G
Sorry
Catherine,
just
back
to
that

Second,
just
to
give
you
a
quick
overview
of
what
you're
looking
at,
where
you
see
that
red
area
on
the
north
side
of
the
picture.
That
is
the
existing
playground
that
will
be
removed
and
replaced,
because
that
is
where
the
new
addition
and
main
entrance
will
come
out
to
we're,
also
going
to
be
building
a
new
accessible
ramp
from
the
north
side
on
Bennington
Street
up
into
the
new
main
entrance.
G
Thank
you.
This
amendment
includes
Avid
scope
to
a
large
part
through
additional
engagement
with
the
Boston
public
schools
and
the
school
Community.
The
schematic
design
convert
option
that
was
approved
has
been
further
refined
and
developed
during
design
development
and
up
through
the
95
construction
documents
phases.
This
preferred
option
includes
reducing
the
size
of
the
boys
and
girls
rooms
in
the
ground
level
to
allow
for
an
additional
special
education
classroom.
G
The
kitchen,
storage,
music
room
and
a
third
grade
classroom
were
also
relocated
and
renovated
to
allow
for
more
efficient
use
of
space
within
the
existing
footprint,
while
minimizing
the
amount
of
demolition
of
existing
walls.
The
additional
renovation
scope
includes
related
mechanical
electrical
plumbing
and
structural
work
as
well
as
finishes
and
Hardware.
The
related
mechanical
work
includes
additional
ventilation
for
the
renovated
rooms
that
do
not
have
sufficient
natural
ventilation
for
the
operable
windows.
G
On
the
basement
level,
we
recommend
the
replacement
of
the
existing
PA
system
in
its
entirety,
including
all
devices
wiring
and
panels,
the
replacement
of
the
clock

is
currently
located.
G
We
are
also
including
additional
removal
of
fencing
herbs
related
to
the
new
accessible
ramp
from
Bennington
street
to
the
main
entrance.
Based
on
our
analysis
of
the
