A
Hi
everyone
welcome
to
this
meeting.
It's
now
six
sharp.
I
do
see
some
attendees
here
we're
just
going
to
hold
a
few
minutes
before
we
can
begin
and
allow
some
people
to
register
and
join
us.
Thank
you
and
stand
by
for
us
in
the
meantime
feel
free
to
drop
in
any
questions
in
the
chat
for
the
presenters.
If
you
have
them
right
now,
not
specific
questions
that
you
need
to
get
their
email
address
or
something
ahead
of
time,
do
that
in
a
chat
message.
A
B
C
D
D
A
A
I'll
go
for
the
our
announcement
again,
it's
602
pm.
Thank
you
for
joining
us
for
this
meeting
for
boston
urban.
A
We
will
begin
shortly
we're
allowing
people
a
few
minutes
to
get
on
and
join
us
and
at
this
time,
if
you
received
any
packet
from
the
proponent
team,
start
reviewing
it
so
that
we
can
have
a
good
conversation.
Let's
just
allow
some
more
time
for
people
to
join
us.
Thank
you.
A
I
gotta
mess
up
the
chat.
Someone
said
that
they're
not
able
to
speak.
You
have
to
get
your
mic,
I'm
gonna
every
everyone
is
on
feet
right
now,
you're
not
able
to
mute
yourself,
because
we
have
to
keep
control
of
the
meeting
so
that
people
are
not
immuting
themselves.
Everyone
will
be
allowed
to
audio,
but
you
would
not
be
able
to
meet
yourself
at
this
time.
So
I
just
ask
that
everyone
stays
on
mute
just
so
we
can
keep
it
more
orderly.
D
A
A
A
This
meeting
is
being
recorded
for
public
record.
Before
we
start,
I
would
like
to
go
over
the
ground
rules
for
tonight's
meeting
having
participated
in
multiple
meetings
of
this
kind.
I
know
this
can
be
a
sensitive
topic.
I
want
to
make
it
clear
that
no
decisions
excuse
me
for
a
moment.
I'm
going
to
mute
everyone.
A
Having
participated
in
multiple
meetings
of
this
kind
again,
I
know
this
can
be
a
sensitive
topic.
I
want
to
make
it
clear
that
no
decisions
are
being
made
tonight
and
at
no
time
will
it
be
acceptable
to
be
disrespectful
to
anyone.
During
this
meeting,
everyone
is
entitled
to
their
opinion.
There
is
no
right
or
wrong
opinion.
A
A
The
applicant
will
answer
all
questions
related
to
the
proposal
to
the
best
of
their
ability,
and
I
will
answer
questions
specific
to
the
city's
process.
If
I'm
unable
or
the
applicants
are
unable
to
answer
a
question
tonight,
we
will
follow
up
with
you
after
the
meeting
to
get
that
information
for
you.
A
My
contact
information
is
at
the
bottom
of
your
flyer
that
you
received,
or
we
will
also
display
the
contact
information
for
the
proponent
tonight.
There
will
be
no
questions
during
the
presentation.
A
Everyone
will
be
kept
on
mute
once
the
presentation
has
concluded.
I
will
again
reiterate
the
ground
rules.
This
is
not
a
debate
on
the
legalization
of
marijuana.
That
debate
occurred
at
the
ballot
box
and
we
are
here
today
because
it
was
overwhelmingly
overwhelmingly
supported
in
the
city.
The
application
will
go
through
the
presentation
in
a
timely
manner.
A
E
E
So
good
evening,
everyone,
my
name,
is
derek
small,
I'm
the
attorney
for
the
project.
I
want
to
thank
you
all
for
coming
out
this
evening
tonight.
We
are
here
to
have
a
community
discussion
and
a
public
meeting
for
our
proposal
to
cite
a
retail
cannabis
dispensary
at
1114-1118
blue
hill
avenue
in
dorchester.
A
A
B
D
So
my
name
is
eddie
edwin
alicea,
also
known
as
eddie.
I
would
like
to
thank
rooney
celestine
from
the
mayor's
office
for
putting
this
meeting
together,
the
residents
supporters
and
any
city
council
representatives
for
zooming
in
tonight
as
well.
I
am
the
co-owner
of
boston
urban
dispensary.
I
would
like
to
share
a
little
bit
about
myself.
I
have
three
daughters.
I've
been
married
to
my
wife
anna
who
grew
up
in
roxbury
for
30
years
now.
I
grew
up
around
the
corner
from
the
proposed
location
on
lucerne
street
calendar
street
and
then
norfolk
street.
D
I
am
a
proud
graduate
of
the
boston
public
school
system.
I
graduated
from
dorchester
high
and
I
have
always
have
to
give
a
thanks
to
mr
james
duart,
a
teacher
from
dorchester
high
who
kept
me
in
school
and
didn't
make
me
a
statistic
from
there.
I
enrolled
into
the
criminal
justice
program
at
bunker
hill
community
college.
Where,
again,
I
have
to
thank
my
professor
and
head
of
the
criminal
justice
program
at
that
time
attorney
james
dilday,
who
put
me
on
probation,
believe
it
or
not
in
my
freshman
year
for
great
problems
in
his
own
words.
D
Don't
make
me
look
bad.
I
believe
you
can
do
it
kid,
so
I
graduated
he
may
not
remember,
but
I
won't
forget
a
big
thank
you
to
him.
I
later
on
in
life,
got
my
bachelor's
degree
at
curry
college.
I
am
a
retired,
boston,
police
officer,
it's
a
great
job
to
have
for
anyone
growing
up
in
the
city,
even
with
a
high
school
diploma,
especially
right
now
when
we
need
more
people
of
color
on
the
job.
D
I
volunteer
a
lot
and
I
am
the
current
volunteer
president
of
the
puerto
rican
festival
that
hopefully
will
be
celebrated
in
franklin
park
in
2021,
I'm
also
a
small
landlord
at
the
age
of
24.
I
invested
in
own
properties
in
dorchester
and
around
the
area
of
the
proposed
business
location
off
woodrow
ave
and
also
in
roxbury
ivan,
and
I
I'm
moving
on
to
introducing
ivan
my
co-partner.
D
As
well
ivan-
and
I
have
been
friends
for
over
15
years-
a
great
guy
and
a
great
partner
and
also
co-owner
of
boston,
urban
dispensary
he's
he's
a
hard-working
single
parent
of
two
and
grew
up
in
the
south
end
at
the
age
of
22,
he
took
a
chance
and
opened
boston,
auto
design
at
the
proposed
business
location.
Eleven
fourteen
eleven
eighteen
blue
whole
app.
Two
years
later,
he
took
another
chance
and
bought
eleven
fourteen
through
12
11,
12,
11,
14
and
11
18
to
take
full
ownership
of
his
business.
D
D
Sure
sure
so
ike
has
owned
the
boston,
auto
design
and
the
proposed
location
building
for
over
27
years
now,
ike
has
extensive
experience
in
retail
management
and
operations.
D
He
also
is
a
proud
graduate
of
the
boston
public
school
system
and
he's
also
definitely
thanks
all
his
teachers
that
put
up
with
him.
He
proudly
receives
his
ged,
and
that
makes
him
a
high
school
graduate,
a
problem
at
that.
He
chose
to
forgo
college
and
decided
to
follow
his
passion
of
opening
up
his
own
business.
Instead,
ike
is
a
former
boston
taxi
driver
and
gives
all
cab
drivers
a
shout
out
because
it's
not
easy
being
won
nowadays.
E
Yes,
so
we
just
want
to
go
over
really
quickly.
I
just
want
to
go
over
adult
use
cannabis
in
the
city
of
boston
and
2016
massachusetts,
the
commonwealth
of
massachusetts,
legalizes
adult
use,
recreational
cannabis
in
massachusetts.
It
is
a
very
highly
regulated
industry.
E
In
fact,
it's
probably
the
most
regulated
industry,
and
not
only
in
the
commonwealth,
but
in
the
country
right
now,
and
that
goes
as
far
as
casino
gambling
as
well.
It
is
the
most
highly
regulated
industry
in
the
commonwealth
of
massachusetts.
E
So
far
there
have
been
over
100
licenses
have
been
issued
by
the
the
ccc
and
the
city
of
boston
will
license
up
to
52
cannabis
licenses
throughout
the
city
of
boston.
E
Our
proposed
location
at
11,
14-11,
18,
blue
hill
avenue
meets
all
city
and
state
zoning
co
requirements
which
are
just
to
name
a
few,
the
500
foot
buffer
from
any
public
or
private
school
and
the
half
mile
rule,
which
means
you
can't
cite
it
within
a
half
mile
of
another
dispensary
at
this
time.
I'd
like
to
turn
it
over
to
ozzy
limas
who's,
our
architect,
so
that
he
can
go
over
the
site
plan
and
go
over
how
our
customers
will
get
in
and
out
of
the
of
the
site.
Ozzy.
F
F
I'm
going
to
go
slide
by
slide.
I
don't
know
if
we're
still
doing
that
the
existing
location
at
11,
14,
11,
18,
blue
hill
ave,
as
you
see
in
slide
number
six,
and
it
shows
the
the
the
location
of
blue
hill
lav
as
an
automotive
automotive
retail
shop
owned
by
ivan
montez
for
the
past
27
years.
F
The
next
slide
is
another
rendering
ozzy
we're
not
seeing
your
slides
okay,
then
I'm
just
gonna
go
on
explaining.
We
have
revived
the
we're
going
to
revive
the
building
with
new
security,
private
tempered,
glass
windows
and
doors
with
a
modern
canopy,
the
front
rest,
the
vestibule
doors
will
be
utilized
as
an
exit.
Only
there
will
be
absolutely
no
customer
lines
in
front
of
the
building.
F
A
F
D
F
Good,
all
right
so
we'll
start
with
the
existing
location
at
11,
11,
11,
14,
11,
18
blue
hill
ave,
which
is
all
my
ivan
montes,
is
an
automotive
retail
shop
for
the
past
27
years
and
then
we'll
go
on
to
the
next
slide,
which
is
our
proposed
front
elevation,
and
this
depicts
a
new
security
project
tempered
glass
windows
with
a
modern
canopy,
the
front
doors
that
you
see
there
will
be
utilized
as
an
exit.
Only
there
will
be
absolutely
no
customer
lines
at
the
front
of
the
building.
F
F
This
is
where
the
actual
patrons
will
actually
walk
in
start
up
queue
up
six
feet,
apart
with
the
max
on
her
new
covert
regulations
and
they'll,
be
queuing
up
underneath
the
canopy
to
protect
them
from
the
weather,
as
they
make
their
way
in
to
the
side
best
of
you,
entry
all
right
next
slide,
which
is
a
colored
rendering,
let's
see
the
entire
building
layout,
and
we
continue
the
walkthrough
customers
will
present
their
id
prior
to
entering
the
first
room,
which
is
the
yellow
room,
which
is
the
off
street
waiting
room.
F
No
one
under
21
will
be
allowed
in
and
note
also
that,
if
customers
lines
exceed
the
yellow
waiting
room,
then
the
blue
adjacent
room,
which
is
the
bigger
room
up
top,
will
be
utilized
to
accommodate
extra
queue
lines.
F
Customers
will
then
continue
into
the
green
room,
which
is
the
showroom
six
feet
apart
with
their
mask
on
in
order
to
select
and
purchase
their
merchandise,
and
they
will
exit
through
the
front
doors,
which
is
the
only
exit
doors,
as
I
mentioned
earlier
also
note,
there
will
be
protective
plexi
glass
at
the
service
counters
to
protect
both
staff
and
customers.
F
Lastly,
is
secure
private,
clear
alley,
which
is
for
product
inventory,
entering
the
building
for
established
security
protocol
through
secure
rear
entry
and
then
the
last
slide,
which
is
basically
a
recap
of
what
we
talked
about.
The
proposed
overall
layout
will
consist
of
4
400
square
feet
of
ground
level
again
with
16
adaptations,
parking
spaces,
including
two
handicap
spaces,
as
well
as
existing
mbta
bus
stops,
one
in
front
of
the
business
and
the
other
ones
at
the
corner
of
our
block
and
there's
also
a
nearby
commuter
rail
building
will
also
be
secured
by
24
7.
F
Private
security
company,
including
security
cameras
inside
and
outside
perimeter,
building,
will
also
be
equipped
with
the
most
up-to-date
alarm
system,
fire
devices
and
adequate
emergency
exits.
Thank
you.
This
is
amanda
my
presentation.
I
will
press
the
rest
of
the
presentation
on
to
attorney
derek
small.
E
Yes,
thanks
aussie,
for
that
overview
of
the
site
plan
the
proposed
operation.
I
propose
hours
of
operation
of
the
of
our
retail
cannabis
dispensary
right
now,
we're
proposing
a
10
a.m,
opening
with
a
9
p.m.
Closing
monday,
through
saturday,
with
reduced
hours
on
sunday,
we're
anticipating
approximately
30
30
customers
per
hour.
E
Average
transaction
time
is
usually
about
five
to
eight
minutes
in
retail,
cannabis,
dispensaries
and,
and
we
will
be
conducting
consultations
in
our
facility
as
well.
We
have
24
7
security.
E
A
G
Hi
hi
folks,
how
you
doing
my
name
is
michael
ware.
Thank
you
attorney
smalls,
for
that
I
wanted
to
just
briefly
talk
about
security.
We
know
that
in
talking
about
these
types
of
businesses,
security
and
safety
issues
are
one
of
the
number
one
issues
out
there.
G
G
We
have
several
sites
all
across
the
state,
most
of
here
within
the
roxbury
dorchester
matapan
boundaries,
including
the
roxbury
mall,
where
the
save
a
lot
market
is.
We
have
the
dimmick
hospital
site
that
we've
been
at
for
about
eight
years
or
so
we
just
started
about
six
months
ago,
at
st
mary's
center
for
women
and
children,
we've
had
the
foodie
supermarkets
in
south
boston
and
south
end
and
a
bunch
of
other
sites
all
across
the
state.
G
We
have
about
47
employees
that
make
up
our
company
right
now
and
in
within
that
company.
The
company
itself,
we
have
several
that
are
state
special
police
officers,
some
of
boston,
special
police
officers
and
about
17
of
our
workforce
employees,
our
constables,
including
myself,
mainly
what
we
want
to
do
for
this
project,
and
I
want
to
thank
edwin
and
his
partners
for
involving
us
and
assisting
them
with
the
security
issues
for
this
cannabis
building.
G
We
want
to
make
sure
that
you
know
one
that
lines
that
are
developed
are
stay
within
the
property
and
don't
affect
the
bus,
stop
or
front
area
of
the
building,
so
that
regular
building
of
sorry,
regular
business
across
this.
You
know
that
blue
hill
avenue
area
is
not
interrupted.
Okay,
so
that's
one
of
our
main
goals
and
one
of
our
main
objectives,
talking
with
the
owners
and
doing
a
walk-through.
G
Just
last
week,
we
plan
on
assigning
three
armed
officers
to
this
project
and
they'll
be
placed
one
inside
of
the
the
cannabis
building
itself
and
we'll
still
be
controlling
what
we
call
a
command
center
and
I'm
gonna
talk
about
what
that
command
center
looks
like
in
entails
a
little
bit
further
down
the
road.
G
We'll
also
have
one
that's
gonna,
be
where,
in
the
parking
lot
area,
controlling
the
lines
to
make
sure
that
we
do
practice
in
state
and
city-wide
covet
19
regulation
and
to
make
sure
that
lines
remain,
orderly,
etc.
We
want
to
make
sure
that
we
also
don't
allow
loiterers
or
anyone.
That's
a
non-customer
to
lord
it
in
front
of
the
building
or
anywhere
in
that
area
that
may
disrupt
businesses,
not
just
the
the
bud
business,
but
also
any
other
business
along
the
sidewalks
of
blue
hill
avenue.
G
The
third
officer
will
be
placed
in
the
exit
area
of
the
building
where,
after
purchases
are
made,
when
customers
exit
out
they
will
pass
through
the
security
person
that
will
control
that
exit
door.
We
want
to
have
a
state-of-the-art
surveillance
system
installed
and
the
owners-
and
I
have
talked
about
this-
we've
talked
about
during
the
walk
through
where
we'll
place,
those
cameras
we're
going
to
have
at
least
you
know,
25
to
30
state-of-the-art
cameras
inside
the
facility,
as
well
as
another
25
or
30
outside
the
exterior
of
the
facility.
G
What
that
allows
us
to
do
is
to
make
sure
that
we
have
eyes
on
the
property
at
all
times
these,
these
surveillance,
cameras
and
technology
that
we're
referencing
to
will
allow
us
to
look
on
our
phones,
they're,
off-peak
or
off
business
hour
times,
but
we
can
see
things
around
the
building
in
real
time.
G
The
command
center,
which
I
mentioned
earlier,
will
house
two
50-inch
monitor
tvs.
One
is
going
to
have
other
the
interior
cameras,
the
other
one
will
have
all
of
the
exterior
cameras
and
again
that
is
just
to
monitor.
You
know
safety
and
security
inside
and
outside
of
the
facility.
G
Okay,
part
of
some
of
the
issues
that
I've
heard
not
from
just
the
owners
and
just
feedback
from
community,
is
to
ensure
that
safety
security
is
is
on
the
property
at
all
times,
and
our
goal
in
working
with
the
owners
and
the
partners
with
this
project
is
to
make
sure
that
their
staff
and
employees
are
safe.
The
customers
that
come
and
leave
the
property
are
safe
and
anyone
just
in
the
journal
area
that
is
participating
in
this
in
this
project
or
this
business
remains
safe
at
all
times.
G
That
is
our
number
one
and
overall
objective:
okay
and
then
doing
so,
not
just
by
having
you
know
on
personnel
on
site,
but
also
the
surveillance
cameras,
but
just
making
sure
that
we
have
a
good
relationship
with
community
folks
to
ensure
that
there's
no
loading
around
the
property
et
cetera
one
of
the
things
that's
going
to
help
downplay
the
loitering,
I
think,
is
that
they're
not
going
to
have
a
lot
of
cash
on
the
site,
and
I
think
we
talked
about
you
know
having
signs
that
are
posted,
that
they
prefer
to
do.
G
You
know,
transactions
through
credit
cards
and
debit
cards,
etc.
So
have
not
having
a
lot
of
cash
on
sites
going
to
help
alleviate
some
of
the
folks
loading
around
the
property
and
help
control.
You
know
anyone
who
has
unlawful
ideas,
about
theft
and
so
on.
Okay,
and
then
there
are
situations
where
you
know
you're
going
to
get
people
in
the
area
from
the
community
that
are
just
interested
in
being
around
this.
G
This
building
this
project
and
when
people
are
loading
me,
you
know
our
staff
have
the
ability
and
the
power,
the
mass
general
laws
and
city
boston
audiences
to
enforce
you
know
trespassing
laws,
etc,
etc.
So
we're
looking
at
this
from
every
angle
as
far
as
security
safety,
the
one
of
the
last
points
I
really
want
to
make
about
our
company
is
that
we're
really
tied
into
boston
pd.
You
know
our
our
radio
system
can
tap
right
into
their
911
system.
G
If
we
ever
needed
to
have
additional
assistance
brought
to
the
property.
I
don't
anticipate
that
we
have
a
number
of
sites
around
the
city
that
I
mentioned
before.
The
arrest
that
we
do
is
very
minimal
compared
to
the
number
of
customers
and
community
folks
that
we
deal
with
on
a
day-to-day
basis.
Okay,
so
that
that
stuff
that
we
do
on
that
level
is
is
very
minimal.
Okay,
I'm
going
to
be
around
so
I'll,
be
happy
to
answer
any
questions
that
may
come
up
in
the
near
future.
E
We'll
be
brief,
thank
you
michael
appreciate
that
so
basically
we're
gonna
go
to
the
community
benefits.
Now
we,
the
proposed
cannabis
dispensary,
will
create
up
to
20
to
30
jobs
which
will
provide
living
wage
and
health
benefits.
E
E
We
are
definitely
looking
to
hire
people
from
within
the
community
black
and
brown
people
who
have
been
disproportionately
affected
by
the
war
on
drugs.
So
that
means
we
will
be
hiring
folks
who
have
quarry
records
and
and
things
of
that
nature.
I
think
one
of
the
most
the
biggest
benefits
are
the
revenues
that
the
city
of
boston
and
the
neighborhood
will
receive
as
as
is
required
by
law.
E
Three
percent
of
gross
sales
of
the
business
will
go
directly
to
the
city
of
boston,
who
then
distributes
those
funds
to
to
the
local
community,
and
so
with
that,
if
you
could
go
to
the
next
slide,
please
I'll
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
process
and
where
we
are
from
there
right
now,
we're
obviously
having
our
city
sponsored
meeting
from
here.
E
After
we
received
the
post
community
agreement,
we
will
then
go
to
the
zoning
board
of
appeals
as
most
of
the
cannabis
dispensaries
throughout
the
city
of
boston
require
through
the
zoning
code,
require
a
conditional
use
permit.
So
that's
what
we
will
be
seeking
at
the
zba
is
the
conditional
use
permit.
After
that,
we
will
then
go
through
the
ccc's
six
to
nine
month
process
and
getting
a
provisional
license
having
inspections
and
then
getting
a
full
cannabis
like
license.
E
We're
looking
to
open
operations
sometime
in
about
a
year
from
now
or
even
early
2022,
as
the
process
with
the
state
is
long
and
cumbersome
and,
like
I
said
before,
this
is
only
the
beginning,
so
I'll
end
it
there
and
that
way
we
can
open
it
up
for
our
q
a
and
then
you
know,
give
the
folks
in
the
community
a
chance
to
ask
questions.
E
A
Thank
you
attorney
small.
Actually.
The
first
question
I
see
in
the
chat
here
is
robert
twitch
left
to
exit,
but
I'll
just
read
it,
so
we
can
have
that.
You
know
record
if
it
should
be
reviewed
after
she
sent
me
the
chat
and
it
says
my
question
is
that
can
they
require
that
the
customers
make
appointments
to
be
able
to
conduct
business.
E
A
A
A
A
A
H
Hello
everyone.
I
just
would
just
like
to
start
out
saying
that
I
just
feel
like
this
is
a
well
thought
out
plan
very
professional.
H
E
So
at
those
meetings
I
would
encourage
folks
who
are
supportive
of
our
project
to
either
write
letters
or
come
to
those
events
by
way
of
zou
and
other
platforms
and
voice
their
support
for
the
project.
That
would
be.
That
would
be
so
helpful.
E
D
But
for
right
now
you
just
buttcase365
at
gmail.com
and
we'll
definitely
get
back
to
you
immediately.
We
definitely
need
support,
definitely
from
our
local
politicians
from
our
local
communities.
So
far
the
receptions
have
been
great.
We've
got
over
a
dozen
immediate
butters
business.
Abutters
that
signed
support
letters
we
got
over
almost
200,
immediate
butters
that
have
signed
supports,
gives
them
the
signatures.
D
So
it's
it's
going
along
great,
and
the
best
part
is
that
I
myself,
I
myself
personally,
went
out
to
collect
about
80
to
90
percent
of
these
signatures
and
knocking
on
houses,
and
I
met
a
lot
of
great
people.
I
actually
met
people
that
I
grew
up
with
back
in
the
days.
It
was
just
nice
to
see
everybody
in
in
the
reception.
Of
course,
we
had
a
few
that
that
definitely
did
not
agree
due
to
religious
purpose,
so
just
wasn't
interested,
but
at
least
hurt
us.
D
So
it's
been
a
positive
thing,
so
I
definitely
need
your
support
and
need
your
help.
I
think
that
just
local
politicians
and
community
organizations
getting
together
and
actually
supporting
us,
because
at
the
end
of
the
day,
if
we
support
each
other,
everybody
wins,
but
butt
cares
365
at
gmail.com.
It's
the
best
right
now
contact
point
to
to
get
a
hold
of
us
and
I'll
also
send
you
a
the
link
buttcase.org
we're
working
on
that
right
now,
but
by
all
means
but
cares.
D
A
On
to
the
next
question,
I
have
one
in
the
chat
here
and
also
the
last
caller.
If
you
want
to
put
your
hand
down
for
me,
so
that
I'm
not
picking
on
you
again.
Thank
you
for
that
question
here
from
fatima
ali
salam.
Did
you
say
that
I'm
not
sure
if
you
can
see
the
q
and
a
on
your
end
too
derek?
Can
you
I
cannot?
Okay,
that's
fine.
She
asked.
Did
you
is
going
to
be
the
person
personnel
on
site.
E
Armed,
I
think
she
means
armed
armed
security
question
for
mike
is
there
I
think
her
question
is?
Are
we
going
to
have
armed
arms.
A
G
Okay,
thanks
yeah,
you
know,
after
putting
our
our
plans
together
with
the
owners,
edwin
and
ike
we,
you
know,
we
decided
that
for
the
first
opening
of
of
the
dispensary
it
would
be
adequate
if
we
had
armed
security
personnel
on
site
and
again,
as
I
mentioned
in
the
in
the
previous
discussion
about
security,
I
mentioned
that
several
of
our
our
staff
for
state
special
police
officers,
several
of
boston
specialists,
police
officers
and
several
constables,
so
we
will
have
armed
personnel
on
site
and
decisions
will
be
made.
G
You
know,
based
on
you,
know
the
the
clientele
that
we
get
and
you
know
community
feedback
and
feedback
from
the
owners
on
whether
or
not
arm
continues.
It
may
be
a
point
where
we
can
do
it
unarmed.
We
don't
know
that
yet,
but
the
plan
right
now
is
to
have
armed
personnel
on
site
from
opening
day.
A
Thank
you
michael.
The
next
question
here
are
you
a
social
equity
applicant.
A
Thank
you
next
question.
Someone
asked:
did
he
meet
with
other
neighborhood
associations?
So
the
way
this
meeting
is
set
up
the
state
this
dictates
to
our
the
neighborhood
services
office
for
us
to
host
it?
I
did
give
edwin
some
contacts
for
the
community.
Andre
is
from
the
lucerne
garden
group.
I
can
follow
up
on
my
outreach
communications
with
edwin.
I
give
him
a
group
of
lists
to
reach
out
to,
but
he's
definitely
been
in
touch
with
hood
groups
and
edwin.
A
If
you
want
to
brush
on
that
for
andre
and
then
you
can
connect
later
just
let
her
know
who
you've
been
in
touch
with.
D
Sure
andre,
how
you
doing,
if
you
can
reach
reach
me
at
budkiz365,
gmail.com
by
all
means
we'll
definitely
connect.
I
have
been
emailing
since
february,
pretty
much
the
email
keeps
coming
back.
D
I
tried
to
swing
by
to
lucerne,
but
due
to
kobe
19,
we
weren't
allowed
it's
the
building
right
there
by
lucerne,
but
by
all
means
when
you
have
tried
to
reach
out-
and
we
will
definitely
anytime-
you
would
like
even
my
own-
I'm
really
I'm
really
accessible
and
I'm
actually,
I'm
always
there
off
of
woodrow
ave
at
least
four
to
five
hours
a
day.
So
I
can
even
walk
to
wherever
you
you
are
or
meet
you,
the
location
or
your
location.
D
The
harvard
with
kayla
with
the
harvard
circle
and
then
also
with
nina
nina
johnson,
would
you
have-
I
spoke
to
her
like
yet
last
night,
so
we're
definitely
trying
to
do
our
meetings.
What
happened
was
that,
due
to
coca
19,
we
had
meetings
in
march
and
and
it's
just
been
so
difficult
to
meet.
We
just
recently
started
communicating
and
everything
so
far.
Thank
god
has
been
positive.
D
Yes
and
hopefully
she's
on
tonight-
and
we
ask
questions
but
yes,
we've
also
been
trying
with
fatima's
biggest
back.
A
Is
there
is
this
the
same
group
and
just
for
everyone,
the
buffer
zone,
meaning
that
they
have
to
be
500
feet
from
a
school
and
half
a
mile
from
each
other?.
E
Yes,
I
believe
that
there
is
another
applicant
who
is
seeking
to
cite
a
cannabis
dispensary
within
a
half
mile
of
the
one
that
we
are
proposing.
A
Thank
you
next
question
here:
is
the
team
expecting
an
increase
of
traffic
around
location
kind
of
like
nita?
How
will
the
staff
manage
the
spike
in
case?
There
is
one.
E
I
can
answer
some
of
that.
I
don't
think
that
there
is
going
to
be
a
spike
in
traffic,
no
such
as
there
was
with
neta.
What
people
have
to
remember
is
that
if
you
go
to
the
brooklyn
side
of
letter
now
the
lines
the
lines
have
gone
down
so
dramatically,
it's
unbelievable
at
one
point
in
time
when
the
cannabis
commission
first
allowed
neta
to
start
their
business,
neter
was
the
only
cannabis
dispensary
allowed
to
operate
within
the
metropolitan
boston
area
for
like
two
years.
E
So
for
a
long
time,
nether
was
the
only
cannabis
dispensary
within
within
greater
boston,
and
I
know
since
then,
four
or
five
have
opened,
including
pure
oasis
and
grove
hall,
which
has
taken
some
of
that
that
traffic
and
foot
traffic
away,
but
we
wouldn't
anticipate
the
dispensary
being
on
blue
lab,
causing
an
influx
of
traffic
because,
as
I
always
say
to
people
if
I
live
in
austin
brighton
or
if
I
live
in
west
roxbury,
I'm
not
going
to
mattapan
or
dorchester
to
get
my
product,
I'm
going
to
get
it
in
my
neighborhood.
A
A
D
Okay,
so
with
that
said,
I
also
we
also
grew
up
there.
We
also
grew
up
in
the
city
and
right
now,
from
my
understanding
is
that
anybody
that
would
like
to
apply
can
apply
because
we're
all
meeting
the
same
buffer
zones.
D
So
with
that
with
that
said,
it's
up
to
this,
the
cannabis
board,
commission,
and
it's
also
up
to
the
city
of
boston,
so
we're
all
we're
all
pretty
much
it's
in
the
same
in
the
same
area
in
the
same
group,
and
anybody
actually
can
right
now
still
down
the
street,
find
a
location
and
still
apply,
because
at
the
end
of
the
day,
still
comes
to
the
boston
cannabis
board
and
we
all
have
to
meet
the
same
look
associations.
We
all
have
to
do
the
same
processes
and
that's
what
we've
been
doing.
E
Let
me
I'll
just
add
on
to
that
as
well,
that
we
are
all
from
the
community
we're
all
people
of
color,
although
we
do
not
have
the
social
equity
status,
because,
as
we
know,
to
get
that
there
was
about
a
week,
a
week's
window
at
the
state
to
be
declared
a
social
equity
applicant.
So
there
are
a
lot
of
businesses
who
are
applying
for
cannabis,
dispensary
licenses,
who
are
made
up
of
people
of
color
black
and
brown
people
that
do
not
have
the
social
equity
status
from
the
state.
E
However,
I
will
emphasize
that
we
are
local
local
people
from
the
community,
and
you
know
that
goes
a
long
way
and
I
think,
at
the
end
of
the
day,
we
have
a
very
good
proposal.
We
have
a
very
good
team
and,
at
the
end
of
the
day,
it's
going
to
be
up
to
the
state
and
the
city
to
determine
which
which
applicants
have
the
best
site
and
which
applicants
have
the
best
ability
to
to
do
the
job
in
terms
of
opening
the
business.
A
Thank
you
attorney
small
there's,
a
question
here,
more
administrative
asking
how
come
we
can
see
the
questions.
I
have
to
read
them
off
the
q,
a
because
that's
how
they
come
to
me.
The
system
doesn't
allow
me
to
share
the
q
a
with
you
because
it
understands
that
I'm
hosting.
A
If
people
want
those
questions
to
be
displayed-
and
you
know
shown
to
everyone-
you
can
put
it
to
the
chat
to
everyone,
so
everyone
could
see
it
or
you
can
raise
your
hand
and
ask
the
question
yourself
so
that
way
we
can
share
it,
but
I
can
do
my
best
in
a
q
a
to
read
the
questions.
This
is
public
record.
All
these
questions
here
will
be
saved
and
you
can
review
them
later,
but
I
read
them
to
the
best
of
my
ability
as
they
come
into
me.
E
Can
chime
in
on
that
real,
quick?
Yes!
As
of
right
now,
there
is
a
proposal
at
the
state
house
which
hasn't
been
approved
yet
for
cannabis,
dispensaries
to
be
able
to
do
deliveries,
but
as
of
right
now
that
we
don't
have
the
the
capability
to
do
that
and
the
state
isn't
allowing
that.
Currently,
it
may
in
the
future,
though,.
A
Thank
you,
I'm
going
at
this
time.
I
don't
have
any
more
questions
in
the
q.
A
let's
check
the
chat
for
questions.
Any
raised
hands
patricia
bellfield
your
hand
is
still
up
put
your
hand
down
for
us
unless
you
have
another
question
for
me,.
H
A
A
A
I
Can
you
hear
me
now?
Yes,
okay,
thank
you
in
your
presentation.
You
mentioned
century
bank
as
the
depository.
D
So
derek
might
touch
up
on
that,
but
there's
two
banks,
actually,
I
believe,
is
gfa
from
gardner
and
also
century
bank
and
right
now
those
are
the
ones
that
will
that
are
doing
business.
D
We
cannot
open
up
an
account
unless
we
have
our
provisional
from
my
understanding,
so
we're
just
just
right
now
researching
with
them.
Those
are
the
two
banks
that
will
handle
and
probably
I
believe
century
does
90
of
it.
If
I'm
not
mistaken,
now
derek
can
can
attest
to
that.
But
those
are
the
two
banks
that
are
doing
it.
Apparently,
from
my
understanding
there
are
other
banks
that
are
going
to
get
into
the
business.
D
E
I'll
talk
a
little
bit
on
that
as
to
what
I
know.
As
we
all
know,
cannabis
is
still
illegal
at
the
federal
level.
So
there's
a
lot
of
larger
banks
who
are
fdic
insured,
who
will
not
take
part
in
doing
deposits
and
opening
accounts
for
cannabis
dispensaries.
E
I
don't
know
which
ones
right
off
hand
have
signed
off
to
that,
but
the
state
is
currently
seeking
to
create
banks
that
will
deal
with
cannabis
businesses
in
their
in
their
deposits.
I
My
understanding
is
that
gfa
you're
not
eligible
for
eligible
for,
because
you're,
not
you,
wouldn't
be
operating
within
middlesex
county
they're,
not
a
bank
they're,
a
credit
union
credit
union,
so
you're
not
eligible
because
you're
outside
of
their
their
their
perimeters
now
for
century
bank.
My
understanding
is
that
they
were
not
because
they
had
too
much
money
too
many
deposits
they
couldn't
handle
and
process
them,
which
is
why
they've
had
put
a
piece
on
accepting
new
accounts.
That's
why
I
asked
the
question
about
bank,
except
you
know,
accepting
new
accounts
in
the
past.
I
I
know
that
there
are
no
other
banks
right
now
and
there's
no
other
credit
unions
and
it's
depositing
of
money.
That
is
of
concern
when
you
have
things
like
the
amount
of
money
that
can
be
generated,
on-site
daily
transactions.
Now
you
had
mentioned
also
people
purchasing
transacting
online
which
how
they
do
that.
I
I
you
know-
I
don't
know,
but
I
guess
there's
a
change
now
in
the
credit
cards
to
allow
that
is
that
correct.
E
Yeah,
I
I
think
the
state
is
working
on
a
number
of
ways
of
how
you
know
payment
and
things
of
that
nature
are
going
to
be
accepted
as
they
move
forward
with
with
cannabis
dispensaries.
E
E
Yes,
that's
correct
and
that's
why
they're
trying
to
create
some
state
banks
with
state
credit
cards
to
alleviate
that
from
the
federal
from
the
federal
banks?
I
know
the
state
is
working
on
it
in
the
ccc
and
it's
commonwealth
they're
trying
to
create
banks
specifically
for
that
purpose.
I
D
So
correct
we
can't
we
can't
do
anything
until
we
get
our
provisional
license.
So
we
have
the
I
have
the
phone
call
in,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day,
most
people
don't
most
of
the
businesses.
They'll.
Just
tell
you,
okay
sure
when
the
time
comes
come
visit
me
or
we'll
set
another
appointment.
D
So
that's
that
that's
where
we're
at
with
the
banks,
but
that's
what
all
the
other
campuses
that
are
open
and
they're
going
through
the
same
process
we
are
and
that
they
are
so
by
all
means
we're
just
going
to
follow
the
state
and
local
guidelines
and
and
do
exactly
what
all
the
other
campus
businesses
are
doing
with
their
funds
as
well
and
pretty
much
we're
all
going
to
be
using
the
same
banks
and
accounts
and
and
where,
like
I
said,
we're
hoping
that,
like
bank
of
bank
of
america,
local
banks
start
doing
their
due
diligence
and
allowing
us
in
the
communities
to
do
business
with
them,
citizens,
bank
bank-
that's
just
I'm
long-term
account
member
and
they
they
need
to.
E
By
the
time
we're
up
and
running,
the
state
has
made
a
lot
of
progress
in
terms
of
soliciting
banks
and
getting
other
banks
on
board
in
in
aligning
them
with
the
cannabis
industry.
A
Thank
you
to
the
next
question
here.
How
will
you
finance
your
business.
D
Okay,
so
great
question
so,
like
I
said
in
my
earlier
presentation,
I,
like
I
said
I
grew
up
in
a
city
and
I'm
financing
the
business.
I
also
do
a
lot
of
my
own
construction
stuff
so
that
that
helps
out
the
biggest
part
of
the
of
the
the
financing
was
the
lease
which
really
puts
a
dent
on
all
of
us
that
are
trying
to
especially
us
people
of
color
to
trying
to
get
this
business
going
because
we
have
to
pay
rent.
D
We
have
to
pay
all
that
prior
to
getting
the
license
and
going
through
all
this
process,
and
then,
if
we
don't
get
it,
then
we
we
lose
all
our
money.
So
the
lord
has
blessed
me
that
when
I
was
24
years
old,
I
ended
up
buying
a
piece
of
property
on
eight
facing
street
in
roxbury
to
move
my
family
in
and
from
there
I
ended
up
buying
other
pieces
of
property
on
stanley
street
on
devon
street
on
leroy
street.
D
So
I
get
the
those
pieces
of
properties
when
I
was
younger,
I'm
a
workaholic
and
the
prices
that
I
paid
for
those
houses
back
in
the
days.
Honestly,
I
have
no
problem
in
telling
you
because
it's
it's
it's
pretty
much
public
records.
You
know
anywhere
from
30
to
70
to
100
000
back
in
a
day,
and
the
lord
has
blessed
us
the
the
the
opportunity
to
have
build
up
equity
right
now
and-
and
you
know
that's
how
we're
gonna
finance
the
the
the
whole
venture.
D
It's
just
me
and
ike
we're
the
only
owners,
we've
known
each
other
for
15
years,
kids,
pretty
much.
We've
both
taken
chances
in
our
communities
because
we
lived
in
a
community
and
we've
taken
them.
We
invested
in
our
community
and
that's
what
we
just
want
to
continue
to
do
so
I
am
I
am.
D
I
am
the
sole
financer
right
now
by
all
means,
if
you
go
to
budcast365
and
you're
interested
in
investing
and
you're
in
the
community,
we'll
talk
because
at
the
end
of
the
day
you
know
I
didn't
do
it
by
myself,
although
I
did
a
lot
of
it
by
myself.
We
all
help
each
other
out.
A
Thank
you.
I
have
someone
from
malachi
who
wanted
to
get
on
and
ask
their
own
question
malachi.
You
are
unmuted,
go
ahead.
C
Can
you
hear
me
yes,
perfect?
Thank
you
so
much.
I
just
wanted
to
just
extend
my
support
for
this
amazing
initiative.
If.
A
You
wanted
to
speak
for
us.
Where
are
you
if
you're
from
what
street
you're
from
if
you're
from
nearby.
C
I've
been
a
resident
for
22
years
in
the
neighborhood
born
and
raised
in
boston,
and
I
just
want
to
just
say
that
I
mean
I've
known
supporters
for
a
long
long
time
now
and
I'm
just
so
happy
for
them,
and
this
amazing
opportunity
and
venture,
and
I'm
just
committed
to
you-
know
supporting
them
along
the
journey
and
I'm
just
thankful
that
they're
now
able
to
invest
back
into
the
communities
in
which
they
grew
up,
and
it
just
makes
me
super
super
happy.
C
I
mean
I've
known
eddie
for
a
while
now
and
him
being
a
cop
and
him
growing
up
in
the
city.
I
know,
like
you,
know
some
of
the
hardships
that
he's
faced
in
his
life,
both
personally
and
professionally.
Just
makes
me
see.
You
know
him
taking
up
this,
stand
to
make
sure
that
we
have
more
businesses
in
this
area.
So
I
just
wanted
to
express
that,
and
I'm
super
super
thankful
anything
that
we
can
do
to
support
you.
You
know
all
as
a
team
within
the
community
members.
A
Thank
you
malachi.
So
if
you,
if
anybody
else,
has
statements
of
support,
we
encourage
you
to
attend
the
zoning.
Excuse
me,
the
hearing
that
will
be
held
that
is
not
set
yet
that
will
be
sent
out
by
the
that
will
be
posted
up
by
the
cannabis
board,
was
just
sensated
by
the
city
and
I'll
put
you
from
your
malachi.
I
don't
see
any
more
raising
here
on
that
screen,
I'm
going
to
go
through
the
chat
one
more
time.
B
E
So
from
what
they
use,
the
the
phrase
that's
often
used
in
the
commonwealth
of
massachusetts
is
seed
to
sale.
The
state
tracks
every
flower,
every
sea
of
marijuana
is
all
bar
coded
and
it's
tracked
from
seed
to
sale.
So
the
state
is
tracking
every
every
piece
of
marijuana
every
hour
is
is
tracked
from
the
time
it
leaves
on
the
growth
facility
to
the
time
it
is
sold
and
the
state
tracks
who
it's
sold
to
so
everything
is
bar
coded.
E
A
Thank
you
attorney.
I
have
neil
neil.
You
are
unmuted
if
this
is
a
again
a
statement
of
support
or
a
question,
please
state
where
you're
calling
from
and
try
and
keep
it
brief,
so
that
we
can
give
everyone
a
chance
to
also
speak.
J
Hi
how
you
doing
thanks
for
taking
my
my
question
or
or
support
here
I
just
want
to
say
I
are.
J
J
I'd
just
like
to
go
on
the
record
as
supporting
this
proposal.
I
know
edwin
alessia
personally
and
ivan
as
well.
I
think
together
the
location
is,
I
mean,
marijuana
is
obviously
becoming
legal
in
it
within
the
nation.
A
Limit
the
statement
just
so,
we
can
make
sure
we
use
the
time
for
other.
J
Absolutely
absolutely
I
just
wanted
to
go
on
the
record
as
saying
one.
I
support
them.
I
know
edwin,
alessia
and
ivan
will
do
a
great
job
they're,
both
community
they're,
very
family
oriented
then,
and
they
will
they
will
do
their
due
diligence
in
order
to
make
sure
that
this
project
goes
well
for
the
community
and
for
for
the
state
as
well.
A
Thank
you,
neil.
If
you
want
to
press
again
for
me
to
put
your
hand
down,
that
would
be
helpful.
Thank
you
for
the
question.
I'm
going
through
the
chat
right
now.
No
more
questions
in
the
chat.
I'm
now
in
the
q,
a
I
have
a
question
from
nicholas
martillaro.
It
says:
how
much
will
it
cost
to
build
and
where's
funding
coming
from?
We
already
addressed
funding
we're
just
gonna
focus
here
on
how
much
will
it
cost
to
build.
D
So
honestly,
price
ranges
and
it's
usually
around
anywhere
from
half
a
million
to
a
million
plus.
It
is
not
a
cheap
venture.
It's
a
gamble
that
we
will
take
within
the
community
and
it's
an
opportunity
that,
like
I
said
earlier,
I
was
blessed.
I
never
knew
we
were
going
to
be
here.
So
that's
what
that's
that's
probably
around
the
price
range,
but
it
could
be.
It
could
also
be
in
other
locations.
I've
heard
up
to
three
million
four
million,
depending
on
the
square
footage
and
all
that.
A
Thank
you,
edward
and
someone.
Another
question
is:
when
is
the
other
hearing
date
so
just
to
clarify
this
here
is
not
a
hearing.
This
is
a
public
meeting
to
collect
feedback.
To
advise
that
hearing.
The
hearing
is
going
to
be
scheduled
by
the
boston
cannabis
board.
I
do
not
have
a
date
right
now
that
will
come
later
feel
free
to
be
in
touch
with
me.
My
email
should
be
on
the
flyer
and
I
will
also
put
my
contact
information
in
the
chat
again.
A
If
also
anyone
wants
to
get
regular
updates
from
me
feel
free
to
put
your
email
in
the
chat.
So
we
can
get
that
to
you
right
now.
I
will
share
my
contact
information
in
the
chat.
The
contact
information
for
this
team
is
displayed
on
the
screen
and
if
you
are
on
the
phone
and
you
do
not
have
access
to
either,
if
you
can't
see
the
screen-
and
you
did
not
get
flyer-
I
will
speak
my
phone
number
and
then
I
will
have
the
team
speak.
A
Seven
617-635-2677
again,
that's
six
one,
seven,
six,
three,
five,
two
six,
seven
seven,
and
if
anyone
on
the
team
wants
to
share
a
phone
number
so
that
anyone
who
doesn't
have
access
can
reach
you,
please.
D
Yes,
so,
like
I
said,
I'm
easily
available
by
all
means,
my
number
is
781.
706
5384
feel
free
to
call
me.
I
have
no
problem
text
me.
It's
all
good.
D
D
Okay,
so
I
I
just
want
to
say
that
I
personally
attended
numerous
campus
meetings
to
kind
of
understand
what
we're
getting
into
and
what
the
community
needed.
So
these
were
the
concerns
that
that
the
community
had
basically
for
every
almost
every
single
meeting
that
I
went
to
and
I
attended
on
zoom
the
one
with
security.
D
So
we
have
the
great
location
because
we
have
we're
protected
by
another
concrete
building
all
the
way
around
us.
This
is
impossible
for
anybody
to
get
in,
especially
with
24
7,
hd
cameras
and
security
personnel
that
we're
going
to
have
off
street
parking
was
always
a
concern
pretty
much
the
cannabis
stores
that
are
opening
right
now.
Really,
if
you
really
look
into
it,
they
don't
have
any
parking
available.
Most
of
them.
D
We
have
16
spaces
on
site,
so
I
heard
the
community
and
we
created
16
spaces
on
site
plus
accessibility,
at
least
a
handicap.
Well,
we
went
beyond
the
handicap.
We
we
added
two
handicapped
spaces,
so
above
the
adi
requirement.
Also
the
biggest
another
big
problem
with
instead
of
security
or
besides
security
was
crowd,
control
crowd
in
the
location
lines
on
the
sidewalk.
D
So
people
can
get
by
and
all
that,
so
we
I
heard
it
so
we
iggy
and
I
we
sat
down
for
hours
and
hours
and
hours
and
we
walked
around
the
property
and
we
created
a
zone
inside
of
the
parking
lot,
a
perimeter
around
the
parking
spaces
that
it's
going
to
be
about
anywhere
from
three
and
a
half
to
four
feet,
wide
to
accommodate
off-street
people
to
and
lines,
and
there
will
be
it's,
and
it's
also
also
covenanting
every
six
weeks.
D
So
we
have
we,
we
have
all
the
space
inside
of
the
private,
so
we
did
that.
Also
community
hiring
was
another
big
thing:
we're
just
not
gonna
shy
away
from
hiring
anybody
from
our
community
period.
D
At
the
end
of
the
day,
it's
a
business
for
our
community,
not
only
for
not
only
to
invest
ourselves
financially
but
to
advance
our
our
community
as
well
in
our
associations.
That's
just
how
we
are
I'm
a
very
given
pers
giving
person
so
is
so
is
ike,
and
we
will
mark
my
word
your
this
is
being
recorded.
D
We
will
give
back
to
the
community
because
we
love
to
to
we
love
where
we
work.
We
love
where
we
from
we
love
being
in
the
community,
so
the
secure
delivery
stuff
and
mike
spoke
about
that.
We
have
our
own
private.
We
all
have
our
own
private
section
where
random
deliveries
will
be
made
highly
surveillanced.
Nobody
can
get
in
other
unless
you're
authorized
and
that's
also
off
street,
like
you
can't
get
to
you
can't
get
to
the
delivery.
It's
because
it's
off
street,
so
everything's
private.
B
D
So
yes,
there'll
be
no
double
parkings,
because
we
have
16
plus
spaces
in
in
in
front
and
there's
also
tons
of
space
parking
along
the
corners,
which
is
the
are
pretty
much
abandoned,
buildings
right
now,
and
also
just
the
sides
of
our
businesses.
So
there's
plenty
of
parking
street
actually
all
around
the
of
the
area,
because
ike
and
I
we
walked
through
everywhere
and
around
the
neighborhood
just
just
to
familiarize
with
this
question-
comes
up
and
also
on
bluehole.
D
And
quite
honestly,
we
want
some
cars
to
at
least
park
in
front
of
the
businesses,
because
at
the
end
of
the
day,
when
cars
park
into
the
business
you're
bringing
in
more
business
into
the
community,
you
don't
want
to
keep
them
away.
You
want
to
bring
in
and
say,
like
george's,
family
hardware
store
they
park
in
front
of
george's.
They
come
from
us.
They
go
there,
because
it's
really
it's
gonna
be
about
10
15
minutes
they
can
go
in
and
get
their
keys
get
their
highway
stuff.
D
You
know
anything
they
need
for
home
same
thing.
If
they,
if
somebody
parks
in
front
of
fates
shop,
they
can
go
in
there
and
buy
candles
they
can
buy.
You
know
this,
so
this
creating
anything
over
at
ava's
shop,
clothing
and
all
that
there's
opportunities.
So
I
spoke
to
all
the
businesses
and
they
were
good.
They
were
really
they're
excited
excited
and
I
I
went
not
only
did
I
speak
to
the
community
butters
the
business
of
butters.
D
I
went
with
this
presentation.
I
presented
that
to
them,
so
they
can
see
where
we're
coming
from.
So
they
can
see
that
we
are.
We
are
looking
for
a
business
partnership.
I
run
the
puerto
rican
festival.
I've
been
involved.
Since
I
was
a
kid
I
I
have
been
involved
the
last
six
years,
I'm
the
president
for
the
last
three
years.
We
all
vow
for
the
same
monies
sponsorships
and
through
sponsorships
and
help
through
the
community
and
it's
very
hard.
D
So
at
the
end
of
the
day,
I
know
where
we're
where
our
community
partnership
and
business
need
to
create
funds,
and
we
have
created
a
community
fund.
We
will
create
a
community
fund
that
will
help
us
we'll
help
help
the
associations
we'll
help.
The
youth
we'll
have
everybody
that
we
like
to
help
30
seconds.
We
ourselves
helped
just
one.
E
Let
me
just
add
one
note
on
that:
yes,
as,
as
you
know
and
michael
attest
to
this
as
well,
part
of
the
security
plan
is
for
the
outside
security
to
help
remove
traffic
along
and
make
sure
that
people
aren't
double
parking,
so
we
will
have
security
outside
of
the
building
that
will
handle
that
as
well.
E
F
A
H
It
actually
is
it's
a
new
question.
Okay,
okay,
go
ahead,
patricia!
Thank
you.
My
question
is,
I
know
you
guys
talked
earlier
about
the
three
percent
that's
supposed
to
go
back
into
the
community,
and
I
was
wondering
if
you
guys
know
specifically
what
community-
and
you
said
I
think
you
said
three
percent
of-
is
that
your
gross
sale,
that's
correct.
It
comes
from
gross.
Do
you
know
where
the
funds
go
and
or
who's
going
to
be
available
for
those
funds
who
will
receive
those
funds.
E
So
currently,
the
way
the
state
law
is
written.
Three
percent
of
the
gross
sales
from
all
cannabis
dispensaries
go
back
to
the
municipality,
and
in
this
case
it
would
be
the
city
of
boston.
So
then
it
would
be
up
to
the
city
of
boston
to
distribute
those
funds
within
the
community
that
the
dispensary
is
in
they.
I
don't
know
if
they
have
a
formula
or
how
they're
going
to
disperse
those
funds
in
terms
of
if
they're,
giving
them
to
specific
organizations
or
how
they're
going
to
be
distributed.
E
I
don't
think
that's
been
decided
yet,
but
three
percent
of
the
gross
sales
go
back
to
the
city
of
boston
and
then
the
city
of
boston
is
the
arbitrator
of
those
funds
to
distribute
them
within
the
communities.
H
B
E
Let
me
just
let
me
just
add
one
other
thing
to
that.
I
think
in
having
conversations
with
eddie
and
ivan,
you
know
if,
if
our
cannabis
dispensary
is
chosen
to
be
the
one
that
opens
in
this
area,
I
think
we
do
have
a
commitment
and
we
will
have
a
commitment
to
do
things.
Support
local
events,
support
some
of
the
local
cdcs
and
get
involved.
E
Aside
from
the
three
percent
that
we
have
to
give
to
the
city,
we
are
prepared
to
commit
to
doing
other,
giving
other
funds
from
the
dispensary
to
other
organizations
within
the
local
community
in
that
area.
Without
a
doubt,
wow.
D
No,
if
you
have
an
association
you're
doing
what
you
got
to
do
for
the
community
for
the
youth
for
the
education
for
training
come
to
us,
we
will
support
they're,
the
ones
that
we
want.
You,
the
the
people
that
the
city
or
the
organizations
that
the
city
just
missed,
guess
what
come
to
us,
because
we
work
hard.
I
understand,
like
I
said,
for
the
last
three
years,
I've
seen
little
organizations
trying
to
get
up
and
trying
to
do
things
and
they
just
can't
they
can't
make
it
because
they
don't
have
the
huge
support.
D
B
H
Earlier
I
just
I
just
if
this
has
been
messing
with
me
for
a
little
while
earlier,
I
talked
about
you
guys
getting
support,
and
I
know
you
guys
kept
saying
you
want
to
support
from
officials
which
I
understand
was
you
trying
to
say
that
you
don't
need
local
support
from
the
people
in
the
community,
because
I
would
think
you
would
need
support
from.
E
D
D
I
think
derrick-
can
attest
to
this-
that
we
will
need
like
a
support
letter
of
some
sort,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day
when
I
walked
out
when
I
walked
around
the
neighborhood
and
got
almost
almost
to
almost
a
hundred
plus
signatures
on
my
own,
I
knew
that
that's
that's
the
people
that
cared.
Those
are
the
people
that
care
the
people
that
care
for
us.
We
care
for
them
and
we
need
your
support.
We
need
the
people's
support
at
the
end
of
the
day.
E
A
Thank
you
all
very
much,
but
you
should
try
to
put
your
hands
down
for
me.
If
you
can,
I'm
gonna
go
through
here.
Okay,
I
don't
see
any
further
questions
in
the
chat.
No
further
questions
in
the
q:
a
no
further,
no
more
raised
hands
in
the
queue
here,
we'll
hang
on
for
another
few
seconds
and
see
if
you
know
any
more
questions
come
to
you.
It's
now,
7
15.
we've
had
over
an
hour
of
discussion
on
this
project.
This
is
being
recorded.
A
A
Yeah,
no
more
raisins
here
or
questions.
A
E
Yeah,
I
was
just
gonna
say
that
you
know
I
just
want
people
to
know
that
this
isn't
the
end
of
the
road.
We
still
have
a
long
way
to
go.
We
will
be
making
the
rounds
to
a
number
of
community
groups
and
community
organizations
as
we
proceed
with
this
proposal,
and
we
look
forward
to
meeting
and
hearing
from
everyone.
A
A
If
you
are
on
the
line,
you
can
press
star
three
to
raise
your
hand,
I
can
see
you
on
my
screen
and
then
you
can
ask
your
question.
It's
very
easy.
A
I
have
to
say
in
terms
of
equity
and
access,
we
made
sure
that
we
sent
this
flyer.
We
did
ask
for
people
to
contact
us
if
they
need
interpretation.
That's
been
definitely
a
challenge,
making
sure
everything
works
right,
so
we
can
serve
our
residents
properly.
So
people
we
have
the
mayor's
office
of
language
accessing
language
and
communication
access.
Excuse
me
that
helps
us
get
interpreters
for
such
meetings.
When
people
reach
out,
we
do
arrange
for
interpreters
in
any
language
to
come
on
and
assist
us
in
that
engagement.
A
A
Lastly,
the
hearing
for
this
is
not
scheduled,
yet
it
will
be
scheduled
by
the
cannabis
board
and
there
you
can
submit.
You
can
come
on
and
testify
and
you
can
also
submit
your
advice
and
writing
send
it
to
me.
My
email
should
be
on
the
flyer.
If
you
got
it
or
again
it's
in
the
chat
box
here
or
you
can
email
excuse
me.
A
D
And
I
just
want
to
thank
everybody
in
advance
for
your
support
and
for
being
here
tonight.
I.
A
Was
just
to
be
very
sure,
thank
you.
The
email
for
the
cannabis
board
is
cannabis
board
at
boston.gov.
A
All
right,
it
seems
like
we're
safe
to
adjourn
no
further
questions
here
on
my
display.
Thank
you.
Everyone
for
attending
and
we'll
see
you
soon.
