We

a
one
who's
doing
an
incredible
job
in
the

so
we
should
give
her.

give
her
a

And
I
want
to
I
want
to
I
thank
the
community
in
Chinatown
for
all

Commissioner
of
the
Boston
Fire
Department
Joe
Finn

here.
Thank
you.
C
C
We
also
I
want
to
add
Senator
Joe
Volker
is
here
who
I
just
finished
this
this
session
at
the
State
House
the
formal
session
of
the
State
House,
and
worked
hard
to
make
sure
that
we
get
additional
funding,
particularly
for
our
schools
in
the
city
of
Boston,
and
also
one
of
the
issues.
That's
plaguing
this
neighborhood
in
many
neighborhoods
is
drug
addiction
and
working
to
make
sure
we
got
another
piece
of
legislation
passed
dealing
with
that
horrible
horrible
disease.
C
I
also
just
want
to
give
a
couple
shoutouts
to
the
Chinese
consolidate
Benevolent
Association,
who
donated
$50,000
this
year
for
the
Boston
Police
Department
for
new
surveillance
cameras.
I
want
to
thank
the
child's
town,
shy,
natsound
neighborhood
council,
who
created
Chinatown
subcommittee
safety
subcommittee,
a
ones
you
saved
the
office
community
service
office,
conducted
regular
safety,
crime
prevention
meetings
and
self-abuse
talks,
and
also
I
want
to
just
thank
the
Asian
teams
for
keeping
it
dry
an
active
group
here
in
the
community.
So
thank
you
for
all
of
your
work.
C
Now
I
have
the
honor
of
introducing
a
new
boss.
The
police
commissioner
yesterday
was
it
was
a
great
historic
day
in
the
city
of
Boston.
The
new
police,
commissioner,
is
somebody
who
has
worked
his
way
through
the
ranks
you
started
as
a
cadet.
He
went
on
to
become
a
police
officer.
He
went
on
to
into
the
command
staff
as
the
knight
commander
and
then
the
chief
and
now
the
commissioner
there's
two
things.
I
can
say
about
about
the
commissioner.
D
Thank
you,
your
honor,
hello,
everybody
I'm
telling
you
right
now
it's
an
honor
to
be
selected
as
the
42nd
Police
Commissioner
I
was
raised
by
the
community.
I'll,
never
leave
the
community.
You
know
always
be
a
part
of
the
community
and
guess
what
my
career
started
in
Boston
in
Charlestown
and
Chinatown
when
I
was
21
and
much
thinner
in
1985.
So
it's
good
to
be
home,
but
I
visit,
my
brother
captain
Phan
and
my
little
brother
Sasha
boy.
We
really
stick
together
and
we
really
love
the
community
because
you
stick
together.
D
D
And
the
Boston
Police
appreciates
all
of
the
partners
that
you
see
here
behind
me
but
stand
with
me
and
we
really
appreciate
those
who
help
us
out
in
law
enforcement.
You
couldn't
do
the
job
without
a
great
district
attorney,
who
is
I
committed
to
decades
of
giving
service
not
only
to
justice
but
to
make
sure
our
youth
do
not
go
down
the
wrong
path.
So,
let's
give
district
attorney
Dan
Connolly
your
hand.
D
B
Are
they
singing
in
Thai
culture,
Congo
thought
she
was
right,

high
height
Yahoo,
now
sanchez
son,

I
thought
our
guy
told
Jojo
lie.
Are
you
go
home?
Why
mati
captain
fart
on
my
son,
sergeant
I,
think
I
found
being
correct.
Oh,
come
on
daily
cleaning,
Ho

Cheol,
Yong
sanggojae

by
the

highlight
Oh

device
inside.
Thank.
E
You
very
much,
let's
hear
it
for
Commissioner
Willie
Graz,
he's
off
to
a
great
start.
Terrific
police
officer
he's
gonna,
do
a
great
job
for
the
citizens
of
Boston.
Now
that
I'm
retiring
very
important,
we
keep
our
city
safe
even
before.
Thank
you,
I
just
want
to
say
to
the
folks
in
Chinatown.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
for
the
support
that
you've
given
me
for
the
last
17
years,.

councils,
Chinatown
Safety
Committee

the
Boston
Police
Department,
are
pleased
to
recognize
Boston
Asian
Youth,
essential
services
used
for
their
service
to
the
community.
