A
A
A
Grading
system,
the
purpose
of
this
whole
thing
is
to
make
sure
that
the
transparency
of
sanitary
inspection
is
well
done.
The
ISD
team
in
the
Jewett
teams
have
been
working
for
a
year
and
a
half
now
to
get
this
into
place,
and
it's
all
about
transparency,
it's
all
about
allowing
somebody
to
walk
down
the
street
and
see
what
the
sanitary
student
status
of
the
restaurant
is.
This
review
is
based
purely
on
the
sanitary
code.
A
It's
not
about
price
of
food,
the
quality
of
food
entitlements,
purely
the
sanitary
code
and
its
way
for
us
to
convey
some
of
the
data
that
we've
been
collected.
The
years
now
in
a
very
simple
ways
of
the
public
and
walk
down
the
street,
see
all
this
information
will
be
posted
on
to
the
mayor's
food
court
in
the
next
two
weeks,
so
that
you're
available
to
go
on
there
and
see
the
little
Brady
some
very
basic
rules
about
this
as
we
roll
this
out
for
the
next
year.
A
The
posting
of
the
letter
grade
is
voluntary
in
the
store
for
the
first
year.
It
will
be
online,
but
we're
not
requiring
restaurants
to
do
that.
We
through
the
mayor's
office
of
neighborhood
services,
we
are
doing
an
educational
campaign
across
the
city
we've
been
to
about
a
dozen
community,
is
now
and
we're
going
to
keep
doing
this
so
that
we
explain
the
system
to
the
restaurant
Tia's
here
to
the
neighborhoods.
A
A
C
Wonder
why
I
want
to
first
of
all
thank
Commissioner
Christopher
assist
the
Commissioner
John
meanie
and
all
the
all
the
staff
at
ISD
for
the
great
work
they've
done
here.
I
want
to
thank
awesome,
opossum
black
men,
who
is
the
chief
of
energy
and
environment
in
the
city
of
Boston
as
well
for
his
great
work.
I
want
to
thank
the
elected
officials.
Michael
Flaherty
city
comes
Mike
before
he's
with
us
today,
and
stay
representable
is
Maya
whose
district
during
today
I
want
thankless
for
a
long.
It's
being
a
district
today,
I
want.
C
Steve
and
the
staff
here
for
their
great
work
as
well,
and
we
have
a
bunch
of
Main
Street
this
district
here
as
well.
Thank
you
main
street
in
D&D
and
everyone
else.
This
is
when
we
first
started
this
idea.
It
seemed
controversial
and
I
was
just
asking
target
the
Commissioner
back
there
about
New
York,
New
York
implementing
this
program
six
years
ago,
and
at
that
point,
eighty
five.
C
Fifty
percent
of
the
businesses
we're
getting
an
a
brain
as
fast
forward
six
years
late
at
nine
eighty-five
percent
of
the
businesses
are
getting
aids
in
New,
York
City
and
when
you
see
them
on
the
wall
and
the
inspections,
the
complaints
of
God
suits
under
City,
really
to
capitalize
on
an
opportunity
to
work
with
the
owners
of
different
food
establishments
around
the
city
of
arson,
but
also
to
understand
the
importance
on
being
able
to
post
an
a
on
the
wall
outside
across
the
street.
We
have
the
Franklin
Park
too.
C
We
have
visitors
from
all
over
Massachusetts
and
all
over
New
England
that
come
to
the
zoo
and
oftentimes
they
come
to
park,
think
they
visit
they
leave
now.
This
is
an
opportunity
for
this
table.
It's
a
market
there
they're
finding
food
food
establishments.
So
when
people
come,
they
will
spend
the
day
here
and
visit
in
to
our
business
districts
and
also
our
restaurants.
So
there's
a
real
opportunity
to
do
more
than
that.
B
B
From
the
non
set
as
something
that
was
going
to
be
impacting
the
role
that
restaurants
play
and
I
local
economy,
but
the
alternative
was
that
it
was
going
to
enhance
it.
Perfect
example,
buddy
Christopher
had
just
mentioned
behind
the
counter
is
that
the
Franklin
Park
Zoo
is
probably
one
of
the
heavily
visited
tourist
attractions
of
our
city,
and
yet
tourists,
probably
don't
even
know
I,
have
never
heard
about
stashes
having
an
a
on
on.
B
That
will
probably
go
a
long
way
in
enhancing
your
ability
to
connect
with
those
customers
and
those
customers,
knowing
that
the
letter
of
grade
of
an
a
but
also
the
products
in
the
food
that
they
put
out
his
top
quality.
So
hopefully,
this
will
go
a
long
way
in
increasing
your
customer
base
tan.
So
thank
you
for
your
time
and
attention.
It
was
a
pleasure
again
on
behalf
of
the
City
Council,
to
work
with
the
mayor
and
Buddy
customer
in
the
restaurant
industry,
Thank
You
Man.
Thank.
D
You
to
the
folks
from
stashes
I
represent
a
good
part
of
this
area
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
think
is
really
a
big
advantages
that
you
know
correct
parts
that
we've
heard
about
that
brings
in
a
huge
number
of
people,
and
it's
really
hard,
sometimes
to
get
information
about,
what's
going
on
in
the
rest
of
the
neighborhood,
how
to
people
in
the
public
on
a
regular
basis-
and
this
is
one
way
to
do
that.
This
is
a
great
establishment.
D
They
have
other
operations
awesome,
they
have
a
good
reputation
and
again,
this
is
a
new
area,
we're
hoping
that
the
help
bring
some
more
folks
in
here.
So
thanks
very
much
tin
there
into
the
folks
from
stashes
buddy
mr.
Perkins
we're
starting
to
this
new
nation.
That's
a
great
idea!
Thank
you.
We
also.
