
morning
my
parents
take
me
on
trips,
I,
never
thought
I
was
gone.
M
A
J
B
Welcome
back
to
Madison
Park
High
School
in
Roxbury
at
the
conclusion
of
game
of
the
week
the
Jeremiah
Burke
Bulldogs
defeat
the
Madison
Park
Cardinals
3214
and
sort
of
like
deja
vu.
We
saw
last
week,
Pat
Cole
breath
with
a
181
rushing
yards
and
three
touchdowns
a
little
bit
less
this
week,
but
still
very
impressed
118
on
the
ground.
Two
rushing
TVs
one
passing
TD
that.
B
Was
probably
the
best
play
of
the
game
on
either
side
for
Cole
birth?
Was
that
huge
kickoff
return
that
set
up
the
passing
touchdown
phenomenal
quarterback
here
for
Jeremiah
Burke?
He
is
down
on
the
field
with
our
sideline
reporter
David
Sousa,
along
with
head
coach,
Byron,
Beeman
David.
Take
it
away.
F
F
K
Mean
we
started
a
little
slow,
we
started
slow
definitely
saw
before
the
game
started.
That
was
sitting
over
here
having
a
good
time.
You
know
thinking
they
were
just
gonna,
walk
in
here
and
win
a
football
game.
It's
four
quarters
and
you
can
never
take
your
opponent
lightly.
You
can't
look
at
film
and
assume
that
the
task
is
gonna,
be
easy
and
I
think
that
they
got
a
little
overconfident.
We
got
punched
in
the
mouth
a
little
bit
and
we
didn't
know
how
to
recover
until
the
second
half
and.
K
What
we
say
at
the
end
of
every
practice,
it's
a
mantra
that
we
use
and
we
talk
about.
You
know
you
know
knowing
our
story
and
knowing
our
power
and
really
just
like
being
one
together,
because
I
think
that
when
these
guys
actually
come
out
and
play
football
for
us,
it's
more
than
just
that,
it's
really
like
a
family
environment.
We
dinner
every
Thursday
together.
We
really
want
these
guys
in
order
to
have
a
place
with
us.
You
know-
and
it's
not
just
about
football
and.
D
That
net
list-
that's
some
of
that
probably
comes
from
fact.
You
know.
Frankly,
they
haven't
had
a
whole
lot
of
postseason
recently
in
recent
years,
so
none
of
these
players
are
even
used
to
being
in
the
running.
For
the
most
part,
we've
had
a
few
a
couple.
Other
teams,
on
top
of
both
North
and
the
South,
pretty
regularly
need
to
go
back
like
say
three
or
four
years
right.
D
So
what
part
of
coach
Beeman
and
his
staff,
probably
of
their
main
job,
is
to
get
like
you
said
it's
get
their
mental
attitude
right,
so
they're
ready
a
kickoff.
Are
they
ready
to
go
and
Madison
Park
was
able
to
stay
in
the
rivers
could
get
the
score.
They
were
there
up
at
halftime,
but
the
injuries
just
really
hurt
them,
but
Burke
has
some.
They
have
some
opportunities
and
any
time,
especially
in
high
school
football.
D
B
C
D
Half
listen,
you
know
he
leaves
they're
all
out
there.
Yeah,
like
you
taught
some
second
weekend
role.
We've
talked
to
him.
He's
been
outstanding,
plays
seem
sort
of
humble,
doesn't
say
a
lot.
Doesn't
it
I
saw
like
a
like
you
like
the
brag
or
anything,
but
he
has.
The
talent
does
have
no
question
all
over
the
field
and
I.
Think
coach
Beeman
knows
that
just
watching
you
get
maximum
use
out
of
that
without.
B
D
At
Madison,
Park
Anson
had
the
early
touchdown
and
how
also
had
touchdown
how
I
end
up
with
77
yards
to
chuck
yards
to
14
carries
he
took
a
beating,
but
he
was
able
to
get
some
yards
out
of
it.
Nothing
in
the
passing
game
at
all
Torres
only
had
two,
that's
the
same
to
attempt.
Yet
in
the
first
half
and
of
course
the
freshman
didn't
was
a
call
from
beneath
any
pass
attempts.
D
D
You
flip
it
over
call
truth
again:
11
carries
hundred
18
yeah
two
touchdowns
Glahn
see
whether
he
had
a
tough
night
until
he
was
able
to
break
off
that
25
yard
touchdown.
To
sort
of
make
him
feel
pretty
good.
Had
a
good
defensive
night
to
the
one
receiving
for
Godse
had
to
touch
down
on
that
screen
pass
and
then
called
breath.
That's
the
only
pass.
You
feel
the
only
pass
he
completed,
10
yards
down,
pat.
