These reports are presented to keep you informed about the issues and events in your neighborhood. This week we focus on the neighborhood of Bay Village.

Walsh,
recently
introduced
new
online,
affordable
housing
tools,
along
with
an
information
guide
to
help
residents
better
access
income
restricted
in
subsidized
housing,
a
key
goal
of
Boston's
housing.
A
changing
City
Boston
2030
plan
was
to
streamline
access
to
affordable
housing
opportunities.
This
is
a
joint
effort
of
the
Department
of
Neighborhood
Development,
the
Office
of
Fair
Housing
and
equity,
and
the
Boston
Planning
and
Development
Agency.

Boston
is
also
looking
to
add
70
new
hub
way
stations
throughout
the
entire
city.
This
is
the
biggest
expansion
to
date
and
will
bring
the
bike
share
service
to
new
neighborhoods
and
add
more
stations
in
existing
service
areas.
We
need
your
help.
Finding
the
best
locations
for
these
new
stations,
we
will
be
holding
a
Bike
Share
expansion
workshop
to
gather
feedback
from
the
neighborhood
on
Wednesday
October
25th
at
23,
Wellington
Street,
6
p.m.
to
8
p.m.
you

The
hub
wacom,
the
mayor's
housing
innovation
lab
has
partnered,
with
nest
early
to
connect,
older
households
who
have
extra
bedrooms
with
graduate
students
who
need
housing.
Our
our
senior
households
receive
help
around
the
house
and
earn
an
extra
income
while
graduate
students
pay
a
more
affordable
Brent.
