This
meeting
is
also
being
streamed,
live
on
facebook
and
I
will
put
the
link
for
the
facebook
account
right
in
the
chat
for
you.
That's
if
you
need
captions
tonight.
A
A
All
right,
it's
not
six
sharp!
Let's
allow
another
five
minutes
for
folks
to
join
us
as
to
not
repeat
you
know
the
intro
and
again
I
will
do
an
inter
excuse.
I
will
do
an
introduction,
including
the
decorum,
meaning
guidelines
on
how
we
prefer
folks
to
participate
tonight
before
we
begin
officially.
Thank
you
for
your
patience
and
I'll
be
with
you
on
video
shortly.
A
B
C
A
I
know
there
are
some
folks
joining
us
on
the
phone
and
we
will
go
over
instructions
in
a
moment.
Let
me
get
my
next
slide
for
you.
A
I've
projected
on
the
screen
a
few
notes
to
help
you
attend
this
webex
event
on
how
you
can
participate.
It's
now
605
and
I'm
seeing
14
attendance
on
I'm
just
to
allow
everyone
on
here.
A
So
I'm
going
to
start
going
through
my
instructions,
a
few
helpful
notes
on
attending
this
webex
event,
one
when
you
join
as
an
attendee,
your
microphone
will
be
automatically
muted
and
you
will
not
have
the
ability
to
turn
on
your
camera.
Only
the
panelists
on
this
call
from
the
presenting
team
are
on
camera
and
myself.
A
A
If
you
are
on
the
phone
to
give
to
give
testimony,
raise
your
hand
or
comment
in
the
chat
the
host
will
unmute
you.
That's
me
to
raise
your
hand
open
the
participant
information
panel
click
the
hand
icon
in
the
lower
right
corner.
If
you
are
connected
by
telephone,
please
press
star
3.
To
raise
your
hand,
I
can
see
your
hand
raised
and
I'm
able
to
call
on
you
and
unmute
you.
You
will
hear
two
beeps
when
taken
off
mew.
A
A
A
Good
afternoon
my
name
is
whitney
celestin
from
the
mayor's
office
of
neighborhood
services,
and
I
represent
mayor
walsh
for
mattapan
dorchester
and
the
haitian
community
citywide.
Thank
you
for
attending
tonight.
I'm
here
tonight
to
facilitate
the
required
public
meeting
for
the
marijuana
proposal
located
at
879-888.
A
A
Before
we
start,
I
would
like
to
go
over
the
ground
rules
for
tonight's
meeting
having
participated
in
multiple
meetings
of
this
kind.
I
know
this
can
be
a
sensitive
topic.
I
want
to
make
it
clear
that
no
decisions
are
being
made
tonight
and
at
no
time
will
it
be
acceptable
to
be
disrespectful
to
anyone.
During
this
meeting,
everyone
is
entitled
to
their
opinion.
A
A
A
There
will
be
no
questions
during
the
presentation
once
the
presentation
has
concluded.
I
will
again
reiterate
the
ground
rules.
There
is
not
a
debate.
This
is
not
a
debate
on
the
legalization
of
marijuana.
That
debate
occurred
at
the
ballot
box,
and
here
we
are
today
because
it
was
overwhelmingly
supported
in
the
city.
A
A
So
this
is
the
quorum
that
I
just
did.
There
are
more
folks
on
here
that
are
joining.
Give
me
one:
second,
okay,
okay,
so
I'll
let
everyone
in
we
have
former
participants
added
on
and
an
extra
phone
caller,
so
I'm
going
to
repeat
for
the
phone
caller
the
way
for
you
to
particip
to
participate
after
the
presentation
is
by
pressing
star
3.
To
raise
your
hand
that
way
we
can
unmute
you
to
speak,
but
that
is
after
this
presentation
that's
going
to
begin
shortly
and
if
you
are
able
to
meet
yourself.
A
Shane
you're
a
panelist
already,
so
you
can
mute
yourself.
Sorry,
no
problem
stay
on
mute
for
me
right
now,
I'm
going
to
mute
you
and
and
ford.
Actually
you
can
go
unmuted
ford.
You
can
take
over
to
project.
I
made
your
presenter.
D
Thank
you
mike.
My
name
is
shane
cranmore,
I'm
the
ceo
of
sophomore
state
llc
and
my
dad.
I
just
wanted
to
to
kind
of
bring
my
dad
and
just
to
say,
hi
really
quick.
He
means
so
much
to
me,
but
because
of
colby
we
can't
actually
be
in
the
same
room
together.
Dad
dad.
D
Oh
he's
not
here.
Actually!
Well,
it's!
Okay!
Thank
you
guys.
I
appreciate
everybody
coming
out
and
during
these
time
trying
times
my
name
is
shane
kramer,
I'm
a
social
equity
applicant
with
the
state
of
massachusetts.
I
was
born
in
boston.
I
grew
up
in
blake
street
in
hyde
park
and
right
now,
I'm
in
milton
right
on
the
milton
mattapan
borderline,
probably
about
two
to
three
three
to
four
minute:
walk
into
mountain
pan
squares.
Where
I
go
get
my
haircuts.
D
That's
where
I
go
get
my
hot
egg
and
cheese
on
toast
at
brothers
get
my
smothered
chicken
over
there
too.
It's
one
of
my
favorite
places,
but
yes,
I'm
I'm
the
ceo
of
software
state
llc
and
again
you
know
in
these
trying
times.
I
thank
you
for,
for,
for
taking
the
time
to
come
out
and
listen
to
this
proposal.
This
proposal
means
very
much
to
me
very
a
lot
to
me.
D
My
family
bought
this
building,
we're
located
at
879,
889,
blue
blue
avenue
and
my
family
bought
that
in
1988,
when
I
was
a
little
boy,
some
of
my
fondest
memories
come
from
the
neighborhood
and
and
the
building
and
all
around
there.
I
can
remember
being
part
of
the
sports,
the
sportsman
club,
the
tennis
club.
When
I
was
about
seven
and
I
used
to
go
there
for
camp
and
it's
funny,
we
used
to
do
everything
I
think
except
play
tennis.
That
was
probably
the
least
amount
of
things
we
did.
D
But
thank
you
for
for
moving
the
slide,
I'm
sorry,
and
so
it
was
just
us.
You
know,
remember,
going
to
the
league
school
to
go,
play
ball
and
coming
out,
and
my
dad
would
be
working
with
his
crews
at
the
building
we'd
play
at
the
franklin
field.
Courts.
D
That's
really
what
toughened
me
up
on
the
court
was
playing
over
at
the
franklin
field
courts
outside,
but
it
was
just
a
really
good
experience
and
just
growing
up
it
was,
I
always
felt
safe
being
that
my
dad
was
right
there
in
the
building
and
his
crew
was
there.
So
it
was
just
a
really
good
experience
for
a
kid
growing
up.
D
So
you
know
one
thing
about
sports.
Is
it
teaches
me?
It
taught
me
a
lot
about
you
know
just
the
meaning
of
community
and
the
meaning
of
teamwork
and
teammates.
D
I've
been
lucky
enough
to
be
captain
and
leader
on
some
of
my
high
school
teams,
and
one
thing
I
always
knew
is
that,
no
matter
whether
you
were
the
best
on
the
team
or
the
worst
on
the
team,
everybody
had
to
be
respected
for
the
position
that
they
played
and
then
everybody
had
a
role
and
if
they
didn't
play
their
role,
you
couldn't
play
your
role,
and
so
I
looked
at
that.
D
Try
to
I
tried
to
mirror
that
in
a
way
try
to
to
a
community
to
a
good
community,
a
good
neighborhood
in
which
you
know
everybody
of
all
different
facets
of
people
doing
all
different
types
of
things,
but
whether
they're
doing
job
a
or
job
z,
they
all
matter
the
same.
You
know
everybody's
position
and
what
they
do
and
their
voice
matters
and
communication
is
key.
Just
like
on
a
team,
that's
successful,
so
in
a
good
neighborhood.
D
You
know,
I
think,
for
it
to
function
well,
everyone
has
to
be
respected,
no
matter
the
topic
matter
at
the
bottom
and
that's
something
that
has
always
been
practical
to
me.
I've
always
seen
that
at
a
young
age
and
it
always
made
a
lot
of
sense,
but
this
building
and
the
income
from
the
building
is
actually
what
allowed
me
to
leave
the
state
and
and
spread
my
wings
and
go
to
college.
D
You
know
we've
had
tenants
in
the
building
for
over
20
years,
you
have
nadine,
who
I
see
all
the
time,
nadine
hair
salon.
I'm
sure
everybody
knows
right
on
the
on
the
front
of
the
ab
and
we've
had
she's
been
in
there
for
over
20
years.
I
can
remember
roxbury
youth
works
being
in
the
building.
On
the
second
floor
up
here,
peaceful
movements,
which
was
a
community
outreach
program
that
was
upstairs
on
the
second
floor,
was
in
there
for
six
years.
I
remember
excel
academy,
mrs
ross.
D
She
had
two
of
them
up
and
down
the
ab,
but
I
remember
she
was
in
our
building
for
over
10
years
as
a
tenant,
and
I
remember
seeing
the
kids
you
know
every
day
in
the
morning
I
remember
seeing
them
get
ready
on
the
on
on
angel
street,
going
in
walking
in
walking
out
parents
picking
them
up,
and
I
was
I
was
younger,
but
it
it
always
stuck
with
me
as
far
as
the
the
community
how
they
were
surviving,
how
our
building
was
playing
a
piece
in
that
in
that
community,
and
so
I
was
lucky
enough
to
to
be
able
to
go
to
school
right.
D
I
I
walked
on
and
played
division
one
basketball,
but
my
father
had
to
pay
the
tuition
and
then
and
that
payment
every
year
or
every
half
a
year
was
coming
from
the
income
from
our
building
and
that's
something
that
he
always
let
me
know
was
always
important
to
me
knowing
it,
and
I
always
knew
where
that
money
was
coming
from.
That
was
our
really
only
income
property
and
that's
where
it
was
coming
from.
D
So
I
always
had
a
lot
of
respect
and
I
was
always
fumbled
to
know
that
I
was
out
in
connecticut,
you
know
living
and
learning
and
and
where
the
money
was
coming
from,
came
right
down
to
this
neighborhood,
and
so
I
was
lucky
and
when
I
got
to
school,
I
started
financing
economics
and
I
was
able
to
walk
onto
the
basketball
team
and
meet
my
a
mentor
of
mine.
D
I
played
under
coach
larry
harrison
who's
now
at
the
university
of
west
virginia
coaching
with
his
mentor
who's
bob
huggins
who's,
a
future
hall
of
famer,
so
it
was
always
good.
When
I
talked
to
coach,
it's
always
kind
of
good
to
hear
some
of
what
he
how
he
talks
about
his
mentors
and
it
kind
of
resembles.
How
I
talk
about
him
to
people
and
I'm
sure,
there's
some
kids
out
there.
That
would
hope
talk
about
me
in
the
same
manner.
D
You
know-
and
it's
just
about
passing
it
down,
keep
passing
down
the
knowledge,
and
so
one
thing
coach
did
for
me
is
he
saw
that
I
wasn't
going
to
be
an
nba
player,
and
so
he
knew
that
I
had
other
aspirations
and
dreams
and
one
thing
when
you
played
division,
one
sports,
it's
from
it's
24
hours
a
day
you
wake
up
in
the
morning.
You
have
training,
you
have
study
session,
you
have
tutors,
you
have
to
go
to
class,
you
get
out,
you
go
to
lunch
after
that.
D
You
got
practice,
then
you
have
trainers
and
it's
a
seven
to
seven
thing
and
when
you
get
home
you
just
want
to
go
to
bed,
but
one
thing
he
did
for
me
is
he
allowed
me
to
to
seek
a
dream
out
of
mine
and
in
the
fall
of
2001.
D
I
achieved
that
and
I
was
accepted
into
one
of
the
most
prestigious
fraternities
kappa
alpha
psi,
fraternity
incorporated,
which
was
started
in
1911
on
the
campus
of
indiana
university,
but
we're
part
of
a
bigger
group
called
the
divine
nine
and
some
members
of
the
divine
nine.
You
may
know
her.
D
Martin
luther
king
jr
vice
president-elect
kamala
harris
who
was
an
aka
alpha,
kappa
alpha
member
shirley
caesar
one
of
my
favorite
gospel
singers,
who's,
a
member
of
the
delta
sigma
theta
sorority
incorporated,
and
some
of
my
members
that
were
in
my
fra,
my
fraternity
were
arthur
ash,
the
late
author
ash,
who
was
the
first
black
tennis
player
to
reach
number
one
in
the
world,
breaking
barriers,
bonnie
cochran,
who
was
a
hero
of
mine
for
so
many
reasons,
bob
johnson,
who
was
the
first
black
billionaire,
the
first
black
man
to
buy
a
nba
franchise,
the
creator
of
b-e-t.
D
He
brought
us
b-e-t,
tavis
smiley,
a
big
hoax
on
bet,
colin
kaepernick,
which
is
a
young
young
brother
right
now
who
major
things
for
the
world:
the
black
lives
matter.
Movement
in
me
for
police
brutality,
marvin
sapp,
you
know
justin.
I
know
her
name
and
a
lot,
but
just
marvin
said
one
of
my
favorite
gospel
singers
as
well.
I
usually
finish
my
jog
mix
with
him.
Never
would
have
made
it
right,
but
one
thing
that
all
these
people
have
in
common
is
they
fought
for
more
than
themselves.
D
They
fought
for
their
community,
they
fought
for
their
neighborhood,
they
fought
for
their
people,
they
fought
for
their
families
and
I'm
no
different
in
that
this
project
and
this
proposal,
this
platform
that
I
have
this
is
what
I
want
to
use
to
fight
for
us.
You
know
and
fight
for
our
community,
our
neighborhood,
our
people
and-
and
I
think,
I'm
in
a
unique
position
to
be
able
to
pull
this
off
with
everything
that
I've
that
I've
been
able
to
encompass
around
me.
D
So
so
that's
just
something
I
just
I
know
I
just
want
to
get
you
guys
to
know
a
little
bit
more
about
me
and
learn
some
things.
One
thing
I
did
is
after
I
got
into
the
frat
when
I
came
home.
D
I
was
interning
at
solomon
smith
barney
for
a
couple
years,
and
somebody
spoke
to
me
he
would
say
god
right,
but
somebody
had
spoken
to
me
and
I
decided
to
change
up
and
I
went
and
interned
at
great
church
of
all
nations
under
assistance
sister
catherine
combs,
a
spiritual
mentor
of
mine
at
the
time
it
wasn't
at
on
elm
hill.
It
was
on
washington
street
next
to
the
across
the
street,
from
the
courthouse
and
next
to
the
kfc.
D
That's
where
I
used
to
get
my
my
three
piece:
chicken
meals
back
then,
and
so
it
was
a
great
experience
working
with
the
kids
in
in
under
pastor
foxworth
me
being
in
the
position
that
I
was
being
a
basketball
player,
a
fraternity
member,
a
college
student.
D
D
You
know
the
power
that
I
could
I
could.
I
could
do
in
this
community
and
I
always
kind
of
knew
that,
but
it
was
just
good
seeing
it
in
person,
and
so
I
ended
up
graduating
from
school
from
new
york
university
of
hartford
with
a
finance
and
a
economics
degree,
and
I
got
hired
to
work
at
boston
financial.
So
I
did
that
it
was
pretty
important,
but
I
had
a
lot
of
fun
learning
how
to
court
a
corporate
500
type
company
works.
D
This
is
all
the
money
how
to
follow
money
from
there,
though
I
had
to
do
what
I
had
to
do,
I'm
an
entrepreneur
at
heart.
Just
like
my
dad.
You
know
that's
all
he
taught
me
so
I
ended
up
opening
up
a
restaurant,
lounge
and
function
hall
out
in
lowell
mass
downtown
lowell,
which
is
a
another
area
hard
hit
by
the
war
on
drugs,
negatively
influenced
by
the
war
on
drugs,
and
I
was
there
for
five
years.
D
I
had
a
five-year
lease
and
never
had
less
than
15
employees
the
whole
time
any
year
that
I
was
there
actually
had
some
of
my
security
guards.
Hopefully
they
made
some
of
them
might
be
on
here
for
roxbury
and
dorchester
that
used
to
come
up
and
and
watch
the
club
for
me,
and
you
go
with
who
you
trust.
You
know,
and
so
that
was
just
a
great
experience
for
me
and
one
thing
that
I
like
to
boast
about.
D
I
don't
really
like
to
brag
too
much,
but
this
kind
of
talks
with
my
characters.
I
left
I
left
lowell
with
with
no
violations
and
that's
very
important
to
me:
that's
no
violation
from
the
police
department,
there's
no
violations
from
the
health
department,
there's
no
violations
from
the
building
inspectional
department
from
the
fire
fire
department
from
the
city
and,
more
most
importantly,
no
violations
from
the
liquor
board.
I
had
a
fire.
I
had
a
full
liquor
license
for
five
years
and
never
had
a
liquor
violation
at
all.
D
I
never
had
an
underage
person
in
my
club
never
had
any
issues
had
reggae
events,
hip-hop
events,
country
events,
african
events
and
never
had
an
issue,
and
that's
something
I
like
to.
I,
like
I
like
when
I
left
there,
knowing
that
I
left
there
and
I
left
the
place
in
a
better
place
than
when
I
got
there
and
for
me
it
was
simple.
You
know
if
you
treat
the
community
good
they're
going
to
treat
you
right
if
you
treat
them
with
love,
they're
going
to
treat
you
with
love.
D
If,
if,
if
there's
no
communication,
there's
no
communication
on
there
and
if
you
treat
them
with
disrespect-
and
I
disrespect
you
and
it's
pretty
much
simple
for
me-
it's
either.
You
know
how
do
we
come
in
and
not
be
a
nuisance,
and
how
do
we
it's
all
about
right
and
wrong?
You
know,
for
me,
it's
it's
a
very
complex
person,
but
one
thing:
that's
so
simple!
A
lot
of
people
make
fun
of
me
about
this.
Is
that
I'm
pretty
much
boring
when
it
comes
to
right
and
wrong?
D
I'm
only
just
doing
the
right
thing:
it's
never
a
decision
making
for
me.
I
don't
have
to
take
five
seconds
to
figure
out
whether
I
should
do
this,
or
this
may
make
a
little
bit
more
money
or
this
it's
right
and
wrong,
and
that's
what
I'm
about
and
that's
what
my
dad
taught
me
you
know,
and
and
so,
and
so
that
was
it.
D
So
I
left
low
with
a
great
record
and
I'm
very
proud
of
that
and
again,
that's
all
public
information
information
that
you
can
check
out
and
go
see
for
yourself
and
so,
but
bringing
it
back
to
the
building.
One
of
the
things
that
the
building
has,
I
think
will
provide
is
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
economic
viability
to
the
area
you
have.
D
We,
we
have
a
projection
of
between
25
to
35
jobs
that
we
want
to
offer
and
that's
25
35
families
with
health
insurance,
that's
25,
35
potential
people
with
benefits
and
25
and
35
people
potentially
to
have
a
retirement
plan.
You
know
and
that's
very
important-
and
that's
not
to
talk
about
what
I
have
set
aside.
D
What
I
want
to
do
with
the
charitable
contributions
in
the
in
the
community,
and
so
I
know
if
you
could
get
to
the
go
to
the
next
slide,
please
for
it
that'd
be
great
before
I
just
get
ahead.
I
have
a
I
have
a
knack
for
for
getting
ahead
of
myself,
but
I'm
very
passionate
about
this
project
in
this
this
community
so
yeah.
So
I've
worked
with
my
advisors.
D
I've
had
great
advisors,
bill,
moran,
china,
manageable
and
francis
darden
we've
we've
talked
and
some
of
the
things
that
mean
so
much
to
me
is
what
we
do
to
give
back
and
I
kind
of
have
like
a
you
know,
a
strategic
plan
of
what
I
would
like
to
do
in
the
different
areas
I'd
like
to
touch,
but
also
I
like
it.
I
like
advice
from
from
the
community.
You
know
I
would
want
your
advice
and
my
email
I'll
give
it
to
you.
D
You'll
see
it
at
the
end,
but
it's
soft
estate,
gmail.com
and
I'll,
keep
saying
it
too.
I
I
answer
those
emails.
They
come
directly
to
me
and
a
couple
people
that
email
me,
I'm
not
sure
if
you're
on
here,
but
you
know,
I
responded
right
back,
I'm
very
good
at
that.
This
is
this
is
all
I
do.
This
is
what
my
heart's
in,
and
this
is
what
I
do
I
don't
when
I
leave
here,
I'm
still
in
the
community.
You
know
so
it's
like
it's
not
like.
D
I
go
an
hour
away
and
then
I
leave
this
community
and
I
come
back
to
it.
This
is
all
I
think
about
24
7..
So
if
you
email
me,
you'll
get
a
quick
response
and
we
can
communicate
any
way
possible.
But,
yes,
I
have
a
great
team
of
advisors.
We've
worked
on
some
great
things
together.
Bill
moran,
as
his
name
precedes
himself.
D
I've
known
bill
for
over
30
years,
he's
like
a
second
father
to
me,
I'm
so
happy
and
so
blessed
that
he
would
be
able
to
be
a
consultant
for
me
on
this
project.
I'm
from
before.
I
even
knew
that
I
wanted
to
get
in
any
type
of
business
and
cannabis.
D
I
already
knew
what
bill
moran
was
about
he's
a
no-nonsense
guy
when
it
comes
to
the
city
and
he's
been
like
that
for
30
years,
I'm
best
friends
with
his
sons.
I
was
co-captain
on
the
basketball
team
with
his
son
and
bill
moran
won't
let
off
on
me.
You
know
how
hard
he
is
on
the
community
he's
going
to
be
harder
on
me,
and
I
actually
like
that.
D
But
he's
been
a
great
influence
on
my
life
on
the
mentor
program
that
he
does
is
just
does
unbelievable
stuff
and
we
want
to
work
with
them
and
do
some
of
the
things
with
their
with
their
mentorship
and
their
apprentice.
Doing
some
of
the
I've
seen
some
of
the
work
they've
done
in
other
buildings,
and
I
would
love
for
that
to
happen
here.
So
he's
been
great
sheen
amanda's
able
has
been,
has
been
unbelievable.
She's
been
she's
from
the
hill
from
franklin
hill.
D
She
lived
up
there
for
over
six
years
now
she's
one
of
my
closest
abutters.
We
talk
on
the
daily
and
we
and
she's
been
through
some
stuff
recently
and
she's,
and
for
me
to
see
how
her
her
heart
and
her
mind
just
never
loses
focus.
That's
just
a
great
thing,
and
I
know
she's
she's
there
to
be
on
my
back.
If
things
aren't
going
right
as
well
as
francis
darden,
the
traveling
minister
she's
been
on
harvard
street
since
2004,
and
not
only
francis,
but
her
sons
will
spoken.
D
If,
if
I'm
not,
you
know
holding
up
to
the
end
of
the
bargain,
but
we've
all
worked
together.
I
think
the
reason
why
they
are
all
my
because
they
are
consultants
of
mine
is
because
they
do
trust
me.
They
do
believe
that
I'm
going
to
do
the
right
thing.
I
think
they
can
see
in
my
heart
that
it
oozes
out
of
me,
it's
like
there's
no
way
for
me
to
fake
it.
D
I
get
I
get
energized
when
I
talk
about
what
I
can
do,
you
know
just
seeing
so
many
good
brothers
and
what
they've
done
in
the
world.
I've
always
known
that
I
I
am
one
of
those
brothers
and
I
just
you
know-
and
I
know
that
this
is
an
opportunity
where
I
can
show
it
and
I
can
prove
it
and
we
can
all
work
together.
So
we've
worked
on
a
lot
of
different
plans.
D
I
might
as
well
just
jump
on
it
jump
into
it
now,
but
we've
worked
on
a
lot
of
the
charitable
contributions
and
I
have
some
strategic
stuff,
but
these
are
just
my
ideas
and
if
you
can
oh
yeah
thanks
thanks-
and
these
are
just
my
ideas-
and
I
want
to
hear
from
you
like-
I
said
the
email
you'll
see
it.
I
want
emails
from
you
guys.
I
want
to
know
what
you
think
is
the
best
approach,
but
what
I
have
is
I
have.
D
We
have
a
three
percent
that
we
want
to
go
to
three
different
areas.
We
have
one
percent
that
we
want
to
go
to
the
anti
to
the
youth
in
development,
game
prevention
and
we
wanted
to
break
that
up
into
three
different
areas.
We
wanted
to
do
a
12
to
15
age
group,
where
it's
anti-gang
and
community
workshops
where
the
money
could
go
towards
helping
kids
do
that,
where
I
think
that
would
at
that
age,
I
think
that's
the
most
important
thing
for
them
from
16
to
21.
D
We
want
to
attack
that
group
with
career
development
programs,
and
we
want
to
be
able
to
find
the
programs
that
we
can
use
and
give
resources
for
and
for
the
22
to
29
year
old.
You
know
we'd
like
to
work
a
little
bit
more
closely
with
them
in
cannabis
and
job
training
and
in
placement
and
and
stuff
to
that
extent.
D
So,
and
that's
just
for
that
that
realm
of
things
we
want
to
be
able
to
put
one
percent
and
dedicate
it
over
to
mental
substance,
abuse
programs,
inpatient
outpatient,
we
have
the
harvard
street
neighborhood
center-
that's
right,
probably
500
feet
away
from
us
and
they're
doing
unbelievable
things,
and
they
have
been
doing
unbelievable
things
and
we'd
like
to
to
to
further
their
cause.
We
also
have
the
george
white,
the
gerwin
white
building,
which
is
across
the
street,
and
they
work
with
the
veterans
and
we'd.
D
Like
to
touch
into
that
and
and
and
be
able
to
help
provide
some
financial
ability
for
them
to
do
more
things
for
the
veterans
over
there
and
that's
inpatient
outpatient
services
as
well,
and
then
we
want
to
work
with
two
churches:
two
neighboring
churches.
I
have
some
idea,
which
ones
but
I'd
like
feedback
from
different
people
in
the
community,
because
I
don't
want
this
to
be
my
my
thing.
These
are
my
goals
of
what
I
think
I
could
how
I
could
help.
D
I
think
the
community
could
give
me
more
advice
on
how
they
think
I
could
help,
and
I
like
that,
I,
like
I,
love
communicating.
I
love
figuring
out.
I
love
deviating
from
a
plan
and
and
coming
to
a
better
place,
but
yeah
on
the
last
we
have.
We
want
to
do
two
churches.
We
want
to
have
two
churches
that
we
can
help
them
with
their
adopt
the
block
project
that
they've
been
doing,
and
we
just
want
to
work
with
them
on
that.
D
So
that's
the
three
percent
that
most
cannabis
operations
are
doing
for
the
community.
We
want
to
do
that,
but
we
only
want
to
do
that.
We
want
to
go
above
and
beyond,
and
I
have
another
another
proposal
that
I'd
like
to
try
to
to
see
happen,
and
I
wanted
to
put
aside
another
percent
and
I
wanted
to
that-
to
go
to
10
to
15
families
from
around
1
000
and
3
000
square
feet,
vicinity
of
of
the
property
families.
D
That's
been
there
for
a
long
time,
families
that
love
the
community
and
it's
not
something
that
I
want
to
choose,
and
it
can't
be
any
my
family
members.
Of
course
I
would
like
it
to
be
and
that's
why
I
really
want
your
feedback
for
it.
I
I
know
that
I
can
pull
it
off.
I
just
want
the
best
way.
I
don't
want
to
be
the
person
to
choose
it,
I'd
like
it
to
be
the
fairest
way,
maybe
a
contest.
D
Maybe
we
work
with
some
of
the
groups
and
we
can
get,
and
it
don't
have
to
be
just
from
this
area
that
area
we
want
to
keep
it
around
a
360
degree
range
around
our
building
and
for
10
families
10
to
15
families.
We
want
to
do
that
and
that
can
help
you
know.
As
everyone
knows,
this
proposal
in
this
operations
can
be
very
lucrative
and-
and
I
know
that
that
can
help
change
and
try
to
help
some
families
create
some
generational
wealth
and
that's
what
I'm
about
you
know.
D
How
do
I
help
the
families
around
and
if
I
could
you
know,
if
I
could
do
more,
I
just
want
to
keep
doing
more,
and
I
will
but
that's
a
good
start
that
we
we'd
like
to
you
know
we
want
to.
We
don't
want
to
bite
off
more
than
we
could
chew.
We
want
to
do
things
that
we
know
right
now.
We
can
do
and
again
if
we
can
get
to
15.
We
want
to
do
that.
So
that's
just
some
of
the
things
I
have.
I
also
a
personal
thing
to
me.
D
One
of
the
things
originally
I
wanted
to
give
to
the
community
as
a
percent
with
something
that
I
hold
personally
with,
because
I'm
a
businessman
I
know
how
to
create
businesses,
I'm
a
very
creative
and-
and
so
I
wanted
to
help
people
create
businesses
for
them
to
create
jobs.
I'm
very
good.
I
come.
I
have
a
great
resources.
I
have
the
best
firm
in
the
world,
I
believe
with
jay
yeomans,
sarah
grant
jim
smith,
everybody,
but
everybody
over
in
ford
as
well,
but
everybody
over
at
smith.
D
Costello
crawford
are
great
they're,
a
resource
of
mine.
There
are
a
lot
of
them
and
they
help
me
they're
they're,
my
compliance
team.
They
don't
joke
around
jay,
helped
to
write
the
the
legislator
in
2017.
So
nobody
knows
the
the
rules.
Like
him,
sarah,
I'm
calling
her
constantly
she's
always
answering
about.
Okay.
Can
I
do
this?
Can
I
do
that?
Will
this
work?
Will
this
not
work
we're
a
really
good
team?
And
I
think
that
I
know
these
people
are
good
people
that
would
help
you
know,
especially.
D
What
I
want
to
do
is
help
create
businesses
and
that's
something
personal
that
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
three
percent
or
the
one
percent
I
want
to
do
for
the
families.
That's
just
a
personal
thing
that
I
want
to
do
with
my
salary,
and
I
just
have
a
lot
of
great
goals
that
I
want
to
do
and
I'm
not
a
man
that
talks
and
then
doesn't
back
it
up.
D
These
are
things
that
I'm
so
passionate
to
say,
because
these
are
things
that
I
can't
wait
and
I'm
hoping
to
wait
to
to
do
with
you
guys
and
and
that,
but
so
you
know
after
college,
so
I
you
know
I've
done
so
much.
You
know
I.
I
could
sit
there
for
10
minutes
to
tell
you
some
of
the
other
companies
I
started,
but
this
proposal
right
here
you
know
we
we
have
a
good
proposal.
D
We
have
a
good
team
around
us
and
again,
I
know
I'm
going
off
in
all
different
ways,
but
just
to
bring
it
back
to
our
process
where,
where
we
are
right
now
is
on
the
30th,
but
where
we
started
was
on
may
27th,
I
I
had
my
initial
applications
to
the
city
of
boston.
I
got
my
I
sent
my
my
request
for
boston
equity
on
that
july,
8th
on
the
14th.
We
submitted
the
plans
to
the
isd,
so
those
that
that
month
we
kind
of
was
able
to
move
fast.
D
On
november
we
november
3rd.
We
got
the
refusal
letter
and
today
we
sit
in
front
of
the
board,
and
I
tell
you
all
this
just
to
tell
you
I'm
still
very
far
from
getting
over
the
top.
This
is
just
the
first
meeting
of
introducing
myself
and
letting
you
guys
know
who
I
am.
We
have
two
more
pcb
hearings
that
I
have
to
get
to.
I
have
a
zba
hearing
that
I
have
to
have
to
get
to.
I
have
three
two
ccc
meetings
that
I
have
to
do
and
three
more
state
inspections.
D
So
what
our
plan
we
want
is
we
want
to
have
quarterly
meetings
where
we
can
come
back
while
we're
doing
all
these
things
and
the
community's
getting
more
ideas
or
they're
liking.
Some
of
the
ideas
we
have.
We
want
to
be
able
to
have
quarterly
meetings
where
we
can
come
back.
Hopefully
they
can
be
in
person,
but
if
they
can't
that's,
okay,
we'll
get
it
done
and
we
will
work.
D
You
know
if,
if
something
comes
up
a
month
from
now
we'll
work,
you
know
this
won't
be
the
last
time
you
see
my
face
and
if
you
ever
need
to
get
me,
I'm
right
there
on
on
on
the
email
that
you
will
provide
at
you
to
you
at
the
end
of
at
the
end.
Thank
you
ford,
so
yeah
our
bill
location
is,
is
we've
had
it
since
1988?
D
It's
meant
so
much
to
us,
and
it's
got
it's
a
big
building,
30
000
square
feet.
There's
room
to
do
so
many
different
things
in
just
for
the
retail
shop.
I
know
we've
seen
some
other
shops
in
the
city
like
pure
races
that
are
doing
some
really
good
things
and
they've
they're
in
a
good
business.
They
they're
no,
not
no
nuisance
or
no
anything,
and
that's
because
they've
done
certain
things
and
I
think
what
we
have.
We
want
to
also
have
a
room
that
that
people
can
wait
in.
D
We
have
the
space
we
have
more
than
enough
space,
so
we
can
make
sure
that
we
do
things
to
to
minimize
any
type
of
nuisance.
There'll
be
a
zero
zero
tolerance
policy
at
that
building,
and
it
doesn't
matter
if
it's
a
sister,
my
mind
a
brother
or
mind
that
does
something.
It's
a
zero
tolerance
policy
that
that's
people.
D
I've
always
been
made
fun
of,
because
I'm
just
so
kind
of
cut
and
dry
when
it
comes
to
yes
and
no
right
and
wrong,
and
so
it's
a
zero
tolerance
policy,
a
hundred
percent,
and
so
but
we
have
a
big
building
and
we
have
different
things.
We
can
do
to
make
sure
with
30
000
square
feet,
there's
so
many
things
we
can
do
to
make
sure
that
we're
not
creating
a
nuisance
for
anybody
and
we're
working
with
the
community.
Well,
that's
what
my
my
teaching
and
my
my
social
equity
class
is
doing.
D
Is
teaching
me
how
to
work
with
the
community
how
to
work
with
equity
people
how
to
run
a
successful
cannabis
establishment.
You
know
how
to
do
the
marketing
legally,
so
you're,
not
addressing
kids.
You
know
my
fourteen
nieces
and
nephews
and
eight
god,
kids
so,
and
some
of
them
love
the
hill
north
oak
street
common
square
all
over.
So
you
know
as
much
as
everyone
cares
about
their
kids
and
the
kids.
D
I
I
care
about
just
as
much
and-
and
I
think
that's
a
good
thing-
you
know
I'm
I
I
could
only
imagine
if
I
was
trying
to
open
up
a
cannabis
establishment
in
another
area.
You
know
like
where
my
passion
would
be
because
it
couldn't
be
where
it
is
now
at
this
location,
where
I
grew
up,
you
know,
and
so
I
really
want
to
do
so
much
good,
and
I
know
that
in
due
time
we
have
a
big
uphill
battle,
but
this
is
the
first
and
I
just
kind
of
wanted
to.
D
Let
you
guys
know
a
little
bit
about
myself
as
well,
so
yeah
so
yeah.
We,
as
you
know
the
our
building
is
and
thank
you
for
it.
You're
right
on
point.
Our
building
yeah
our
building
is
located
in
the
commercial
district
of
of
dorchester
center
on
all
sides
of
us
is
a
commercial
use
on
angel
street.
D
We
have
the
residential
district
back
there
and
that's
why
a
lot
of
what
we
do
is
going
to
be
predicated
on
making
sure
that
we
are
no
nuisance
today
and
we're
working
as
one
with
them.
That's
why
one
of
my
one
of
my
advisors
come
right,
two
doors
over
from
me.
You
know
and
she's
all
the
way
into
the
street.
D
She
knows
everybody,
so
it's
a
it's
pretty
good
situation
and
we're
gonna,
add
more
advice
and,
if
you'd
like
to
think
about
becoming
advised-
and
you
have
some
way
to
help-
please
email
us
sophostate
gmail.com,
but
we'll
provide
it
again
at
the
end,
so
yeah.
So
that
was
good
for,
if
you
don't
mind,
moving
to
the
next
slide,
please
thank
you,
transportation.
Yes
great.
D
So
one
thing
we
know
is
that
we
will
have
the
most
parking
offered
than
any
other
site
in
the
city.
We've
we've.
We
have
a
great
team.
I
have
my
construction
expert,
wadsworth,
phoenix
who's
been
a
person
of
color
black
business
owner
he's
been
working
in
our
building
for
over
20
years.
With
my
dad,
I
remember
as
a
kid
like
I
said
when
I
was
a
kid
working
I'd
run
into
the
building
and
they
would
be
with
their
crews
either.
D
Electrician
they'd
be
working
and
doing
their
things,
and
so
he
knows
the
building
in
and
out,
and
we
have
a
really
good
plan
to
help
the
community
help
the
neighborhood
and
also
make
sure
that
we're
not
creating
a
nuisance,
and
we
have.
If
you
go
to
the
the
next
slide,
I
can
go
more
into
detail
for
it.
Thank
you
yeah.
So
for
phase
one
we
have
30
spots.
D
30
spots
alone
gives
us
the
most
amount
of
parking
than
any
other
site
in
the
city,
and
so
we
also
have
another
lot,
which
is
for
employees
only
that's
18
spots
for
employees.
Only.
D
We
we're
also
going
to
have
incentive
incentive
programs
that
we
want,
but
we
want
our
employees
to
try
to
take
the
public
transportation
as
possible,
and
I
think
they
will
the
incentives
that
we're
going
to
give
them
they're
going
to
want
it
and
a
lot
of
the
people
are
going
to
be
from
our
area,
hopefully
from
up
in
the
hills.
From
harvard
street
from
angel
street,
hopefully
a
lot
of
these
employees
are
coming
right
here.
D
So
there
will
be
no
need
to
drive,
but
we
have
the
the
restricted
lock
and
what
we
want
to
do
is
we
want
to
open
that
up
for
our
for
the
problems
that
are
going
on
in
angel
street.
Everybody
knows
when
there's
a
snowstorm,
it's
kind
of
crazy
and
people
have
to
walk
miles
and
half
a
mile
here,
a
half
mile
there
to
find
parking
because
there's
no
parking
on
that
street
and
without
a
lot
we'll
be
able
to
provide
decals
to
cars.
D
The
people
that
live
on
the
street
and
anytime
there's
a
snow
emergency
you'll
have
a
place
to
park
your
car,
let
them
let
them
clean
the
stone
entirely
manner.
Then
you
can
put
your
car
back
out
where
you
had
it
overnight,
you'll
be
able
to
park.
We
know
that
they
there's
times
when
no
more
spots
overnight.
As
long
as
the
car
can
be
moved
in
the
morning,
we'll
provide
overnight
parking
in
our
in
our
employee
parking
lot
that
won't
mess
with
the
regular
parking
lot
that
we
have.
G
D
Sure
we
have
that
we
provide
you
guys
with
a
with
a
decal
to
go
in
your
car,
so
we
know,
oh,
that
car's,
not
in
from
angel
street.
Okay,
it's
got
to
go,
oh,
that
car's
from
angel
street
okay,
you
know
and-
and
that's
just
the
best
way-
we
think
we
can
help
living
on
that
street-
I'm
not
living
on
that
street,
but
being
on
that
street.
For
so
long,
I've
seen
the
issues
I've
seen
the
issues
I've
heard
I've
heard
about
it.
You
know
I've
heard
and
I've
seen
it.
D
They
do
not
play
when
it
comes
to
security,
they're,
more
stringent
in
california,
colorado
and
a
lot
of
other
places
and
in
those
states
there's
a
stat
that
says
25
percent
the
crime
goes
down
25
around
a
cannabis
establishment
and
that's
because
of
the
amazing
cameras
and
everything
in
colorado
in
in
california,
which
are
more
mature
markets.
D
Massachusetts
has
stricter
stricter
codes
and,
as
far
as
state
of
the
art
surveillance
monitoring
system
third
party,
we
have
security,
we'll
have
security
there,
24
7.,
something
that
my
classes,
my
courses
are
teaching
me
is
how
to
successfully
have
a
safest
environment
without
creating
a
nuisance
and
and
employee
training.
You
know
and
employ
train
employees
on
what
to
do,
and-
and
so
we
pretty
much
think
we
have
that
covered,
but
we're
gonna,
that's
something
that's
very
important.
D
It
will
always
be
important
because
we
want
to
be
a
good
neighbor
and
that's
something
that
we're
gonna
continually
keep
at
the
top
of
our
brain
and
make
sure
that
we're
doing
new
and
different
things
to
to
keep
up
with
with
the
changes.
You
know
everything
changes
every
day
every
week,
but
you
just
got
to
keep
up
with
it
and
if
it's
important
to
you,
then
you
will,
if
it's
not,
then
you'll,
let
things
start
to
drive
away,
but
that's
not
how
we
that's
not
how
miss
vincent
marian's
not
gonna.
D
A
Okay,
I'll
give
you
a
minute
warning
on
the
presentation:
we're
we're
nearing
half
an
hour.
Oh.
D
I'm
sorry,
I'm
sorry
rooney,
sorry,
thank
you
yeah.
So
the
diversion
we
have
a
zero
tolerance
policy,
zero
tolerance
policy,
my
sister,
my
brother,
can
get
caught
and
they
can't
come
back
anymore.
See
me
at
the
house.
You
can't
come
back
zero
tolerance.
I've
been
known
for
being
that
person
cut
and
dry
where
they
know.
I
will
do
that
same
thing
happened
in
in
lowell,
at
my
clubs
and
my
different
things:
zero
tolerance
and
that's
why
the
police?
I
never
had
an
issue
with
them.
D
I
never
had
an
issue
with
anybody,
because
it's
a
zero
tolerance
policy
yeah
and
it
was
so
nuisance.
Thank
you
for
your,
so
I
gotta
keep
up
with
you
yeah
the
nuisance.
So
that's
not
gonna
happen.
That's
something!
That's
to
the
forefront
of
my
brain
and
my
heart
is
not
creating
a
nuisance
in
our
neighborhood.
I've
never
been
a
nuisance
in
anywhere.
I
go,
you
know
and
that's
just
the
way
I
carry
myself.
I
know
ever
you
have
all
different
types
of
people,
but
that's
why
we'll
have
security?
D
We'll
have
the
well-trained
team
I'll
be
there
we'll
have
a
building
super
there
as
well?
We
plan
on
having
that,
so
we
have,
we
will
have
all
that
covered
with
with
and
again
a
zero
tolerance,
zero
tolerance
policy,
zero,
not
one,
not
two,
zero,
okay
and-
and
you
know,
that's
the
picture
of
what
our
building
is
projected
to
look
like.
We
have
just
different
things
of
the
parking
lot.
We
have
how
we
want
the
parking
lot
to
look.
D
I
don't
know
if
that
you
can
see,
but
we
have
some
plans
that
we
couldn't
get
up
there,
but
we
want
to
do
some
beautiful
things.
The
beautiful
things
here
in
closing,
I
just
tell
you
you
know
that
you
know
where
I'm
at
in
in
this
community.
I
wouldn't
want
to
be
anywhere
else.
I
wouldn't
want
to
start
an
operation
anywhere
else
them
being
a
minority,
the
social
equity
program
and
everything
they
were
doing.
They're
doing
it
for
us
to
try
to
get
a
piece
of
the
pie.
D
We
had
a
big
win
today.
So
thank
you
to
all
my
social
equity
guys.
I
know
we've
been
fighting
and
we
won
today,
and
that
was
good,
but
this
is
something
that
means
way
more.
A
lot
to
me,
as
far
as
where
it
is
I've
been
here
for
33
years
in
that
neighborhood
I'm
going
to
be
there
for
another
33
years.
D
I
don't
have
kids
yet,
but
when
I
do
have
them
they're
going
to
be
there
and
they're
going
to
know
that
that
place
is
important
in
that
neighborhood
of
what
it
meant
to
our
family,
and
so
I
just
want
to
be
able
to
fellowship
with
everybody.
I
want
to
be
able
to
communicate
and
do
the
right
thing
and
again
it's
really
not
about
whether
cannabis
is
coming
or
not,
because
we
know
that's
coming
there'll
be
55
to
75
shores,
popping
up
all
over
in
six
to
eight
months
to
a
year.
D
It's
really
about
who
we
want
in
this
community
to
be
running,
who
we
want
to
give
that
responsibility,
who
we
think
will
give
back,
who
we
think
will
be
a
man
of
their
word?
Who
can
we
hold
as
a
man
of
that
word
and-
and
I
believe,
that's
myself-
you
know
with
with
everything
that
to
get
to
this
point
and
the
teachers
and
the
mentors
I've
had
and
my
dad
and
my
mom
being
in
my
life.
I
think
I
am
perfect
for
this
situation
and
I
really
do
care
about
the
community.
D
That's
the
key.
You
know
care
about
this
community.
I've
been
driving
up
and
down
my
whole
life.
You
know,
and
so
we
just
want
to
see
better
things
happen,
and
I
think
we
can
do
that
together,
working
together.
So
thank
you
and
ronnie.
I
just
want
to
say
rooney,
I'm
sorry.
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
so
much
for
everything
you've
done
for
the
time
you've
given
you've
been
so
good
at
responding
back
to
us.
D
I
know:
we've
sent
you
multiple
emails,
we
had
a
couple
issues
and
you've
been
so
great
at
at
being
able
to
get
us
to
this
in
a
in
a
safe
and
nice
way.
So
I
thank
you
for
that
as
well.
A
A
If
you
are
a
phone
caller,
the
way
for
you
to
participate
is
by
pressing
star
three
on
your
phone,
and
that
way
we
can
collect
your
questions.
Okay,
if
you
are
on
this
screen
here,
I'm
gonna
project,
one
more
time,
I'm
gonna
take
the
contact
slides
away
for
a
second
just
to
show
folks
how
to
participate.
Okay,.
D
A
A
Speak
all
right,
so
here
are
some
instructions
on
how
you
can
raise
your
hand
on
the
system
find
the
little
button
here
with
the
body
of
the
person
on
it.
That
way,
you
can
use
it
to
participate.
A
Sorry,
so,
right
now
I
have
some
hands
up
the
first
hand
that
I
saw
was
this
one
here.
Let
me
try
to
call
this
person
so
again,
like
I
said.
If
you've
raised
your
hand,
I'm
going
to
unmute
you
and
it's
going
to
give
you
a
double
beat
then
you'll
be
able
to
speak.
Okay,
caller
617-980,
you've
been
muted.
Please
go
ahead,
just
identify
where
you're
calling
from
your
name.
F
Good
evening
my
name
is
tony
and
I'm
calling
from
bar,
I
have
the
I've
had
the
honor
of
working
directly
with
the
young
man,
mr
clan
moore
and
his
family.
F
No,
yes,
I'm
calling
from
boston.
I
wish
to
live
right
in
the
neighborhood,
actually
I'm
not
in
that
area
right
now,
but
I'm
calling
because
I
know
of
all
the
things
about
the
area
and
I'm
calling
because
I've
worked
in
the
building.
I've
had
the
honor
of
working
directly
with
the
family
over
the
years
they've.
F
Given
me
plenty
of
opportunities
by
giving
me
small
projects
to
do
in
the
building
and
I've
been
have
had
the
opportunity
to
bring
my
kids
around
that
young
man
and
they
look
up
to
him
very
much
so
because
he's
always
like
he
said,
presented
himself
like
a
very
you
know,
respectable
person,
my
kids
liked
how
he
spoke
to
them
and
the
things
he
did.
So
I
really
appreciated
all
the
time
and
opportunities
he
gave
us
to
be
around
and
the
jobs
he
gave
us.
F
B
Rooney
you're,
muted.
A
For
the
sake
of
time,
I'm
going
to
keep
thank
you
for
that
feedback.
Sir
I've
been
speaking
on
you
just
to
keep
it
orderly,
I'm
going
to
try
and
limit
the
course
to
a
minute.
So
you
know
try
to
keep
it
to
a
minute
so
that
you
can
get
all
your
thoughts
out.
Okay,
sir,
who
just
spoke,
I
need
you
just
brought
star
three
one
more
time
to
put
your
hand
down
for
me.
A
A
H
Yes,
my
name
is
brian
chapman,
I'm
from
lowell
massachusetts,
and
I
just
wanted
to
give
a
little
testimonial
as
a
fellow
small
business
owner
on
the
positive
impact
that
shane
had
in
the
lowell
downtown
business
community
during
his
ownership
from
2010
through
2015.
I
H
I
just
wanted
to
let
you
know
I
am
still
operating
my
business
in
lowell
and
shane
was
a
shining
example
of
what
can
happen
when
a
community
rallies
around
a
small
business
to
help
it
thrive.
So
I
just
wish
him
luck
on
his
boston.
A
Thank
you
for
those
comments,
sir.
If
we
have
any
neighbors
on
here
and
you're
able
to
type
in
in
the
chat,
please
type
in
your
name
and
address
in
the
chat
for
me.
That
helps
me
add
more
to
my
attendance
aside
from
your
logging
in
here
on
my
list.
So
again,
if
you're
an
attendee
and
you're
a
neighbor,
please
put
in
your
names
and
your
address
and
the
list.
So
we
have
an
idea
who
attended
here
tonight
so
just
find
the
chat
for
me
and
put
it
in
there
my
next
hand.
A
Thank
you
brian,
for
putting
your
hand
down
next
caller
unmuted
857-339
you're
unmuted
caller
go
ahead.
K
Hello,
my
name
is
trina
marie
ruffin.
I
am
the
founder
of
ruffin
mobile
educational
services,
I'm
calling
in
because
I
wanted
to
first
of
all
just
give
an
understanding
of
the
cannabis
industry
and
to
understand
that
this
young
man
is
bringing
forth
our
proposal
not
only
in
the
business
business
atmosphere
but
he's
also
having
a
forethought
of
the
community,
and
I
think,
that's
very
important
that
he
and
his
organization
are
trying
to
make
it
a
balanced
situation
and
not
only
focus
on
cannabis.
So
I
just
wanted
to
give
him
just
a
great.
K
You
know
standing
on
that
and
also
to
just
understand
that
we
do
need
any
cannabis
owners
that
come
into
our
communities
to
have
a
thought
of
the
people
that
surround
their
headquarters
or
their
location,
and
that
we
should
give
this
family
a
chance,
because
we
do
need
more
brown
and
black
business
owners
they've
been
around
for
over
30
years.
They
have
a
good
standing
with
the
government
with
the
public
with
the
community,
and
I
think
that
just
says
a
lot.
K
It
says
a
lot
about
them
and
I
just
say
like:
let's
give
them
a
chance
to
stand
behind
them
and
help
them
push
this,
and
also
you
know,
keep
them.
You
know
accountable
for
what
they
put
on
the
table
and
I
truly
understand
that
they
will
deliver.
Thank
you.
Good
luck,.
A
Thank
you
for
that
comment,
so
again,
phone
callers.
If
you
need
to
speak,
please
press
star
3
on
your
phone
and
we'll
be
able
to
pick
on
you,
I'm
going
to
move
on
to
the
questions
I'll
be
right
back
to
phone
calls,
sir.
If
you
can
help
me
go
through
these
questions
here
we
have
some
in
the
chat,
so
make
sure
you
grab
everything.
Yes,
I
have
a
question
here
from
kayla
jackson
to
all
panelists.
I'm
not
sure.
If
you
want
to
check
out
the
screen
on
my
panel
list,
can
we
some.
A
Can
we
hear
more
about
the
plans
for
this
business
prior
to
this
donation,
give
back
plan?
I
think
we
covered
that
because
you
went
a
little
bit
further
into
it.
Shane
just
hold
that
response.
While
I
go
through
more
questions.
Okay,
okay,
we'd,
like
to
hear
about
the
specifics
for
the
building.
Do
you
feel
like
you've
covered
that.
D
Yeah
I
mean
yeah,
I
mean
I
don't
mind
talking
about
stuff
again,
but
yeah.
Okay,.
A
So
shane,
if
you
look
at
the
chat,
kayla
simpson
questions
to
all
the
panelists,
you
can
read
them
along
with
me.
She
sent
them
around
6,
30..
First
one.
It's
is
asking
about
the
business
prior
to
the
donation,
because
I
think
it
was
because
about
the
order
of
your
presentation.
That's
when
she
said
that
question.
Then
she
asked
to
hear
more
about
the
specifics
for
the
building
and
then
she
wants
to
hear
more
about
the
security
plan.
Can
you
address
those
questions?
Please.
B
Looking
for
that,
I
can
speak
a
little
bit
to
the
security
plan
so
consistent
with
ccc
regulations.
We
will
have
24
7
live
monitoring
of
of
both
the
interior
of
the
location,
as
well
as
the
direct
direct
exterior
solution
providing
360
degree
views.
B
Our
staff
will
be
unarmed,
that's
important
to
know
unarmed
staff
that
will
be
trained
to
correctly
identify
identification
and
to
ensure
consistent
with
shane's
commitment
to
a
no
tolerance
policy
that
there's
no
loitering
or
on-site
consumption
that
extends
into
the
direct
abutters
and
community
shane
and
the
family,
as
you
heard,
are
committed
to
this
to
this
neighborhood
and
it's
completely
unacceptable.
If
folks
are
coming
in
purchasing
products
and
walking
a
few
feet
down
the
street
to
either
enjoy
those
products
or
to
hang
out,
that's
just
unacceptable.
B
It's
bad
business
and
it's
and
it's
in
its
bad
stewardship
of
this
neighborhood,
so
staff
will
we
will
have
sufficient
staff
to
not
only
monitor
the
entrance
and
exits
to
make
sure
that
things
are
moving.
The
folks
are
id'd,
but
also
that
the
immediate
abutters
and
neighborhood
are
not
having
any.
If
I
guess
what
I'd
add
is
there'll
be
multiple
identification
points,
there
will
be
both
visual
inspection
of
ids.
B
B
We
will
also
be
using
technology
to
verify
the
holograms
and
and
various
other
technologies
that
are
now
introduced
in
identification
and
again,
you
will
be
identification,
will
again
be
reviewed
prior
to
purchase
even
after
you've
been
on
the
sales
floor
again.
B
Security
for
this
building
will
exceed
all
financial
institution
requirements
and,
if
shane
said
commonwealth
massachusetts,
regulations
exceed
those
that
have
been
instituted
in
colorado
and
california,
and
numerous
numerous
studies,
as
shane
noted,
have
have
shown
a
reduction
of
about
20
percent
of
property
and
other
other
crime
in
the
area.
B
We
definitely
see
legal
marijuana
establishments
that
are
regulated
as
as
tightly
as
they
are
in
massachusetts,
as
is
reducing
overall
crime
impacts.
A
Thank
you
jay,
so
I'm
gonna
move
on
to
the
next
question
here
in
the
chat.
Do
you
see
a
request
here
from
shirley
shillingford?
I
got
the
request
privately,
I
will.
I
will
get
to
you
in
one
second
next
question
on
the
chat
here:
meeting:
okay,
no
more
in
the
chat,
we've
grabbed
all
of
those.
So
if
you
have
more
questions
you
want
to
pop
in
the
chat,
please
do
so
and
let's
continue
with
our
raised
hands.
My
next
raised
hand
is
phone
number,
617-777,
urine,
muted.
Please
go
ahead.
L
Hi,
my
name
is
stacy.
I've
been
a
resident
of
angel
street
since
1967
my
family
and
I
and
although
shane's
impressive,
his
credentials
are
impressive.
There
will
be
a
big
impact
on
traffic
in
this
on
this
street
as
it
is
now
we
don't
have
parking.
You
know
the
people
down
the
street
as
far
as
the
stores
happies
and
you
know
the
different
stores
and
call
the
street
and
blue
hill
avenue
who
don't
have
park
and
they
park
at
the
the
beginning
of
our
street.
L
Those
who
live
on
franklin's
excuse
the
american
legion
highway
park
at
the
end
of
our
street,
so
coming
home
already
from
work.
We're
fighting
for
sports
now,
you're
saying
that
you
know
you're
going
to
have
25
30
off
street
parking,
plus
an
additional
25
off
street
parking,
and
then
your
employees
will
be
parking
on
angel
street.
Where
will
we
park?
L
That's
one
question
one
thing
that
carmen
I
have
and
then
we
have
two
daycare
centers
on
the
street
parents,
dropping
their
kids
up
and
picking
them
up.
Where
are
they
going
to
be?
You
know?
It's
just,
and
you
know,
senior
citizens,
and
you
know
it's
just
it's
going
to
be
disruptive
and
it's
going
to
be
a
big
impact
with
the
traffic.
D
And
thank
you
stacy.
That's
a
that's
a
great
question
and
great
concern.
You
know
me
being
there
for
for
over
for
us
for
30
years
and
two
week
we
kind
of
we
realized
what
you're
saying
firsthand.
I
can
visualize
it
as
you're
saying
it
and
one
thing
that
we
have.
Yes,
we
have
that
parking
lot,
that's
dedicated
towards
the
customers.
We
actually
have
enough
space
for
where
we're
gonna
have
a
a
waiting
room
to
where
we
can.
D
Let
customers
come
in
and
wait
and
before
they
go
and
wait
that
way,
we're
not
just
shooting
customers
out
all
the
time,
and
we
couldn't
do
that.
If
we
didn't
have
enough
space,
we
have
the
space
to
make
sure
that
we're
trying
to
minimize
any
type
of
nuisance
that
there'll
be
now
with
the
parking
we
have.
D
I
know
this
exact
same
thing,
that
you're
saying
and
with
the
with
the
the
restricted
lot,
that's
not
a
restricted
lot
for
you
guys,
that's
a
lot
that
we
want
to
allow
people
like
yourself,
who've,
been
there
26
years
that
to
have
a
spot
to
have
a
decal
on
your
car,
where
you
can
park
your
car
in
that
spot
overnight.
If
you
have
to
get
up
and
go
to
work
early,
we
just
ask
that
you
move
it
by
a
certain
time,
but
you
can
park
it
there
overnight,
any
of
the
snow
emergencies.
D
That's
where
you'll
be
parking
your
car,
while
the
snow
emerges,
are
going
down.
If
you
don't
have
a
decal
in
your
car,
then
unfortunately
there's
going
to
be
a
tow
company
that
may
have
to
tow
it,
but
that's
because
we
don't
want
other
people
outside
of
angel
street
to
take
advantage
of
what
we
want
to
offer.
These
are
just
for
the
residents,
and
these
are
the
problems
that
we've
seen.
We've
lived
with
these
problems
with
you,
and
so
that's
what
we
want
to
do.
D
We
want
to
have
decals
on
cars,
we'll
provide
it
for
you
and
every
year,
it'd
have
to
be
updated,
but
we'll
be
the
ones
to
provide
it.
We'll
we'll
allow
you
an
email
that
you
can
get
in
contact
soon,
so
we
can
get
it
out
to
you
and
then
that
will
allow
your
car
to
park
there
on
any
snow
emergency
and
any
overnight.
You
know
18
more
spots.
You
know
and
that's
I
I
believe
that
will
really
help
a
lot.
I
don't
think
that
will
take
away.
D
I
believe
that
part
of
it
will
help
and
which
is
a
good
thing.
We
all
we
want
to
resolve
as
much
problems
on
the
street
as
possible,
and
I
think
that
that
really
can
help.
Now
when
it
comes
to
the
the
main
parking
lot,
we
have
more
pocket
than
any
site.
That's
been
proposed
in
the
city
that
that
has
that's
up
and
running
and
there
haven't
been
any
complaints.
D
You
know
I've
done
my
a
little
bit
of
research
for
what
they're
doing
over
at
pure
races,
they're,
actually
doing
a
good
job,
not
creating
any
nuisance
and
running
a
good,
clean
business.
I
know
down
with
tito
down
in
mattapan
he's
going
to
be
doing
something
special.
I
know
they're
going
to
be
able
to
pull
it
off
because
those
brothers
have
the
heart
set
on
the
community
they're
from
here
and
there's
no
different
for
me
and
I'm
you
know
angel
street,
I
mean
I,
I
consider
myself
an
angel
street
person.
D
D
A
Okay
in
a
few
moments,
because
just
because
I'm
taking
more
questions,
we
will
project
the
contact
information
slide,
one
more
time.
Okay,
all
right,
my
next
caller
phone
number.
A
M
Hi
good
evening,
I'm
sheena
mendizabal
and
I
am
a
new
resident
to
angel
street,
but
I've
been
a
resident
of
dorchester
since
97.
I
lived
in
franklin
hill
for
six
years
in
2003..
M
My
community
to
me
is
very
important.
I
am
a
mother
of
seven
and
I
recently
met
shane
and
he
told
me
about
his
proposal
and
I
feel
that
he
has
a
good
plan
and
that
you
know
he's
he's
a
nice
person
and
I
just
wish
him
the
best
of
luck.
M
A
N
Yes,
good
good
evening,
my
name
is
sean
fonte,
I'm
vice
president
of
the
bill,
moran
and
associates
community
mentoring,
team
and
I'm
actually
calling
from
rhode
island,
but
I'm
actually
a
massachusetts
resident,
and
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
couple
of
comments
and
say
that
that
myself
and
our
organization
fully
supportive
of
shane,
because
he
has
presented
a
very
good.
He
has
a
very
good
plan
for
for
what
he
implant
intends
to
do
for
the
community
from
community
benefits.
N
He
has
a
proven
track
record
of
being
a
successful
business
owner
and
not
causing
a
nuisance,
and
I
think
that
for
us,
our
our
organization
of
young
black
men
and
women
in
the
trades
from
boston
from
dorchester
just
adds
to
the
notion
of
black
ownership,
education,
community
wealth
and
particularly
workforce
development.
And
that's
all
I
wanted
to
say
thank
you.
D
A
You
can
put
something
down
for
me
and
then
to
speak
just
so.
You
know
right
now,
cody
you're
not
connected
to
the
audio.
I
cannot
see.
A
A
Let
me
try
and
make
you
panic,
so
maybe
you
can
speak
that
way.
Yeah
cody!
I
see
that
you're
not
connected
to
audio
okay.
So
what
you're
gonna
do
is
find
your
mute
button.
That
would
allow
you
to
connect
to
audio,
and
so
you
can
speak
otherwise
use
the
information
to
acquire
for
you
can
call
in
and
I'll
be
able
to
mute
you
that
way.
Sometimes
people
are
having
issues.
Okay,
all
right!
J
How
you
doing
my
name
is
edward
solomon.
I
have
several
questions
we'll
first
start
with
the.
A
J
Well
then,
well
I'd
like
I'd
like
someone
to
address
the
security
aspect
of
building,
whereas
you
have
traffic,
that's
going
to
be
coming
on
to
the
property
from
angel
street
as
well
as
blue
hill
avenue.
J
You
have
foot
traffic
and,
in
terms
of
security,
you'd
have
to
have
24-hour
security
in
order
to
to
facilitate
this
type
of
business
and
looking
at
some
of
the
data
of
these
type
of
dispensaries
in
in
colorado,
they
are
a
high
crime
target
and
the
one
gentleman
mentioned
that
they
would
mitigate
any
type
of
people
standing
on
the
streets.
How
can
you
do
that?
If
you
have
private
security,
would
you
have
boston,
boston,
police
also
involved.
D
No,
no
private
security
and
yeah
I
mean
there
are
there
have
been
reports
and
thank
you
for
that
question
great
great
question.
I
appreciate
that,
and
there
have
been
reports
statistics
that
we
have
that
show
with
the
cameras
and
the
high-tech
systems
that
they
have
going
on
anytime,
you
put
up
a
campus
establishment.
Crime
does
go
down,
that's
not
just
in
one
one
state,
that's
in
a
couple
states
and
that's
in
states
where
there
are
less
strict
than
mass.
It's
a
lot.
D
It's
a
big
undertaking
with
security,
so
much
money,
so
much
finances
have
to
get
invested
into
it
and
I
actually
like
the
way
the
ccc
does
it
because
they
they're
not
playing
any
games.
You
know
they're
just
going
for
the
gospel,
you
know
they're,
going
above
and
beyond,
to
secure
a
spot
and
that's
actually
good.
D
I've
always
security's
always
been
something
that's
important
to
me,
so
I'm
gonna
make
make
sure
it's
always
at
the
tip
of
my
brain
and
and
what's
going
on
with
it,
if
we
have
to
make
adjustments
we'll
be
making
them
on
the
fly
because,
like
I
said,
the
nuisance
is
something
that
we're
not
going
to
be
that's
something
that
we're
going
to.
We
don't
want
to
be.
D
That's
not
something
we're
going
to
take
pride
in
if
there's
a
little
nuisance
here,
we're
going
to
try
to
figure
out
how
to
how
do
we
get
rid
of
it,
and
I
think
it
starts
with
just
communication,
but
we
do
have
we
plan
on
having
a
security
guard.
We
plan
on
being
able
to
call
the
cops
if
no
one
wants
to
get
off
and
people
will
get
banned
right
away.
That's
not
something
I
really
play
with
it,
and
people
will
tell
you
savannah
you'd
get
banned
and
it
wouldn't
be.
D
It
wouldn't
be
my
call
that's
the
employees
and
with
the
ccc,
it's
teaching
me
how
to
do
this.
The
right
way
and
train
my
employees
the
right
way,
it's
a
great
program.
What
they're
doing
for
the
for
the
minority
allowing
us
the
ccc
program
in
the
equity
program,
because
we
have
some
of
the
best
teachers
from
brandeis
from
boston
college
teaching.
Those
ways
because
we
know
problems
are
going
to
rise
and
how
do
you
fix
it
and
that's
what
we're
learning,
but
that's
a
great
question.
D
A
I'm
gonna
allow
one
more
question
and
then
we're
gonna
move
to
the
next
question.
Go
ahead,
sir.
J
All
right,
yeah
well
in
terms
of
the
security.
I
I
hear
what
you're
saying
to
me,
but
you
have
not
addressed
in
terms
of
how
big
of
a
staff
would
you
have.
We
have
not
seen
a
floor
plan
for
your
your
facility,
unlike
the
other
facilities
when
they
put
come,
come
out
with
their
proposal
and
the
data.
The
data
does
not
show
that
crime
goes
down
significantly.
A
J
B
Yeah
rooney,
I'm
happy.
I
I'm
happy
to
address
just
quickly.
You
know
bottom
line
is
you
know
I
I
used
to
I
regulated
cannabis
in
massachusetts
for
many
years
and
it's
an
absolute
fact
that
under
the
medical
use
of
marijuana
program,
there
were
no
no
major
security
incidences
in
the
five
years
that
I
was
involved
with
that
program
at
the
ccc.
That
trend
has
continued
and
the
bottom
line
is.
If
you
talk
to
police
chiefs
across
across
the
commonwealth
of
massachusetts,
you
know.
B
Last
week
I
was
talking
to
the
police
chief
in
watertown.
He
said
he's
more
concerned
about
what
happens
in
the
dunkin
donuts
parking
lot
and
asked
me
to
share
that
with
the
city
council
when
I
was
presenting
before.
I
know
that
the
city
of
boston
prepared
for
woodstock
to
descend
upon
pure
oasis-
and
yes,
it
was
a
festive,
maybe
20
or
so
people
waiting
in
front
when
that
when
it
opened,
but
it
it,
it
was
not
security.
B
Events
that
the
city
of
boston
had
planned
for
these,
these
locations
are,
in
fact
reducing
crime.
Please
look
at
the
ucla
has
a
study
on
it.
A
B
We
we
will
have
25
to
35
staff
in
terms
of
the
floor
plan.
You
know,
I
think
it's
important,
that
we
not
get
ahead
of
ourselves
here
before
we
even
right
now
we're
talking
about
the
location
and
we're
talking
about
the
operator.
It
is
not
until
after
we
get
through
the
boston
cannabis
board
that
we
get
to
a
point
where
we're
even
engaging
in
architectural
review
plans,
both
with
the
city
and
with
the
state,
but
with
30
000
square
feet.
B
We
have
more
than
sufficient
floor
space
to
do
this,
the
right
way
and
with
the
team
that
shane
has
put
together
we're
looking
forward
to
working
with
you
and
with
the
commitment
to
do
quarterly
meetings.
This
is
an
ongoing
conversation
to
make
sure
that
each
and
every
concern
is
thought
through,
but
please
rest
assured
that
shane
has
put
together
an
absolute
expert
team
that
has
done
this
for
many
years
since
the
inception
of
cannabis.
Here
in
the
commonwealth
of
mass.
A
Thank
you,
jay.
I'm
going
to
take
the
next
question.
Cody
you
just
messaged
me
on
private.
Your
hand
is
not
raised
right
now.
So
once
your
hand
is
raised,
I
can
see
on
the
screen
and
picking
the
order
that
they
were
raised.
Our
next
raised
hand
here
is
joyce.
She
joy,
you're
unmuted,
go
ahead
and
put
your
hand
down
for
me
joy.
So
I
can
count
you
out.
J
Oh
man
that
dude
talk
about
it.
The
white
boy
tried
to
clean
it
up.
A
Please
go
and
meet
everyone.
I'm
gonna
mute
everyone.
E
Is
joy,
gary
matapan
resident
there's
so
many
things
about
this?
I'm
curious
about
one
is
I've.
It
seems
like
your
your
proposal.
E
Is
it
it's
missing
what
a
number
of
people
have
mentioned,
actually
seeing
an
actual
plan
for.
E
Community
benefits
an
actual
physical
structure
plan
of
architectural
plan
there.
We
understand
that
you
need
to
get
further
ahead
process
to
be
able
to
have
a
full
architectural
plan,
but
to
say
that
you
don't
have
a
preliminary
design
would
wouldn't
that
doesn't
even
seem
feasible.
So
I
think
the
community
would
like
to
see
what
are
you
thinking
and
seeing
at
an
actual
full
proposal
and
not
things
off
of
the
top
of
your
head?
Do
you
have
those
that
we
look
at
that
we
can
view
that
will
be
on
the
city.
D
Website
yeah,
I
mean
you
talking
about
some
like
phones.
We
do
have
some
designs
that
we
have
we
didn't
put
on
the
plan,
but
we
do
have
designs
of
how
the
building
will
work
once
it's
done
like
I
said
we
have
three
or
four
or
five
actually
more
meetings
to
to
get
into
that.
D
We
have
to
do
to
get
into
plans
and
in
and
figure
that
stuff
out
so,
like
I
said
we
we're
open
to
discussing
coming
back,
discussing
every
quarterly
meeting
with
you
about
certain
some
of
these
things,
but
at
this
rate
and
we've
done
all
the
business
that
we
needed
to
do
to
make
sure
that
this
is
a
legit
plan
going
forward.
Of
course
you
never
can
get
to
the
end
right
now.
D
You
have
to
work
your
way
to
get
these
things
done,
there's
a
process
and
so
we're
just
kind
of
following
the
process.
The
way
it
was
laid
out-
and
we
don't
want
to
try
to
circumvent
any
step
but
yeah
all
those
things
will
be,
and
we
have
three
thousand
square
feet
accessible.
So
we
have
we,
we
have
more
than
enough
room.
We
can
split
things
here.
We
can
split
things
up.
D
We
have
more
than
enough
room
on
the
second
floor
and
the
first
floor,
so
it's
just
about
where
we
want
to
do
it
and
how
to
do
it,
where
it
creates
the
least
amount
of
inconvenience
to
anybody.
D
B
A
B
Please,
thank
you,
okay,
so
we
do
we
do
have.
We
do
have
a
conceptual
design
for
the
building
which
we
will
again
share
and
as
to
the
community
benefits
plan,
I
think
shane
went
into
some
some
pretty
specific
detail
about
what
he's
planning
on
doing
above
and
beyond
the
required
three
percent
providing
an
additional
three
percent
last
slide.
Please
ford
an
additional
three
percent
above
and
beyond
that,
and
we're
happy
to
codify
that
and
make
that
make
that
available.
D
I
don't
know
if
you
can
see,
but
this
is
the
this
is
the
parking
lot
in
the
back.
B
Yeah
we
can
send
all
those
to
rooney
and
maybe
rooney
you
can
share
that
with.
We
can
have
some
follow-up
with
some
some
of
these
drawings
as.
A
All
right,
so
my
next
person
with
the
raised
hand
cody
moran
cody.
You
are
one
second
here,
cody
you're
not
connected
to
audio,
so
I'm
not
able
to
allow
you
to
speak
just
because
you're
not
connected
to
the
audio
so
find
your
mute
button,
connect
to
the
audio
and
then
come
back
to
us.
Okay,
just
put
your
hand
down
for
me
cody
until
you,
you
find
your
your
audio
button.
All
right.
I
had
another
request
for
speaking
shirley
shillingford.
C
C
Okay,
I
said
I
had
a
statement
to
me
the
statement
I
have
to
make
that
I
have
known
this
little
young
man
from
he
was
about
10
years
old.
I've
watched
him
grow
up
into
one
of
the
finest
human
beings
for
a
young
man,
and
I
am
so
happy
that
he
has
ventured
to
have
this
business,
and
I
am
also
very
confident
that
what
he
says
he
will
do
a
lot
of
times.
People
say
they're
gonna
do
things
and
they
don't
do
it,
but
I
can
assure
you
that
shane
is
not
one
of
those
people.
C
C
D
A
Thank
you
for
that
statement.
I
have
another
raised
hand
on
the
phone,
so
phone
calls
phone
number
eight
five,
seven,
three,
eight
nine
you're
included,
go
ahead.
Caller.
G
Pardon
me,
I
would
just
like
to
say
I'm
I'm,
president
on
16
164
mice
been
there
for
over
30
years,
and
I
like
the
proposal,
I
like
what
I
heard
and
if
it's
going
to
bring
jobs
because
the
economy
is
all
messed
up,
I
think
it'll
be
a
good
idea
and
it'll
help
out.
So
that's
just
the
comment
I
wanna
wanted
to
say.
Thank
you.
A
A
The
gentleman
just
spoke
just
press
star
3
again
for
me
to
put
your
hand
down
on
my
screen.
I
have
some
more
chat
questions
to
go
through
here
and
I
see
some
folks
are
sending
private
messages.
If
you're
able
to
raise
your
hand,
they
can
ask
the
question.
Hopefully
it
makes
for
a
good
conversation.
So
don't
be
shy
to
do
that.
A
So
a
few
questions
here
in
the
chat
from
darrell.
How
do
you
plan
to
address
the
traffic
we
just
addressed
pizza
traffic
on
angel
and
blue
hill,
with
the
parking
lot
being
on
angel,
which
is
a.
O
A
D
Yeah,
so
what
we
have
is
we
have.
We
have
other,
first
of
all,
I'll
tell
you
there's
other
sites
in
the
community
that
have
the
same
issues
of
one-way
streets
and
they've
they've
been
no
complaints.
It's
it
can
happen.
It
can
get
done.
What
we
want
to
do
is
like
I
said
we
have
the
extra.
We
have
the
extra
space
inside
that
where
people
are
coming
out,
we
can.
We
can
stagger
them
because
we
have
enough
space
to
have
waiting
room
for
people
to
get
staggered
when
they
leave
coming
down
the
street.
D
It's
a
one-way
street.
We
do.
We
definitely
know
that,
and
you
know
we
want
to
put
up
different
signs
if
needed,
to
slow
down
different
things,
to
make
sure
that
we're
protecting
the
youth
and
the
kids
that
may
be
walking
around
and
and
stuff
to
that
extent.
But
that
is
the
axis
that
that
we
have
to
come
down
the
street.
Now
it's
a
straight
road
they're
going
to
come
down
to
the
end
they're
going
to
take
a
right
to
the
parking
lot.
D
D
If
it
means
we
have
to
make
adjustments
if
it
means
something's,
not
working,
we're
not
just
going
to
keep
keep
it
we're
going
to
do,
try
something
else,
but
having
a
team
having
a
strong
team
and
I've
seen
this
being
done
in
in
other
places,
just
having
a
strong
team
that
knows
how
to
how
to
navigate
the
people
and
again
this
shop
is
gonna,
be
popping
up
in
every
corner.
It's
not
like
we're.
Gonna
have
a
shop
where
we're
having
100
300
people
coming
at
one
time.
D
It's
it's
been
trickling
out
as
more
shops,
open
the
people
going
to
go
to
more
different
places,
and
so
you
won't
get
that
problem
that
you
may
see
it's
a
great
question,
because
we
want
to
try
to
make
sure
that
we
don't
have
this
issue,
but
we
don't
foresee
it.
You
know
it's.
It's
been
done.
If
you
look
at
some
of
the
other
places,
you'll
see
that
they're
doing
it
well
with
one-way
street
shane.
A
Sir,
I'm
going
to
move
on
to
the
next
question
in
the
chat
next
question:
how
much
canopy
are
you
planning
to
grow
there.
D
A
D
B
Yeah,
the
term
canopy
specifically
means
mature
plants,
and
so
we're,
specifically
speaking
to
tier
one,
is,
is
the
regulatory
designation
for
cultivation
that
is
not
in
excess
of
five
thousand
square
feet
of
mature
canopy,
meaning
the
space
in
which
the
mature
plants
are
sitting.
So
again,
shane
is
anticipating
one
to
two
thousand
square
feet
of
canopy.
B
This
is
a
very
small
grow.
Most
most
cultivations
in
massachusetts
are
somewhere
in
between
15
and
35
000
square
feet
that
are
getting
licensed.
So
this
is
very
much
a
small
motivation
that
will
assist
him
in
getting
up
and
running.
I
did
notice
in
the
chat.
B
There
was
a
question
about
280e
and
that's
exactly
why
we're
doing
this
this
this
cultivation-
you
know
the
federal
irs
you
know,
treats
retail
cannabis
with
a
very
high
tax
rate
and
so
we're
able
to
by
having
manufacturing
and
cultivation
on
site,
we're
able
to
frankly
ensure
that
this
business
plan
is
viable
and
that
and
that
shane
and
the
jobs
that
he's
creating
are
long-lasting.
B
A
You
jay,
while
we're
on
it.
That's
literally
the
only
question
I
missed.
I
had
a
a
number
of
them
from
kayla.
Where
did
this
come
from?
Okay,
so
questions
here
about
financing
we'd
like
to
hear
more
about
where
financing
is
coming
from
viability
of
this
business
investors
and
your
understanding
of
the
280e?
D
Yeah,
so
financing
so
we're
still.
We
have.
We
have
a
group
of
finances
investors
that
I've
known
for
a
long
time,
good
guys
that
want
to
want
to
give
back
what
with
the
program
I
have,
I
have
access
to
try
to
get
money
from
the
equity
program.
That's
one
thing
I
don't
believe
I
need
to
do
you
know.
I
think
that
we
should
save
some
of
that
for
the
people
that
really
need
it.
D
I
have
an
opportunity
where
I
can
bring
outside
money
into
the
community
to
do
great
things
and
and
create
an
economic,
viable
situation
for
us
over
here
and
not.
I
won't
I'm
the
only
one
that'll
be
running
this
business
with
my
advisors,
it'd
be
no
one
else
that
would
come
in
and
have
a
board
seat
or
have
veto
rights
or
some
quirky
way
to
control
the
business
from
the
outside.
That
will
not
be
happening
here.
D
I
know
it's
happening
in
certain
places,
but
I'm
a
hundred
percent
unequivocally
telling
you
that
that
will
not
happen
here.
We're
set
up
to
to
with
my
dad
only
in
the
building
already
I'm
in
a
unique
position
where
I
can
pull
this
off
and
do
it
the
right
way
and
get
the
right
people
involved
to
help.
If
these
other
people
out
there,
that
would
like
to
potentially
invest
in
something
safe
and
invest,
and
please
the
email
we
can.
D
We
could
definitely
discuss,
but
we
do
have
plans
and
we
do
know
that
we'll
be
able
to
pull
it
off
with
the
right
team
and
hiring
the
minority
and
black
and
brown
businesses
to
do
it,
and
not
only
top
of
that.
We
want
to
bring
the
apprentices
in
with
bill
bill
moran
program
to
work
with
the
minorities.
So
it's
kind
of
like
a
two-fold
thing
that
we
want
to
do.
D
A
That
shane
so
there's
a
person,
some
folks
are
having
issues
depending
on
their
audio.
So
I'm
gonna
put
the
call-in
information
in
the
chat
so
that
folks
can
call
in
and
ask
those
questions
because
again,
I
think
it
makes
for
better
conversation
instead
of
me
reading
your
position,
I'm
not
at
liberty
to
do
that.
If
there's
a
question,
I
can
do
it,
but
someone
just
sent
me
a
position
on
the
chat.
I'm
not
able
to
read
that
out
on
your
behalf.
A
So
please
call
in-
and
you
can
speak
yourself
by
pressing
star
three,
our
next
question
or
let
me
just
make
sure
that
we're
not
anything
so
again,
I'm
getting
more
private
questions.
There's
another
person,
tony
p,
please
try
and
get
on
the
phone
so
that
you
can
ask
the
question.
A
Okay,
we
just
addressed
the
question:
the
traffic
jam,
one
more
traffic,
the
canopy
question
architecture,
okay,
how
much
of
the
thirty
thousand
square
feet
will
be
for
cultivation?
That
question
is
from
m
mc.
D
So
it's
been
first
for
ten
one
one
will
be
access
to
grow
up
to
five
thousand
square
feet
of
growth,
but
we
want
to
start
off
way
lower
than
that.
You
know
we
want
to
start
off
and
cut
that
in
half
and
work
our
way
in.
We
have
a
lot
of
space
on
the
second
floor,
over
15,
000
square
feet
of
space
and
it's
vacant,
and
so
we
have.
D
We
can
decide
best
way
to
put
it
based
on
where
the
ac,
the
special
hvac
systems
are
going
to
come
in
with
the
dr,
the
carbon
dioxide,
to
make
sure
that
there's
no
smell.
So
we
all
plan
on
doing
it
the
right
way
with
the
engineers
we
have
a
lot
of
room
to
work
with
up
there
and
again.
A
A
All
right
cody,
thank
you
for
your
comments.
Again,
I'm
not
able
to
read
your
position
out,
but
I
sent
the
I'm
gonna
paste
the
call-in
information
one
more
time
in
the
chat
call
in
that
617
number
put
in
the
meeting
id
and
you'll
be
able
to
get
on
and
ask
the
question
and
excuse
me
and
make
your
statement
yourself.
A
Let
me
check
on
my
phone
callers
to
see
if
we
have
any
more
hands,
I
see
mcsc,
I'm
going
to
mute
umc.
You
can
go
ahead.
P
Yeah,
how
much
I'm
just
as
a
clarification
question?
How
much
is
five
thousand
square
feet
of
canopy?
How
much
is
that
expected
to
grow
as
far
as
pounds.
B
Yeah,
I
think
I
think
he
plans
on
starting
it
with
about
one
to
two
thousand
square
feet
of
canopy.
You
know
it's,
so
it's
so
specific
to
how
he
had
the
lighting,
how
he
plans
on
arranging
the
plants,
the
propagation
methods
etc.
So
you
know
I
would
hate
to
go
on
the
record
with
what
I
think
you
know.
Generally
speaking,
you
see
somewhere
between
five
and
ten
plants
per
square
meter.
B
You
know
with
about
with
an
output
of
about
you,
know,
50
to
100
grams
per
plant
you're,
seeing
one
to
three.
You
know
probably
around
three
harvests
per
year,
given
its
indoor,
so
you
know,
but
it's
so
dependent
on.
You
know
the
folks
that
he
employs
and
their
in
their
methods
of
cultivation.
So
I
I
would
say
I
would
say
happy
to
come
back
to
you
with
this
project
further
along
in
terms
of
kind
of
understanding,
the
cultivation
processes
that
he's
in
lighting
that
he's
specifically
using
for
this.
B
But
you
know
this
again-
is
a
very
one
to
two
thousand
square
feet
of
canopy
is
a
very
small
grow
for
a
legal
cannabis
cultivation
in
massachusetts.
F
D
A
Finish
out,
your
thought:
we're
running
over
engage
my
times
just
so
we
make
sure
we
put
someone
else
a
chance.
You
can
go
ahead.
A
All
right,
thank
you,
everyone
for
those
great
questions,
I'm
happy
to
see
that
we've
gone
through
all
the
raised
hands.
Everyone
did
tremendous,
I
you
know
raising
their
hands
entering.
I
don't
cue,
so
phone
callers.
If
you
have
any
further
questions-
and
you
want
to
ask-
we
anticipated
this
meeting
to
go
until
eight-
we
still
have
at
least
20
minutes
left
start
on
your
phone
to
ask
questions
and
if
you
are
on
the
computer,
you
can
raise
your
hand
that
way
we
can
take
your
questions.
A
All
right,
I
don't
have
any
questions
here.
I
don't
know
if
any
of
the
panelists
when
it's
unmute
and
use
further
comments,
but
we'll
just
wait
for
questions
for
another
five
minutes
or
so
just
just
in
case
they're
still
milling
questions
in
their
head,
so
team.
I
don't
know
if
you
want
to
take
it
away
for
another
five
minutes,
but
you
have
the
freedom
to
do
so.
While
we
wait
more
questions
and
again
phone
callers
in
order
for
you
to
participate,
please
press
star
three.
B
You
know
shane,
while
we're
waiting.
I
just
had
a
couple
quick
thoughts.
First
of
all,
you
know
this
is
a.
This
is
a
very
extensive
process
that
any
applicant
has
to
go
through.
You
know
this
this.
This
takes
somewhere
between
16
and
24
months.
To
go
from
the
point
of,
I
would
like
to
put
an
application
into
isd
to
actually
getting
open
and
running,
and
I
think
a
lot
of
times
people
don't
realize
that,
and
so
we're
very
much
in
the
first
first
quarter.
B
B
You
know
the
level
of
detail
as
to
will
there
be
a
camera
on
this
corner
or
a
camera
on
the
other
corner,
and
I
guess
I
would
just
say
that
that's
the
whole
purpose
of
these
quarterly
meetings,
because
making
those
kinds
of
decisions
now
frankly
would
be
inappropriate,
and
I
think
shane
takes
very
seriously
the
the
commitment
to
honesty
that
he's
brought
forward
and
so
to
pretend
like
there's
some
kind
of
specific
on
something
like
that.
B
B
Again,
as
shane
said,
there's
going
to
be
over
53
of
these
licenses
across
the
city
of
boston,
which
means
that
dorchester
is
going
to
have.
You
know,
probably
numerous
licensees
ultimately
approved,
and
so
the
question
really
is
in
dorchester.
Is
this
the
right
location?
Is
this
the
right
operator
and
so
really
appreciate
everyone
asking
these
questions?
B
We
really
appreciate
engaging
and
again
we
we
expect
this
to
be
a
very
routine
occurrence
to
come
together
and
to
explain
and
as
as
we
go
forward,
which
I
expect
will
be
at
least
another
12
months
of
process.
B
These
details
are
going
to
start
getting
flushed
out
in
sequential
order,
and
so
you
know
I
just
want
to
make
sure
folks
understand
that
this
is
not
some
project
that
suddenly
is
going
to
be
open.
You
know
in
a
week
or
two
or
even
or
even
three
months,
if,
if,
if
the
community
supports
it,
so
just
thought
that
was
you
know.
A
Jay,
thank
you.
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
the
applicant,
the
team
said
that
they
would
be
having
follow-up
meetings.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
I
set
bad
expectations
for
attendees
tonight.
The
office
of
neighborhood
services
is
hosting
this
meeting
on
behalf
of
the
city.
However,
in
further
engagements
for
this
proposal,
my
office
would
not
be
hosting
that
meeting.
A
We
always
encourage
applicants
to
further
engage
with
the
community,
but
they
will
be
reaching
out
independently,
so
you
may
or
may
not
get
a
flyer
that
looks
the
same
way
as
this
one.
You
may
or
may
not
be
part
of
a
meeting
that
is
not
hosted
just
as
this
one.
Okay,
I
just
want
to
make
sure
I
set
the
right
expectations
for
future
engagement
on
this
proposal.
A
I'm
going
to
check
one
more
time
for
questions.
Okay,
well,
I'll,
see
that
inside
of
some
questions,
all
right,
we
have
three
hands
up
phone
number,
six,
one,
seven,
two,
three
six!
You
are
unmuted
go
ahead.
Q
Hi,
my
name
is
barbara
sanford,
and
are
you
hearing
me?
Yes,
we
are
go
ahead,
oh
great,
because
it
didn't
sound
like
my
number,
but
it
said
I
was
unmuted,
so
I
just
want
to
thank
everybody
for
participating.
I
want
to
say
a
statement
of
confidence
that
this
really
sounds
like
a
win-win
situation.
Q
To
me,
it
sounds
like
the
business
owners
and
projected
employers
here
have
really
done
their
homework,
to
try
to
engage
the
community
and
present
a
team
that
well-rounded
and
very
understanding
of
the
whole
process
and
the
business
as
well.
As
you
know,
they
want
to
offer
back
to
the
community.
Q
My
my
position
is:
I've
worked
with
the
cranmore
family
for
over
30
years.
I
was
a
member.
I
was
a
community
member
for
the
boston
area
for
about
the
same
time
of
years,
30.
M
Q
And
I
know
this
family
to
be
of
high
integrity
and
to
be
people
of
their
word.
Q
I've
worked
with
mr
cranmore
senior,
william
cramore
in
real
state
field
for
many
years,
and
he
was
always
a
upfront
person
that
followed
the
rules
and
and
did
well
in
his
planning,
as
well
as
his
running
of
his
businesses
and
his
properties,
and
I
see
that
shane
has
followed
in
his
footsteps
and
not
only
he's
he's
gotten
the
education,
but
he
has
the
compassion
that
really
we
need
to
have
young
people
running
businesses
like
this,
that
we
can
trust
that
we
that
we
can
see
have
faith
and
hope
in
the
community
and
that
want
to
give
back.
Q
So
to
me
I
mean
it's
just
so
many
win-win
situations
here
that
I'm
just
really
excited
to
hear
this
whole
proposal
and
to
see
people
of
color.
You
know,
invest
in
our
communities
and
do
something
positive.
You
know,
they'll
be
bringing
jobs,
they'll
be
bringing
tax
revenues,
they'll
be
bringing
security,
and
not
only
is
paris.
Q
Okay,
I'll
just
finalize
because
this
wasn't
mentioned
in
terms
of
the
parking
that
they're
also
talked
I've,
seen
the
business
plan.
They've
also
talked
about
a
delivery
system.
So
from
my
understanding,
it's
not
just
people
coming
to
the
the
property,
but
they
will
be
transporting
to
customers
as
well.
So
I
think
they
have
covered
all
angles
and
I'm
really
excited
to
see
what
what
can
come
from
this.
So
thank
you.
A
Thank
you
for
your
comments.
I'm
going
to
hit
the
next
ma'am.
If
you
could
please
press
star
3
on
your
screen,
one
more
time
to
put
your
hand
down
for
me.
O
My
name
is
stan.
I
lived
in
the
neighborhood
for
about
47
years.
I
believe
this
is
a
great
idea
for
the
community.
I
believe
there's.
He
has
a
really
good
plan
for
the
community,
a
really
good
plan
for
the
security
there,
and
I
think
you
know
I
think
it'll
be
a
great
idea
for
the
community.
It's
just
you
know.
O
I
Hi,
my
name
is
cody
moran,
I'm
a
former
boston
resident.
I
currently
hold
the
position
of
senior
manager
at
umass
medical
school,
I've
known
shane
and
his
family
for
over
30
years,
shane's
been
one
of
my
best
friends.
I've
seen
the
journey
with
him
and
his
family
and
owning
that
business.
I
actually
was
a
child
who
used
to
go
into
that
business,
often
with
change
and
see
a
lot
of
attendance.
I
You
know,
as
someone
who's
known
him
a
very
long
time.
I
know
his
door
is
always
open
and
he
is
going
to
be
the
person
that
you
would
like
to
see
in
our
community
running
this
type
of
business,
knowing
that
he
has
been
there
for
a
long
time
and
has
the
community's
best
interest
in
mind.
I
know
it's
a
tough
business
for
a
lot
of
people,
but
there's
no
better
person
to
be
in
our
community
in
that
community
than
shane
cranmore.
Thank
you.
