From YouTube: Game of the Week: Boys North Div. 4 First Round - Bishop Fenwick Crusaders vs. Snowden Cougars
Description
We kick off our coverage of the 2019 MIAA Basketball State Tournament at Madison Park High School in Roxbury, as the Bishop Fenwick Crusaders visit the Snowden Cougars at Madison Park High School in Roxbury.
A
Hello
Boston
and
welcome
to
the
high
school
basketball
version
of
March
Madness
as
we're
at
Madison
Park
High
School
in
Roxbury
for
a
boys,
North
Division
four
first
round,
matchup
between
the
Bishop
Fenwick
Crusaders
and
the
Snowdon
Cougars
hello,
everybody
I'm,
Pat
flower-girl,
my
partner
as
always
Allen
platen
Allen,
so
begins
the
craziness
of
the
MIAA
state
term.
If
this
is
a
lot
of
fun
for
high
school
basketball
here
in
Massachusetts,
no.
B
Duh
likes
just
like
you
mentioned
March
Madness,
the
high
school
version
here
up
in
New,
England
and
teams
from
all
over
the
ones.
The
one
thing
that
coaches
like
and
dislike
about
the
tournament
is
you
never
know
until
a
couple
of
days
before
it
starts,
who
you
matched
up
with
that's
right,
virtually
no
chance
for
any
scouting
at
all.
You
just
have
to
have
to
pretty
much
whole
what
you
do
your
best
and
hope
that
that
works
against
whoever
your
opponent
is
same
situation
from
that
we
did
a
Catholic
Conference.
A
That's
right:
Boston
City,
League
versus
the
Catholic
Central
Conference.
Now
tonight
you
get
the
Bishop
Fenwick
Crusaders,
who
had
a
really
tough
year
last
year,
just
three
wins,
but
here
in
the
third
season
of
head
coach,
Kevin
Moran
their
senior
Nick
pin
yo
knees
really
having
an
icer
he's
their.
B
Leading
scorer
other
than
said
he's
a
player
we
gonna
look
out
for
he's
a
scorer
he'll
be
number
23
in
black
and
scores
from
inside
and
out,
mainly
it
outside
jump
shooter.
So
we'll
see
what
Snowden
does
in
terms
of
defending
him,
because
they
know
just
from
stats
that
he's
the
guy
you
got
to
stop
in
order
to
really
hold
up
their
offense.
That's.
A
B
Ti
stretches
the
right
word
in
quotations
because
he's
long
good
hands
defensively,
you
think
of
the
possibilities
of
him.
The
high
school
kid
still
gonna
grow
a
little
more
you're
right,
he's
gonna,
be
a
cue
defender
for
them,
yeah
my
interest
to
see
what
they
actually
do
in
the
half-court
defense,
because
they're
gonna
have
to
be
able
to
get
out
close
on
the
shooters
for
Bishop
I'm
Wiccan,
it's
gonna
be
a
chess
match
both
ways:
two
coaches,
no.
A
D
D
They
haven't
been
to
the
state
tournament
since
2014,
but
not
only
is
there
a
large
contingent
that
made
its
way
here,
all
the
way
from
Peabody,
but
he
and
his
staff
have
a
lot
of
experience.
Moran
was
very
successful
at
Saint
Mary's
of
Lin,
where
he
won
a
state
title
back
in
2012
made
it
to
the
state
tournament
seven
of
nine
years,
and
he
three
of
his
former
st.
Mary's
of
Lin
players
are
on
his
coaching
staff
this
year.
B
So
now
they
want
to
take
a
bite
of
the
it's
here
on
here.
Also,
like
you
mentioned
there,
they
had
a
bad
year
last
year
bay,
a
couple
of
key
injuries
to
players
who
are
now
playing
this
year,
so
that
will
get
that
knowledge
through
the
course
of
the
game,
because
I
get
the
feeling
that
in
an
up
and
down
game,
both
teams
are
gonna,
want
to
use
their
benches
and
maybe
go
deeper
into
the
bench
than
they
usually
turning.
The
game.
G
I
J
L
So
there
you
are
shuffling
through
a
stack
of
resumes
and
you
come
to
mind
this.
Is
it
first
impression
my
way
in,
but
can
my
resume
show
you
how
I
truly
stand
out
like
that
I
was
studying
going
to
night
school,
while
working
two
jobs
just
to
help
my
parents
pay
for
groceries
or
being
the
first
one
to
always
step
up?
No,
that's
something!
You
just
can't
put
on
paper,
look
beyond
the
resume
and
discover
new
ways
to
develop
great
talent
that
is
dedicated,
hardworking
and
determined.
Like
me,.
A
Welcome
back
to
Madison
Park
High
School
in
Roxbury
for
the
first
round
of
the
boys,
North
Division
for
section
tonight
we
got
the
Bishop
Fenwick
Crusaders,
taking
on
the
Snowdon
Cougars.
We
get
two
starters
for
you
for
Bishop
Fenwick,
it's
Ramos,
two
freshmen
Ben
yoni,
Stuart,
Andrews
and
low
shirt.
Meanwhile,
for
the
Snowden
kubarz,
its
Kaplan
Samuels,
Kaba,
Ellis
and
Jones.
M
A
Coach
Rogers
and
the
left
of
your
screen
there
in
his
seventh
season,
I
believe
as
the
head
coach
of
Snowden's
done
a
nice
job.
They
made
the
state
tournament
at
five
out
of
the
last
seven
years
and
Snowden
one
of
those
teams.
We
don't
get
to
cover
them
as
often
they
have
sort
of
a
smaller
gym
and
kind
of
get
bounced
around
a
little
bit.
Jim
wise
but
they've
been
pretty
consistently
a
solid
team
in
the
city.
B
They
have,
unfortunately,
in
the
case,
they've
sort
of
an
overlook
overshadowed
by
some
of
the
other
bigger
programs
like
right
in
the
last
few
years.
Animation
exactly
so,
but,
like
you
said,
they
do
have
something
that
suppose
other
schools
don't
have
this
year.
They
have
a
lot
of
size
right
again
depends
on
how
the
game
flows
as
to
how
much
of
it
you're
gonna,
see
them
use.
Today,
that's.
A
A
B

C

B
B
A
B
C
B
Watch
him
get
that
steps
right
in
order
and
I
slipped
block
on
one
end,
but
the
other
at
the
other
side
was
a
hit,
see
in
these
long
guys.
We
say
it
all
year,
and
then
they
have
that
kind
of
length
is
deceiving
how
quickly
they
get
them
down
court
and
how
much
floor
space
they're,
taking
up
with
each
step.
That's
the
case
with
Ellis.
B
B
B
A

B
A
A
B
The
drag
step
to
give
him
a
little
space
to
eat
the
backboard
one
of
those
players
who
shoot
from
different
angles.
You
see
why
he's
a
high
schooler,
because
he's
he's
not
worried
about
not
making
the
outside
shots,
yet
they
look
good.
So
you
dragged
that
right.
Foot,
the
defender,
the
defense
inside
that
collapse,
just
at
the
right
time
of
a
turnover
by
Snowden.
A

Welcome

A
C
O
B
A
B
B
A
D
Guys,
after
a
really
strong
start,
Snowden
went
ice-cold
towards
the
end
of
that
first
quarter
and
a
big
part
of
it
according
to
Paul
Rodgers
was
the
fact
that
they
got
past
if
they
weren't
penetrating,
they
were
settling
to
just
pass
the
ball
around.
Take
some
jump
shots.
He
really
encouraged
his
team
to
be
a
lot
more
aggressive
and
we've
seen
that
over
the
last
couple
minutes.
Penetration
is
the
key
here
in
the
second
quarter,
especially
getting
their
two
bigs
some
touches
and
some
second
chances
which
they
weren't
getting
late
in
that
first
quarter.
B
Office,
oh
definitely
whatever
Ty
Jones
is
in
there
he's
gonna,
be
a
very
high
percentage
shot
it'll,
be
within
five
feet
of
the
hoop
at
that
size
of
his
like,
like
you
say,
they
think
he's
raw
680
about
high
school,
and
he
has
a
you
know,
big
body.
So
it's
not
like
I.
Like
he's
a
string
bean
he's
built
like
a
left
tackle.
Well
he's
got
good
hands.
Todd
too
came
up
with
the
first
with
the
first
five
points.
C
A
B
Adjustment
we
seen
with
me
so
they
start
out
in
the
regular
t3,
but
now
they're
doing
what
they
can
to
prevent
those
entry
passes.
You
see,
nice
baseline
drive
your
left
hand
to
flick,
mention
the
foul
shots
Pat
and
at
some
point
that's
going
on
be
a
key
part
of
this
game.
Here
we
are
seeing
snow
than
white
struggling
here
in
the
first
half.
B
A
B
A
B
A
B
C
A
A
B
L
B
Nice
saw
behind
the
back
flip,
always
coaches,
it
tell
you
if
our
big
fella
biggest
guy
in
the
team
is
gonna
rebound
on
the
defensive
end
then
run
the
floor
on
offense.
You
got
to
anytime,
you
have
don't
the
bottom,
but
whenever
you
can
reward
him
like
in
the
case
like
that,
an
easy
drop
down
past
they
wouldn't,
and
he
always
run
all
day
all
day.
If.
K
A
B
C
A
B
You
gotta
have
a
little
more
patience
and
so
right
now
they're
gonna
come
out
here
and
run
whatever
is
whatever
their
favorite
play
for
the
season
is
that's
they're
gonna
run
right
now,
regardless
of
who's
out
there
defensively
first
note,
as
you
go
with
with
what
you
know
to
do,
might
be
a
strong
opinion.
You
or
it
might
be
him
as
a
decoy
or
he
him
as
the
passer,
because
they
they've
had
some
nice
weak
side
cuts
to
have
gotten
them.
B
Some
layups,
then
that
played
twice
where
Jones
for
Snowden
defensively
he's
gotten
beaten
on
the
baseline,
because
we
were,
he
could
fake
with
you
with
the
epic
head
and
shoulders
fake,
and
so
there's
a
couple
of
possibilities.
Like
you
said,
can
you
only
if
he's
a
3-point
shooter
got
a
big?
If
you
just
want
to
write
at
33
points
right,
that's.
B
A
B
A
A
B
C
B
A
Question
we
saw
a
lot
of
air
milled
passes
really
from
both
teams
to
there
in
the
first
half
so
we'll
see
if
they
can
clean
it
up
here
at
halftime,
they
got
the
state
tournament.
Jitters
worked
out
a
little
bit
here
in
the
first
half
the
head
coach
of
the
Stoughton
Cougars
Paul
Rodgers
is
with
our
sideline
reporter
Seth
or
asking
Seth.
So.
D
My
Snowden
coach,
Paul,
Rodgers
coach,
you
went
down
17
to
11
after
taking
out
your
big
man,
and
then
you
got
back
into
the
game
in
large
part
because
of
William
Samuel
is
being
aggressive,
which
was
kind
of
your
message.
What
have
you
seen
out
of
Samuels?
Because
when
he's
able
to
play
like
that,
it
kind
of
opens
up
everyone
else
in
the
like.
P
Wills
like
a
Swiss
Jack
Army
knife
like
he
literally,
can
do
it
all
and
we
rely
on
him
a
lot
like
I
told
you
yesterday.
When
we
spoke
whatever
it
takes,
you
know
any
mean
and
will
will
do
whatever
it
takes
to
win
a
game,
so
he
just
took
it
upon
himself
to
take
over
and
demonstrate
leadership
that
that
he
displays
they.
D
P
D
P
A
Thanks
very
much
chef
and
coach
Rogers
sort
of
mentioned,
like
some
of
these
guys,
you
know,
even
though
Snowden
made
the
tournament
last
year,
some
of
them
are
younger
guys
that
maybe
didn't
start.
They
didn't
get
a
ton
of
time
last
year,
so
they're
still
trying
to
figure
out
how
the
state
tournament
works.
F
B
B
And
it
happens
to
all
teams
a
little
more
so
with
younger
teams,
but
put
the
city
coach,
the
turtlecom
and
I
think
I.
Think
he's
happy
with,
like
I,
said
the
defensive
end
of
the
floor.
Although
he
mentioned
that
some
time
there
is,
they
were
just
standing
around
when
family
got
some
open
shots
but
offenses
they
never
liked
for
earballs
refills
from
that
left
corner.
So,
as
he
said,
tell
hobby
just
be
himself
hobbies,
one
of
the
he's
long
you
can
get
to
the
basket
I'm.
B
B
B
They
they've
missed
some
shots
that
I'm
sure
during
the
season
I'll
throw
their
bread
and
butter,
no
baseline
cuts,
some
weak
side
cuts
some
pics
and
then
the
little
action
on
the
under
on
the
elbow
so
we'll
see
if
they
can
get
me
yoni
going
because
for
a
kid
who's
too
high
score,
you
expect
him
to
get
more
shot.
Attempts.
That's.
A
Right
we'll
see
if
he
can
pick
it
up
here
in
the
second
half
as
Fenwick
was
able
to
climb
back
into
it.
One-Point
lead
here
for
Snowden
at
the
break,
we're
gonna
head
to
break
and
when
we
come
back
web,
the
halftime
stash
and
some
highlights
and
then
we'll
set
the
third
quarter
here
from
NASA
Park
High
School
in
Roxbury.
Right
after
these
words,
don't
go
away.
C
H
H
S
Hey
you
yeah
you
getting
that
college
education.
What
are
you
gonna
do
graduate
and
take
some
office
job
you
like
everybody
else
or
well.
You
dare
do
something
different.
Like
be
a
teacher.
You
could
be
my
teacher.
You
got
the
skills,
the
smarts!
Yes,
you
you
give
me
the
teacher
I,
never
forget
I'll
be
cool.
Does
that
corporate
job
even
have
recess?
What
are
you
gonna
make
of
yourself?
What
are
you
gonna
make
of
me.
A
A
B
Issue:
Fenwick
opinioni
hats.
We
thought
he
have
a
lot
more
than
that
angels.
With
five
you
had
rebounds
five
for
Andrews
five
for
Ramos
and
then
assists
not
as
many
as
you
expect
from
the
Fenwick,
with
all
the
passing.
They
do
Ramos
the
two
and
look
motion
with
just
one
there's
the
snows
and
Jones,
like
you
said,
had
that
which
stops
the
game.
11
points
Samuels
with
nine,
mostly
on
those
drives
right
to
left
rebound
Jones
had
13
rebounds
double-double
already
for
him.
B
The
first
half
Ellis
has
six
rebounds
Caplan
three
assists
and
Samuels
with
a
couple
of
assists
of
his
own,
so
think
that,
even
though
it's
been
a
close
game,
all
all
the
way
with
couple
runs
from
each
team.
Both
coaches
know
that
this
players
who've
not
done
what
they're
capable
of
doing
it.
There's
no
other
side.
Hobby
definitely
can
do
a
lot
more.
That's
what
Paul
Rogers
told
Seth.
That's
right!
He's
gonna
tell
how
we
just
be
yourself,
but
then
pignoli,
yeah,
okay,
he's
used
to
be
in
a
double
digits.
B
Each
half
that's
right
and
that
in
so
is
a
point
where
I'm
sure
that
coach
Vaught
will
say:
listen,
let's
set
some
pics
keep
setting
them
until
we
get
him
some
wide-open
shots,
and
so
for
the
second
half
you
can
look
for
those
two
guys
can
only
for
throughout
Stanwyck
and
and
how
the
arrows
for
Snowden's
pick
up
their
scoring.
The
game
itself
may
be
of
much
higher
scoring
23
and
22.
Neither
team
is
used
to
being
that.
A
B
B
Fella
using
all
of
that
six
eight,
you
see
the
offensive
rebound
and
putback
nice
seal.
Good
little
drops
tip
there
like
a
nice
soft
hands
saved
his
teammate.
They
on
their
own,
the
assistants
you'll
be
able
to
snatch
it
away
from
the
defense
again,
the
you
see,
Samuels
leading
inside
to
Jones,
then
on
this
other
on
the
fast-break,
where
Jones
follow
Samuels
and
was
able
to
get
that
nice
easy
putback,
a
layin
rather
as
Samuels,
who
had
just
made
two
drives
on
the
exact
same
move,
saw
his
big
fella
gave
it
to
him.

Again,
like
III,
think
they've
got
as
mission
mirages.
It
has
to
be
unhappy
with
with
his
offense
not
being
as
patient
as
that
were
in
the
first
half,
getting
the
ball
into
Jones
or
having
Samuels,
be
patient
from
the
wing
and
have
that
drives
the
basket,
and
then
that's
happening
to
staff.
I
seen
a
couple
of
earballs
unfortunate
Jones
has
stuck
under
the
under
the
hoop
on
the
baseline
I
couldn't
help
that,
but
they
often
is
just
isn't
nearly
as
smooth
as
it
wasn't.

Up
the

finish:
family
is
very
upset
taking
the
time
not
because
they
want
to
follow.
I
got
wet
on
their
last
shot.
It's
trying
on
all
three
officials,
I
thought
this
is
what
this
is
a
looks.
A
block
could
have
been
some
contact
there.
Nice
finish,
though,
because
I
also
use
that
lengthy
history
Chauncey,
you
see,
let's
go
swirl.
M
A
A
He
knows
what
it
takes
to
win
a
state
championship,
one
when
he
was
the
head
coach
at
Saint,
Mary's
back
in
2012
and
right
now,
as
Bishop
Fenwick
team
is
down
by
two
here
with
19
seconds
left
to
go
in
the
third
quarter.
Meanwhile,
Paul
Rodgers
and
the
Snowden
Cougars
have
regained
the
lead
here
late
in
the
third
quarter.
It's.
B
Been
a
rough
road,
but
they
you
have
to
like
the
fact
that
they're
very
patient,
but
not
forcing
the
ball
into
it's
a
tie
Jen
with
the
big
felt
like
they
were
in
that
second
quarter,
do
a
better
job
being
patient.
Other
players,
you
see,
Casals,
get
away
on
the
fast
break,
you're,
seeing
Samuels
try
to
drive
to
the
hoop
and
the
dish
when
he
hasn't
ran.
A
A
No
seconds
left
in
the
quarter,
Samuels
unable
to
hit
put
back
no
good
after
three
here
at
Madison

it's
the
Snowden
Cougars
on
top

As
I
went
from
the
state
bath,
the
LLC's
head
up,
you
know
a
good
night
right,
so
he's
trying
to
make
things
happen.
Otherwise
it
did
a
beautiful
pastor
that
last
week,
but
this
one
looking
at
that.
That's
the
layup
for
cowboy,
but
right
after
this
as
Fiona's
going
down
down
for
you,
have
Ellis
coming
from
behind
and
Frank
at
that
Polk
steal
and
if
we
call
this
game
to
be
close
all
night
so
that
that's
any
kind
of
contact
on
that's
gonna,
be
a
fun.
B
A
C
B
M
D
Look
at
how
these
teams
have
done
in
close
games.
Bishop
Fenwick
has
been
very
good
for
a
no
this
year
in
games
that
have
been
decided
by
three
points
or
fewer,
including
a
couple
of
overtime,
wins
on
the
opposite
side.
Snowden
hasn't
played
as
many
games
there.
Two
and
one
in
games
decided
by
five
points
that
one
loss
came
by
one
point,
so
Bishop
Fenwick
might
have
a
little
bit
more
experience
in
these
types
of
games.
They've
been
very
good
in
close
games
this
year,
guys.
A
B

C
A

Yeah
contact
on
the
gear-
oh
she's,
trying
to
get
the
ball
into
the
lane,
but
Ross
Ross.
B
A
B
A
C
C
B
You
said
every
possession
very
important
I
may
be
crazy
if
it
does
come
down
to
free
throws,
because
Snowden's
already
hurt
themselves
throughout
the
game
up
until
this
point,
but
you
know
being
up
one
I
need
a
defensive,
stop
and
try
to
turn
something
good
over
on
offense,
but
that
I
tell
you
that
that
family
team
has
done
much
better
than
their
half-court
set
this
fourth
quarter.
They
get,
they
get
the
shots,
they
want.
I
mean
make
my
mission,
but
as
long
as
they're
wide
open
shots,
that's
all
coach
wants.
B
You
know
that
the
coaches
will
tell
you,
but
don't
worry
about
whether
it
goes
in
an
arc.
Just
take
your
regular
shot
and
as
long
as
it's
one
thing,
it
doesn't
want
to
see,
doesn't
watch
TV
challenge
shots
unless,
unless
you
know
you're
drawing
a
file,
there's
no
reason
to
be
shooting
over
the
defense.
A
B
C
A
B
A
B
A
A
B
The
first
half
a
little
different,
we
thought
from
lunch.
This
second
half
has
been
much
closer,
the
entire
way
free
throws
and
with
less
it's
like,
we
thought
paddy
that
we
thought
be.
A
major
key
Snowden
still
stuck
at
50%.
Shooting
free
throws
meanwhile,
family
feeling
much
better
with
their
free
throws
two
big
ones
right.
There
give
them
the
one-point
lead
again.
B
I've
got
a
lob
it
into
the
big
and
out
yeah.
That's
that's
that
I
think.
That's
your
first
choice.
Your
second
choice
is
probably
gonna
be
Samuels
or
something
either
driver
to
the
basket
or
little
pull-up
mid-range
shot
that
man
fight,
that
might
wit
that
might
even
go
to
the
mid-range
shot
in
and
just
have
Jones
try
to
get
in
there
for
the
offensive
rebound.
C
B
B
B
B
B
A
C
A
B
A
A
B
It's
it's
it's
tough
to
say,
but
you
know
we
talked
about
snowing
whose
free-throw
problems
during
the
season
and
unfortunately
it
really
bit
them
tonight,
because
when
they
had
plenty
of
chances
at
the
free-throw
line,
when
you
go
50%
were
at
the
end
up
I
think
11
for
22.
That's
just
tough
specimen
when
your
opponent
is
shooting
75%
and
the
four
big
ones
in
a
row
straight
endowed
with
the
waning
seconds,
so
rebounds
and
free
throws
coaches
always
say
they
give
them
nightmares.
Are
we
gonna
make
them?
Are
we
gonna
get
them?
That's.
A
G
J
L
So
there
you
are
shuffling
through
a
stack
of
resumes
and
you
come
to
mind
this.
Is
it
first
impression
my
way
in,
but
can
my
resume
show
you
how
I
truly
stand
out
like
that
I
was
studying
going
to
night
school,
while
working
two
jobs
just
to
help
my
parents
pay
for
groceries
or
being
the
first
one
now
always
step
up?
No,
that's
something!
You
just
can't
put
on
paper.
Look
beyond
the
resume
and
discover
new
ways
to
develop
great
talent
that
is
dedicated,
hardworking
and
determined.
Like
me,
do
you
want
to
retire.
O
R
H
G
A
There's
actually
day
one
of
the
tournament
across
the
board
and
both
these
teams,
as
we
mentioned
kind
of
even
coming
in
two
completely
different
teams,
you
got
one
team,
very
big
one
team,
that's
sort
of
guard
heavy
and
you
know
there's
a
couple
of
players
that
really
had
great
games
tonight
for
Bishop
Fenwick.
You
saw
Romans
just
a
freshman
making.
K
B
A
A
D
By
Nick
pignoli
and
Kevin
Moran
of
Bishop
Fenwick
Nick
you're,
the
senior
leader
on
this
team,
you
took
a
little
bit
of
a
blow
to
the
blow
to
the
mouth.
You
were
bleeding
I,
don't
think
you
came
out
for
more
than
10
seconds
in
this
game.
What
was
this
experience
like
you're,
a
senior
on
this
team
you're
a
leader
and
you
finally
get
a
chance
to
play
the
state
tournament
and
you
had
a
huge
final
minute.
I.
O
D
Guys
lost
one
starter,
five
fouls,
another
starter
goes
down
with
an
ankle
two
and
a
half
to
go
you're
on
the
road
and
the
final
minute
you
seem
to
make
every
play.
You
have
the
steal.
You
had
a
big
rebound.
You
hit
a
couple
of
free
throws,
what's
going
through
your
mind
during
that
final
minute,
with
so
much
on
the
line.
I,
don't.
O
D
D
Congratulations
on
a
great
game
fix
that
lip
coach.
You
went
down
to
essentially
the
five
guys
that
you
would
use
without
those
two
starters
in
that
final
minute.
What
was
kind
of
your
message?
Obviously,
having
that
senior
leadership
helps
but
a
couple
younger
guys
out
there
and
you
were
able
to
stay
calm.
You.
N
Know
I
get
a
lot
of
gray
hair,
so
I
think
I
can
stay
calm
a
little
bit
from
the
experience.
But,
however,
with
the
senior
leadership
of
Nick
and
Jess
on
Jay
Sean
had
an
unbelievable
game
today
and
then
the
third
guy
that
had
probably
his
Korea
game
was
our
big
fella.
Today,
44
Nate
Andrews
was
terrific.
He
scored
14
points
five
or
six
blocks,
so
we
had
he
really
stepped
up
today.
So
those
three
guys
you
know
with
some
young
guy
sprinkled
in
there,
but
those
three
guys
were
terrific.
N
Then
we
got
the
freshman
coming
down
handling
the
ball.
Jason
Roman,
so
you
know
he
pulls
up,
hits
a
huge
jumper
over
here.
So
so
the
combination
just
seemed
to
work
tonight
and
I.
Think
the
chemistry
worked.
You
know
some
days,
it
works
and
some
days
it
doesn't.
But
tonight
I
think
the
chemistry
of
the
5-1
worked
pretty
good.
You.
D
Guys
took
an
early
blow,
I
think
it
was
406,
oh
and
then
you
settled
in
you
took
the
lead
and
you
never
let
them
really
stretch
it
out.
You've
been
here
a
lot
before
some
of
your
assistants.
But
what
were
you
saying,
or
especially
early
on
in
that
game
when
it
when
it
did
get
a
little
bit,
stretched
to
kind
of
keep
the
team
calm?
Because
you
were
very
calm
and
you
also
were
just
preaching
confidence
in
your
group
and.
N
I
mean
you
know,
especially
looking
at
the
team.
Physically,
there
are
unbelievable
snows
as
they
got
the
big
guy
inside
they
got
the
shooter
on
the
perimeter.
So
we,
what
we
trying
to
do
is
try
to
help
on
the
big
guy.
You're,
not
gonna,
cover
him
one-on-one
and
then
so
we
tried
to
collapse
on
him.
A
little
bit
from
his
own
perspective,
keep
an
eye
on
number
four
and
then
actually
34
hit
us
a
couple
times.
So
you
know
it's
pick
your
poison
and
that's
what
we
said.
Let's
just
maintain,
let's
maintain
and
compete.
D
N
I
think
Kipp
is
a
very
much
like
his
team
tonight,
they're
extremely
athletic.
They
may
not
be
as
big,
but
they
are
just
as
athletic
they're,
a
very,
very
good
team.
So
over
the
next
couple
days
we
gotta,
you
know
clean
a
few
things
up,
defend
the
quick
place
and
then
and
the
athletic
plays
and
and
trying
to
see
how
that
goes.
Coaches.
D
A
B
With
snow
in
Samuels,
big
game,
16
points
south
and
also
the
opposition
in
the
big
fellow
inside
Jones
had
15
rebounds
Jones
with
23
rebounds
LA.
Those
offensive
rebounds
and
some
of
those
wretched
put
backs.
Ellis
I
didn't
have
much
of
an
offensive
game,
but
I
didn't
have
ten
rebounds.
The
cysts
Samuels
had
five
assists
and
Kaplan
with
four
assists
for
Snowden.
Let's.
B
The
family:
do
you
see
Pena
with
the
14
points?
Still
wood
added
13
talked
about
rebounding
Andrews,
that's
the
coach's
top
my
belt
with
9
rebounds
Romans,
the
young
kid
had
6
rebounds
and
assists
yapen
yoni
with
six
and
Stuart,
with
four
assists
so
same
across
the
board.
That's
his
favorite
team.
They
hit
the
head
versatile
players
who
could
do
a
number
of
different
things.
Like
you
mentioned
a
lot
in
the
second
half,
they
went
with
four
guards,
basically,
four
guards
and
the
one
big
fella
injury.
B
So
coaches
always
know
the
team's
better
than
anybody
else.
So,
even
though
it
seems
like
a
strange
move
against
such
a
big
team,
it
worked
because
the
players
played
it
well,
they
all
boxed
out
they
all
rebound.
No
one
tried
to
sneak
away
until
they
happen
just
in
the
ball.
That
was
key
and,
of
course,
down
the
stretch
it
all
came
down
to
free
throws
very.
A
F
A
B
Fx
ease
with
that
size
and
those
good
hands
in
here.
So
that's
that's
down
from
the
beginning.
The
game
that
was
a
pop
to
impress
me
keep
the
ball
up.
High
knows
how,
to
you
know
a
little
drop
step
and,
like
you
said
it's
the
cause.
They'll
give
him
that
big
notebook
of
working
out
over
the
summer
in.
A
