From YouTube: Neighborhood Engagement Walks with Mayor Walsh
Description
Mayor Martin J. Walsh participates in NEW (Neighborhood Engagement Walks) Boston, a comprehensive audit of every street in every neighborhood across the city of Boston.
A
When
we
looked
at
all
all
of
the
streets
in
the
neighborhood,
you
know
looked
at
the
pox
issues.
Btd
issues
we're
looking
at
signs
on
poles.
Looking
watch,
we're
gonna,
put
safety
defects
in
sidewalks
right
now,
not
necessarily
hairline
tracks,
but
we're
looking
for
things
that
are
gonna
have
to
be
ada
issues.
We're
looking
at
things
that
are
gonna,
be
safety
issues
folks
at
ada
and
getting
those
patched
immediately
because.

A
The
end
of
what
happens
is
all
the
data
from
city
worker
is
put
on
a
map
on
on
the
city
website
that
layers
these
lines,
that
they've
watched
with
the
issues
and
each
issue
is
marked
by
a
pin
and
the
pin
changes
color.
When
the
issue
has
been
closed,
they
all
have
the
pictures
that
they
take.
The
liaisons
have
been
taking
along
with
in
a
lot
of
cases,
the
fixes
as
well.
So
you
can
go
on
the
website,
the
city
website
and
see
what
issues
were
created
and
what
the
fixes
were.
