visitor

card,

that

re-parking
the
residents
in
this
area
fought
really
hard
to
get
resident
parking,
especially
around
the
airport
and
the
train
stations.
That's
something
that
I
love.
I
rely
on
that
and
I
know.
A
lot
of
people
in

community
rely
on
that
because
there
is
no
other
parking,
and,
if
that
were
to
change,
we
would
have
Airport
parking
all
the
time
constantly
and
it
would
be
unmanageable.

just

biggest
concern
is
the
just
the
added
traffic
and
the
strain
that
would
put
on
just
the
area.

with
the
traffic
comes
a
concern.

is
a
school
and
a
library
right
across
the
street
Excel

aren't

kids,

in
Duncan
every
day
they
are
in
that
corner,
store
every
day
and
I'm,
terrified
of
them
being
hit
by
a
car,
because
that
just
the
intersection
the
people
coming
off
the
road,
the
highway

security

one

Happy
Valley
down
the
street.

example

you
have
to
go
through
several
doors,

with
rev

thing

have
to
go
through
several
drawers
of
security.
You
have
to
show
your
your
ID
your
card,
at
least
at
Happy
Valley,
it's
three
times
and
I
know
it's
a
little
bit
of
Overkill
and
I
know.

may
say
that
it's
like
security,
theater,
but
I
think
it's
really
important,
especially
when
we're
talking
about
cannabis
and
just
the
large
amounts
of
money
that
go
through
those
businesses
I'm
just
like
sometimes
going
to
an
ATM
feels
like
unsafe
and,
like
even
the
ATM
doors,
have
your
card
thing
and
a
vestibule
that
you
go
into
so
you're
physically
removed.
So
there's
you
know
and
yeah,
and
just
that
area
it's
such
a
high
traffic
area.

far

the
pickup
window,
I
definitely
understand,
because
science
will
definitely
have
a
security
guard
right
there
by
the
pickup
window,
and
if
you
decide
that
you
want
to
come
inside
the
dispensary
well,
we
definitely
have.

security
doors
where
you
have
to
show
your
ID
twice
be
before
you
can
enter
The
Establishment.

feel
like
the
pickup
window,
with
the

the
security
guard
right
outside

the

feel
like
that'll
help,
eliminate
traffic
and
you
know
kind
of
help.
People
get
their
pre-orders,
so

get
out
in
a
timely
fashion.

you

they
feel
a
little
safer.

like
I,
said
we'll
have
a
security
guard.
There
we'll
have

machine

the
person
has
to
you

drop
down
the
ID
and
we'll
verify

ID
to
make
sure
everything
is
fine.

the
traffic

we
bought
the
building
since
since
a
while,

we
used
to
have
a
function
hall
there
back
in
2015
and
we
went
through
all
the

questions,
the
concerns
you
were
having
about
traffic,

had
the

function
hall,
the
fit
approximately
100
people,
we
have
any
issues
with
the
parking
are.
Are
you
know,
party
goals
that
use
the
Street
side
sweeper
parking,
the
parking
lot,
there's
also
on
street
parking
on
Neptune
Road.

parking
wasn't
an
issue
and
we're
talking
about
big
groups
of
people
conjugated.
You

the
same
time,
but
it's
but
I
think
that
that
Brian
has
some

good
plan
in
in
terms
of
addressing
your
concerns-

Those
are
very
concerns
because
of
the
area
I'm
very
familiar
with
the
area,
but
I
don't
expect
you
know
a
lot
of
traffic
conjugating
at
the
at
this
area.

function
hall,
the

was
a
beautiful

for
many
years
and

again
there
are
several
students
that
drove
to
the
school
and
again
there
was
no
traffic.

issues
that
occurred.

police
incidents
that
occurred
either
for
the
school
or
for
the
or
for
the
functional
that
we
had.
So
those
are
valid
concerns,
but,
like
I
said,
you
know
having
knowledge
of
the
area
for
so
many
years.

thinking
about
it
now

I
may
have
overblown
the
parking
situation,
because
there
is
actually
a
lot
of
parking
and

Just
remember
that
it's
two
hour
working
and
so
but
I

want

go
back
to
the
traffic
issue.
So
when
we're
talking
about
like
a
beauty,
school
or
a
function
hall
or
church
or
something
something
else,
someone
goes
and
they're
spending
an
hour
or
two
in
there.
Somebody
goes
to
an
dispensary.

spend
15
minutes
in
there
and
they're
in
and
out,
and
it's
a
lot
of
turnover
so
you're
adding
a
lot
of
cars
constantly
throughout
the
day
as
and
your
hours
are
during
rush
hour
traffic,
at
least
coming
back
that
it's
gonna
become
unsustainable.
Getting
onto
the
highway
here
outside
my
window.
That
line
goes
all
the
way
past
wood
Island
coming
back
the
other
way.
It's
just
insanity
and
I
hear
at
least
three
accidents
a
month.

protection

students

getting
access
